Mirjeta is a master at what she does. Attentive, attuned, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She never said no to showing us a listing even when we gave her very little notice. Steve was very responsive and attentive at the beginning in meeting and getting an opportunity to view a property that we were interested in. However, after an offer was made Steve was very unresponsive to texts and messages left. He would not respond for hours or sometimes even days later. When dealing with time sensitive situations like home purchases, time is of the essence and for that reason I would not recommend Steve

This was our third home purchase and she provided a level of service that exceeded anything we have experienced in 20 years of owning and renting. From proactively making referrals to serving as our power of attorney when we could not attend in person the movers pick up of our stuff, Carolina was a partner in all aspects of the buying, closing, and moving-in process. It made a huge difference. If you are looking for a realtor that you can be absolutely confident represents your interests, proactively thinks about your needs, and really earns her commission then we cant recommend Carolina enough. If you are happy with the industry status quo and just need someone wholl fill the role, send a cheap closing gift, and never expect to hear from you again then Carolina is not the realtor for you. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous to start the process of buying a home, especially during this crazy housing market. Our realtor, Brenden Lewis made the whole process much less stressful for us. 2022-02-24I recommend using them 100%, specifically Christine Torres, who was absolutely incredible. She was always available to answer all of our questions. She was kind and patient, and most importantly she always understood as a 1st time home buyer how nervous we were, and always tried to do whatever she could to help us through the whole process. While buying a home is always a stressful thing, Christine made it so we were informed through it all. If you are looking to buy a home, I recommend Christine Torres. You will be completely satisfied.

2021-12-24Virginia and her team were simply the best to work with. Handled literally every aspect of the sale of our home from listing through open houses through closing without missing a beat.
