Great service! The water pressure wash really left my car spotless. They are also very thorough when cleaning the interior where they really went through the cracks. Highly recommended.
This was my left my car spotless, i had some tar marks that wouldnt go away but the guys there made sure they were all gone. Interior was thoroughly cleaned, from the windows to down to the carpets. I would recommend it for the friendly staff and attention to details
New owners have come in and I was very pleased. They’re friendly and seem to pay much greater attention to the final outcome of your vehicle. If you’ve been before but not in a while, give them a try.
Easy to see right off of New York Avenue servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. Give it a try and you decide. We will most likely be going back.
Went there for propane. One guy on lot busy cleaning the car wash track. Asked, “anybody doing propane”. His response, “cash?” Then went back to doing his business treating me like a speck of dirt. Never ever go there again!!!
Very unhappy with the quality of work.I purchased the Premium service, and it was poor...Poor wash, poor wipe-down, poor tire shine, poor interior clean.Quaility of work was not worth the price.I will never return!
This place has changed since new ownership. Very slow, overpriced for the results... Have tried a few times hoping for a better outcome but same results. Wont be back.

Terrible— I paid for the gold and they didn’t vacuum the car or even bother cleaning the inside at all.
It’s OK, not great. Every one is friendly and all but I had to point out a couple of areas (rear window) where they hadn’t even touched it with the wipe cloth.

2022-05-23I normally go to Aqua Car Wash in Huntington Village but Aqua was closed, so we went to Village Touch expecting a good result. I purchased the Platinum package for my SUV. While the car looked mostly good from the outside, inside they forgot to vacuum the console area in the front and a pull down cup holder/seat divider in the second row. There was also pollen left on parts of the windows where they meet the car door. I understand this package isnt a detailing package, but for $35 (plus the tip I put in the first tip bin and another generous tip I put in the second tip bin) I thought Id be able to leave with a fully clean car.The manager had the gentleman come back to clean the console, but it still had crumbs in it after that, and we discovered the dirty pull down in the second row after we left. Attention to detail could be much better here. We used to come here years ago, so I wish the quality was still superior! Maybe Im expecting too much without a detailing, but Ive never had this issue at Aqua.

2022-04-14I brought my M3 to this carwash and it was surprisingly the best experience Ive had at a carwash. These guys really work to get into the nooks & crannies of the car and it came out looking brand new. Ill definitely stop by again.

2022-08-21The dated automatic system they have is touchless but they use a brush before cars go into the automatic washers. That means that it is not a touchless car wash. The same brush is used all day. Dirt and grime from other cars is caught in that brush as it scraped across the paint of your car. Touchless is a defined term that this business does not seem to fully understand. Do not go here if you are looking for a true touchless wash.

2022-08-04Got a car wash here but I wouldn’t even call it that, my car was left just as dirty as it came.. I had to ask someone to wipe down one of the dirt spots that I came to get cleaned ….. this was so not worth the money I think a $1 car wash could do better

2021-03-20Very satisfied with the job they performed. I just purchased my Tesla and was told that if not washing it myself, I should use a self-drive touchless car wash. They also do regular car washes. Will recommend this place to my friends as well. The owner came out to make sure I was satisfied and took my payment curbside. Definitely coming back! 2017-09-14I recently received a car wash here and could not be more pleased! They are under new management and the owner is friendly and accommodating. He checked my car and made sure the employees did a thorough job. Not only was the exterior of the car sparkling clean, but the interior was vacuumed and cleaned carefully as well. I’m so happy with the way they treat both their customers and the vehicles. This is my new go-to spot for a car wash!

2019-02-05Terrible job. I posted some photos of my car. Dust and filth. You can see everything from the photos. 50% of dust and dirt is in the car. Seems like they did not even touch some places or just neglected. I had a feeling they won’t do a good job by their fast pace. But the owner or the manager (an older gentleman) assured me they do a good job and that they work fast but do a quality job. Unfortunately not. They should take more time and to finish cleaning the dust and dirt. Otherwise what is the point of taking the car to a wash. I could have cleaned better myself ( it would take me an hour though). It is sad that you pay money and don’t get a regular simple car wash service.

2021-09-12I left my AirPods and some cards in the glovebox and they stole my airpods and stole around 1000 dollars i contacted them and they said theyd get back to me and they never did they also did not clean or vacumed my car DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
