I arrive at the store I need a place to store my bike to let me and move my bike so helpful I went downstairs went in with nothing came out with something I like the store
This is one of the only three stores I buy clothes from. And I will stand by them forever.
Needs a better selection of items so people wont have to deal with the same gear on at a party
The security guard (the old dark skin guy at the front of the store) is rude as hell. I dont like him. And, they dont have variety; clothes made with very cheap material. If youre not a small person or dont have small kids, I dont recommend V.I.M.

2021-12-28The workers were nice the only problem I had is that they dont have a wide range of sizes in pants I wanted a pair of sweats and they did not have my Suze they only go up too a 2xl and I needed a 3xl other than that it was ay okay

2020-10-31Excellent selection. A little bit of everything. Sneakers and does selection is great. Clothing has all types of styles. The Staff is sneaky, not helpful and downright rude. Treat everyone as if they shoplifter. Even when you purchase numerous itemsThe bumass wannabe cop at the door talks to and treats a good customer as if they are trying to steal additional items. I had my receipt and simply walked from the register straight to the door. The SuperCop made me wait, spoke rudely and spoke in Spanish(Which I speak and was TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL). I LOVE VIM. I do not support their staff hiring.

2019-03-03If not for the politeness of the cashier, I would give 0 stars. The rest of the staff can be abrassively rude and even ignore customers (unless they suspect you may be a thief.) There is also an old smoke smell, like a dozen full ashtrays.
