They were very polite and let me change my window in the parking lot which made up for the expensive price. Because they removed the window from the junk truck and I had a question about installing mine while I was doing it in their parking lot they were to come out and help and the mechanic used special tools to help me get my door panel off. Very good people there only been there once but it was a good experience. Im using this picture because i dont have a picture of my truck and I like the modelcars that they got set up in the waiting room

Fair and Honest. Searched and drove for days looking for a 1997 Jaguar seatbelt. Next option was in Georgia but our son had us stop at Vince’s. He had exactly what we needed, went out and retrieved it and sold it for a fair price saying if could be returned if it did not work out. Got it in and know my family is now safe. Shame on the dishonest guy who sold the car to a young father driving his children.

Great selection of parts, honest description, and fair prices. I run a large shop and have bought parts there for 40 years and my uncles bought there before that. Only got a bad part once and it was quickly replaced no questions asked.

Get there guy asks what car I tell him asks what parts I tell him window trim and a few interior pieces he says we dont send guys in the back if you dont know what parts you need. I said again Im looking for window trim and some interior pieces. He has me go back look at it come up and says he wont sell it to me what a joke.

Things started out fine here, the staff were initially friendly, and even offered to deliver the rear end I bought to the garage that I was going to have install it, since it wouldnt easily fit in my car. I had my shop install it, but when I drove home I heard noises that I after researching diagnosed as bad carrier bearings, (sounded like I had big aggressive truck tires at the back at any speed above 15 mph) along with the outer right side bearing. (Would howl from there when I turned left) Seeing as how my original rear end was fine and I only bought this one because I wanted one with posi, I weighed my options, and decided if I could recoup some money on a return, to have my shop re-install my original open diff rear end, since it would cost me even more to replace the bearings. I called Vinces beforehand and told them what was wrong, and asked about returning it. I was told there should be no problem. Great, went ahead and had it re-swapped.I brought the rear end back in the back of a borrowed truck, they pulled it down and I went inside. I was told they were just going to pull the cover off and then Id be taken care of. About 3 minutes later, another guy comes from the back and tells me theres nothing wrong with the bearings, and that the rear end was never even installed on my car. I insisted it had been installed, and that if it hadnt been making weird noises I wouldve just kept it on there. (Because why would I throw away over $800 in labor alone to have an entire rear end swapped twice just to accomplish nothing?) He again insisted it had never been on my car, with the old rusted brakes that were on it and bent backing plates. I told him they had swapped everything over from my original rear end, then swapped it back, since my brakes were fine. I was given the most sideways dirty look, and again told it had never been on my car, and he offered to bring me in the back and show me the bearings. I shouldve, since it wouldve been a real feat for them to pull everything out of there to get at them plus the outer one in 3 minutes, but I think I was just too floored that I was being called a liar to do anything other than tell them to call my shop that installed it to confirm. When I asked him to do this, he shook his head and walked away. The guy at the desk took my card to scan it for the refund, and as hes turning around hes shaking his head and mutters It wasnt on the car. Again, I told him to call my shop, that I dont want them thinking Im lying to them. He hands me back my card and a receipt for the refund, waves at me and mutters dismissively Dont worry about it. I had to stop myself from escalating it by calling them myself and putting them on speaker, and just left, feeling incredibly insulted. This would be a 1 star review from me for the accusations and attitude alone, but I have to stay somewhat objective and say they did give me a full refund, including waiving the restocking fee, which I wasnt expecting anyway. Personally, the treatment of character is far more important than the money to me, but I feel like more people care about the money, hence the extra star. They do have a lot of parts stocked, and their prices are pretty reasonable. Just be aware that if anything goes wrong, it will be deemed your fault, theyll label you a fraud, and youll be given a bad attitude. I guess Ill post pictures of my receipts from my repair shop to prove that yes, that rear end was in fact on my car, for 52 miles at least. Who knows, maybe it wasnt the bearings, but something was definitely not right. Maybe when they re-sell it and it comes back again from someone else because of the noise, theyll believe me.Final words of wisdom unrelated to the review or Vinces: Dont change or upgrade anything on your car unless its broken, and when you do, use new or remanned parts.

I will be calling a lawyer and taking you to court this week. I bought a power steering pump and drive shaft and the driveshaft was broken and costed me $30 to buy new u joints not including costs of labor. The power steering pump just caused an engine fire and destroyed multiple hoses and my fan belt and fan shield and my brake reservoir and entire power steering pump that I JUST BOUGHT FROM YOU GUYS. Im going to sue you guys for the damages of my vehicle.
