My son, a young adult encountered an emergency issue with his vehicle close to this business and Francesco noticed he needed assistance and came to help him immediately and not only fixed the issue right away but he wouldnt even take payment b/c he said Thats not what it was about, it was about helping the young guy out! We are very grateful to Francesco for this good deed and highly recommend him and his business as clearly he is kind hearted and conducts business with the true meaning of good business!

This was my third time doing business at Vincent‘s auto body. Joe is a Mench!. He makes sure you’re happy while they do fine detailed work and won’t break the bank at the same time. I had my Mazda towed all the way from Manhattan so they could work on it there. That’s how much confidence I have in them. They delivered again.

Stay away from this shop, he towed our car to another shop for them to fix it without letting us know. He gave us one price the change by $120 because we would not let his friend fix it. He is a crook that is trying to take advantage of people. When we asked him why he change the price he said I gave you a friendly price because i thought my friend was going to fix it but because he is not then you must pay the full price..

They just saved me $1000+ in unnecessary repairs, and didnt charge me a cent. Not the first time Ive saved with them.Have been unlucky with drivers hitting me, mostly in NYC. After one accident, brought it here as they were listed as one of my insurance companies certified repair shops. Did a good job, car looked good as new and charged under the insurance estimate. They did the same the next time it happened on my Honda Accord.Just recently, my check engine light went on and I brought it to them as I needed that to pass inspection, they told me they didnt have the proper diagnostics and I should bring in to Honda. Honda of Nanuet told me there were spiders (yes actual Arachnids lol) in my charcoal canister and charged me over $500 to replace it (the light went on again after a couple of days and they fixed it again but told me spiders had crawled into it over the weekend no joke).Honda of Nanuet, naturally, also found other stuff that required my immediate attention, mainly brakes and rotors and comp. bushings that had to be replaced immediately. And 5 other things that I should do soon, I of course didnt let them fix it but brought it here.Frank, Vincents brother, told me my car was fine, the brakes and discs might have to be replaced in a month or 2 (at a cost of $330 as opposed to $550 from Honda) and told me everything else was fine. That was upwards of $2000 that I could have spent at Honda.These guys are a gem - trustworthy, no price-gouging and competent. If you need repairs, I would highly recommend these guys.

Had a Subaru rear bumper/gate fixed. Great job fixing it prior to least return. Easy to deal with and no issues with insurance.
