Very good if you make the reservation online and everything works out as scheduled. Recently, the orders have been getting messed up. It sometimes gets backed up several days until I need to cancel and place a new reservation request, and even then, problems arise after I get the notification that my order is ready. Ill be told once I arrive at the dispensary that theyre actually out of the items I reserved, then I have to stand there and decide what strains or substitutes would be similar in effect and price. Not a big deal, but definitely unnecessary if the reservations are handled correctly.The staff are pretty good, especially the guy who handles the people coming in and out of the store. Always smiling and friendly :)

Im a curaleaf girl, but vireo is always there for me, a homebound patient.The product might not be as great as curaleaf (why its only 4 stars), but they have great sales that they honor for homebound patients too.

I had a good experience in the past with this store and their delivery guy is very nice but today was uncall for. When I called to add an item the worker had an attitude. Who knows why but I didnt cause it. I was told the item was sold out. The cannabis was on sale there for several months. The worker even told me he does not see the item on his computer. I mentioned that I will check on my end and call back. The item was still there and not sold out. He added the item and jacked up the price. I mentioned I have a discount. He asked me to hold on but still listening on my household conversation. He assumed what ever he heard was for him. I was not even talking and he got on the phone saying what , what, and Im wondering whats going on and he hung up the phone on me. The pharmacist called me and said I had a problem with the worker which I did not so they refused to sell to me and took my account off and blocked me. I will pursue this...

I am a new card holder and had no idea where to start. I scheduled a consultation over the phone with the pharmacist and although he explain the dosage well he had no idea about how each product effects you. He talked low and not confidently so I wasn’t feeling like this place was a good place to shop. The botinist in farmingdale answered so many questions and steered me in the right way. It was a beautiful store too

Ive had such great experiences with other medical dispensaries. This may be a good place for storefront but If you use for delivery, its Not aleays professional and They will forget to put certain orders in your bag. Make sure you look in your bag before you pay

You have to have a consultation before you can purchase from here!! I arrived and after checking in was told that I had to come back after I get my phone consultation because there wasnt a pharmacist on duty!! A waste of time because I have been to other dispensaries and none of them required me to have a consultation!! I dont think that it should be mandatory for you to have a consultation even if is your first time there!! Then I went back and they were super helpful!! So changed my review!! Its a good place just doesnt have a large flower selection!! Staff is very helpful!!

Bad cartridges and no customer serviceThey sold me eight bad cartridges in Utica at Sunnyside and after two months of trying to rectify it, they are not doing anything except me running me around. That is 60-75 per cartridge. Their customer service rep told me to heat it with a blow dryer. What? So wrong.

I love being a patient here. They do their job right and they do it to the fullest extent that they can. When I first came they said I needed a 1st time consult with the pharmacist so he can go over product and what may work best for me. I really enjoyed this because it gives me insight into their world. For others upset by this process, they must remember this is a medical facility. Other dispensaries may not care, but this company cares for the well-being of their patients. Not saying I’m not cannabis savvy but of course they know a lot more than I. It’s quiet inside and they’re very busy on the phones. I can understand a patients frustration from previous reviews but I’ve seen them pickup multiple phone calls and sometimes even triple task by talking to patients who came in. These people are godly. Mariela and Rebeca were very nice ladies who explained to me again once more about the products I was purchasing. I cannot thank them enough! And for those leaving a bad review, what a shame. You guys are so selfish. They are human beings too.

Every time I go to Vireo Health on Queens Blvd to pick up my sons live-saving medication, I am always blown away by the caring and professionalism of all those that work there. From the first visit where you have a relaxing, informative session with the knowledgeable pharmacist to visits when you are picking up refills, you know that these people care about you.This is not just a pharmacy where you pick up medication and leave, or what you would imagine a marijuana dispensary to be. Their office is spacious and comfortable. They are patient, professional, and will work with you and your doctor to figure out what you need.The location is actually very convenient to get to if you live out of the immediate area. Its proximity to Queens Center Mall makes it easy to find parking in the garage, and if you bring your parking ticket into Vireo they will cover parking for you!Pretty soon they will be even doing home deliveries, which will be a first in NY.I was there recently and had a wonderful time chatting with John the pharmacist, and Nash, Cindy, and Jaren. I implore anyone that is new to the world of medical cannabis to seek out Vireo. They will help!
