Unbelievable, Have never been treated like this in any store. A store rep rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. A manager was going to help me but left me when they called him n left me talking to myself.

This was the first time Ive been here I years. They have really slacked off with their sneaker collection. I remember going to VIM as a teenager to get my sneakers clothes. Now this store would be my last resort if I was in need of a pair.
Not my style or rarity of clothing that i am comfortable wigh now but it is a gem If you have young to adolescent children, this is a gold mine. They even have gems for adults. The prices are almost correct but they do not accept AMEX or do NFC Payment (apple pay, samsung pay, google, etc.)

On Sunday Sept 3rd i was at the Vim at Fordham to purchase sneakers for my son. While i was there i was cut on my finger with the sneaker box and i politely asked the cashier for some tissue to clean my finger since it was bleeding .. The Cashier was rude and not helpful, she looked at the Manager and the he was also rude. They looked at each other as if i had asked a question out this world. Finally they directed me to the basement to get a first aid kit and the gentleman there had the same expression. They had no compassion, no tissue, or bandaids .. Please Managers you must train your employees on first aid and compassion!!! I will not be returning to this store and will let all my friends and family not to shop there since none of your employees or Manager have no Customer service Skills or Compassion !!I am only giving a star because i wont be able to post this !!!!
First it had to many people line outside and inside to pay. Guys working the sneaker area were rude and not helpful at all after waiting over 30 minutes I left without getting anything because no one was willing to do there job.
Its okay... The merchandise qualities (in my opinion) is less than average and somewhat overpriced...You have to catch sales (Black Friday) for deals... Even then prices are high.
Bad experience didnt buy nothing because there were signs of buy one get one 50% off and they told me that was yesterday sale

Always a V.I.M. fan. The Cashiers are very slow, not helpful and very rude. The store itself is awesome. The Staff working there IS NOT.
The styles always change every 3 months in New York and Vim is always up-to-date with that expect to be in style with anything you grab at their store love going there the staff is on point with stocking and straightening out the stock for a real busy location they have a lot to go around.
Not a good selection as others no sales for thier category of stuff now early in the pandemic I did they online and came off well so idk blessings
You should not buy in this store neverrr, the employes would steal from you and the manager is just an stupid guy that doesnt do anything about it! no even check the camaras. The system they have to take care of your stuff is just a cover so that those guys in the front door can take your belongings. Im really mad because the manager instead of taking care of his constumers he just ignored the situation and cover his employees . DONT EVEN GO THERE!! WORST VIM EVER.

Vim has a variety of jean and shirts of whats poppin nowadays they snkrs they aright but could use a upgrade and more shoes but other than that its aright oh and sometimes the employees get a little attitude but u better tell em straight if not whoop they ass

Clothes only last a couple of times being washedPants are one of the worse things to buy here zipers are cheaply made and so are buttonsI have had both break so many times on me the prices are afforable but its not worth it

2020-08-21Im 47y.o. 510 and wear a size 12 and a half or 13 in Nikes. Went to get the camo Jordans and they were the only store that had them. No extra charge for big size like some stores do.
