Dr. Sunita Mathew is excellent! She takes her time to give a thorough examination. She is very clear on what needs to be done to care for teeth! I’m recommending her to my son and others!
I dont normally write reviews but this is an exception. While the doctor seemed nice, the dentist hygienist seemed kind of incompetent or new which is probably why the dentist had to do the cleaning herself. I have been going to the same dentist for 30 years and decided to go someplace closer to home. I told the dentist that my previous dentist was sending over xrays so they didnt need to do them. She stated that for new visits they have to do xrays but that she would obly do biting xrays. I was later billed by them for xrays and Ive never received a bill from the dentist before. I called my insurance company and they said its because they did additional xrays that are only covered at 80 percent and biting xrays are covered at 100 percent. Mind you the dentist said she was only doing biting xrays so why am I being billed for additional xrays. I will not return here and will go back to my original dentist even if it is more of a drive.
Used to like this office but their wait times are horrendous. Had to cancel an appointment d/t illness and was told I’d have to wait 5 months to reschedule. Called for an urgent visit and they were in accommodating. Office is outdated-needs facelift. Front desk staff could use re-training on customer service.
This was my first visit. I was very impressed with both the dentist and Michelle, the hygienist. My only complaint, is that it’s impossible to get an appointment unless you book four months in advance.
Dr. Cohen is the best! Ive had a lot of Dentist and she by far gives me the most confidence and trust . She is also very patient in taking your concerns into consideration.
I had a possible tooth problem that I needed to have looked at. I called the office on the morning and they got me in 330 pm the same day. Thankfully it was just a gum irritation. Great job!!!
This was my first time at a Dentst in over 30yrs The front desk staff need some customers training...🙄 but the dental assistants were excellent, kind, gentle concerned I was completely comfortable, and my Dentist was the most gentle of all she made me want to come back, I am so pleased I will recommend this office to any nervous person my experience gets a 9
I was experiencing some tooth pain and someone highly recommended Dr. Vinciguerra turned out I need a root canal so naturally I was nervous but what an experience this was the staff was awesome and Dr. Vinciguerra Talked me through the whole experience and kept reassuring me that I was doing great it was really comforting if you are nervous about the dentist I recommend going here because it finally got me over my fear knowing they care and want to help

I have been a patient here for many years. They are always on time, maximum wait time may be 10 minutes! The hygienists are very friendly, pleasant and provide compassionate care. Dentists are pleasant too. I would highly recommend this place.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! I was a new patient today and the receptionist was accomodating getting me in. The hygienist gave me a quick and painless x-ray. Dr cohen was very friendly and knowledgable and gave me the best detailed cleaning Ive ever had. They really make sure they do it right and strive for excellence. You get the sense they care about your mouth as much as you do if not more. I highly recommend this practice and actually look foward to returning!

My first appointment for regular Check-up and cleaning was great. Staff were amazing, personable and competent in dental care. Dr. Silverstein is a master at her profession but also the most compassionate and caring dentist out there. I wouldnt trust anyone else to care for my 94 year old mothers teeth. She not only takes care of my mothers dental needs, she also well understands the needs of the family caring for her elderly patients and offers sound and calming support. Her office staff are remarkable, efficient and caring as well. Thank you.
I have been going to this office for years, I recommend them to all my family and friends. The girls at the front desk are all great and would even call me if a closer appointment becomes available. All the doctors are amazing I have been seen by all of them and like them all very much, but I usually see Dr. Mathew, she is so thorough and patient, makes sure I’m comfortable and answers any questions I have.

I have been a patient here for two years now and am very glad to have found this office. Originally I went in with some acute tooth pain and I was impressed with everyone’s professionalism and care, and have since gone back for my routine visits. Dr. Huh has excellent chair side manners and Joanna is now my favorite hygienist. So a big thank you to them and the rest of the team at the office for a smooth pleasant and professional visit every time I’ve gone!
The ladies at the front desk were great.Gallia and Ashley were very nice. Janet, my hiegenist was very nice and extremely thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Mathew was great and explained my x-rays well.
I had a tooth ache for a week and after my previous dentist could not see me until Aug 23rd, I researched and found Silverstein & Vinciguerra. They got great reviews and were open on Saturday, which was great because Friday the pain was unbearable. I prayed they took my insurance and could see me on Saturday. I called them 8:05 am and spoke to one of the girls there, VERY NICE!!! She put me in for 10:30 that morning! I got there filled out my forms and was seen within 10 min. I saw Dr. Mathew, she was very nice!! She went over my xrays and told me I had a big cavity. She wanted to save my tooth and filled it instead of pulling it out! I appreciated that because I really did not want to have an extraction. I did not feel a thing and I have very sensitive teeth! Forget my old dentist that couldnt even accommodate my emergency, this is my new dentist! I am bringing my husband over too and my sisters family! Great first experience! I came in for a cleaning, I had Michelle as the dental hygienist. She was horrible. No bedside manor. She was rough, had me bleeding. Felt rushed. She was flossing me and she was so rough that she popped my cap off.Then I had to wait to see a Dentist. Which I saw the P.A. who glued my cap back on. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the cement. I shouldnt have to pay for what Michelle did. I came in with all my teeth intact. Not happy.Amendment:The office reached out to apologize and offered to refund me for the cement. They did send me a refund. So they somewhat made it right. Lets see what happens when I go back for my cleaning in the fall. Ill keep you updated.
It’s my first time here but would highly recommend this place. It’s not hard to get an appointment, they would even see me on the day I called. The staff are very friendly, polite and doesn’t make you feel awkward at all. They try their best to give you what you need. Dr. Cohen was very nice and made sure I won’t feel pain during the procedure. Kudos to this clinic! Five stars!
Best service, very friendly and accommodating, true professionals. I have been with them for over 7 years and live an hour away from them. But I still go because they treat you well and do excellent dental work.

The hygienist named Joanna did my x-rays and cleaning. She was very gentle and patient. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and what the next step was. She always asked me if I was doing ok and if I was feeling any pain. Joanna was AWESOME!!!! The office staff were very nice too, my appointment was at 2:20 PM and I was running a little late so I called and spoke to Ashley and informed her that I was stuck in traffic and I was going to arrive ten minutes late, she said she would inform the Doctor. I arrived at 2:31 PM and was in the chair by 2:37 PM. KUDOS TO EVERYONE!!!
Today was my first visit at Dr. Silverstein & Vinciguerras office. I was seen by Dr. Vinciguerra, he was totally amazing, honest, very patient, above and beyond bedside manner and answered all my questions. Two (2) of my coworkers go to this practice and they were extremely happy with the dentists at this office, so I figured let me try. They except the Aetna DMO In Network Plan and I had a $5 copay, which was great too!I rate Dr. Vinciguerra and staff, Nancy and Gallia (front desk) a 10 in my book ! Nancy sent over my referral right away to see an in network periodontist.They were all so friendly and thats a plus !Thank you so much !Mary Y. of Lynbrook, NY
The services here is good. The doctors seem to know what they are doing which is what anyone would expect. I personally dont like they are charging $150 to their patients for a covid-19 test l find this to be atrocious considering the time in which we are living. Also the test is free at many locations. Last but least they should wait until services are rendered before asking for payment. I find that to be a bit unprofessional. I give three stars because of the latter reasons only. Overall this is an adequate a place for dental services
I trust everyone at the office with my life ! I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and I’ve tried to go to another dentist when I went to school and it wasn’t the same. My preferred dentist is Dr. Mathews but if she’s not available everyone in the office is just as gentle and knowledgeable. Dr Cohen did a filling for me today and I barely felt it. Hands down the best Dentist office I’ve been too and I’m VERY particular about my smile !
I have been a patient here for about 3 years . I love everyone they are amazing . Whenever I come across a patient, coworker, family, or friend looking for a dentist I recommend them to the office. I have interacted with almost everyone is this office and they are all amazing. The exceptional service starts att he front desk and continues with the hygienist and dentist. The girls at the front desk are always nice and well informed . Appointment run on time . Minimal waiting in the waiting room . The office rarely cancels your appointments. My sister came from New Jersey and needed to be fit in and got a same day accommodation. I will never stop coming here. Great numbing techniques . Minimal pain recovering . Very Clean environment.
One of the most dreaded health-care maintenance experiences is a visit to the dentist. I was told the bill would be only $91 for my husband who had insurance coverage for his last visit roughly 3 months ago but we knew he was not covered on this recent visit and we were ok with $91....but...then when we checked our credit card bill online... It was actually $291 charged to our card. (Exam and cleaning)If they had told me it would cost this much before hand then my husband would not have went and simply waited until our insurance covered the services for the next covered visit. Totally not cool at all. Other than that snafu, the service there was excellent.

Visited the Office for the 1st time today as an emergency patient. Office staff was super friendly and the Dental Hygienist provided a detailed explanation of what to except.The Dentist was TOP NOTCH A+++. . I had to have an emergency Root Canal and three shots of novocaine. The Dentist was empathetic, compassionate and tactical in his thinking to stop the pain and get me on the road to recovery.Would HIGHLY recommend this practice to Friends Ana Family!

I love and trust this practice so much that I switched back to them after one visit with a dentist who was closer to my home. Ive met a few of the dentists and liked them all. They are thorough and patient and explain things clearly. They are willing to watch and wait and aren’t overly aggressive about fillings etc. The front desk staff is also friendly and helpful. The office is in a convenient location with relatively easy parking. Highly recommended
The dentist and dentist assistant were both great. They really made me feel comfortable. I left there very satisfied with how they took care of me. My experience with the receptionist on my way out was not as pleasant. I felt like I was taking up her time with questions about my next appointment.
This place is awesome. They make going to the dentist much more bearable and borderline enjoyable, in the sense that they make you feel like you are doing your body good. The staff, dentists and nurses are unbelievably nice and extremely helpful. Office was very clean, staff was friendly, and the dental hygienist I had, Joanna, was fabulous. I usually leave the dentist feeling very sensitive but not this time. I had no pain whatsoever. My very first appointment at Silverstein and Vinciguerra and I am more than satisfied with their level of service. Janet (Dental Hygienist) and Dr Cohen (Dentist) are very pleasing personalities but whats more is they deliver care with a genuinely caring and kind attitude. They were eager to answer any and all questions and highly informative. The teeth cleaning I recieved was not rushed and top notch high quality service. Dr. Vinciguerra’s office is the absolute best! Needed a very last minute appointment for a COVID-19 test for my mom who had been exposed a few days prior; went in and the staff was great very friendly. Big thanks to Nancy for helping us through and helping my mother translate. Thankfully she was negative and we got our results within minutes. Very much recommend this office!

Went to this office for the first time today.I spoke with Dr Silverstein last night as an emgergency. She was so patient and very kind plus knew how to help me deal with my pain until i came into the office. The doctor that actually treated me today was Doctor Vinciquerra.He was the sweetest, knowledgeable and very kind to my suffering painful self. He had to pull a very infected tooth and did a wonderful job. Im still under the Novacaine but i expect to finally be rid of my agony. I would highly RECOMMEND both Doctors and the staff is wonderful. My ONLY problem was the cost. I wasnt prepared to have to go through this at this time. It was frustrating not having any senior Low income discount.
I have been seeing Dr. Ha for about five years now. Before that, I hadn’t been to the dentist in way too long because I was always “afraid.”Dr. Ha always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, and I have never felt rushed at an appointment with him. He is very friendly and always checks in while he’s working to make sure I’m comfortable/not feeling pain throughout the appointment. I can’t speak for the other dentists there, but I can highly recommend him. I also have always had very pleasant experiences with the rest of the staff, both at appointments and when I call to schedule an appointment.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. Their dental hygienists (Ive had cleanings from a few of them) give the best cleanings Ive ever had. Effective but very gentle. The dentists are great and address any concerns I have about my dental health. I live in Astoria, Queens, and opt to make the trek out here instead of finding a dentist near me, if thats any indication of how much I like this place.
We have always received a warm and professional service from Dr.V and staff, whether routine or emergency service. The office has always been immaculately clean and with Covid19, our new life norm, all necessary protocol is exceeded. My family would never consider going elsewhere .
Ive had terrible experiences with dentists in the past to say the least. When I arrived to the office I was greated by kind and professional staff who listened to my concerns and made sure the doctor was aware of my past experiences. Not only was Dr. Huh kind and understanding, he also was down to earth and he thoroughly explained everything he was going to do before he actually did it. For the first time in my life, Im proud to say that I had a great experience. They have managed to earn themselves a new regular patient.
Today I took my three boys ages 7,5 and 3 to the dentist. Everyone in this office was friendly, helpful and great dealing with my children. Dr. Cohen was excellent especially with my 3 year old. My husband and I also go to this practice and we are very pleased with the everything.
I was very upset that they started to do a procedure for an extraction and to preserve the area for possible future implant. They proceeded to numb me, after a half hr they came in and told me they cant do the procedure because they didnt have all the rrquire materials. So I had to wait for the numbness to go away for nothing.
A pleasant experience in that I dont feel dread visiting the dentist like I have at other places.

I probably like most have bad anxiety when going to the dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled (unknowingly) and Dr. Patel was so amazing. She never once made me feel bad for missing my 6 month appointment and explained everything she was going to do. I was so comfortable with her and the rest of the staff I’m sure to never miss making an appointment again. Thank you!!!!!

The visit was great from beginning to end. The front desk was welcoming. The hygienist did a very thorough job with the cleaning, going back in with the scalers after she used the ultrasonic. Dr. Huh was my dentist, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very honest, and did not push me to do anything that was not necessary. I felt very comfortable at this office and will definitely return.

Been a patient for several years and I’m very happy with the practice. Had only routine exams and cleanings until recently. Dr. Silverstein had recommended a crown to replace a large and very old filling in a cracked tooth. Finally had it done a few months back. She completed it in one visit and it’s perfect. Staff all very cordial and helpful.

I finally found a wonderful and meticulous dentist! What a breath of fresh air. Dr. Huh is a very talented dentist. He also has a lovely bedside manner, an empathic dentist? This might be the first time I have met a dentist with the total package. Really, nothing short of perfection from the several times hes worked on my teeth.Dr. Huh listened to any and all my questions and concerns and I could tell he was an honest person/dentist.For the past decade I was unhappy with many dentists. I often was told I needed multiple root canals and either they were very business like (too formal) or very nice but did not do satisfactory work on my teeth. I really had felt like a number and not a whole person. I felt that they were not looking out for my best interest and well being in regards to my teeth. Dr. Huh is different. He told me I did not need root canals and that he wouldnt like to do root canals unless I needed it. Thats really refreshing to hear. Hint: Root canals make money for dentist offices.The crowns Dr. Huh has molded for my teeth were precise and took much less time and pain than I have experienced in the past.I am very happy with Dr. Huhs dental work, his patient centered care and ethics. I look forward to my dentist appointments with him. I know I am in good hands. My teeth feel better and look better. I hope he doesnt get so popular that I have to schedule a year in advance but he deserves this review. I dont review much so that says a lot in itself.Go see him. You wont regret it!Also, ask for hygienist, Joanna for your teeth cleaning. She is amazing!
I have been a patient for many years. My favorite dental hygienist retired. I was apprehensive starting over with a new hygienist. I could not have been happier or my experience better . The entire team was wonderful . Dr Silverstein was supportive and fantastic as always. I look forward to my next visit with my new hygienist Joanna . Thank you everyone!
I always had bad dentists and dreading going to the dentist but I love Silverstein & Vinciguerra! Ive had three dentists within their office and they were all super friendly and helpful, as well as the hygienists and receptionists. I dont think Ill ever switch dentist offices again!
I have been patronizing Silverstein and vinciguerra for over two decades ! And I have referred a multitude of my good friends who have come back with Rave reviews ! In most cases that included their whole families from children to seniors ! I have never heard of anything but praise and thanks for my referrals ! and then they have explained to me how many people they have referred and got the same response of satisfaction and gratitude back ! This is a state-of-the-art facility that runs like a Swiss watch that affords you the opportunity to receive excellent pain-free dentistry with a friendly and compassionate manner from not only your dentist but everybody in the office ! This is unheard of in todays corporate world that your dentist would know not only you but your entire family and friends that you have referred to them on a first-name basis ! That is truly an amazing statement if you want to fined out how excellent they really are ! Walking to the waiting room and ask any patient in the place what there opinions are on there experience ! Anybody can write a review and you dont know who they are Ive never heard of anybody suggesting what I just did ! I have been a patient for at least 15 years and have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The doctors are always willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer any questions or address patient concerns. The hygienists are pleasant, caring and most importantly extremely skillful.
I broke a tooth at night, and Dr. Silverstein called me back to address my concerns. I was able to make a same day appointment the next day and Dr. Cohen fixed the problem with a filling. The whole visit was under an hour and let me get back to work quickly. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend this practice, I have had great experiences with all the dentists I’ve been to here.

I love this office- Dr. Matthew is amazing. She is gentle and has a calming approach to anything you need to have done. She also takes the time to explain your care and offer suggestions to what might be the next best step. Sometimes I wait a bit if they are running late but most of the time its not too long. I have also sent a few co-workers here and recommend this office highly!

Updated 12/2/2018:Best group of dentists I have ever been to ever.This year (2018), I had a root canal repaired that was originally made by a not-so-very-professional dentist I saw before I started going here. My dentist took this very seriously, as I was having inconsistent moments of debilitating pain. Its been a couple of months since the prodedure was completed, and now I feel more confident eating.EVERY dentist at this practice is very skilled and the staff know everything about insurance.I recommend this practice to all of my friends, coworkers, and family.P.S. All dentists will answer questions you have before or during breaks in a procedure, and use the most advanced dental technology I have seen to date. You can even get a crown the same day you got work done....Also, no one shames you for not flossing correctly.

After visiting another dentist who was not clear on a plan for my mouth I was nervous! Turns out they are very good at working on a plan for future visits to correct my mouth issues! Loved the staff and Dr Vinciguerra! Would recommend!!!

Fantastic ! The hygienist did a marvelous job cleaning my teeth. Because I was a good boy she was kind to give me 2 toothbrushes, 4 tubes of toothpaste, and a small container of dental floss. After that, I was escorted by the always smiling Maria into the depths of the mysterious dental intrigues. Dr. Vinciguerra was so gentle in repairing the decay in some of my teeth. This dental firm is outstanding. The staff is great !

I haven’t been to the dentist in maybe over two years. I’m a wuss. I don’t fear needles, surgery or stitches but the dentist was always my biggest fear. After my second visit with Johanna at S&V I couldn’t be more pleased and at ease about my next scheduled visit. Dr.Patel numbed me up gooood. Johanna has a tender hand and heart for her punk fraidy cat patients like me. She has golden hands and even serenades you to the office speaker music as she performs her magic. As a DJ, I really appreciate that. It calms and sooths me. I am so thrilled that I finally found S&V! They truly care and show concern for their patients fears.The Receptionist is always super sweet, polite and professional.Thank you team S&V!! It starts with the officiant & friendly front staff, to the absolute cleanliness of the entire office, to the knowlegeable, kind & extremely patient caring nurses & doctors. My 6 year old saw Dr. Patel and she was excellent with her. My daughter needed a fill in for a large cavity. Dr. Patel put her ar ease and explained everything thoroughly. My child didnt even cry with the anesthesia portion.I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. I will be switching my other daughter to her now as well.Thank you!

Very nice service extended to 8pm in weekdays. The emergency service allows us to see the doctor the same day we called. The staffs are very nice. We especially appreciated doctor Silversteins expertise to treat my sons tooth pain.
I had a really bad experience last week with a hygienst named “Bita” or “Beeta” she was nasty, rude, and disrespectful. She went as far as to insinuate I have bad hygiene because I had a cavity. She claimed it was due to lack of “maintenance of teeth” although I assured her I keep up. She argued and said I do not straight to my face and since I am bad with oral hygiene “I will have alot of problems”. She was also sarcastic and unnecessarily negative. I have been a client for years and love everyone especially dr Silverstein and dr matthew. She is just so negative and made me feel so uncomfortable. Just because of her, I will probably never go back in. I won’t even be coming back to fix the cavity there. I will just go elsewhere. I miss ellen! The dentists should really monitor the way she speaks to clients and consider firing her. I was appauled by her comments and behavior. She is highly unprofessional and will ruin them if they do not do something about her!
It was my first time going to their office and I was able to schedule an appointment very easily. I saw Dr. Huh and Dr. Patel, they were absolute professionals and provided great care and advice. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
I’ve had problems with my teeth for several years. When I finally found Silverstein & Vinciguerra, they were able to identify the issue, refer me to a specialist who helped fix the problem and offered reasonable rates even when I lost my dental insurance. Silverstein & Vinciguerra are thorough in their examinations and accommodating in scheduling. I really appreciate their dentists and hygienists!

Today I saw Dr. Vinceguerra to have a permanent crown inserted to replace the temporary one he fitted last week. I am a new patient and I am delighted by this dental practice. Everyone is personable and competent. Dr. Vinceguerra’s calm demeanor, pleasant manner and expertise exemplifies what a professional caregiver should be.

Doctors Silverstein & Vinciguerra and their team are VERY competent and compassionate. I am also impressed by the practices keeping up with the latest technologies, so that procedures that once took many visits can now be accomplished in far fewer visits. Last but not least, they are always willing to bend over backwards to accommodate my schedule and get me in for an appointment on a moments notice if needed.
Although my wait was a longer than usual at 30 minutes but the service and bedside manner was great. Love going to this practice!
Was disappointed with my visit. This past visit was my 4th visit to fix my crown. Started from spring to summer and possibly fall. Not happy to come back for same thing. Ruins my day off and visit rescheduled again.... I hope this next visit will be the last and maybe my last day to see this dentist. Time to move to a new dentist😡😡😡
Clean, modern office. Very short wait time. My dentist is Dr. Huh, he is the BEST!!! Dr. Huh goes through the entire process in detail and he makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed even through everyones favorite root canal procedure!!😁 I would definitely recommend this office to EVERYONE I know!!!
I love Dr Vinceguerra he is a dentist that makes you feel calm when youre nervous. He asks you how youre doing while hes working on you. I feel confident with him. He doesnt rush you. Answers any question you may have. I used to be afraid of dentist office visit. Dr Vinceguerra has made me feel very anxiety free of going to his office. Excellent staff clean, neat and very respectful and polite staff reflects on the doctor. I am so happy to have chosen this dentist office . I would recommend him to anyone and feel confident that they will receive the same courtesy I have.

After bita the hygienist finished my cleaning(that was amazing) Dr. Huh came in and took a look at my teeth and also throughly explained to me what I needed to do in order to prevent any issues in the future! I am what you call a fearful patient. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but realize it’s a necessity and not an option. After finding a dentist I loved in the city I moved to Long Island and had to start my search all over again! I was delighted when I found Silverstein & Vinciguerra. Dr. Silverstein made me feel normal about my irrational fear and walked me through everything so I would feel comfortable with the process. She replaced a crown all in one day with an incredible new method of scanning the tooth, the computer generated the crown shape and size then a 3D laser printer sculpted the crown from a block of porcelain. I highly recommend this office especially if you are a fearful patient like me.
I travel 1/2 hr to see Dr Vinciguerra. He is kind, patient and makes you feel comfortable.All of his staff are excellent. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this practice.

I wish I could give more stars. Drs. Silverstein and Vinciguerra are the ultimate professionals. An easy and short waiting room experience followed by a friendly and competent staff had me ready to see the doctors in short order. Once the cause of my tooth ache was diagnosed by Dr. Silverstein I immediately was seen by Dr. Vinciguerra who performed a root canal. For all who may dread this I must admit it was absolutely painless and within an hour I was on my way home.As a physician I am very picky as to whom I allow to provide my medical and dental care and wouldn’t have anyone else but the dentists at Silverstein and Vinciguerra do my dentistry.I can’t recommend them enough...keep up the great work and thank you!

Dr. Huh readily puts patients at ease, explains the procedure, and, if there are alternative options, he presents them and explains the advantages, disadvantages. Im given adequate details so that I am able to make an informed decision.While he is working on my teeth, Dr. Huh explains every step and I am very much at ease.
Been going here for years... The Doctors are 100% professionals and always friendly especially Janet, Dr Matthew. The front office is another story. I have experienced cancellations a few days before my appointment, then get rescheduled months later. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I called to advise them Im running 10 to 20 mins late due to bad weather, and I was told I needed to reschedule. This isnt the first time this has happened. Sadly im now looking for another dentist..Update - I decided to go back after my last encounter at the office as the manager contacted me and made it all good. Well, for our annual cleaning on July 08th, we arrived early for our appointments. As my wife was seen first my Janet , I was in the waiting room overhearing the ladies at the front desk calling folks to see if they can come in today as they had some cancellations. Im kool with this as I understand business. So a gentleman came in and it turned out he was called in, so Brittany (not sure on the name) told the gentleman thank you for coming in and apologize for calling him so early. Well, unbeknownst to me, this was the start of him being placed in front of me and being seen by Janet after my wife. Brittany then calls me up and says dont be mad or angry that Janet was double booked and asked if I would like to see another hygienist, to which I said no. They then trying all sourrs of shenanigans by having me jump from one room to the next. I then saw the doctor before Janet even saw me for my cleaning, that was new one for me... I then saw the gentleman being working on by Janet and then I knew why I was not seen yet. How do you call in someone and place them in front of a person that has an appointment for 6 months? I ended up not seeing Janet till 1020am. Even Janet had to apologize as they double booked her. I have to say, yet again.. The office on the weekends have a lot to work on.. its not working for me and I will not be back.
Dr. Vinciguerra and his staff were extremely attentive and kind. Even though the office was very busy they took their time and explained everything to me. Dr. Vinciguerras warm and friendly chairside manner put me at ease and made my dental visit very pleasant.
I have always had positive visits with Dr. Vinciguerra. Though I rarely see him more than once a year, he always engages me in positive conversation to find out if their are any new problems in my general health and specifically with my teeth. Having current Xrays. taken very efficiently and with a speedy and painless process before he examines me , he knows what problems likely exist before he examines my teeth and my bite.I have improved my dental health in recent years, by actively using a WaterPik almost every morning and whenever I eat foods that tend to get stuck between my teeth. This has resulted in reducing cavities to almost zero and limiting most gum problems.Though I believe much of my dental situation has resulted from my own care efforts, I can always count on a quick. painless, and effective response from Dr. Vinciguerra when problems do occur.
Clean, efficient, respectful of both the patient and the patients time. Excellent work is executed by skilled specialists who exercise both judgement and discipline as needed. A professional organization that runs as it does because the principles are on-site, ensuring standards are met at every turn. 10 year patient and very pleased.
I had a very bad experience today at this office. Elected to have Zoom teeth whitening and had to stop mid-procedure due to extreme nerve pain. I was dripping with sweat the pain was so bad. And the pain is still extreme 8 hours later. I can’t bear to drink any water or eat anything, I had to leave work early and could barely focus on driving. Went back to office to pick up trays (which I now don’t intend to even try) and asked if there was anything I could do to alleviate the pain. Everyone in the office said no, only time works. I won’t be sleeping tonight. Or eating. Or drinking. Worst $325 I ever spent. I should have been warned before paying for the procedure. Wish I could get my money back. I still have to say I love dr Vinciguerra, but his staff should give proper consent for a procedure beforehand if that procedure has the potential to cause this much pain. It’s unbearable.
When you are dealing with Silverstein and Vinciguerra know that you have the BEST of the BEST taking care of you and your family. Forget five stars, I give them 25 stars. The best care and professionalism you could hope for. A hand selected staff which accommodates you in every aspect.

The dental hyginest by the name of Vida or Bida needs to be replaced. She ruined my experience here. I always liked this office and wanted to keep coming but her sarcastic and condescending tone ruined it and turned me off so badly I can’t fathom coming back here. That lady should get a job where she doesn’t deal with customers because she is the worst employee I have seen. In case you can’t find my chart under my married name Aimes try looking under my maiden name, I was just there last month and she completely chased me away from this place.
I have had a deep fear of dentists that have kept me away for years. After having my bridge fall out i had to get it fixed. Luckily i went to Dr. Vinciguerta. He is gentle dental at its finest. Expert dental work with amazing compassion. Always asking if i was doing OK. Well over my lifelong dentisy anxiety and panic. THANK YOU!!

Very quick, and knowledgeable service my only complaint is the attitude of the receptionist on the phone. She was fine in person however. I was misinformed by her and given attitude when I asked questions. Dr. Matthews was pleasant and took my concerns seriously.

Dr. Silverstein and Dr. V are very professional and give full explanations of all procedures that need to be done. I recently had 2 implants, a very costly procedure. However, all of my questions and concerns were addressed whenever I called. They are competent and qualified, and add a bit of humor to the visit.

Love my dentist ( Dr Vinciguerra ) and the hygienists ( especially Ellen). If you are a baby about going to the dentist, you will love your experience here!
I cracked one of my front teeth. Called the office, they got me in immediately and bonded the tooth — all within an hour. Dr. Vinciguerra is awesome
Im not a fan of going to the dentist but this office reduces my anxiety. Friendly staff, excellent dentists who do not rush you, answer all questions, and care about your satisfaction.

Great service from all staff. Office ran on time, I was seen exactly when scheduled. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Silverstein took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Would highly recommend!
The staff is completely irresponsible and lethargic.Very rude in their attitude.But the doctors are really good.Specially with my 8 year old they make her really comfortable.Dr.Patel and Dr.Silverstein both are amazing doctors.

2022-04-05Front desk was polite. I came on time and was welcomed back right away. My dental hygienist was wonderful! Didn’t get her name but she was wonderful and helping Dr. Cohen today. She was very personable, tailored her cleaning to my needs and always asked about how I was doing during the cleaning. Dr. Cohen was great also and asked if there was anything else she could do for me after her assessment. The dentist has always been tough for me to go to but every time I come here it’s quick easy and the service is great!

2022-02-01Dr. Silverstein was great. I felt very comfortable as she explained my options. She was HONEST. Not looking to just pile on the bucks to get a big job out of it like my previous dentist would have done, and has done in the past. I am very happy with this practice!

2022-06-23I typically love coming here but today wasn’t a good day. The front desk staff are always very amazing but the wait time was extremely long, no one communicated with us, an overflow of people waiting, and the dentists on-site were rushing and not so caring. Plus, my son and I were in pain from how rough they were. I was lectured about waiting too long to come in for a cleaning although I couldn’t get an appointment anytime sooner. Good luck getting an appointment as recommended by the dentist. I was told wait for the 6 month reminder card because there are no appointments.

2022-06-03I love my experience in going to this dentist. I’ve been going for years, once every six months. Though it was a cleaning today and an exam. I feel the cleaning was excellent and seem less. I felt no pain although there was some bleeding and my questions were answered with care as was the cleaning. I know that in my next visit my ex rays are due.

2022-01-06I have been going to Dr. Vinciguerra for many years. Like many people I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr. V and his staff are amazing. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Dr. V is professional, caring, always tells you what he’s going to do and gives the best numbing injections (seriously hardly feel them). If your looking for a great dental experience go to Dr. Vinciguerra.

2022-03-16I’ve been going to Dr. Vinciguerra for years. He and the entire staff have always been great. I recently saw Dr. Recupero for an extraction and graft. She did such an amazing job- I never had any pain at all. Highly recommend.

2022-02-24New Patient of Dr. Vinciguerra and have been going to him for the last couple of months. His Staff customer Service from Reception to Dental Assistants are Excellent! Always friendly, professional and polite. Appointments are always on time and Dr. Vinciguerra does an Excellent job from the time you hit the Chair to the time you are ready to leave. His work is great! He gives suggestions, options to suit your needs and genuinely shows he cares for his patients. A Fantastic Dentist with an Amazing calm disposition. He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! 2022-02-25I have been a patient for almost 30 yrs and never had a problem. The doctors and staff are extremely wonderful folks, very kind and helpful. I find that this is one place where its not about the money but people who are willing to go the extra mile to provide you with excellent services.
