My first experience with a N.Y. Dispensary. I had such high hopes, but unfortunately I was left extremely disappointed. Not too sure if I should explain my dilemma to Vireo Health or just try my luck at another establishment. In all honesty… The items I received are terrible. For the money I spent; I shouldn’t be this unhappy!
Staff is exceptional; knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They also return phone calls quickly. Reasonable prices compared to others, and a wide variety of their quality product to suit any need. Very easy to use website to set up appointments, order refills, and schedule deliveries. Deliveries have come on time, and the text updates make it easy to be prepared for their arrival. I highly recommend Vireo Health.
EDIT: was 5 stars, back to 1. Now I remembered why I left. Bought $400 worth of Etain lozenges. As soon as I got the package, I opened one of the boxes, they were melted. I opened a 2nd box, melted. Couldnt get the plastic off, choked on plastic. Long story short, they claim my house is too hot (77°). Etain, the company claims there is NO WAY these could have melted in my home (I sent photos to bothb Vireo claims its my failt, Etain says absolutely not and they dontknow why Vireo wontreplace them). Ive had these very lozenges in my pocket before and never seen melting like this. Their pharmacist wrote this:Hi Allison,This is what the lozenges are supposed to look like. If you keep your house at 77 degrees it may be too warm for them I would recommend storing them in the refrigerator, or a cooler space.Best,VHNYNo...no they arent supposed to look like this, and Etain confirmed it. Vireo will not replace them or refund my money so I can buy them elsewhere. Also, the box says not to store them below 50°. Refrigerators should be at 40°.Stay away if you dont want products that might have their integrity damaged by a dispensary that doesnt care about its disabled & sick patients.
Vireos online customer fulfillment system is not up to the task, for a number of different reasons. You cant trust that an order that was placed for delivery and confirmed will actually be delivered.It started with routine order placed online, for delivery. Vireos order system accepted and confirmed the order, even though (unbeknownst to me at the time) my medical card on file with them had expired. The scheduled delivery window came and went with no delivery, so I went back online to check the order. It turns out their website has no direct way to check an existing order or get order details. The only way I could find to get to an existing order is to start a new one, starting from scratch with a zip code, then clicking through to a product menu. On the menu page there finally is a login button. After finally figuring out how to get into my account I was able to determine that the order had been canceled due to an expired card. I had received no communication from them that the order had been canceled, either by text or email. I then called the telephone number listed on the website. No one answered and I was asked to leave a message. I did that but didnt get a call back, so after an hour I called again and left another message. I also emailed them at the address given on their website, inquiring as to why the order wasnt delivered. I did get a reply to the email, stating only that that they had no delivery scheduled for me today. There was no mention of an existing order being canceled. So I called yet again and left another message. Someone did finally call, and I was able to get the card info updated. (One would think that I could do that online but that basic capability isnt present in their system either.) I complained to the phone rep that their order system was really bad, and she agreed with me!The bottom line is that their order system is poor in key respects. It accepts orders when it shouldnt, cancels them without notification to the customer, has convoluted navigation, lacks basic account management capability, and lacks capable and timely customer service. Dont trust that your order will be processed correctly at Vireo!
Product is really good! My pain has been a bother lately. My first week on this product (distilled oils and lozenge) felt great! Canceled my cortisone shot appointment! Staff is really friendly and very easy to work with! Beginning in medical marijuana medicine this place is great! They deliver!
I am grateful for my medical certification to begin with. Vireo, has been not only a God sent; but the staff is very private and professional with everyone. Questions are carefully answered. The office is clean and quiet making it comfortable at least in my opinion. I am very happy with not only the service but with their product as well. I wish they sold concentrates though, sometimes my pains are so bad I feel like only a concentrate will work because of potency.Thank you Vireo.
One can not ask for more helpful, nice, knowledgeable people to help you. My first visit went very well and I was fully informed of all necessary information to make my start in the program successful. One piece of advice is to get the White Plains Parking app so you can control your parking time without going out in the rain.After almost a year, I still am very happy with the process and staff at Vireo. In and out more quickly, as well as a warm greeting upon arrival and when receiving the product!
Nice place, friendly people. A bit pricey, but quality is good. My biggest issue is that some dispensaries treat MM as a business, which it is, and they focus on incentives to get you to come to them. Others treat it like a service that they are allowing you to partake in, and Vireo is one of these. I think they might be catching on though, with a recent price cut.
I was so very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff of Vireo. I had used another dispensary, but wanted one that would deliver. So glad I chose Vireo. The pharmist was so caring and informative during my consult and really listened to me and addressed my concerns. If you are new to medical maijuana or just looking for a change, Vireo is the way to go.
When Vireo Health first opened up I wrote a negative review because of the prices being so high. Im very happy to write a positive review as they have lowered their prices a great deal, have free delivery which is amazing when your bed ridden from disease and the delivery workers are very kind and pleasant to deal with. Also if your having trouble financially they give you a 10% discount to help those of us who cant work. Now all we need to do is get New York to let us smoke flower with all the negative reviews i see about vaporizers exploding I think its a safer choice. Ive never had a bowl or a joint, or blunt wrap explode on me.
I believe Vireo is a great first experience for beginner and educated Medical Marijuana Card Holders. Great place to start & explore their many different selections they hold in store. Vireo doesnt just hold their own branded items with a option of four different companys with similar products. All products have a variety of low to high CBD to THC & low to high THC to CBD options for whichever type of consumption the patient desires. Employees are also fairly informative making sure the patient is more informed about products that work best for the prescribing condition. My first couple times picking up my medication from Vireo has been very smooth with zero occurring issues & reliable for returning missed calls.(Must leave Voicemail) Besides all that, as a new customer Im a satisfied patient.
I would like to update my review on the Business Vireo Health of New York in White Plains. When I first got my license i was very grateful to get this Medicine as with in the month I was able to cut down on my narcotic pain medication. Unfortunately I have spent every cent I had on this Medicine that does help. I have written to the company asking if they would consider actually helping someone get their medicine and of course I was ignored. They charge $94 for .5 of a ml (a very small amount) where in CO and CA they charge 1/3 of that price. The simple fact is Vireo is a business looking to get rich off the backs of the sick and dying, and when contacted by one of their patients dont even have the decency to answer. With all the profit they have already made what would it hurt to help a few patients out during a hard time? I had an appointment today which I had to cancel because I wasnt able to come up with the CASH, which is all they except. I contacted them telling them why I would not be able to make my appointment and of course no response. The only good thing I can say about Vireo is the staff in White Plains, who dont of course make the prices, are extremely nice people, but I would be nice working at an all cash business also.
Parking has never been a problem. The dispensary is clean, comfortable and well organized. The staff are polite, well informed and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The products seem to be very high quality and certainly help me feel better.All in all, an excellent experience.
I love video health. At first I was quite skeptical ordering from them but they have made it very simple. Whether its calling them for an order, ordering it online through their secure website, or calling them for any questions, Vireo is on top of the everything. Im super comfortable with them now. Plus the convenience of having home delivery is awesome for days I cant leave my house.
I know there are other alternatives to the capsules which from what I hear are being reformulated. If I had had a heads up I think I would have bought more than one bottle of them to carry me through until they come back. They do work the best for me and I hope the formula changes are not too dramatic! The oral solution and The Vape are very nice but I do prefer the capsules for night time. The clinic is professional and efficient and I never wait more than 3 minutes for my order I thank you for that!
I cant express how happy I am with the staff of Vireo Health! From the minute I walked through the door on my first visit I felt supported. I use the White Plains location, and it is always an easy and pleasant experience. The staff have all been kind and helpful. The product seems high quality, consistent, and fresh. One downside is that parking can be a bit challenging on busy days.

Staff on site is helpful, product is as described but extremely expensive, not only Vireos faul, but the states. Website very cumbersome to navigate, tried to reorder a few times and gave up, just too much work.
I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first, but there was no reason to be. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in your decision on which product would be best for your situation. Refills are simple to do on line and then pick up with little to no wait time. So glad that I have found them and their products!!
STAY AWAY! Customer service sucks!!! Made an appointment a week in advance, then woke up to a confirmation of my appoint for 12pm which I received at 8am. I drove 17 miles for my appointment to a nice sign that says they will not be open until 2pm.This is the epitome of irresponsibility to a potential customer and sending a confirmation for an appointment you can’t do is down right a scum bag move. No worries; I drove to PharmaCanis (405 hunts point avenue Bronx, NY 10474) and got the same products at half the price plus they honor Union Members!!
The pharmacist was very helpful during my first consultation. It can be expensive finding the formulation that helps your pain the most. It’s unfortunate that insurance doesn’t pick up the cost of the products considering the benefit.
Overall, a very good place. Staff is efficient and friendly, always ready to explain procedures and use of equipment or products and they assist everyone with a kind and genuinely upbeat attitude. Pharmacists are also friendly and knowledgeable and, very importantly for pain patients, they are willing to listen to your needs and work with you. The place is clean and they offer delicious organic tea. I am able to call ahead, always had an answer or a call back, and can make appointments before going in. Their medicine is premium quality and extremely pure, especially when vaporized through a high-grade water rig. Their sublingual solution is also extremely pure and has been a life changer for me. I have only good things to say, really. The only pesky thing I saw there were some patients, honestly, bringing extremely loud children in (Ugh, hello, this is a medical facility and people here are in pain!!) or being rude to staff or being downright dirty by leaving their trash all over -there you go, I said it. So, if you are a serious patient in White Plains and need your medicine, do go see them, they are indeed great.
I have had only positive experiences with Viero and the staff at White Plains. They are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Every time I pick up I ask a bunch of questions and I don’t feel rushed, they are very patient. You do need to plan ahead and call for an appointment. They prefer you call the day before, but we have had a couple emergencies that were short notice and they were very helpful and accommodating. Leave a message and they will call you back. They have always called back within a few hours. I like that they give you an appointment time to come in to pick up. I’ve never had to wait for more than a few minutes, and there is not a waiting room full of people, at the most maybe one other patient. During one appointment they helped me set up an account online so I can make appointments without calling, and that way is easier.I’ve never had trouble finding parking on the street. You need to bring quarters for the meter, and I usually pay for 30 minuets, but I’m done in half that time for the most part. I’ve noticed that there is always a police presence on that stretch of road (you will get a ticket for an empty meter). I feel very safe in that area of White Plains. Once my husband came with me (but he isn’t allowed inside because he isn’t certified/licensed by NYS), and the staff noticed him hanging around outside and were a minute from calling the police. I was impressed that they watch for suspicious activity outside and were very quick at noticing him!
This has been my third order with Vireo and each person I have dealt with has been professional and helpful. The last oder I dealt with Rachel who called me back. Even though my order had to be changed around, she was able to handle my order and get it delivered to me the very next morning. Thanks for helping me with my back & right side pain.
The staff seems unknowledgeable 1/2 the time and the overly expensive products barely do anything for me. I was going to leave 1 star after dealing with them for almost a year because they are the only thing available here and forced to get my medicine from them but they finally added new vape carts in the brand name of Select (Curaleaf) instead of the placebo housename carts they have. Them adding Select carts recently might be due to my own pestering of the staff of getting Select carts because everyone else in NY like FP Wellness, MedMen, Sunnyside, Botanist, etc. carry them while they only carried Vireo carts. Now my only gripe besides carrying whole flower is the ridiculous high price of it being $80 for a .5G when you can get 1.0G Select cart in another state for way cheaper.
Nice and helpful staff. Great products. They just need to figure out how to help people out faster. With 4 clients in the waiting room... they will only help one person at a time and if they have problems or extensive questions about their transaction... you just sit. I have sat there for an hour before with just one other person in the room. Ordering before you get there does nothing to speed up the process. Ive seen two people check clients out, but the second employee always comes out after youve been waiting forever. Prices are slightly more expensive then dispensaries such as Curaleaf for example AND at Curaleaf you walk right up to the counter and Checkout withing 10 minutes. Unreal how Vireo has their service set up, I know I have to waste time waiting everytime I go.... so theyre not the best, but I would still go to them for at least the vapes. Their vape quality is pretty decent for a NY dispensary.... but, seriously, get your checkout service together, it is absolutely unnecessary for the purchasing process to take as long it does. Its weird and annoying.

Common startup problems incl occasional long wait in lobby for prescription. Right hand doesnt talk to left hand. To recently scheduled pickup for Wednesday morning got several calls notices Tuesday afternoon to feel free to come in to get my prescription early. After picking up on Tuesday, I continued to work on get messages that my prescription was ready on Wednesday.The prices are still too high even after the recent reduction. Prices need to compete with the black market for their (Vireo) prices to be successful.
Simple and Efficient. Never had an issue with pickups, and they honor my veterans discount at the door.Though I wish there was a way do to do that when ordering.Otherwise everything is great.

My first experience was this past Monday. Online registration was simple which included making an appointment. I received a phone call moments later asking if I would like to do a phone consultation rather than a visit, which I said yes to. I was then transferred to a Vireo pharmacist who asked me specific questions about my pain issues. We then discussed the options of dosing. After it was agreed it was most probably the best option for me, I ordered it online and scheduled a delivery time for 2 days later between 10-12. Anthony, the kind delivery gentleman called at 10:15 and apologized saying he was running late and would 2-3 be okay. It was not an issue for me, but may have been if I needed to be somewhere. I received text updates and in fact received one at 2:20 saying he would be arriving. About a minute later my bell rang. Anthony who called me earlier, was in fact the same person who actually made the delivery. He was professional, sweet and showed his ID as soon as he entered. And that was it...... A hassle free process that could not have been easier. I’m anxious to try the product. An issue I have is NOT with the dispensary itself but with the powers that be. I would have preferred to receive a smaller amount of the item ordered. I have no clue whether the ratio is too much or too little. It’s an expensive investment in something that may not be what I need. And there is not a 3:1 ratio. My choice was 1:1 or 6:1. Why start too high if it’s not warranted..... Anyway, a long review showing how simple the entire process is. I hope everyone has the same experience. Nancy
The staffs attitude has really gone downhill. Now you wait and wait and wait when you arrive to pick up an order that you are emailed and told is ready for pick up.Then you receive calls and are left messages when you specifically request that they do not leave messages.Each time you place an order, you are made to discuss your order and decision to order certain products with someone there. I feel like a high-school kid being stood before the principal. Its unnerving and unnecessary._____________________________________

Very professional, knowledgeable & caring people. They walk you step by step about their products & dosages. Ordering medication or setting up appointments is very easy once you establish an online account. They are open until 7 PM M-F & 6 PM on Saturdays which is very convenient. They are also located in a great location & there is public parking around the block for quick & easy access.

I like their products but the parking is such a pain at this location. I stall on coming for refills just because its so bad.I was looking forward to speaking with the pharmacist, but my experience less than desirable. He was pretty judgmental and seemed like he just wanted to get through the day. I did not have a pleasant experience here, but I buy because at least for now, it is my preferred MMJ tincture in the area.
Ive heard that the hired hands didnt treat the clientele so great. That hasnt been my experience. Theyve been just fine.They should try to make the facility a little more elegant. The building is plain white with no sign outside. Looks like a methadone clinic. Why? Because if a passerby sees its a MM dispensary they may be offended? Suck it up.Its legal. Spruce the place up.
I place my orders online to save time and they always get me in and out. Parking in White Plains is tight but they always get me out fast. The office is secure, clean and extremely helpful. They are fantastic.
Will have to get back to this Dispensary as they are busy and I needed help on my paperwork.That took up much time. Consult was 5 minutes. Not possible for a someone to conclude what mixtures or devices I needed in 5 min. She then excused herself and did not return. I had to leave. Got a ticket anyway. Will go back on less busy day and find better visitor parking. They provide none. Not inexpensive for their services. There are other Dispensaries and read reviews first.

Vireo has been my only experience with medical marijuana. As far as I am concerned it will remainmy only provider of medical marijuana. There is a dispenser much closer to my home but the service and services provided have been just fine for me. Questions are answered quickly, calls if not answeredimmediately are returned sooner than expected. Everyone at Vireo has been patient and kind, more than one can expect from healthcare providers.
Do not trust this company, they advertise one product and sell you another. For a while they had one variety of thc oil although they refuse to say what strain it was easy to deduce it was an indica. It was great for sleep. Then they changed the oil with no warning. The next three nights I couldnt figure out what was keeping me awake. Try Columbia Care in Brooklyn or Verilife in the Bronx, they also deliver and they will tell you whether its indica/sativa/hybrid. They have more sales and better prices/products all around. Dont give your money to the opportunists at vireo
The experience at Vireo was good. I had place an order on line and came to pick it up. I had to wait a few minutes, then my order was ready . The transaction was easy and then I was on my way. This is a good place to go for your medical marijuana.
I have been going to viero health whiteplains. I buy the bulk oil to vape. They switched to a new oil that is do thick it does not work with their vape pens. I bought three different vape pens and none of them work. I called and emailed viero health with no response. I have spent alot of money buying their products and when you run into a problem they dont want to help. I bought the vape pen for the vape oil they sell and it dont work and they dont want to fix the problem. I will have to find a new place.

I have been purchasing items from the Verio dispensary based on my New York State license for almost 3 years. I have had a home delivery service and I have been to two of the dispensaries. Today I wanted to talk about my experience at the Verio white plains dispensary. I chose to go there because I had problems with the previous Vape from a purchase several years ago and I wanted to get a new Vape and new oil. I was worried about using the new Vape because I had problems when I used the old Vape and ended up using mostly liquid drops of cannabinoid oil in oral version for the last few years. When I got to the pharmacy I had already pre-placed my order and so I went to the cashier in the pharmacy area. I don’t know if she is a pharmacist or pharmacist tech but she explained very carefully while I recorded it so I would not forget. She told me what probably went wrong the previous time. And I left the dispensary with my supplies and was able to use the tape to verify that I was installing the oil correctly and then using this Vape appropriately. I was very impressed with the amount of time that she took with me and with her extreme patience as I often get anxious. Thank you for a great experience.

Very happy to have a dispensary in my county. Everyone is patient and respectful. Would like a little more guidance regarding what to expect. Maybe more pharmacy interaction. Wish you had a parking lot right there though, White Plains is like the wild west when it comes to parking!

While it is quite an expensive monthly expense this product has radically changed my life. I was disabled in a spinal cord surgery gone wrong 25 years ago and am a chronic pain patient. I am currently under the direction of physicians working on cutting back my medications with horrid side effects thanks to vireo red! My pain is dramatically reduced and I am starting to begin functioning again! I only wish that there was some sort of financial support as this product drains A substantial portion of my monthly income.The staff are friendly and helpful. Refilling my script is extremely easy! The only thing that I wish would change is a financial support discount program. If one does arise I would love to hear about it!Thank you again vireo for helping me get control of my life! You have no idea how amazing it felt the first day I began vaping and could smile when I saw my son or taking a pill at night and not waking up when my pain pills wore off! This place is disgusting . I went there today for the first time , I got home with the bottle of capsules, I had some additional questions for the Pharmacist, I called 4 times , he never called me back. I will be demanding my $60.00 back for the capsules. I never opened the bottle , because I never received a call back with my concerns. They will be reported by me to the proper agency.
Customer service is great! However, the variety of products and pricing is not competitive with neighboring states. Just recently Vireo introduced a variety of vape oil with terpenes. Unfortunately the packaging does not specify which terpenes are added and what their source is nor the amounts. This is standard information available when purchasing products in neighboring states. In a pinch Vireo is good to hold you over until you can visit a better supplier.Im sure with time NY will catch up with the times but its sad to see our state lag behind states like Connecticut and Massachusetts!*edit:Unfortunately I had to update the review and take stars away. This company recently took a step in the right direction and introduced a line of distillate for vaporizing with terpenes added to the oil in order to recreate the plants original profile(which strain they are trying to recreate was not disclosed). Although the company lists which terpenes are added they do not specify in what amounts like most dispensaries do. I emailed them to ask and in so many words I was told the information is proprietary and none of my business.

Overall the (Red)THC Cartridge is the Best out of all the other medical marijuana dispensary Cartridges in New York! Curaleaf and Pharmacann cartridges do not compare. Vireo Cartridges are smoother and has higher-quality Oil. Plus they have a greater spectrum of CBD to THC ratios in their products for different medical conditions than any other dispensary In New York!
Nice dispensary. Very helpful and friendly staff. Located in the heart of WP near all public transportation. I cant wait until they open up more locations. This is a positive thing for the community. They have a unique flavor set and I found the blend of terpenes in the new distillates to be very nice and super smooth. I wish they had more variet and edible chews. Its a convenient location. There are lots of nice places to eat nearby if you get the munches too. I prefer the products that Vireo produces so I reccomend sticking with those instead of the other ones they carry like pharmacann and etain. The Vireo seems to work much better and is very effective. I have an extremely high tolerance and because of severity of my nerve damage it requires alot of medication so I feel kind of frustrated that prices are still so high at all the dispensaries in New York and even more so that its not covered by health insurance. Antibiotics can be super expensive too just like other medications so its super unfair that patients who depend on such high quality cannabis like the one from Vireo are left with no other choice than to pay very high prices.

Information - I wish they told us what strains of the plant it comes from. All Vireo gives you is the THC and CBD content; no THCA or other cannabinoids which matter in what healing benefits it has.Ugly: Price - The prices are horrible. I know New York is very strict but, a similar disposable cartridge (500ml) run $25-50 in states like Colorado, California or Washington; Here it is $94 dollars. I wish they could find a way to make it more affordable. They say that certain individuals can get discounts based on income but they dont list what they are or what the guidelines are. Do you have to be on welfare or food stamps? do you have to receive SSD? How about Workers Compensation? You should post this information on your website.
First Im a huge advocate for medical marijuana and its effect on my condition has been a huge game changer. Its given me my life back!Cons:I chose Vireo because I was led to believe that they had more ratios than others. This simply was not true.I settled on a less than desired ratio of THC and CBD in solid pill form. Which I was told was more stable than liquid filled pills. However shortly after purchasing them the pills turned a weird color and bulged. They seemed to loose their potency.Pros:Medicine was great and effective at first.I felt very mislead by this company, at this time I wouldnt recommend this. Im going to try some of the other clinics.

With the new anti opioid laws, we were placed in the Medical Marijuana Program ( MMP ). The staff at Vireo White Plains has been amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly . If you feel apprehensive about entering a marijuana facility, don’t. The staff makes you feel comfortable , and they are sympathetic as to why you are there. The pharmacists will help you “tweak the cocktail “ until you get the relief you need. The dispensary is located in a nondescript storefront so as not to bring attention to themselves.

We spoke to a wonderful Woman - Sarah/our Angel!! She talked me step by step & after 4 or 5 tries we finally were able to log in. Vireo is doing God’s work. Seriously. Their products are well crafted, and do exactly what they need to do. My only concern is that their vape oil has additives. MCT oil as a carrier, as well as PEG, are pulmonary irritants and should be avoided at all costs. Still, it is better than combustion.My only concern is that when Recreational is legalized in NY State, their prices will put them at a major disadvantage.The WHite Plains staff is spectacular, compassionate, well informed and caring. They all deserve a raise.I am aware of many veterans who suffer from PTSD who are able to live fairly normal lives because of the products Vireo provides.I would request that they come up with a tincture, to replace the instantaneous titrite effects of a vape. Lungs should never be a delivery conduit for this medicine.

It gets a little backed up but well worth the wait! I have Crohns Disease and after 1 year on oral blue I had my first normal colonoscopy. There was no mood altering effect! The vapor oil with more thc has been very successful treating my PTSD and insomnia!Now living with post covid POTS, I could not live without. Pain meds made me ill but the honey melts have made it livable! I pray for all the others like me to move to a state thats medical marijuana friendly!!!!! Visited this place recently and purchased a vape pen that was cute down with serious chemicals. After reading about it when heated to temperatures above 300F they could convert to formaldehyde and cynic. So i agree peckerwoods are selling poison. Crazy they are getting away with it!

Nice staff and facility but the prices are OUT OF CONTROL and I dont know who can afford to pay for the medication that they need. Overall I think It is a good product but in order for me to decrease my pain medications the prices need to be adjusted. Still happy to be a part of the program but I dont think I can actually afford to do what is intended for me. I thought that part of the legalization was to drive out the black market and reduced costs for the people in need but I feel at the price of $94/cartage you are just making the black market thrive and making the people who are doing it the right way are getting screwed. By having the prices at that rate you are driving the street price down and impowering the illegal dealers to keep up their not so good work. The more you charge for your product (not to mention the price of seeing a doctor to get a card) the more that it makes the drug dealers lower their price and that is basically just rewarding people who are not going about this in a Leagle way. I know a big part of the problem in NYS, despite that we were one of the first states to vote to legalize medical marijuana we are also have the most restrictive laws about medical marijuana and I understand that this is what is making the prices more than in other states. But somethings gotta give cause this system is not working the way it should. JUST MAKE IT 100% LEGAL! This system is just playing right into the hands of the black market and making anyone who is trying to do it the right way (and have legitimate legal reasons for needing the supstance) the victim.
The wait time can be a bit long some days, Still doing curbside into September and with the start of flu season, However those criticisms aside the start are very patient and polite to everyone Ive seen from upset to confused.

I am tired of the lies from this company. The moderator here claims there are no additives in Vireos products. Straight from Vireoos website and I Quote The oil in the capsules is coconut oil, the oil in the vapes and oral solution is MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides). (Vaping MTC can cause popcorn and collapsed lung among other complications.) The moderator also comments All plants are grown in New York another lie. The company has been charge in the state of MN. with drug trafficking THC oil to New York. You decide who to give your hard earned money to, I did and its not Vireo.
Vireo is selling impure oil in their products. It makes me sick that a company selling health products would use inorganic, unhealthy additives in their products. I looked into it, not only are they criminally shipping weed around the country theyre also using all kinds of pesticides and non-organic practices. 2022-07-16Very detail oriented very nice people just have all of your documents ready especially your MMJ card. Wait patiently they only allow one person in at a time. Be sure to order before going online so that its filled and ready and you will get notifications that it is ready if there is a problem they will call you. Probably best to bring cash if its your first time there are other ways to pay like debit and Cannapay but if you dont have canopy debit may not always be available. So just follow the procedures produce the documents your asked and dont expect to rush through the door and you know they treat you great. There are certain discounts for compassionate reasons and you also earn points for every dollar you earned so is that up and they can go up to like 2500 points which equals l $125 savings or something of that nature. Many of you are the rudest and least knowledgeable of 7-8 dispensaries in the area. I can forgive lack of knowledge but huffing and puffing when customers ask questions... maybe another career.#2 You are advertising sales without the product. Your BOGO $4, I was told there was a Curaleaf recall and you wont be getting more in. But theres 22 days left of your big summer sale....... Sunnyside seems to have the weight....-

2022-01-07WOW! What an amazing experience! The staff at Vireo White Plains was on point. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a consult same day I called and spoke to a pharmacist. This was the first time I was really able to go over my medical conditions with a true marijuana specialist. The pharmacist provided me with various options and showed how I could save money on my medications since its not covered by insurance.I have gone to various other dispensaries in NY and this one is my new favorite spot! I am recommending all my friends to visit this dispensary as well. Fast and Friendly service.

2022-04-29While everyone save one woman is pleasant the one at a time policy is not in keeping with science. I go to the pharmacy to the doctor to any store and no where is the restriction enforced. Must keep up with public health policy and not make your own.

2022-01-14Hands down the worst dispensary in NY state! Failure to follow the medical guidelines and access to customers. The laws were updated to allow a 60 day supply but they refuse to sell me an 1/8 today because I bough one 6 days ago. My prescription clearly states that 3.5 is only a 3-4 day supply. Not my first issue tune with this here but will def be my last. No other place has done this.What’s more is the fact that they lie and say it’s the state not approving when that is not the case, since every other place approves it. I will be filing a complaint with as this clearly causes proper access to a controlled medical prescription.EDIT: Over a week later, no one has reached out.To put access into a perspective you may understand. My 30 day supply of epilepsy medication is renewable after 23 days. Why is that? Because running out of medication could have negative consequences. That’s the reason they allow the possession and purchase of up to 60 days in NY. Not everyone can make every day or every week for that matter, especially considering the scarcity of dispensaries in this state. Not everyone drives. People have to go to work. This is why access is important.But also, blatantly lying to customers and blaming the state for your own failures is awful and exactly the reason why NY shouldn’t have let large companies take over the medical industry in this state. You don’t really seem to care about NY patients.

2021-11-12This place needs help! Go to another place! There is discrimination and bias held with patients as their system extends the length of time medicine lasts you, compared to other licensed dispensaries. Currently patients should be able to have a 60 day supply, and this is the ONLY dispensary that does not abide by this State mandated supply amount. This has happened over seven times for me, which prohibits you from getting anymore medicine to alleviate your issues. Vireo Health, I hope you can also show some respect towards patients, and not be so disrespectful when talking to patients/customers. This is the main service failure! Its so sad and frustrating to hear a pharmacist(TJ) or manager(Alicia) patronize me and brainwash my understanding of the NYS supply law, and try to manipulate the system that effects a patients ability to access medicine. How can a place like this look patients in the eyes, after they deny my order, and then another dispensary in NY says that there is no problem? Who is the owner of this company?

2021-07-01Do NOT waste your time or money at this place. I ordered the vaporizer starter pack that is $99 and comes with three different cartridges. NONE of the cartridges arrived full. They barely had any liquid in them and I asked for a replacement. They kindly replaced them to only give me cartridges with even less liquid in them. The excuse I got is that they arrived sealed and cannot open to check for me. I also received another response saying it was ok that there was barely any liquid because it is actually there, even if it appears empty? Not sketchy at all... all in all I learned my lesson to do my research before making a purchase this size. I hope this helps people in the future!
