This store sucks! And its in a raggedy neighborhood!. I came in here to return something I purchased in the Jamaica store and they claim in cant be returned because its not in stock in this particular store. BS!!! I will never patronize this location again! Smh.

They have nice clothing here for good prices, the only problem is that usually it gets crowded and they dont have enough cashiers. Also they check your bags & reciet when you leave.
I use to love this store but the prices on jeans, shirts and shoes are expensive. They also need to he a better selection of plus size shirts and the prices should be the same as the smaller size shirts.
I actually can not stand the customer service in this place. About my sixth or seventh time going there (out of necessity) and these people seem like they just hate life... No smiles, no thank you, no can I help you... Just a very uncomfortable environment.
V.I.M. is a very good store for 16 and 35 people like myself.(52) there are no clothes to suit my needs, other than the old school sneakers in the basement.

You have to check your bags at the front door. So insulting when youre coming in to spend your hard earned money..and they pre-label you a theif.
They are suppose to give the customer the price that it says on the price tag. They are not suppose to say that it wasnt printed right. What is on the price tag , is the price of the item.

This is the most disorganized and dirtiest VIM Ive ever been to. The employee I asked for help did not even understand me and could not give me directions to find what I was looking for.

I mean, the prices are somewhat high overestimate things, There is not much variety visit that place a year ago and still have the same styles, you should vary the products, not to mention the terrible service in the area of footwear you spend about 20 minutes looking for someone to help you find the size you need ...They should improve, they can improve!

2021-10-10The security officer at the door was polite friendly and knowledgeable. The young sales person downstairs in an empty selling floor was more interested in looking busy then trying to sell . I cane in looking for Timberland hiking boots and she would have rather been anywhere else. I left after 20 frustrating minutes.

2019-05-02The cashier wasnt friendly at all, no hello,no smile nothing. The guy that checks the bags in was very nice. But cashier definitely needs more retail training.

2019-06-12Love the selection in the store because when I go to other places the clothing will be higher in price now I will stay customer service sucks because who they have behind the cash register do not pay any attention to people on the floor that need attention 😡I will say this if any employee needs to work they need to know English because if they cant understand what Im saying and have to go ask someone else to translate and they work there thats a problem 😑
