As far as consignment shops go, Vintage Beacon is among the best! Everything from the design of the store, to the friendliness and helpfulness of long-time store owner, Angela, to the quality and trends of the clothing is something that leaves you with a great feeling. I shop here for my fiancé and she always enjoys what we find here. A stop in Vintage Beacon is a must for any Beacon, NY visit or I recommend heading to their Instagram page which is also a great way to see whats up.
Absolutely love this shoppe!! When you walk in, you are greeted with the happy and enthusiastic owner, Angela, who is more than willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Clothes, bags and shoes are authentic vintage. Thank u Angela. You love what you do and it shows!!!
Such an exquisite collection of true vintage and terrific accessories. Angela was very friendly and helpful. There was a traffic stopping, sweet little fit and flare dress in the window that I just had to try on. Turned out to be well out of my price range and way too tiny, but it was so lovely 😍 And I found a delightful pair of coral color earrings for only $20 😆
Vintage: Beacon is a great destination for gently used designer clothing and unique vintage pieces! As a customer and consignor since the shop’s inception, I’ve come to truly appreciate Angela’s keen eye and fashion sense. Her cozy boutique and well edited inventory always make for a fun shopping experience. Over the years, I’ve been able to acquire beautiful and timeless pieces by Gucci, Jill Sander, and D&G among others. Thank you Vintage: Beacon!!
Vintage Beacon is one of my favorite stores to shop! If I have an event to attend, this is my first place to visit. You can find gems from casual jeans to high fashion bags to amazing vintage pieces. The owner is super sweet and knowledgeable about clothing. At Vintage Beacon I have found my favorite pair of jeans, an amazing leather hand bag from 70s, and an outfit for a NYFW party (just to name a few). Ive also successfully consigned plenty of my own pieces there too!
Stumbled upon this gem of a shop and can’t wait to go back. I’ve never been in a vintage shop that has met so many of my expectations!The shop and it’s owner, Angela, have an AMAZING vibe. My friend and I loved talking fashion with Angela and had SO much fun selecting pieces to try on. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable, which is rare in a shop with so many valuable treasures.My purchase consisted of beautiful vintage pieces from a variety of timeless designers, as well as pieces from some of my favorite current brands. I practically live in the Redone jeans that I found for half the original price. Still obsessing over all of my unique finds and can’t wait to see what she has next time I’m in town!
I have known Angela for years. Her shop is unique and the clothing is displayed beautifully. It is like walking in someone’s closet and picking out things to wear. The atmosphere is lovely and the owner is a pleasure. She will get back to you with the size or price of the item. I always find something special there.

My favorite! I love this little gem. This is a specialty consignment shop, so you never know what fashionable item youll find. Over the years, Ive bought many unique vintage and designer items here. Ive sold some things too, but this isnt a thrift store and its smaller, so Angela, the sweet & friendly owner, is specific about what she takes depending on the season, style, etc. Always worth a visit!
Vintage Beacon is truly one of my favorite spots for designer clothing. Think “The Real Real” on a smaller scale where each piece is chosen for its brand, condition and timeless appeal. I’ve been to almost all shops of its kind in Manhattan and Brooklyn and Vintage Beacon remains at the top of this list for consistent quality. Both Angela and Emma have spent time helping me to choose the best items for me and each of these are staples in my wardrobe.
I dont know anyone else who could find the ideal gown to fit my style and figure to a T .... during a pandemic no less! My sons wedding was an exceptionally important moment in my life and I felt beautiful, elegant and comfortable which we women know is a near impossible trifecta! I am beyond grateful for the time and effort you provided in hunting for my gown and opening your doors for an entirely private and Covid-free fitting. You are such a caring and gifted woman and everyone should shop Vintage Beacon for your treasures!

Everything you could ever hope to experience. From the moment I walk in the door she is welcoming. The clothing is exquisite and curated perfectly for a variety of aesthetics. The shop owner assists at every opportunity - while still, giving room for exploration of the store. I have been both a customer and a consignor with Angela since she first opened. I am always amazed at how well edited her selection is! I always find something unique to add to my wardrobe, and she is always warm and friendly!

Small store and rude staff. The prices are unfortunate for a lot of garments in very poor condition. You can find much better prices online. I would avoid the smell of this shop by skipping it completely. If you’re enjoying a beautiful day in Beacon, don’t waste it here
Beware!! Im assuming the good reviews are fake and they are from the owner or their friends. I was looking around this store for 20 minutes and the employee wouldnt even acknowledge me shopping. The prices beyond crazy because many of the items are in bad condition. I also checked their website and the consignment rate is horrible. They keep 60%. You can find a lot of other great shops around that take less or just go online. This shop is a scam if you ask me.

Incredibly high quality Authentic vintage & modern mint condition luxury designer labels you wont often see on consignment - including CHANEL, HERMES, YVES SAINT LAURENT, PRADA, GUCCI, ZAC POSEN, alongside awesome contemporary cool pieces from Anthropologie, Madewell, J Brand, etc. If you truly appreciate the art of fashion this gem of a boutique is not to be missed...

Incredibly rude and had no desire to help me. I walked into an empty store but she wouldnt talk to me because I didnt have an appointment. She wouldnt even stand up from her computer to talk to me. The selection was poor and prices were uneducated.

2020-10-17I love Andreas shop so much. Being a local, it is such a gem to have a good local boutique to go to when you need a stylish top for an event or want to go out shopping with your friends. Ive been shopping here on and off for about 3 years and have found many one of a kind pieces that I know will be unique since theyre vintage. The prices range from $$ to $$$$, but thats due to designer labels and, again, really unique pieces. Ill often buy tops or dresses but I have purchases coats, shoes and purses here as well. Beautifully curated and the store always smells really good!

2020-07-29Over the course of many years I have loved going to Vintage Beacon. The store is always beautifully organized with so many fabulous choices of new additions to my closet.!! I have to say I can’t remember a time when I left there empty handed. Angela is so helpful but never pushy around making personal decisions and incredibly knowledgeable around the history of both the garment and the designer.. Go and enjoy !

2020-07-06One word will sum up my overall experience at Vintage Beacon, PERFECTION! I have been a customer since the store has opened. The hand picked items, are as good as it gets & extremely reasonable. The service from Angela & her staff is impeccable. I make the trip to Beacon, on a regular basis, from NYC to shop here. I truly Love, Love this place! BTW, this was a hard review for me to post, I feel like I want to keep this store a secret...but I just can’t.

2020-07-06This shop is a little gem. Angela, the owner, has a great eye and a welcoming personality. Her curated collection of designer vintage and other fine pieces is tasteful and fun to look through. She carries a seasonal selection of evening and daytime clothing, shoes, purses and scarves.
