One of the pre filled vaporizer cartridges purchased was not properly filled with the seal still intact. I brought it back to the dispensary and to my surprise they refused to exchange and the counter person said it was my fault they couldnt return because I did not bring it back within 72 hours of purchase and actually asked me why didnt I notice it beforehand. When one makes a purchase they dont show you your items. They place it in a bag, seal it and hand it to you. I would advise anyone making a purchase to make them take it out of the bag & show you the contents before paying. Im out $90. Expensive with poor quality control. Terrible customer service. When NY goes recreational maybe they will not be able to compete.

Sad how many people here take this. everything is overpriced in this city and i am finally coming to terms with that. i love parts of this city but everywhere i turn it doesnt love you back. rents through the roof. gun violence at an high. the least youd think the cannabis would be priced somewhat at all compassionately tell me how i just went on an Ontario dispensary website and see i can buy a full spectrum lab tested cartridge for 22 dollars Canadian thats 18 usd!!!!!! i mean come on a full gram in Canada is 36 usd for full spectrum!!! here in this disgusting city its 120+ for distillate!
May 2020: Easy from start to finish. Everyone from the initial pharmacy telegraphy visit (Doc had a cool face mask with stars on it), to the delivery team of two people in a vehicle were professional. From dress top to bottom (casual or business casual), to demeanor, disposition, and knowledge. Everyone was very pleasant. I thank you all for helping my life and get off the myriad of daily Rx regimen from two of my physicians. I use the Queens location in between the Queens Center and Queens Place malls. Be sure to ask the pharmacist about a financial hardship discount such as being on public assistance, a first responder or a military veteran discount.UPDATE: August 2020 Multiple orders this month to figure out what works for my chronic health condition (Crohns Colitis) during this severe flare up that landed me in the hospital multiple times. The Red distillate and capsule work great for later in the day or evening, the Yellow capsules I take in the morning to knock back the spinal stenosis and leg numbness (pins and needles), the digestive and autoimmune disease, and also helps this veteran with mental health. Buy the Bug Rx by Mig Vapor along with the replacement coils for a discount. Also be sure to receive your $3 validation parking discount, will be on your receipt.
Great products and periodic sales and the staff is friendly. I’ve been to every dispensary in the city and this one can be the most frustrating to order ahead from. I’ve only ordered twice but never got a confirmation my order was ready either time, and when I’ve called and left a message I’ve never heard back. Just have to keep calling until someone answers. After calling to confirm my order is ready, I’ve gone in and the order isn’t ready. I had to wait 20-30 mins, and they only let you wait in the vestibule so if there’s multiple people waiting it gets crowded. Not great during COVID. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, so if you’re going here for the first time I wouldn’t even bother and just go in and order on site. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Typically I buy Vireo products from other dispensaries. Sunnyside and Columbia Care are great alternatives.
Staff were very friendly including their pharmacist during my consultation. Unfortunately, after explaining my extensive experience medicating to the pharmacist at the white plains location she had written in my file a recommendation contrary to what i had explained to be most therapeutic. When i ordered my medication I received a phone call that my order could not be competed due to the pharmacists recommendation in my file. I will not be back and am happily giving my business to those who respect and understand a patient’s knowledge of their own body....
I’ve been a patient with vireo health for almost a year. They are absolutely amazing. I was incredibly impressed the very first time I received my home delivery. They update you when they are close; and they are always prompt and courteous. The Vireo Green & Yellow are my absolute favorite. Especially, Vireo Green. It helps with my back pain tremendously. Also, like myself, I have trouble sleeping; but the midnight gel capsules are AMAZING. I would recommend trying Vireo products. They are amazing and I’m certain you’ll find your color on the Vireo Spectrum that you will LOVE. Lastly, I ordered the verified Nova Vape Pen. It truly is the best pen I’ve ever purchased. The WORST experience I’ve ever had with any company. 2 hours prior to closing, I wrote an email. Within minutes Vireo wrote back. They PROMISED (!!!) to get back SHORTLY. Unfortunately I NEVER received either a phone call or email. I’v been buying for OVER 2 years. Total INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!! I’m dealing with cancer pain and just received from my oncologist the new approval.

This is a great business! All customers are greeted and attended to by very professional and friendly staff. The business is located in a very convenient spot near major transportation options. The products are all very good despite being pricey, and they accommodate walk-ins. So after the initial appointment, which can easily be made online, you dont necessarily have to make an appointment if you become a regular customer. I highly recommend Vireo Health!

I went to Curaleaf at first because it was closer but Im glad that it didnt work out there because Vireo Health is sooooo much better. Workers are very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. There are alot of options. The prices are great especially for its quality. Front Desk ladies werent very friendly though. But either way, had a great visit and will definitely be back. This is my number one go to spot.
I have herniated disc, so I cant leave the house. I ordered for delivery and a few hours later they cancelled my delivery due to not having a consultation....I made appointment for consult, logged on and waited for pharmacist for 45 minutes... NOTHING. then they cancelled my appointment. Ive decided medical marijuana stresses me out even more than not having it.
This place was pathetic, took me like an hour to check in. All their suggestions to submit my documents didnt work even though they had them in hand
As a new patient I am thankful for Vireo Queens Dispensary making the experience pleasant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Pharmacist who handled my virtual consult was extremely through and patient with all of my questions. I also had chosen the home delivery which was excellent. In today’s world when everyone’s trying to make a few dollars because of the chaotic Life we’re all living : this beautiful young woman came back to give me the extra money ! Im just starting to use MM for Intractable Pain disease (a sub-group within the group of patients that suffer from Chronic Pain - just worse), along with depression, severe anxiety, insomnia and other related ailments common to these conditions.The staff at Vireo is TOP NOTCH! I was able have my consultation and ask about/discuss their product line/offerings, etc. without having to make the trek from Staten Island to Queens.Im disabled and at times it is extremely difficult for me to get around. Not only were they able to have the consultation without me having to make that long trip in my condition, but the fact that they *ALSO* are the *ONLY* local dispensary - to my knowledge - that delivers as well - just puts them over the top.All of the reps ive dealt with so far are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Personally, Ive dealt with a customer service specialist named Nash a number of times. IMHO, she is inordinately patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about - not just THEIR product line - but about MM in general. Ive found her to be an invaluable resource in general on this learning curve on which many of us find ourselves.I would HIGHLY, STRONGLY and HAPPILY recommend this dispensary to anybody in need of one.Even the delivery person is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My online order was processed and was ready for pick up, confirmed by the store itself. Upon arrival and a 15 mins wait, I was told they were sold out. They should reserve the orders when they notify ready for pickup. I wasted time and money on my commute.
I just started using this dispensary. They have a great delivery service and the staff is knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the second time I ordered from them, the bottle of product I ordered wasnt sealed. It looked as if the seal was never put on or broken because the plastic wrap was on the cap but was not attached to the rest of the bottle.
Vireo Health Dispensary has an amazing products that can improved your life. I had been diagnosed with CIDP, a chronic Inflammatory illness. The symptoms involve a severe nerve pain. This Pharmacy has very dedicated staff. They are extremely friendly and very professional. The one bad thing is that parking- but you only have to go there once and then sign up for home delivery. (If its in your area.) The employees that deliver my orders are always pleasant and courteous. It is handled with the utmost discretion and they are patient when I want to either count out my money or check my order. (which has NEVER been wrong)
The staff at Vireo is always very friendly and answers all questions. They call me back quickly and address any issues Ive had online with quick email responses. I just got home delivery for the first time today. Im so glad they added a weekend slot to Brooklyn deliveries!! Its takes me about 3.5 hours to get my medication (round trip) by subway, which is such a pain. Im hoping they keep offering the weekend delivery for free. The prices are high, especially for the indigo and the stairs outside of the building arent suitable for acrophobes like myself.
I first went to another dispensary, and after having a very bad experience with both staff and a pharmacist, it was a pleasure and relief to visit Vireo Health. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and non judgmental toward patients. I personally find the Red label vaporized oil to be most effective for alleviating my pain. I hope that in the future, Vireo expands its offerings to include other higher concentration oils/waxes. I assume the products available now are simply based upon the mandates of New York, but if I am wrong, it would be good to see even more choice for patients. Lovely caring and efficient staff. They provided excellent pharmaceutical advice regarding product options and recommendations. Refills are always ready on-time for pick up. Parking is a bit difficult, with very limited street/metered parking that is strictly monitored. (Received a ticket once.) Tip: buy something at White Castle next door and park there when running in to make a quick refill. Highly recommend Vireo above other dispensaries. The quality of their products are excellent, too.
Very professional place. Ive never waited long when I went to get my medication. Staff is very friendly and professional. They also take the time to explain how you should use things if its your first time. Physicians are also very professional and helpful. Items are a little pricey though.

Decided to make a purchase after whole flower was approved medically. Ordered og kush, which is the only whole flower strain at the moment here. I saw packaging date was in Oct.Once at home I opened the container, only to be disappointed with the fact that the nugs were a bit on the dry side and a bit stiff! Not much of a scent of as the flower should actually smell once dried/cured properly! Smelled more like hay!Even after throwing in humidity pack in jar it did not refreshen the nugs! Smoke was ok, nothing to brag about.Sorry but that was my last visit to this dispo.

This dispensary is the best and they deliver right to your door.They are completely professional and courteous. If you call with a question, they call you back within hours. After trying all the dispensaries in my radius, I found that their product is superior to the others. It has helped my son with intractable epilepsy tremendously in controlling his seizures like no other anti-epileptic medication.
I think your facility and products are great!!!Only problem i have is the check-in process.I have no problem with identification but to also carry my prescription every time is antiquated.Your system should have my prescription on file after the first time like a pharmacy, so i don’t have to produce it every time.
It was my first time at this place. Its not as nice as other dispensary Ive been to. I didnt know I had to make a special appointment to speak to a pharmacist to be allowed to make a purchase. Ive been going to other dispensary for about 6 months so I know what I wanted. Plus parking is tuff over there. Only reason I give them 3 stars is the staff were nice.

As a first time patient you will have a ton of questions and the Pharmacists at Vireo Queens will take as much time as you need on your first visit. The staff is professional and friendly, helping patients with sidebar issues like Vape purchasing or where to buy replacement cartridges. They maintain appropriate security to protect your privacy and well-being. The only criticism I have is on the location as its a very crowded retail area and parking can be problematic. They do home delivery, so thats an option for a more experienced patient. Has been a very positive first time experience for me with MMJ and Id recommend Vireo Queens to anyone new to MMJ or looking for another convenient location.
Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They, also, have delivery service. Many other dispensaries have open closer to my home, but I will not switch. More with the help with the support team at Vireo than my doctors, I was able to get off all of my pain meds in 6 months (75 mm fentanyl patch + four 7.5 mg. Percocet a day!!!!!).

It was a windy rainy day and I had a first time consultation at Vireo. I arrived one hour early in pain from driving for an hour and wet from the rain. I was greeted and waited only 15 minutes to see a pharmacist. They helped me out right away. Id like to thank the staff at the dispensary for dealing with me professionally. Thank you! First let me start by saying I had a hard time finding Vireo because maps took me in between chase and Bank of America. The Vireo building is across the street from White Castle on the same side of the street in a triangle looking building. You are welcome!I walked around for 40 minutes around the blocks looking for it. I took a star off because they never answer their phones and don’t return messages.Overall my experience was pleasant. Went in talked to someone about their products soon after I arrived. Then I waited to be called and paid for prescriptions. The cashier does a demo of each product and explains how to use each product for best results. It’s kind of pricey but that’s just NY not Vireo’s fault.I bought the indigo tincture and blue vape. Too soon too tell but I think it’s working. I have a lot of anxiety from thc in past and was nervous so my first time with the indigo I took .35 mL and I got kind of anxious because I felt different. Then I felt calm and anxious(was interesting) lol then just calm and relaxed.My anxiety was most likely due to not knowing what to expect and not so much the medicine because I was like how am I anxious and calm simultaneously? HahaDay 2 I took less and it worked out better. Today I decided to do smaller doses throughout the day. So far less noticable but working. I usually feel more anxious and have lower back/pain near my tailbone when sitting at work and noticed it’s more subtle if not there. I’ll up the dosage as needed.I took a big puff of the blue vape because I wasn’t sure if I was getting anything and I sure did. You don’t need too pull hard. Both products taste like marijuana even though they are oils. Very potent in smells and flavor.I also had issues uploading my photos on vireos website. They have quite a few issues with the website. However, support has been helpful and got me set up so I can order online. My work schedule conflicts with Vireo’s hours so that is convenient.Overall I liked it and will order again.

This was my first visit to a Medical Marijuana Dispensary. Everyone there was nice and very helpful. I believe after my consultation, I was taken care of by Nick. That dude is awesome. Went to Queens location. Entry to the place was a bit cryptic, I suppose they get a lot of crazies so they make sure of who you are before youre even allowed through the door. After they verify who you are and that youre allowed to be there, the process prob takes about 30 minutes. The place was conveniently located, clean, spacious and the employees were respectful. I have no complaint about Vireo other than the prices. I think i may have to learn to live with pain. I got the vape and you get very small amounts per cartidge. If youre someone whos used to smoking that leaves you dissatisfied, I cant soothe my pains with 4 puffs an hour. I tried the pills and they are useless. NYS is crazy to not approve the flower type, its so much more economical and effective! Gonna try the tincture and hopefully it will be better, otherwise Ill have to find a new supplier, heard the potencies vary by dispensary.

I have been a Vireo patient/customer for almost 2 years. My health issue is chronic pain which Ive had since 2010 from herniated discs in my cervical spine. I had discectomy and fusion in 2014 to correct my issue but it was a failed surgery, and the pain continued as before surgery in my right shoulder blade and down my arm to my hand. I had been taking various meds including oxycodone since 2010 but it was becoming less effective and making me feel worse.Upon My 1st visit to Vireos Queens dispensary in June 2016, I was very impressed with the level of concern and professionalism by all the staff and my initial consultation with the pharmacist. They educated me as to my options and answered all my questions.I have only used their vapeing oil; mostly the Green 1:1 ratio (thc/cbd), for daytime use, and the Yellow 6:1 ratio at night to help me sleep.I am now at the point, helped with the guidance of my pain mgmt. Dr., that I am almost completely off of pain meds and use only my vapeing oil....although I may add using capsules in the future.I know their product quality is TOP SHELF and always is consistent because of their quality control. I expect to be a patient/customer for long time as I manage my chronic pain issue.I strongly recommend Vireo to anyone seeking relieve from any qualifying medical issue.

As a new patient I had really no idea what to expect. My MMJ doctor suggested Vireo because they offered home delivery services. At that point, my cheese slowly slid right off my cracker. I researched the other dispensaries, looked at reviews, wondered if it is a scam, will I get robbed...etc. I chose Vireo over the other dispensaries because Vireo had the best reviews. Once my husband suggested I put my coo-coo-back in my clock, I made my first order for delivery It was totally awesome. The pharmacist was so kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions. I dont have much experience with marijuana dispensaries as Ive only used Vireo in Queens, however, the least I expect of any place Im giving my business to is that they stand behind what they sell. Vireo Queens disappoints on this front in spades! This past Monday I bought a large bottle of edible oil, a Bug RX vape pen and a vial of vape oil. I went to Vireo late in the day and they wanted to close so they gave me a seriously abridged version of the instructions and sent me on my way. On Friday evening I filled my vape pen per the instructions and set it down on my couch to use the bathroom. Upon my return a few minutes later I was horrified to find that the vape leaked out entirely on my couch leaving a huge oil stain, which, considering how much money the oil cost was the least of my worries. I wrote Vireo immediately and went there the next day with the defective vape pen and photos of the stain and the many paper towels I used soaked in oil.Once at Vireo I was treated very badly as if I was making the entire thing up. They made me wait for over an hour (while taking people who had come in after me) and then told me that in order to get a new pen, I would have to contact the manufacturer & that they would not replace the oil. They offered me a discount going forward of 10% off my purchases, acting like that helped me so much when in reality they were going to give me the discount anyway through their financial aid program. In the end, I left without buying anything. Ill now have to go to Manhattan (Im in Queens) to get my medical marijuana, but its a small price to pay to be treated with respect and common courtesy.
Had a back surgery about four weeks ago trying to recover and manage my pain levels/. Not sure where the miscommunication is coming in but I order a vap cartridge on a Wed (after having waited almost two weeks for the doctor to update my certification ) cartridge was delivered the Friday without a battery; contacted the company and the next day my husband went and purchased me a universal battery with a 510 thread as recommended by the rep when they did call Sat morning. The one purchased seem not to work, chucked it up to this is not the pen from the company ) not as universal as thought) They scheduled a delivery for the Sunday to bring me a battery. Directions state to charge for four hours which I did, still no luck. Now scheduled for another home delivery For Tues, may be the cartridge malfunction and not the actual battery Idk all I know is I’m in pain really trying to refrain from the prescription pain meds prescribed but this is a very long process when not able to go into the actual dispensary. Hoping Tues I can receive some pain relief as I am also running out of the pain meds. Degenerate Disc disease is no walk in the park. Staying hopeful and again hoping this will all work out eventually.Update it’s Monday morning and after watching a few YouTube videos figured I could use my nails to pull the thing out to allow it to connect. Was able to get it to work. Learning everyday....

Very nice facility. My only issue is that a cartridge broke and they only allow 72 hours after delivery for a claim. But they did give me a discount off the replacement.

The Pepole are nice but out of the 4 vials I purchased of bulk oil, only one vial seemed to even have a similar taste and give me the effect I was looking for so 3 wasted. I purchased red. I also purchased their mig vape which wasted 2 containers of oil at this point. Brang it to a vape shop got new coils etc. the thing is defective and has not worked properly since purchase. I also purchased a bottle of red oral solution drank half the bottle and still felt nothing.. It would seem its better to just do everything the old fashioned way. wasting 116 bucks for a 1 ml vial is kind of ridiculous
I had the same problem as phoenixrising. the first one I got was oily on the outside and on the inside was 0.70 mls of medicine. 30% of the medication was not inside the bottle. i followed up as suggested by Vireo and was told it was my problem. I say this because nothing was ever done after I followed up. once you accept a sealed package, with all their methods, you own it. My prescription has been short many times. A US quarter weighs 5.67 mgs. and a 1 mg vial of thc- medication has average 0.88 mls. I stopped complaining when i realized, buy it the way it is or go elsewhere. Right now elsewhere is even worse so I feel STUCK. Since I complained and complained about being shorted, now my vials are roughly 7.62 grams with the bottle, labels and medication. That leaves 1 ml. for medication.The handler of this space will respond in a way that makes them seem naive and unaware that any problem exists. that is a great marketing tool but this is supposed to be a pharmacy who deals in medication. I have alerted them in every instant.The question to the handler is-When we receive a sealed package, or a supposed sealed package, what is our recourse. i complained about being shorted .15 mls on an average and was told it was my fault.I am a registered nurse, lawrence rupp, who is listed by the NYS office of professions, #599155, and am qualified to say what i have stated. After 6 shortages, I suggested that I should put my knowledge on the internet so all has become well since then.So MR/MRS social media handler, Im short over 1 ml in the last 6 months. A number to call has already failed me and I had to give up on my shortage claim. Any suggestions of value, other than call in which I have already done?????????????????????????????????????????????
Staff is friendly, but I find that I have to spend far too much time waiting when I go there, and theres never any apparent reason for it. I prefer the delivery service and will only go to the dispensary if I absolutely have to. Products are very expensive as well.
They are very helpful. I was trying to place an order online and my computer was not cooperating, so I called and left a message and they got right back to me and told me that I could pick up my prescription the next day already knowing what I needed and when I could pick up
Went for the first time . No parking , had to park in mall. Entered building. Nice greeting from receptionist. I was with my niece & were going in together. The girl came out looked at my niece, Completely ignoring me & asked her to come in to the office. My niece called for me & I entered. No introduction by the person helping us. She totally ignored me, only spoke to my niece, like I wasn’t there, & Yes if ur asking. I have a MMC as wellWhen I asked a question she was visibly put out by the fact that I asked it.I have never been treated so rudely by a sales person, not a very good one.PRICES MUCH HIGHER than most dispensaries . When I mentioned that she conviently lowered the price.We walked out My niece said something before I did about how I was treated. WILL NOT RETURNWe went to CuraLeaf. Less than 3 miles away. Better prices & much nicer staff. Cristian was very professional & a delight to deal with. Will be happy to go back there
If you go here, get the refillable vape pen as it is definitely one of the best priced vapes in NYC but had to take off a star as everytime you walk in you tend to feel like a criminal due to how you have to talk through an intercom to be let in the elevator and then you have to wait for them to unlock the doors. At least their vaporizer has been more consistent than Etain Health which I have had numerous problems with their vape cartridges. Overall, probably the best prices in NYC.
As a person with chronic conditions including MS, my experiences with Vireo Health has always been extremely professional and positive. The pharmacists and other staff members in the White Plains office have always been very helpful in having pick the product which was best for me. The pharmacists were also very helpful in getting me over the years of stigma attached to that awlful gateway drug cannabis. Thanks to my use of medical cannabis, I have almost completely erased oxycodone from my pain management plan. Thank you again Vireo Health for being an essential partner in helping me with making cannabis recommendations that aids in managing the pain and spasticity associated my chronic conditions.
Always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasurable visit. I live pretty far and could easily go to a closer pharmacy but its always worth the trip to queens because of the staff.
If you live on Long Island (Brooklyn & Queens is still Long Island) this is the only place to go (I know as I’ve tried them all). They maybe busy but, it’s worth the wait as when it’s your turn you’ll truly appreciate the time & patience they will give you as they will explain and answer all your questions especially the differences between CBD & THC. They use a Color Spectrum for the potencies available. Like I said they will explain it all and after that it’s as simple as remembering the color that helps you best i.e. “I need Red, I need Green, etc”. It’s that easy. AWESOME HOME DELIVERY I’ve been using since Day 1, which is Über Cool as they update You with Texts & Emails with easy to read receipts & order info but, that’s not the Uber part, when it’s your delivery day, instead of standing by the door waiting, you get a text update with not only an exact time but, it’ll connect you to a GPS Map and you will know exactly when to go to your door. This is my go-to dispensary in NYC.As a disabled war Veteran finding a place that is both convenient and Vet friendly can be challenging.The staff at Verio health have made these issues easier to deal with as they have been professional, kind and friendly on each and every visit.My wait times are short wether I call ahead or show up and que up.(Calling ahead helps both the staff and you complete the visit sooner) remember bring your certificate, NY State MMJ card and an additional valid ID to speed the process along.The dispensary is clean with ample seating and offers a nice coffee / tea setup with reading material to pass the short wait as well as literature on the medication and dosing options.The only caveat is the signage outside is easily missed ( its not at street level) also the outside stairs are rather steep.(I believe there is an elevator available check with the staff to be sure)My health aid helps me navigate them or picks up my meds for me.Keep in mind your aid will need a State issued MMJ caregiver card both to enter the dispensary and pick up your meds if you choose that route.Ive been notified that Vierio Health also has delivery service in NY.(Ill let you know how that works in the winter months as mobility issues are worst in the cold season)Remember, military veterans and others hesitant to seek out cannabis as a viable treatment for our health and quality of life, its legal, needed and a long time coming.Good Luck

5 star quality for vireo, but the entire mmj program in NYS is very patient unfriendly. I know this is not the fault of vireo but it unfortunately affects the patients overall experience. I would recommend vireo over any other ny dispensary. They are professional and caring, and they desire to help. The efficacy of their products far exceeds the other NY dispensaries. Vireo has been fine to me. I have extreme spinal stenosis, no chance of surgery, shots did nothing and the medical profession only could give me anti-inflammatories---which wrecked my insides. Cannabis caps are as effective or better....and so far no side effects. Vireo has been excellent to deal with. The biggest problem: our states and countrys ridiculous--and basically cruel--anti-pot laws. My medical problems dont stop at the New York State border.

Product is great, service is great, the price sucks, every product so far that I have tried has not even lasted a week and to have to spend 93 to $130 per week is no good for medical marijuana, it’s a shame that you make it so expensive that people can’t afford it and I really need it but cannot afford to buy it , and I hate to say street oil marijuana Is a lot cheaper and does the same thing, it’s time to lower your prices

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. That means that one side of my face is in pain 24/7. The nerves pinch and pull. You get hot stabbing pains. Your face feels numb but still let’s the stabbing and throbbing gets through. The right side of my tongue and mouth burn nonstop also. I take two nerve medications and ketamine to get through the day and many days I just can’t. Because of Vireo and the NY Cannibis program I can take away more of this pain. Best medical marijuana in NYC good quality product with the all options there products have the highest content of THC or CBD that I have seen in NYC, all with in the legal realms of NYC laws for medicinal MMJ of course. Enjoy and take advantage I personally think this is much safer than the usual medication given for all the ailments that this is prescribed for and more if you have multiple issues in although one or two of your diagnoses issues may not qualify you for MMJ and at least one does qualify you then you can use it for those other issues that dont qualify you just be honest with you MMJ doctor and dispensary pharmacist to explore a this more healthy way of dealing with those other issues it can help you with.

They were nice and friendly but the prices was ridiculous 97 for a vape when I can get it for 13 dollars or less then 97 .. and the plant ..or weed is illegal this is so stupid makes no sense to even spend money here when u can spend it elsewhere and get a lot more for 97 dollars.. and not alot of options either its either a vape or oils or pills ...no edibles no plants no other options its crazy

Wait too far for me to travel from Staten Island to queens boulevard by the Queen center mall. Have an appointment to meet with a pharmacist waited more than 45 minutes over my appointment time period prices are exorbitant

This Medical Marijuana Dispensary is completely overpriced. Its three times as much as Med Men and Etain. They should not charge as much. There crooks and there ripping people off.

2022-02-21Very good if you make the reservation online and everything works out as scheduled. Recently, the orders have been getting messed up. It sometimes gets backed up several days until I need to cancel and place a new reservation request, and even then, problems arise after I get the notification that my order is ready. Ill be told once I arrive at the dispensary that theyre actually out of the items I reserved, then I have to stand there and decide what strains or substitutes would be similar in effect and price. Not a big deal, but definitely unnecessary if the reservations are handled correctly.The staff are pretty good, especially the guy who handles the people coming in and out of the store. Always smiling and friendly :)

2022-05-07Im a curaleaf girl, but vireo is always there for me, a homebound patient.The product might not be as great as curaleaf (why its only 4 stars), but they have great sales that they honor for homebound patients too.

2022-06-23I had a good experience in the past with this store and their delivery guy is very nice but today was uncall for. When I called to add an item the worker had an attitude. Who knows why but I didnt cause it. I was told the item was sold out. The cannabis was on sale there for several months. The worker even told me he does not see the item on his computer. I mentioned that I will check on my end and call back. The item was still there and not sold out. He added the item and jacked up the price. I mentioned I have a discount. He asked me to hold on but still listening on my household conversation. He assumed what ever he heard was for him. I was not even talking and he got on the phone saying what , what, and Im wondering whats going on and he hung up the phone on me. The pharmacist called me and said I had a problem with the worker which I did not so they refused to sell to me and took my account off and blocked me. I will pursue this...

2022-03-06I am a new card holder and had no idea where to start. I scheduled a consultation over the phone with the pharmacist and although he explain the dosage well he had no idea about how each product effects you. He talked low and not confidently so I wasn’t feeling like this place was a good place to shop. The botinist in farmingdale answered so many questions and steered me in the right way. It was a beautiful store too

2022-06-21You have to have a consultation before you can purchase from here!! I arrived and after checking in was told that I had to come back after I get my phone consultation because there wasnt a pharmacist on duty!! A waste of time because I have been to other dispensaries and none of them required me to have a consultation!! I dont think that it should be mandatory for you to have a consultation even if is your first time there!! Then I went back and they were super helpful!! So changed my review!! Its a good place just doesnt have a large flower selection!! Staff is very helpful!!

2021-06-01Bad cartridges and no customer serviceThey sold me eight bad cartridges in Utica at Sunnyside and after two months of trying to rectify it, they are not doing anything except me running me around. That is 60-75 per cartridge. Their customer service rep told me to heat it with a blow dryer. What? So wrong.

2021-08-31I love being a patient here. They do their job right and they do it to the fullest extent that they can. When I first came they said I needed a 1st time consult with the pharmacist so he can go over product and what may work best for me. I really enjoyed this because it gives me insight into their world. For others upset by this process, they must remember this is a medical facility. Other dispensaries may not care, but this company cares for the well-being of their patients. Not saying I’m not cannabis savvy but of course they know a lot more than I. It’s quiet inside and they’re very busy on the phones. I can understand a patients frustration from previous reviews but I’ve seen them pickup multiple phone calls and sometimes even triple task by talking to patients who came in. These people are godly. Mariela and Rebeca were very nice ladies who explained to me again once more about the products I was purchasing. I cannot thank them enough! And for those leaving a bad review, what a shame. You guys are so selfish. They are human beings too.

2017-03-26Every time I go to Vireo Health on Queens Blvd to pick up my sons live-saving medication, I am always blown away by the caring and professionalism of all those that work there. From the first visit where you have a relaxing, informative session with the knowledgeable pharmacist to visits when you are picking up refills, you know that these people care about you.This is not just a pharmacy where you pick up medication and leave, or what you would imagine a marijuana dispensary to be. Their office is spacious and comfortable. They are patient, professional, and will work with you and your doctor to figure out what you need.The location is actually very convenient to get to if you live out of the immediate area. Its proximity to Queens Center Mall makes it easy to find parking in the garage, and if you bring your parking ticket into Vireo they will cover parking for you!Pretty soon they will be even doing home deliveries, which will be a first in NY.I was there recently and had a wonderful time chatting with John the pharmacist, and Nash, Cindy, and Jaren. I implore anyone that is new to the world of medical cannabis to seek out Vireo. They will help!
