Nightmare first several days... Started about 12 hrs before arrival when we were informed original property we booked was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. But that an upgrade property would be provided. The replacement property was only an upgrade in the sense that it had 1 additional bedroom (that we didnt need). Otherwise the home was a definite down grade.... many years older, worse/different resort, dirty carpets and very beat up in general. It appears to be a potential overflow house based on condition and short notice availability. Would have appreciated some honesty about definition of upgrade and a simply reply that they would look for a home in similar area/condition as the one we originally booked.As a result of conditions we requested to be moved to a property in the original resort we were planned to stay in and were eventually granted another replacement 3 days into our trip. We were told the new home would be ready at 4pm, but once we arrived discovered that home had been very poorly treated by previous guests so the cleaning took an additional 3 hrs! Missed our dinner reservations and had to sit in the car with kids nearby for 3 hrs. The new house was much cleaner and met our needs for location but the pool water was GREEN from previous guests putting dish-soap in the pool for a bubble party...!? Customer service was responsive to sending pool tech out but they were unable to clean it and ultimately had to put so many chemicals in that the the pool was unusable for the entirety of our stay - kids were super disappointed.
Great place to stay. The pool area and all the extras make it so fun! The fun didn’t stop once we left disney and went to the hotel because they have so much to offer at this place. 100% recommend!!
We stayed at the “A Dazzling Dreamland” property and had a fantastic time! The private pool and hot tub are awesome! The pool is very generous in size with plenty of room for mom to float while the kids are playing. The common spaces (kitchen, dining area, living room, and theater) are beautifully decorated and have ample room for all visitors. The bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) are spacious and very comfortable, and the connecting full baths were very convenient. One of my favorites things was the game rooms where we had our group game nights. The arcade on the first floor has a great selection of games and the second floor game area offers pool, air hockey, and a large “hang out” area which includes a huge scrabble board. Also, don’t leave without spending a day at the resort pool and lazy river. I would highly recommend this property for any family looking for a relaxing vacation!
We stayed at Villatel for our family reunion. The home was beautiful! Perfect amount of rooms for my entire family. The best part of the home is all the extra amenities, we really didnt have to leave the house as it was so fun just to stay. We had a movie theater, an arcade room, and swimming pool that we all enjoyed. The property was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We did have an issue with the front door getting jammed, but the staff at Villatel was quick to respond. Angel is the best, he knew what he was doing and just an all around nice guy. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Orlando area.
These homes are utterly amazing! Theres so much space and comfort, with the latest appliances and very cool themed rooms, This was a great place to stay for a family vacation with tons of space for everyone, and fun amenities like an arcade room and a covered pool to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay.
The Underwater Utopia villa in the Solara Resort is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and an amazing amount of amenities: TVs, theater room, pool table, arcade games, and a pool and hot tub. The resort has a lot of great activities as well. Great choice for large families or a getaway with friends. Villatel was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
It was a beautiful home in a beautiful complex. The club out was awesome. My kids, niece and nephews really enjoyed the club house.
Absolutely wonderful! The house is designed to accommodate a large group. It was spotless when we arrived. Every room (11 of them) has a full bathroom giving everyone their privacy.The heated pool and connected hot tub were a treat. Our grandchildren could not get enough of it. Location wise we were minutes from Disney and other attractions. I hope to return some day for another t her great vacation.
The pop star palace Was more than enough space and entertainment to just “be”. Lovely accommodations. I would recommend for all ages. Great reunion spot. If you are staying at a vrbo and so many people we recommend doing a pick up for all food/extra toiletry items vs going into the area to buy.
Amazing vacation home! For sure needs some maintenance as none of the LED lights in kids rooms worked, knives dull, toaster only working on one side, but home was immaculate! Exceptionally clean and well appointed and the resort was fantastic with great amenities. One downside, like most of the world...the resort restaurant was short staffed,but the great bartenders and pools staff made up for it:) Take the kids to resort pool during the day and enjoy the huge pool, kids area and pool DJ and contests! Private pool was great and heat was HOT. Host Yvonne was attentive and responded to every issue we had immediately. There were 18 of us and we never felt like we were in each others way...home is super spacious. We would stay here again 100%! Thanks!
This is definitely the place to book if you want a luxury and clean place to vacay. It’s worth the $$$! Me and my family enjoyed it!! It had everything you needed. We will definitely be booking again. :)
Villatel is a great AirBnB company with such beautiful luxurious homes. The home we stayed in was a newly built home and had everything we needed for the adults and the young ones in our group. We had a game room with a movie theater, we had a great Frozen themed bedroom with small villages as beds and a slide for the little ones, and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was so convenient for our group! The kitchen was stocked with more than enough cups, plates, utensils and cookware. The home really made our trip so great. The home was clean, entertaining and comfortable (the beds had the perfect firmness with some plush). Management was super easy to contact and we received a response pretty quickly any time we had an inquiry. Check in and check out process was smooth and simple. We would definitely love to stay again and would recommend Villatel to all our loved ones!
The home was beautiful and so spacious. It fit our family of 9 adults and 3 children with plenty of space for everyone, inside and outside. There were a number of maintenance issues but the response to them was very fast. A few of them could not be fixed (ceiling fan, hot tub temperature regulator) but they came numerous times to try to fix them. The kids loved the themed kids rooms. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Overall a great experience in an good location!
Villatel was AMAZING!! This is by far the best vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t want to leave! And you want have to venture out much at all unless it’s to get food and drinks..and bring them back!! The water park on-site is also amazing! If I could give six stars I would!!
Our group of over 20 family members just returned from a week long stay at this property and we all had a wonderful time! The house was extremely clean and had the perfect layout for such a large group with ages ranging from baby to grandparents. We all had plenty to keep us busy with the in-house amenities as well as the clubhouse amenities which were a short walk down the street. The house is also in a great location for shopping, restaurants and day trips to the Orlando parks. I would highly recommend this property for your next Orlando area vacation!
We had a great time at out house! The house was very well decorated and felt luxurious. There was plenty to do on the property. There was enough space for all of us. I liked how stocked the kitchen was with cookware and tools. The kids loved the themed rooms and game room.We were there on 4th of July weekend so the resort was very packed and we often couldnt get in because they were at capacity. Be prepared for a long line entering the gate around check in time as well.
We had a family reunion here and the house provided lots of entertainment for a variety of ages - from little kids to adults and everyone in between. It was also fun to go to the resort for a little different swimming experience using the slide and lazy river. The only issue we had at the house was trying to get the pool and hot tub heated but this was fixed after a couple of days. Overall, this was a fun place to stay and we were sad to leave. I would definitely recommend it for any other large groups!
Our place was amazing! House was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. Pool area was large, I highly recommend paying for the pool heat, otherwise the pool is quite chilly. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there are three sets of washer/ dryers so that was nice. They have plenty of pool towels to use.Our host was very responsive. Overall we had an amazing stay and really loved our house.Our only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the house, is that there is a lot of construction going on with building other homes on the same street, so we had a hard time getting down the street to leave the neighborhood, we had to wait several times for construction vehicles to move. Once all that is finished, this will no longer be an issue.Highly recommend!
We stayed at a house in Solar it was a beautiful house. This house was big enough for our group of 15. The kids enjoyed the game rooms and movie room as well as the pool. The theme rooms also were loved by the children. We enjoyed having the sitting space for all as well as dinning space. 2 down falls was the fridge was not big enough for that large of a house as well as the kitchen did not have some gadgets (can opener, pot holders) which are important. Overall the family enjoyed there time together and all that Solora had to offer
Such a fun family trip! The house we stayed in was decorated beautifully and had plenty of space for our group of 24. The golf simulator and game room were a big hit. We loved all being able to enjoy the backyard pool. The house was very clean and user friendly.
First I would like to say the Villatel team was excellent! They provided detailed instructions and answered every question I had in a timely manner and at any time of the day. Check in was very easy. The house was very nice and big enough to very comfortably fit all 13 of us. It was close enough to Disney approximately 25 minutes depending on the traffic. There were some minor issues with the house, the carpets were stained, the dryer upstairs did not work but the one downstairs did, the second dishwasher did not work, the second ice maker did not work; the floors were slippery and one of the games in the game room did not work. The beds were very comfortable. We had guests ages 1- 80 and they all enjoyed the game room, theater room and pool! The parking was a challenge because we had 3 cars due to a rental car error, the streets were tight because a lot of people were parked illegally, so it was hard to navigate. There was a lot of activity in the neighborhood all times of the day, a lot of people hanging outside of their houses and lots of parties. The resort area with the community pool did not have an indoor restaurant but an outside café; and was extremely crowded so we did not use it. There also was an alligator in the swamp behind the house!
Our unit’s dish washer didn’t work during our entire stay. A service order was put in but no one responded. Also, 5 parking spots for the amount of people allowed in the unit was no where near enough. The garage was a large wasted area that was boarded up and unusable for parking…why? We could have gotten 2 or 3 more vehicles in easily. The game room was incomplete with an unfinished bowling area…it was advertised as finished…the quality and cleanliness of the home was very good however. The bed rooms , bath rooms and other living areas were spacious and welcoming. The pool was wonderful! The air conditioning worked well and we were quite comfortable. The entry to the resort was very inefficient. We were told on the first day that we wouldn’t need to go through the check in line again, as we had our parking passes…this wasn’t the case and the woman working was very rude. At one point she made us back up into traffic and let people behind us go first…all because she wouldn’t use the second lane. Lastly, the water could have been warmer. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.
I absolutely loved this property!! It was super clean and the house had something for not only the kids but the adults as well! This house made our spring break so much better and the rooms were all so gorgeous and spacious!! The house was also super modern and the game room was so much fun for the kids and the pool table upstairs was perfect for the adults! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Florida!
We had an awesome time! The house was great and perfect for our team and families. Bedrooms were comfortable, theme rooms were so fun and the game and media rooms were great!! The only negative was lack of some kitchen items and stove burners not working properly but the maintenance team was out quickly to help solve the issues. Overall a great experience.
I stayed at this beautiful home in June of 22. In our party we had 4 children under the age of 10 and 9 adults. Everyone had a blast! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The kids practically lived in the theatre and the game room. For any concerns that we had, even though they were minor Villatel sent someone out right away. We could not have been more thrilled with our stay.
My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at Villatel! The house was beautiful and the family loved it! I would definitely stay again with Villatel!
I have only been using VRBO for three years now, but I can tell you this property was the best yet. The pictures were exactly what we experience. The kids and adults will love this place.
The aesthetics of the house were beautiful. Brand new and very spacious. There were some new build issues with the plumbing where waste from upstairs was going into the downstairs showers and toilets. Both bedrooms downstairs were unusable for the first couple of days. After a few days plumbing was fixed and things were fine.Most amenities were in the house. There are a few suggestions that we have.* there wasn’t a trash bin in the kitchen* renting the grill there were not any grill utensils available.* no dish towels available if you wash any dishes by hand.* hot tub does not have heat unless you pay for full pool heating.Overall the house was beautiful, houses were new. I believe once everything is built this will be a great rental.It just felt like everything was rushed.
The house was beautiful. We had a blast when 30 people total. They came and took care of all if our issues.
Home was phenomenal. So spacious and clean. The kids had a blast. Everything you need to have a great family vacation! All bedrooms are beautiful and having 3 washer/dryer sets really helped. Kitchen was well stocked for a large group. Pool was great.We didn’t agree that there’s an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub ($60/day)..this was disclosed after we booked. Doesn’t make sense to have a hot tub and then charge extra to heat it. Otherwise our stay was amazing! Definitely recommend!
The home was very beautiful and spacious. It would have been 5 stars had the bowling alley worked and the grill was clean. The bowling alley was still under construction and at the price being charged everything should be up to par. The hot tub also never got hot. But overall we had a great time and enjoyed the home.
This was an amazing trip for staff and family. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and community. We will definitely use the Villatel again. We have pictures of the family to load. You know that it is amazing when the children (old and young) say this was the most amazing trip we have had. We stayed 7 days and this was not long enough. We plan on 10-15 days our next visit. We all had more than enough room to rest, and enjoy one another !
This house was beyond our expectations and the staff was amazing. The kids absolutely loved their themed rooms as well as the adults loved the simulator room and game room. The pool was amazing with the added games around it made it easy to just stay inside and enjoy the house. We have a huge family and this house had a dinning room just for family dinner which was my favorite for Fathers Day!
This was the best vacation By far. We had a family reunion for brothers, sisters and children. and it was 100% awesome from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and they’ll go above and beyond to help everywhere they can. The house was awesome with a lot of space and things to do. We almost forgot about even going to the parks because it was that nice.No complaints at all this was the best vacation EVER and we will be booking here again. Thank you Jenn and the villatel team for making this a blast.
We so enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful and functional. Well laid out for our big group with so many options inside and out to entertain our teenage kiddos. Plenty of room for our volleyball team and parents to have own bedroom and bath but also room to spread out in common areas . 2nd fridge and 3 sets of washer/dryer came in handy for our large crew! Kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking for a large group and was missing some basic supplies. (Can opener, cookie sheets, etc ..)But management company did bring some additional kitchen items to help out. Overall a wonderful stay!
Having this beautiful home for a week was perfect for our large 22 family gathering! It was wonderful to all be together in the same house. The kids always had something to do in the game rooms and that left plenty of down time for the rest of us to hang out at the pool. The house needed a few minor repairs but they were quick to get to them.However, parking is a big problem! We had a van and 2 cars but the driveway is very small. Because of the location of this house (unlike many others) if doesnt have any place to park on the street or anywhere close by.After picking up one of our families at the airport late one night we put one of the cars on the street. All of the few marked parking places were taken, cars were parked in front of many houses so we did the same. They towed it in the early morning hours! This made our very special day when our grandson planned to propose at the beach, to be postponed while our daughter looked for her car. Another time around 5am in the morning, after taking someone else to the airport, my husband noticed a tow truck waiting by the front gate. We felt as though he is on call for unexpected vacationers to mess up. We were told that their was plenty of room for 4 vehicles but that is not true! They also said that we can park in the designated areas but they are few and far away!
The home was perfectly decorated and had enough space for my family. The kids had plenty fun in the game room. The location was perfect. Only a few minor issues. 1. The pool light was disassembled from the pool which was repaired on our next to the last day. 2. The bowling alley was not completely assembled. 3. The theater room was had a few remotes missing to access the movies. 4. The island light in the kitchen was not operable. Pam the property manager was quick to address these issues. Overall my family had a great time and would visit this property again.
Upon entering the house, wow!!We had 13 of us staying there. Plenty of room and beds. The rooms were great. (Although our shower door would not close all the way and we had no place to really store soap or shampoo while you were in the shower). The pool was nice. Didn’t use the hot tub much. Loved the available entertainment. The children had a great time. Got good use of the theater room. (The instructions were outdated. Didn’t know about Alexa till later. ). Kitchen was nice size to accommodate all the cooking.Pool table was nice. (Should have brought my stick to shoot more). With 4 cars in the driveway we covered the sidewalk. Kinda a tight fit but we made it work. Would be cool to be able to charge an EV at the house.We made good memories there.Thanks.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villatel with my family. The house was full of entertainment....gameroom, golf simulator, movie theater w/karaoke set up, pool table, 2 laundry rooms, huge dining room table and very large cooking area and counter space, 2 huge refrigerators, closed in pool/patio area with a hot tub!!!!! Nobody even cared about leaving to go sight seeing or anything. The bedrooms were top notch also, with each having its own bathroom. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family as a must. Thank you for a wonderful stay☺️☺️☺️
The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family vacation. There were several items that were not working correctly when we arrived, but they did replace/fix them all within a day or two. The clubhouse was way too crowded, but we were plenty entertained at the house so it was fine. We waited in traffic for an hour at check in because they don’t have a great system for checking people in. That was a hassle. Overall I would stay here again if I needed to house several people, I’d just know certain things to expect (like don’t check in until later in the evening).
This house was amazing for our family vacation! We had kids ranging in ages from 2 to 19 and they all had a blast the entire week with all the fun games provided! I don’t think it’s worth taking off a star, however, the kitchen did lack a few items that would have made it easier for preparing dinners, one being no can opener. Other than that, no complaints! We loved it!
I just want to say how great your property is!! The house was nicely done with the bedrooms all having their bathrooms. The kids theme bedroom game room home theater and fitness center. And most of all the pool. My family cant wait to return for our next getaway!! I will be sharing your property with family and friends.
The house was fantastic and it had all the accommodations needed for the family get together. We had to call maintenance and services a few times. The first was all the rooms were not cleaned to specifications...hair in shower and dirty sheets. Not a huge problem. The second was the grill propane tank valve was frozen. The third was we could not utilize the theater room due to the power being knock off in it after a storm came through. We were really looking forward to watching movies with the kids and grandkids. Over all it was a great experience because we were able to have all family members in one house comfortably.
We had a great experience in the paradise playhouse in August of 2022. We LOVED the movie theater and having our own pool and hot tub. Like many have already said, our property was well-loved and had a few small maintenance issues. But the hospitality and customer service team did an excellent job address our needs quickly. The house was absolutely amazing!!!! The interior design and decor is breathtaking! The children’s themed rooms were spectacular! It’s exactly as you see in the pictures, actually I don’t think the pictures give it justice. The host was easy to reach and promptly replied when needed. Our family is looking forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!
Thirty four of us gathered together for a family reunion and were very happy with our stay at this property. The home was extremely spacious with its 14 bedrooms and full baths with two additional half baths. There were plenty of spaces to retreat to including a theater room, game rooms, trampoline room, and refreshing pool area. Although parking was a challenge, we would recommend this property to others looking for a large space that can accommodate a large crowd.
Amazing family tripThe Villatels accommodations was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults were able to relax in the theatre or play a game of Scrabble after a long day at Disney. We will definitely be back! We did not want to leave. Loved it.
We stayed at the Musical Manor in Villatel. It was so wonderful for our group of volleyball teammates and families. We really enjoyed the arcade game room and karaoke area! Each family loved having their own space and bathroom! Villatel was so quick to respond to questions and or any items that needed addressed (minimal) and the staff was super kind and helpful! I would 100% stay with Villatel and this home again!
I enjoyed my stay here very much! The staff was VERY friendly and accomodating, they went out of their way to make sure everything on point. First off the house was very spacious and clean. We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed and Xavier made sure all work orders were complete to his ability and I appreciated it. Even when it came down to the refrigerator needing to be serviced he made sure to communicate with us every step of the way and thats a plus in my bookI would definitely recommend 👌 this vacation home
Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! Pool had shallow area for littles, plenty big enough for a large group or family. Lots of game tables and activities for ages over 6 or 7, but not lots to do for really young kids, so would suggest bringing your own activities for littles. Good size kitchen - love having two fridge/freezers. 2 Laundry rooms made it easy to not be on top of each other there. Our house had a nice nature view out back (not all do, but liked this feature). Clubhouse had a fun water slide and lazy river which was a fun outing from the house. Playground down the street was fun for the little kids. Nice large area for gathering near the kitchen - plenty of places to sit for eating. Comfortable beds, clean linens. Just an all around nice place. Only issue was that the hot tub didnt heat for the first couple of days, but they came and fixed it quickly. Thanks for a nice stay!
Nice large house. Nice pool but lights didn’t work. Nice arcade games, but the bowling game didn’t work. Missing some kitchen cooking sheets, etc that were supposed to be there. Cable TV Didn’t work. Carpet was beat down and needs to be replaced. Marks on walls need to be touched up. Speakers in home theater are not wired right, so sound isn’t coming from the correct channels. Need more towels and washcloths available for large groups.
The minute you walk in this gorgeous home... You will be in awe because of how clean and beautiful everything is. The vaulted ceiling is so grand. Everything about this place tells you its brand new and the place was decorated with so much class.The Star wars room is so cute, im 44 and i want to stay there just because😊it was too cool.The game room is superb.Anybody can just stay here all week and makes you feel you are in your own family resort .
Myself and my family, a total of 12 adults and 2 children vacationed I here for 10 days. The house was big and roomy to accommodate all of us. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. With that being said the house needs a bit of a makeover. The dishwasher was broken, the bowling game in the arcade was broken, the seats in the theater room were comfortable but quite a few were broken and didn’t recline. The couch in the living room is old and worn. You can’t sit comfortably on it because the seating is very deep and their is no back support from back cushions. So you’re basically laying down. There were roaches crawling around and we contacted the host immediately and although they sent an exterminator right away, the roaches continued to be a problem. We were so uncomfortable because of this. We couldn’t keep food in the kitchen and had to order food every night. The roaches were in the kitchen and living room mostly. My son found a roach in his bedroom upstairs and couldn’t sleep in that room anymore. We had a baby that crawls around and we were so skeeved out. This really wound up ruining our vacation. As a family we have rented houses before in Florida and never had this happen before. The screen enclosure around the pool is also ripped in a few places and bugs would get into the pool area. Had we known about any of these things we would have stayed elsewhere. My sister and her family wound up leaving a day earlier. We were very disappointed with this house. I wish I could have left a better review but this was bad.
My family and I come to Orlando every year for our annual family trip, this house was by far THE BEST house we have stayed in this far, no one wanted to leave, the house was clean, the rooms were very well decorated, it was so much space, 2 refrigerators, so much entertainment for the kids with the game rooms, theater room, and slides in the room, to the pool. We have said when we come back we want this same house! We even tried to book it for thanksgiving but it’s a 7 day minimum and we all can’t take off work that long ! Bummer. Pros: This place was amazing. Plenty of room, game area, and the kids loved the movie room. The community center was great. It had a large pool area plus a smaller pool for the kiddos, playground, basketball court, my favorite the BAR. Cons: The BBQ grill was not functioning properly and even though management stated that they would replace it, it was not replaced. Also, who pays for hot water for the hot tube????
Our house slept over 30 ranging in age from 70s to 2 months old. The house itself was fabulous including : bedrooms with attached bathrooms, multiple game rooms with lots of entertainment, very large outdoor pool with plenty of seating as well as games and safety precautions for young children. There was even a nice open area behind the home with a pond view.The kitchen was set up ideally, too, huge refrigerator/ freezer plus smaller spare, impressive prep/ counter areas with seating as well as huge dining table with chairs.Sadly, the kitchen supplies were lacking, especially for a big crowd. Key items like no large frying pan, no hot pads, no can opener, 3 medium small serving bowls, only 9 cereal bowls, no cookie sheet, no serving spoons, no platters, and just one spatula for moving items around in the cookware challenged us. There were several kitchen towels but all but one were chintzy quality that just moved the water around.The home was nicely cleaned before our arrival but somehow very few bath towels were present. It took about 24 hours for these to arrive from management after we immediately notified them about the shortage. On the plus side we had a plethora of pool towels to use. So, too, it was discouraging to listen to two smoke alarms chirping every few minutes the first night . These were fixed the next day. Then, a third one (in master bedroom closet, no less) harangued us the second night. A maintenance man kindly repaired several towel holders and a toilet paper holder hanging precariously from the walls when he fixed the additional smoke alarm on the third day. All went well after that.BEST TIP EVER for this area is avoid very long entry line up at the visitor gate. It was almost our last day when we saw a car go through the adjacent resident only gate by holding their parking permit up outside the drivers window. It is also a big time saver to approach the community for a right turn versus left into the area. These tips saved us lots of time on our last few excursions and would be great to include with parking instructions.
This was the best experience by far. The entire house was a blast and we almost totally forgot about even going to the parks. The property has so much to offer and you can get lost in the moment just enjoying all the amenities. The people are friendly and there staff go out of their way to help you. This was a family /brother sisters reunion which was 100% awesome from start to finish. I’d would like to thank Villatel and the staff for making this a trip to remember for a long long time.
The house was great—11 bedrooms, plenty of room for everyone. The trampoline park was a hit for the kids as well as the pool and basketball arcade. If there was one consistent complaint it was that the shower heads were way to powerful-it hurt to shower. If these were changed out to something more comfortable, we would definitely rent again.

Our resort home was top notch! It was everything we could have imagined and more to make our family vacation most memorable. The house was clean, everything was in working order, and there were a ton of amenities to keep all ages entertained. We are considering renting the same place again this Christmas.
Great House and amazing family reunion. Lots of different families popped in an out over the long week but even when the most amount of people were there it felt like plenty of room. The pool area MADE this house, I just loved chilling on the deck and the kids all did so great in the pool. The older kids really took advantage of all of the toys like ping pong, the golf simulator and the pop-a-shot. So much fun and kids never complained of being bored. Since it was new everything was sparkling and clean which was a great feeling while on vacation. Please stay here if you are looking for a large house where you do not need or want to leave very often.
We had a great stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and our family really enjoyed the pool and the game room. The kitchen was great, but there was a lack of kitchen utensils. It was a great house for a large group to gather and we all had a great time!
This place was incredible. We had 20 people and the house did not feel crowded. Huge spaces great games and activities throughout the house. The movie room was exceptional. When we found some thing that was broken before we had gotten there. We called in less than an hour someone was at our house to fix it. The customer service was the best I’ve come across in a rental. The clubhouse was beautiful. And my children had the best experience with the staff taking surfing lessons. Villatel is now our go to vacation rental company. Thank you for providing an atmosphere that has made our vacation so amazing and memorable.
No complaints here! This home had everything that we needed, EXCEPT oven mitts. There were 8 adults and 14 children and the children had a BALL with the games, pool, splash pad and additional amenities. Their favorite was the movie room. The adults were able to relax because the kids were so entertained. This house was VERY clean, and the owner thought of everything. My only suggestion would be to add oven mitts.
My experience was amazing, we were in the master bedroom the room was big enough to accommodate our daughter that’s in a wheelchair, the shower was perfect we were able to wheel her right in. The house was beautiful kids loved the game room and pool. There was a few complaints that maintenance got on right away. For the majority of our stay it was good.
The house was wonderful! So much room and there was so much to do inside and out! The property was very clean and maintained. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
The home was more beautiful than the pictures on the website. This home has everything we needed and more.....including three sets of washers and dryers. Dining room large enough for out family of 19...Large theater room and several playrooms for the kids. We will definitely stay again.
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The kids enjoyed the game room, house pool as well as the clubhouse pool at Solara. Overall, the house was clean and we had everything we needed. The rental agents were very helpful and answered any questions we had during our stay. My only suggestion is that they should supply washcloths. They had bath towels and hand towels, but no washcloths. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s very awkward to wash with a hand towel. 😊 At the end of the day, this didn’t dampen our experience. We enjoyed it very much.
We love, love, loved our stay. We are so looking forward to our next stay. There were a few glitches here and there but overall it was wonderful. The home was fully equipped with everything. We only had to leave out to get food to cook or already cooked. The pool was one of the highlights as well as the entertainments all over the house. We highly recommend a stay at the Villatel.
I thought the place was clean, nicely decorated, and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Pretty much everything we need was on conveniently on the grounds. I like the pool activities (hoola hoop and limbo contest) the DJ at the main pool made it fun. We will definitely visit again.
House was beautiful and huge. 17 people comfortably with room to spare. Kids loved the game room and the pool! Resort was very nice with only a short walk to get there. Will definitely be back here, hopefully next Summer!
The home we stayed at was incredible and served our group of 14 perfectly. We ended up leaving a suitcase at the end of our stay and once it was found we were promptly alerted that it had been found and being sent back yo us. Great customer service. The house was amazing and full of fun for all ages. 10 out of 10 would book with them again!

We went here for a family reunion with 25 people, ages 1-85. We had a blast! There was plenty to do at the house with a heated swimming pool, foosball, mini bowling, basketball game, batman video game, Pac-Man, air hockey, pool, darts, jumbo scrabble game, etc. The kids absolutely loved the Frozen and Pirate themed rooms and had fun going down the slides in each room over and over again. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super nice, there was plenty of space to sit, a nice theater room, a huge kitchen with 2 large refrigerators, 3 washing/drying machines, etc. You even have access to the clubhouse where they have large heated pools, a water slide, and a lazy river. Great experience overall! We were sad to leave and hope to go back another time!
I loved how clean and tidy this place was, for sure! Easy to get to and felt secure in this gated community. However, the place was very very minimally furnished (like no dish soap, no trash bags, nothing) with no clean towels in the rooms. Had to use a towel from my bedroom for a bathroom towel downstairs....It was just strange to spend this much but have such little furnished. As a traveler, I dont bring my own towels and trash bags.
Wonderful house and perfect for a large group! The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including plastic drink ware for near the pool area. Instructions were clear and everything was as described. A great house for little kids, too - the games and playscape were awesome. We hope to be back again!
Lovely home!!!!! We had to clean up after the other guest. Buying cleaning supplies to clean all of upstairs, from the rooms to the bathrooms. Wash sheets it was very nasty. Big ball of hair in shower. It was awful. They need to give the cleaning crew a day or so before they allow another family in. Therefore they can thoroughly clean the rooms and bathrooms. Besides that it was okay.
We had an amazing stay here. The home was very spacious. There was more than enough entertainment throughout the home, our little ones most certainly enjoyed the game room and the theater room! Our group of 17 was very comfortable for the 9 days we stayed, this is our 2nd year in a row staying here, I will definitely recommend!
The house was beautiful and very modern with impeccable decor. There were two large negatives about the experience-1. The rental was not the house we chose from the photos. We were expecting a karaoke room (of which there was none) and a bowling alley (which had been ripped out at some point, leaving an ugly unfinished area.2. The neighborhood itself was pure chaos. There was so much construction we waited 35 minutes to go a block at one point because there was no room for anyone to move
The vacation home was perfect for our family vacation of 7 adults and 5 children ages 6 and under. The game rooms, theatre room, pool and themed bedrooms were a huge hit. The home was clean and linens were fresh and crisp. Bedrooms and bathrooms met all of our needs.
The house was clean, fun, and well maintained. A great all-in-one spot for a reunion! No one was ever bored, with so many entertainment options! The kids rooms are great but I wouldnt call them kid-proof by any means. There are a lot of safety concerns for those with younger kids (concerns for falling, sharp corners, etc) but keep a close eye on them and they should be fine. Only complaint was that a few of the games were missing pieces that had been damaged or otherwise affected from the previous renters, and we had to contact cursive service to have these replaced/fixed. They were responsive and made things right. Would stay here again. Oh and be prepared for long lines of traffic into the neighborhood to get checked in! We thought we were going to drive right up to the house and walk in but this procession added another 45 min in the car.
I would just call our Orlando property and experience as okay. For the amount we paid, I expected more. I felt a lack of communication leading up. One email lightly covered needs about a week prior to our visit but a more detailed list of our needs coming in would have been helpful. We also had the wrong code to our house so had to try to find out how to enter the property which took some time. Once in, the house was as described but we felt the kitchen was very light. My wife said it felt it was made for serving but not making food. Heavy on plates, glasses and bowls but very light on cookware and other basic needs to prepare a full meal. We also had a lot of small things wrong with the property. Ice machine not working, some lights burnt out, and other like issues. We obviously could have called to have someone out to correct but we didnt want to take time out of any of our days to have folks over to correct things wed expect to be working upon checking in. We were down to do the parks and given the costs of both and what we got, we probably would have been much happier just booking and staying directly at one of the parks.
This was a great house and I would recommend it for large groups. We had a large family group with kids of all ages. The accommodations were great, the house is very well laid out, and and well equipped. There was so much to do in the house that, along with the pool, the kids and adults never had a dull moment. Also lovely woods as a backdrop behind the pool.
Clean, spacious, and fun. We even saw an alligator in the pond behind us which was pretty cool. Only complaint is that the water pressure was like being stabbed with needles over and over which made showering painful and unenjoyable, but luckily the pool was nice and warm for bathing in lol
Beautiful home at first glance. Nice and spacious! Beautiful kitchen and living spaces.I did however give it 3 stars because at first glance it’s beautiful but I like clean places to stay.So after traveling I went to shower and the shower wasn’t really clean. It was wiped down but not CLEAN. As I admired the artwork throughout the house everything was dusty. My daughter has an allergy to dust mites and this made our stay quite annoying.Then comes night fall and out come the roaches. I was extremely disgusted by this. After the amount of money spent on this home for it to have roaches was very disappointing. I can provide pictures.We rented a grill for an additional charge. And the grill that was brought to us was so disgusting that we had to stop cooking which put a damper on our day. Like the amount of build up was actually unbelievable we literally should have just bought a grill from the local Walmart. So we just ended up using the oven which I definitely found inconvenient.I tried to enjoy the pool again there was grime all along the pool. And someone’s hair accessories left in the corner. My major issues with this entire stay was the cleanliness of the house. For the amount of money one has to pay and rules we need to abide by at least hire good help to efficiently clean.Not to mention remotes missing from TVs and or the none batteries in the remotes that were actually there. Cute place and all but next time I’d choose a hotel.
It was everything and more it was so beautiful the decor was perfect the design of the game rooms were perfect for the kids,it was spotless the pool was warm it was very spacious, the website is 100% it was just like all the photos it was stocked with all the amenities beautiful dishes and silverware plenty of towels and plenty of washer and dryers no more hotels.
The house was great! Plenty of space for our group, and plenty of bathrooms which is really important! Our only complaint was there was not enough kitchen supplies, such as pots and pans, bakeware, etc. We would have also liked to have a few cleaning supplies like a broom to sweep up crumbs and messes. But the house was a lot of fun and very clean!
This house we stayed in was very nice & clean(10 bed/11 bath). Pool was cleaned twice during our stay. All complaints(minor) were addressed within 24 hours of reporting. The game room, scrabble board & pool table were a bonus. The only negative is multiple visible carpet stains on carpet in every room. Pillows in great room needed to be washed or changed. Thank you!!

Very comfortable and perfect for visiting all the local parks! We could choose to swim in our private pool or go down to the big pool during the day. The teen game room at the club was also a popular hangout for our kids.We had a great stay! Highly recommend!!
Our stay was so pleasant! Our vacation home was so clean and pictures didn’t do it justice. We were provided with more than enough towels, detergent, and dish washer detergent to make our stay even better. Great place for a big group or family reunion!
House was clean and plenty of space for a family to enjoy a good time. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Carpet should be swapped out bc had a little stench of maybe a dog was there. Gym was nice (only wished they had a spinning studio). Pool was nice and had a lot more entertainment this year than in 2021. Tony the bartender was great!
The house is nice and very comfortable space for 27 people. The house did have some minor flaws... water pressure in all the showers was too strong which made showering painful. 2 of the 3 clothes dryers stopped working.Since we were in a newer section of the subdivision the amount of cars, contractors, dumpsters in the streets made it very unsafe coming/going. Horrible curb appeal. Entrance into the community is HORRIBLE. Twice we sat over 30 minutes to get in. PLEASE RETHINK THE ENTRANCE. The check-in process and entry are inefficient. Almost saw 2 accidents with people trying to get out of the community due to so much traffic entering from both directions. We dreaded leaving and coming back. So if youre planning to stay put for the week, youll have a wonderful time.
Exceeded our expectations! This reservation was our 3rd & final one as our previous reservations for another property was cancelled by AirBNB due to the owners. My family & I were very pleased & comfortable with our accommodations. Villatel delivered & if there were any concerns during our stay they quickly addressed them. The open floor plan & bathrooms in every bedroom was perfect. Cant wait to stay again !
Staying at the Villatel was a nice experience that had its both ups and downs.The positives about the gated community was that the community was nice and the house was very spacious. The art work in the house was absolutely amazing. It really complimented the room. The house was stocked with all amenities, eating utensils, towels etc.The negatives the cleaners half cleaning the lovely house leaving Big yellow stains on many of the white, sheets, pillow cases and comforters. There were brown stains on the carpet in some of the rooms and hair was left in some of the bathrooms...which is a pet peeve of mine.There were so many ants which made our stay very uneasy and uncomfortable. There was a piece of fried chicken left in the back of the bowling pins area. The dart game had a shortage of darts to use. The lazer tennis was missing the puck so it was not accessible. Upon our first day there a neighbor tried to offer my husband drugs. Lastly many of the electronics such as the TVs, ceiling fans and lights would shut off and turn on by itself. This alone made the children in our company very frightened.Overall, a nice house but, Not worth the money that we spent to stay in it.I would like to see about (being the cleaning team used at this venue to make other pedestrians and their familys stay a clean, comfortable and most enjoyable one.
We stayed at a new home. We had little issues due to us being the first occupants but overall the home was beautiful. We stayed for 4 days. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. There were Game rooms for kids and adults. Outdoor area with a pool. Would stay again.
My family and I have been vacationing at least twice a year every year for about 10+ years. This is one of the best homes that we have had. The only thing that I would change would be the parking… but that was an issue in our part because we didn’t get a home with a garage. Other than that, this home was beautiful, clean, and in a great secure area. We would definitely come again.
Our family really enjoyed this property! The home looks just like the pictures. There are signs of wear and tear (some carpet stains, grout a little dirty), but nothing major and nothing that even came close to putting a damper on our stay. Communication was very good. The tech team came out the first day and helped get the air hockey game going, they are VERY RESPONSIVE! House was super clean and had everything we needed. The kids didn’t even want to leave to go to the Resort Pool lol. We have stayed in Solterra 5 times now and this house BY FAR is the best. Will definitely be booking with Villatel/Jeeves from here on out. Thank you so much for a great trip!
This vacation home was amazing, and it was big enough for 24 people. The house was great the pool was great and the resort was great. The house had a huge movie theater, game room big pool with a jacuzzi and plenty of seating space. Would definitely book again on the next family vacay.
We had a very good vacation! The house was beautiful and large enough for our whole family. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Game room was very fun to play in as well as the pool. Only thing I wish was better was the cookware. They were not good quality and bent so it was hard to cook on the stove. Other than that everything was wonderful.
What a fabulous house! It was totally furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great, the game room was fun for the kids and adults alike. The house was awesome! Loved all the arcade games, the movie room, the pool and hot tub! There was more than enough seating for our group of 19 with the huge island, large dining table and the outside dining table. Worth the money.
Perfect house for our golfing group vacation. We enjoyed the Theatre and game room a lot, and the large size pool area was fantastic. The pool heater actually works very well, so anytime during the day was like jumping into bathwater.

The house was beautiful and so clean! So much space for 8 people, and we all enjoyed the video games and the theater room, grown-ups and kids alike! We had fun in the pool at the house and at the resort as well. What a beautiful place, inside and out. The only issue we had, was being so close to neighbors. They were noisy. But the house was so big, we couldn’t hear anything once we went to sleep.
I stayed at the Villatel property during a trip with my family to Disney World. Leading up to the trip, the company sent us all of the information we needed to confirm the reservation. I received a response to any questions I had within hours of asking. Villatel made it easy for us to pay for add-ons leading up to the stay. The property itself was beautiful and exactly as advertised. With 13 of us staying, we had plenty of room to spread out and lots of activities for the kids.The rooms were clean and well maintained. There were a few issues with the air conditioning and projector in the theater room, but Villatel sent technicians out the same day to address the issues. I would absolutely book a stay with this company again.
This house was great! My family was large and the space was awesome. The neighborhood was quite. The only negative was the parking. There were not enough parking spaces for a house that accommodated a large group. We were told that there was overflow parking in the community, but the overflow parking was 10 minutes away and there was no shuttle service.
We had an amazing time at the Playful Palace. The house was exactly like the pictures. The kids’ rooms were absolutely breathtaking. We barely left the house because everything we needed was right there. Absolutely will be coming back!
We stayed with our Girl Scout troop and the place was pretty amazing and Instagram worthy. Our one issue upon arrival was the dirty carpet. I’m leaving 2 stars because I stripped the bed that we slept in during our stay and the mattress liner was heavily soiled. Please check all of your linens and air out your room. I emailed the photos and a $150 refund towards the booking fee. My daughter contracted an upper respiratory infection while there and I started the same symptoms when I arrived home so I’m wondering if it was the fact that the room was not cleaned and sanitized properly. From here on out, I’m requesting clean bedding and changing it before lying in it to know that the sheets are clean. This has forever changed me when it comes to overnight stays. We did enjoy the Villatel and I would air the room out, sanitize and change sheets if I return.
So many options of things to do within the house. We truly didnt need to leave aside from the occasional grocery run. We had several things that werent working (nothing major) when we checked in, but they were very quick to fix them. Would definitely recommend the property to others and plan to return myself.
Overall a nice experience. House is set up as a showplace, not for living. As an example, big lamps on nightstands give limited area to use, couch is uncomfortable to sit in unless you grabbed one of the pillows to put at your back. No clock provided in bedroom. Kitchen had no dish towels to wash or dry dishes, nor hot pads to remove items from the oven. Limited toilet paper that didnt fit the toilet holder (paper to wide for holder and therefore cannot turn easily when used). Told by one gate guard to use the resident side from now on, just show our tag. Yelled at by another guard (only time we saw her at the entrance). When we told her we had been instructed to do this, she screwed up her face and said the gate is now fixed and to go back to the original instructions. We had not even noticed the gate was not in working order.Overall a nice experience with a couple of bumps, some more frustrating than others.
The Villatel we rented was awesome. Very spacious and clean. Loved the pool and theme rooms. Would enjoy staying again in the future. My only concern was the community clubhouse pool that always seem to be full to capacity for guests.
Very exciting, luxurious building with all amenities required of a vacation. Swimming pool was cooling point for the summer heat. convenient location to main highway and closer to sea world and aquatic and Disney World. Beddings were comfortable beyond measure. Keep up the good work.
Very nice accommodation. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling and the power box for the game room wasn’t turned on until the next day of our stay. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and staff did come 1 time during my 5 day stay to chlorinate the pool.
Our stay was good, the home is comfortable and offered plenty of space for 5 families. Cleaning of the property was rushed prior to us checking in so the house wasnt cleaned properly. The carpet on the stairs has a large dirt spot that needs to be addressed. The biggest dissatisfaction was a frying pan in the kitchen that was scratched all over and the handle falling off, that should have been removed by the cleaning/inspection crew.
My family and I really enjoyed the accommodations. We had some small issues in the begining which we anticpated but Villatel and its team was awesome and took care of everything. They were responsive and prompt. If any thing could have been better a bigger refrigerator or extra one would be nice. With a house full of 15 people the fridge gets filled quick. Overall next trip well be staying with Villatel again.
This rental was one of the best weve had in FL. Well appointed with great themed kids bedrooms and excellent entertainment/gaming. Traffic in the area can be cumbersome and it would be great if there was a second fridge in the property. We will definitely be renting this house again in the near future.

Hello! My stay at Villatel was great! I would definitely recommend to my friends & family. Only issue was that our check in time was held back two hours which was a bummer but we enjoyed our 7 day stay and wouldn’t have picked anywhere else. The house was huge and everyone was so comfortable with all the space.
The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. Loved the bigger pool and movie theater room. We had a few maintenance issues but they were addressed professionally and quickly!
We stayed at the VIP Villa in June 2022 with our extended family. It was the perfect family reunion spot, with 11 bedrooms and tons of game options (ping pong, pop a shot, air hockey, fooseball, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard and more) all ages were entertained. The private pool was perfect and having the sides of the lanai frosted provided extra privacy from groups staying on either side of our house.We were the first group to stay in our house and we did experience a few glitches with being the first renters, but the customer service response time and posture to fix those issues was above average and very accomodating.The decor was beautiful making the shared spaces & bedrooms extremely inviting. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room that also opened up onto the lanai and pool deck was perfect for large groups, entertaining and celebrating together.We would definitely come back. Our group had up to 22 people, ages 3 through 73, staying in this 11 bedroom home and we had a fabulous time. On top of all the great ammenities our house had like a golf simulator, theater room and exercise room - the resort also had tennis courts, a shared pool and clubhouse with fitness center that we had access to as part of the resort. Also, about a block away there was a great park with shade and benches for the kids to play.
Great house for a large family gathering! Has a lot of amenities (pool, games, movie room) and a nice open feel where you can eat, watch tv, play pool, and swim all in what feels like one room. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever in the area.
Overall, a great stay at Villatel. The space was clean and check in/out was smooth. We had issues the first day with heat in the pool/spa not working, and the thermostat can’t be set lower than 72. These are Small things, but they make a difference. Overall, a good stay at Villatel!

The pool was nice . Very peaceful neighborhood despite the cranes that like to wake people up in the morning . I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone entering Florida for a family trip !

Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone! Great bedrooms with private bathrooms, fun arcade and games area for the kids (and adults) and fantastic pool area. Our pool heater had an issue one day and they did their best to fix the issue as timely as possible. Definitely recommend!
Overall really good, fantastic space for our 4 generation family. Everyone was entertained and the doors closed to the noise of the kids rooms. Any issues we had, they resolved quickly as long as it wasn’t on the wkd. Entering the resort and having to sit in line for an hr or more and the very harsh showers are they only complaints
My stay at Villatel was awesome. My kids loved the themed rooms and the screened in pool. They also enjoyed the music studio and the game room. There was so much to do at the houses that we didn’t have to leave for anything.
Most amazing house to stay when visiting Disney and Universal with the family. My favorite feature of this house when I stayed was the movie theater that we use to watch movies every night. Will definitely book again.
Beautiful home. We enjoyed all aspects of the stay from the pool to the theater room and games. We had some minor issues with housekeeping, but overall a fantastic experience.
I was exceptionally pleased with the Villatel accommodations. The kitchen supplies met every need. The game and casino rooms were beyond expectations. The overall decor was impeccable. Thank you for really thinking about the needs of your guest.
Villatel was a wonderful vacation home. My family and i had a wonderful stay, the kids had fun in the swimming pool/jacuzzi , we enjoyed the specious room, game rooms and a movie room . personally i recommend the villatel homes for anyone wanting affordable and fully equipped home for a vacation. BTW besides the home they have a village pack with play ground and swimming pool for the public as well.
Xavier was an excellent technician. He was on the ready and provided my family with superior service. He familiarized us with elements of the home (poolLights, etc) that we were not aware of. He even did an inspection of the pool and indicated that it needed cleaning. When we called about some minor issues, before we could even hang up the phone, Xavier was ringing the door bell- ready to assist. He cleaned the grill with speed and had a very pleasant disposition. Need more customer service technicians like Xavier.
My family and I had a wonderful time at our Villatel luxurious stay. The house looked even better than the pictures. Not to mention, the kitchen was well equipped, Even when we encountered small issues here and there, Villatel was quick to respond and fix the problems. We will proudly book with Villatel again when we return to Orlando.
We had a great week at the house in late February 2022. Great pool and jacuzzi, and loved the arcade room as well as the home theater. The grandkids loved the Harry Potter-themed bedroom as well as the Cinderella Castle bedroom. Plenty of room for all of us (13) to spread out in.
We recently enjoyed a week at this Villatel property and it was wonderful! We were a group of 17 with lots of little ones and between the pool, theatre, awesome theme rooms and arcade, there was never a lull in the fun. The Solara community area was the perfect resort vibe. The house was clean and spacious, any requests or minor issues were handled promptly by staff. A short trip to Disney parks and grocery/restaurants. Unfortunately we left behind an iPad and it was promptly found and shipped back to us which was great! We will definitely visit Villatel properties again!
The house was in excellent condition and delightfully designed. Administration was easy to work with and accommodating to all of our needs and the security was sufficient and pleasant. The only issue to be aware of is the construction that is ongoing, but this was a truly minor issue. I highly recommend their larger houses.
We stayed at the property in the middle of June. Our group of 28 had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The house had everything we needed and the staff was very accommodating if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.
It was very spacious and clean! Really enjoyed the game room but wished the bowling alley was ready. House doesn’t get cool enough! Pool was nice!
Everything was more then what I expected! The home was beautiful, had so much to do inside we didnt even do any of our scheduled activities. We were a little disappointed that the bowling alley wasnt completed nor where we notified about it not being completed, we had small children it was hard keeping them out the unfinished are. However that didnt stop us from enjoying the beautiful home. We most definitely will be returning.
The house met all our needs. The kids & adults loved & used everything available in the house. Management was quick to respond to an issue with the theatre remote. I highly recommend the house but I must say the house was in need of some updating. The exterior of the appliances were damaged, the water & ice dispensers didn’t work on the refrigerators & the rugs appeared dirty & worn. Another suggestion would be to provide railings for the pool & jacuzzi. Again it was a great house & I can’t say enough about how quickly management responded to questions during the months leading up to our vacation Solterra Resort is very nice too

This house is AMAZING! Fits 2-3 entire families, perfect for Disney! Has large patio, pool, ping-pong, game room, huge TVs, and thee Kitchen is marvelous! We highly recommend it!
Great place! We had 20 of us and there was plenty of room to spare. My family really enjoyed all of the things to do. Heated pool was fantastic. The kitchen is really set up well for feeding a bunch of people with having 2 fridges and ovens.Also, I really appreciated the customer service. We called a few times to ask questions before we left and a real person always answered right away. We also asked for blankets and some help with a TV and they showed up right away both times.One thing to note is that its new area and so there is a lot of construction in the area (didnt really hear it, so that was nice).I had a few suggestions for minor improvement for Villatel. Very nit-picky stuff but I figure its worth throwing it out there.1) Instructions on how to get into the gated community. It was a bit confusing for us at first.2) Bathrooms need some small garbage cans. I called and they had some on order, but leaving this note as a reminder.3) It would be nice to have a full out karaoke machine in that one room. We just played some youtube clips on the TV and used the mic.4) Kitchen could use some more serving bowls and spoons.5) The bumpers on bowling alley didnt appear to work.6) Scour pads for dishes.
The absolute worst experience ever.When I arrived (Along with my entire group) at 5 pm, the cleaning crew looked like they had barely started and told us we couldn’t come in the house for a few hours. We had to wait in the sun & heat because we didn’t have cars, as we Ubered from the airport. It was a mess. Villatel did nothing to help with the situation and just kept saying they would check on it and call me back. After I complained several times they offered $100 off, which is laughable. We ended up finally being able to access the house 3 hours after my 4 pm check in time. And never received ANY refund. The carpets are stained and disgusting. The sheets on the bunk beds were covered in Cheetos. I strongly would not advise you to stay there.
Amazing stay! Home had many fun amenities especially the game room. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi.
Had a lovely long weekend stay with my family to visit Disney. The house was beautiful. We did have a few maintenance issues and most were fixed immediately. We enjoyed our stay, the only disappointment was that We had to pay extra for heat for the jacuzzi tub which is kind of silly since they shoukd come already hot and working. so it is the only amenity we could not use...we spent enough just to stay there on top of the maintenance issues it woukd have been nice if it was given included or complentary or discounted out of the cost we previously paid. Other than that, we had a great time and hopefully will come back again. Thanks Villatel
All our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Our only negative was that the refrigerator felt small- considering the house can hold over 15 people. All in all had a great visit, and would definitely stay at a Villatel property again.
The house was very nice, but some of our group experienced ants in the kitchen and ants in their bed/bedroom. The house was not cleaned thoroughly after the previous guests left. Maintenance/Housekeeping had to be called to the house several times.Would have loved to have a refund of some kind to compensate for the inconvenience but it was not given.
The house was amazing all the new features my favorite was the microwave. The TV in the living room was very hard to work. For the money you pay for the home you shouldnt have to pay for the heated jacuzzi and the grill. But overall great experience
It was a great place to stay! Nice, full of activities for both kids and adults. If you do not chose, you really do not have to leave the house. However, my only concern was the terrible supply of ants in certain parts of the bathroom and outdoors being that I am allergic.
Our family definitely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are great & lots to do in & around the house. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness & the pool/hot tub heat, but those weren’t a big deal. However all the upstairs lights & fans are connected. Each room has their own remote but each remote controls every bedroom upstairs. That caused a lot of annoyance for everyone. Overall though I think we all really liked the house & our stay there.
I enjoyed every day spent in this big beautiful house. The themed kids rooms were awesome. All of the detail in the adults’ rooms were incredible. Each room had its own bathroom which was very convenient. The only thing is the living room tv wouldn’t connect to any of our phones to watch Disney + or any other streaming service through Google cast. Everyone in the house had little to no cellular service regardless of being connected to the Wi-Fi. We tried to have movie night in the theatre room and the Disney + wouldn’t work which was a bummer. We had some electrical issues with the fans going out in different rooms. The last thing none of us enjoyed were the showers. There was no way to adjust the shower head, therefore we all felt like we were getting stabbed in the back with the pressure of the water head. I enjoy showering but on that trip I tried to make them as short and to the point as possible lol. Other than that we loved that house. We planned on going to universal studios, but enjoyed the house so much to the point of not wanting to leave. Now that we’re back home, we feel homesick and are ready to come back to Villatel!
The house was beautiful, so much space and games. The rooms were clean, loved that each room had its own bathroom. The game room was nice (wished the bowling alley was still there), the theatre was a hit, the games upstairs, the gym, the pool. Loves the house and the amenities. The Wi-Fi was not great at all, it was hard to connect to and having a 10 + bedroom house will all of those people only 5 were able to connect to the Wi-Fi or it didn’t work.
Great house for a family vacation. We stayed with 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Kids ages 6-13 and they all enjoyed what the house and community pool had to offer.

This was an amazing house and location. Some items in the house were not in working order or were needing repairs including several of the game systems, ceiling fans, and lighting. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of them for our large family to stay. Could use some additional stay upgrades that other VRBO/AirBNB but overall it is not the end of the world that I had to buy some items off property to make my stay easier. The kids had a blast in the movie room and pool. I would stay at this house again in the future or in the resort again in a smaller house if I did not have my full family with me.
I can’t believe how much we enjoyed our stay!! We knew the house would be comfortable but it was even more fantastic than we hoped. The kids loved it so much, I think it might have surpassed Disney World for them. There was something for everyone in the house and it was laid out really well so we could all get some rest and also have plenty of places to socialize together. We paid for the extra heat in the pool/hot tub and that was so worth it. There were a few little quirks here and there with the heating (mostly user error) but the hosts were so quick to take care of things for us. Great communication and we are really appreciative of the Reunion Resort Clubhouse that was able to hold our bags for us when we had to check out early and wait for our late flight. We had a great experience overall would definitely be back!!!
The house is beautiful and full of fun, Had a great time. But it had a couple of things that need to be addressed, like doors not closing properly, fridge door did not close properly and shower door too. Also 5 kids got ear infection because of the pool.
Beautiful House! Iv been renting houses in the Orlando area for over 10 years and this one is BY FARRR the best house I have ever rented. Most houses I have ever rented have always been the bare minimum. This house had everything from the most beautiful décor to the most equip kitchen with every type of utensils and plates. Every room had a ceiling fan which is a HUGE plus with the Orlando heat. Highly recommend it and I will forever be renting from Villatel!
We had a blast watching movies in the theater, cooking breakfast as a family for the first in a long time and all the kids enjoyed pool time everyday. The neighborhood bird crew came by and sang us a carol lol. It’s always beautiful back there. We look forward to coming back every year
My family and I loved our stay at the Villatel!!! From the game rooms, to the decor, movie room , and not to mention the pool area. Everything was really nice and enjoyable we will definitely be back in the future.
Overall it was okay. If your just going by the pictures in the brochure, you’ll be fooled. The carpet for starters was horribly dirty, the ice machine not working, causing water to leak, tv in the bedroom not working and clogged sinks. Literally the maintenance crew was there everyday except Sunday. They we’re nice just not was to be expected after paying that kind of money. It could have been better.
Our group had an amazing stay! The house was beyond perfect and the private pool was a blessing. Location to the parks was excellent too. I would absolutely stay here again.
One of the best places I have ever stayed at! Super clean and plenty of dishes for the entire group they stayed. Game room & golf stimulation was a huge hit! Will most definitely be staying here again!
The house was great. We had arranged for a kosher kitchen was not ready upon arrival. However, Villatel office was very responsive and arranged for it as quickly as could be expected afterwards. Same goes for a few issues we had with things not working properly during our stay.
It was nice place overall.Bad:Gate Guards did not give up passes and we had to go back to the gate and get them.They said they had a pool table but did not. One of the games in the game room did not work. They fixed it 3 days later. All of the cable TVs were logged out of the account and did not work. Same with the streaming services. The staff could not log in either. The club house pool was not heated and very cold.Good:Pool was heated, screened in and very big. Hot tub was awesome. Beds were nice. Place was very clean. Very spacious. Gameroom was very fun even though one game was out of order. Movie room was outstanding.Overall we had a great time. If I go back I know what to look for and ask before I visit.
My family had such a great time staying in your beautiful home! We loved the pool, hot tub and movie theater after a long day at the parks! The games upstairs were a big hit with our kids! This home was very clean and well kept up with. Plenty of towels and everything you would need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay! Highly recommend this home! Looking forward to staying again!
Place was great and worked perfect for our group but the dishwasher didn’t work and the arcade room wasn’t completely finished (bowling lane not in). Lots of room for everyone to play, eat and relax, but having to do dishes for 28 while on vacation was disappointing.
We had 18 people and the house had plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. The games and pool kept the kids busy every day. Would recommend to anyone. Will be returning again.
We had 18 of us. Two 15 year olds, two 7 year olds, and three 4/5 year olds, with a 6 month old. The rest were adults. And it was AMAZING! there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfy, very quite. After putting the kids to bed you didnt have to worry about being too loud. Plenty of things to do in the house to keep everyone busy. The pool with the heater was WONDERFUL! The theater was super comfy. So fun to chill out for a night. The kitchen was very well stocked. I can only recommend a couple things. BATH MATS by the patio door and the down stairs bathroom door. Walking in from the pool wet feet on the ceramic floor is scary. We we put a towel down it was still pretty slippery. Also some of my guests did suggest bathmats for some of the showers. No place to put your shampoo and conditioner and walking to the corner to grab them gets very very slippery again. The televisions were kinda touchy. Sometimes they worked some times they didnt. In our bedroom this was the case but it wasnt a big deal for us. We dont use the TV much in our room. However everyone that we were in contact with about ANYTHING were super friendly. Very eager to help. I feel that if we would of contacted them about the television in our room it would of been resolved promptly. We had asked if we could get access to hook a computer up to the theater for a home movie. They showed up promptly unlocked the box gave us everything we needed with a smile!! I will definitely stay there again! It made for some incredible memories that we all are so grateful for!!!
The home was beautiful! Amazing pool, game room with lots to do. It kept our family entertained! The only drawback was there were inch worms EVERYWHERE! Which when we called they had someone come out quickly to spray. Also the internet connection was a little shaky and unsecured which made working from home while on vacation a little difficult. The bowling lane wasnt installed so we were unable to use that feature. Some amenties that they could have added was a toilet paper holder for all bathrooms and towel racks/holder..I know it seems minor but its alittle annoying not having anywhere to hang your towels/loofah when you shower or after youre done showering. ..All in all the home was still great and would definitely rent again. Thank you KSI Travels for finding such a great home to accommodate our large family.
Amazing! I booked the ocean oasis to enjoy with my family for my sons first birthday. The property was super clean and spacious and we got to take advantage of all the amenities. The only downside was that I wasn’t informed that it takes 12-24hrs to heat the pool so if you’re looking to add on pool heating please do so in advantage. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Disney world is only 18-20 minutes away so that’s a plus!
Beautiful home but was still under construction and no one told us. The bowling alley wasn’t in yet, it was just concrete. False advertising… the pictures of the property were not actually of the property. We were supposed to have a karaoke stage and didn’t. Missing tips to darts. Ring game fell off the wall upon arrival. But we did get an unexpected cool indoor trampoline & kids play room that came in handy minus the broken motorcycle game. Lots of little things like coffee machine didn’t work (maintenance got us a new one), pool light was hanging out of the pool and made us very nervous. The pool guy mentioned he reported it weeks ago but it wasn’t fixed until the morning we were checking out. We found a bra in one of the bunk beds… gross. Kids freaked out! Parents were very unhappy about that. The theater room got a lot of attention, big hit! There was not one hand soap in the whole house. We loved the huge fridge, big statement piece! I was very unhappy I did not get the navy blue cabinets in the kitchen which is one of the main reasons i liked that model on the website. Island light didn’t work nor did it get fixed while we were there. Pool pavers are a joke, apparently the pool area has settled since building that and separated to the point of it looking horrible by the screen side, huge toe stubber. Hot tub/pool heater was WAY off in temperature and it was highly frustrating. That was fixed the morning we checked out so not helpful. The pool surfacing seems as though it was not sealed or at least not properly. It hurt everyones feet, knees, butts… was horrible and the rocks were all over the steps…falling out. Some games didn’t work, lanai fans with lights are a huge inconvenience to operate. Maintenance tried to tell us but there were way to many steps to the process. Not enough lighting near pool area either. Maybe it would’ve helped if we had a functioning pool light, not sure. The master king bed first door to the left when you walk in the front door… I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT MATTRESS THIS IS! Everyone complained that the water pressure in the showers hurt their body. The master shower gets water all over the floor. Bad shower design. The glass door also hit the glass panel when closing… so scary! The bath was awesome though!Full disclosure, I’m a remodeler so I can pick apart any house, but this one was way too easy. All in all we had a great stay, just wish the house were a lot better for what we paid!Just FYI. Maintenance was great. We liked him a lot … Tremain was his name? No clue on spelling. Give him a raise, great guy!
Clean, plenty of space and lots to keep the kids occupied with while it rained. The host was very responsive any time we had an issue or a question. We had a great time and would love to go back. Definitely recommend!
Excellent home. Everything we needed and large enough to comfortable fit 18 people! The house was neat, clean and warm.This is one you need to look at 3 more times before making a decision.
We loved the home we rented so much that we spent most of our time there! The heated pool was amazing as well as the theater room. We enjoyed family movies together and held tournaments in the game rooms. Our home had a pool table, air hockey, basketball arcade game, bowling game, a car racing game, and giant Scrabble board. After visiting the theme parks we relaxed in the hot tub which was always the best part of the day! My wife rented a grill and with having 2 giant refrigerators, there was more than enough room to stock up. We saved so much money and time by not having to seek out restaurants every day. The beds were comfortable and enough bathrooms that no one had to share. Such a beautiful home and amazing experience! Our family plans on making this our vacation home every year now!

This house (1779 Oak Blossom Drive) far exceeded our expectations. We used 10 of the 11 bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) and each and every one was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels and very convenient to have three washers and dryers. The kids particulalry loved the themed bedrooms and enjoyed the slides as well as the pool table and other games. Pool was heated and jacuzzi was hot and inviting. At the end of a long day at the Disney parks we enjoyed the in-house movie theater as well as the nearby playground (too tired to even consider using the exercise room). The house and pool were well maintained and Villatel was very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. Jon
This was a good place to stay great for the kids lots of bedrooms bathrooms in each bedroom there were a couple of things that didn’t work like the fan outside and a couple of the games were down and the movie room didn’t work but overall a great experience
Great for family. The villa we stayed at had activities for the kids and adults (such as a pool in the backyard, ping pong, billiards, arcade room, movie theatre, casino room) also loved the modern style and decor.
Our rental was amazing! It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We all especially enjoyed the blackout shades in all the rooms. There was plenty of kitchen wear to cook our entire 6 nights. We were a group of 14 from age 6 to 73. There was space to spread out and three beds remained empty all weekend. Two of the teenagers got their own rooms which is unheard of on vacation. The neighborhood was clean and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. We use sound machines. We never heard outside noise while we slept. I will absolutely be renting this house again for our next family reunion.
The house was absolutely amazing. It was spotless when we arrived, everything was clean and organized, the game room was so fun and the poker table was THE BEST. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to friends and come again.
We had a great stay at our Villatel mansion. Everything was well kept and clean. Any minor issues we ran into were quickly resolved. The kids were on cloud 9 with the theme rooms, arcade, and pool. The adults enjoyed the amazing resort style bedrooms and state of the art kitchen. It was a wonderful week. We are hoping to be back soon!

2022-08-17Best family vacation! The house was everything pictured. Me and my family enjoyed our week vacation. It was very spacious for my family of 22 we never felt crowded. We all enjoyed the pool and all of them game amenities. The movie theater room was the best bonus, we enjoyed watching movies in there together. The community resort was nice besides the bar and grill being too long of a line and wait to make an order. Half the time there was spent in line to order and we never got serviced. But the resort overall was a great different scenery for the kids. We didn’t even need to go to any Disney parks.

2022-07-30The house was amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the house. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. My only complaint was there were no wash cloths or towels in the house. We called and for a house that sleeps 20 they brought 10 sets and no more. Therefore we had to purchase more so all of our guests could have some. Another draw back is the parking. You can only have about 4 cars parked at house. There is overflow parking but of course the lots were full. However I would definitely book again.

2022-06-26Absolutely 💯 loved the house. The kids loved the designer children themed bedrooms and game room. When I called Villatel for a vacuum and can opener, they came right away. The beds were super comfortable, even the kids beds. So comfortable, I slept in one. I also loved that the pool is enclosed. No bugs 🙂. The only only downside was the parking and water park. Its a 12 bedroom house with only 5 parking spots and they say they only give out 5 parking passes. If you are renting a 12 bedroom house, Im pretty sure theres more than 5 people or couples coming. Doesnt really make ssense. They need to have a parking lot for extra cars if needed. Also the water park is small and reached capacity most of the time so didnt get to enjoy it. But other than that, it was the perfect house for my big family. It accommodated adults and children equally.

2022-08-10This house offer everything a large family need. The room are awesome and having your own bathroom is a plus. The trampoline room was a hit for the young and old. Private pool was enjoyed by all. The kitchen the island and the dining room accommodates all your eating arrangements. The living room exceptional. We use every room in this house. Laundry on the first and second floor was a plus. We celebrated our parents 60th Wedding anniversary with there children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Parking works to for a large group with 5 vehicles. The grocery stores are close. You and your family will enjoy this resort.

2022-08-01My family and I stayed at a home on Broad Oak Drive at the Solterra Resort. The customer service was amazing and a representative responded whenever I texted regarding my concerns. A tech was sent out to supply an HDMI cord for the cable, the snake was removed from the pool, and the screen was repaired in most of the damaged areas. The home was beautiful in terms of structure but there is a great deal of work that needs to be done throughout and it seems like the property is not well maintained. The pictures in the advertisement were very misleading because the condition of the actual property was totally inferior to what was shown. The carpet in the bedrooms and on the stairs is very worn and dirty, the tracks to the shower doors are soiled, the drain to the showers is also soiled, the stove handle was hanging off, the white bed linens appeared to have been washed with dark items due to the small dark fabric balls on their surfaces, some of the towels appeared to be clean but they have stains from prior use or washes, the screen surrounding the pool is torn in at least four areas which allowed lizards to enter onto the patio and a snake to enter the pool, the furniture in the theme rooms for the children is extremely damaged and the home is just not well kept at all. There are more observations that my family and I communicated upon arrival, during our stay, and in a requested review that we received in the day or so after we checked out. I included pictures of everything mentioned above when I communicated my concerns to Villatel. It is my hope that the repairs and renovations will be made so that future families can enjoy the cleanliness, and quality of their vacation living space, that we afford ourselves in our homes. Unfortunately, my family did not have that experience, and because we prepaid, were far away from home, and some of the members of our family were small children, we did not have the luxury to pursue other rental options. As such, we stayed at the home that we had secured well in advance of our family vacation. Your prices reflect that of a rental that is in excellent condition yet the condition of the home of the home falls very short and we were very disappointed. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this home to families seeking housing for their vacations. My family and I took several pictures of the condition of the home and we sent them to management immediately upon arrival so that we would not be held responsible for the damage. I included the photos, that I was responsible for taking, in this review and will add the others upon receiving them from my family members.

2022-06-30The house we rented was far the best place we have stayed. I will definitely be using Villarel again. Their customer service is off the chart. 2022-06-14Great house and excellent location!! This house was huge and plenty of room for our 14 guests. The pool was amazing as well as the hot tub! There was so much to do that we skipped the day at the parks just to spend more time at the house! Since it was brand new it was really clean and besides a few things noticed we will definitely be renting again. Conversations with management were excellent and fast they went above and beyond trying to help us out with things that we needed. Highly recommended!!
