Great place and excellent service! My dog ate my daughters glasses, no, thats not a joke. I didnt buy her original frames from here, but they were able to transfer the lenses into one of theirs. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes and now my 3 year old can see again! As a side note, they were super kid friendly with toys and blocks for them to play with. Will be using them for all of our glasses needs from here on out.

Ive been to Vision Quest 2 years in a row for my new frames and lenses.The staff is friendly and patient, something youll definitely appreciate if you like to try on lots of different pairs to find your fit and style, and if you need someone to deal with your insurance for you.There selection was pretty expansive, with higher end brands but decently price. The owner, Jenn, help me try on a couple of different sets to try out a new style, but Im picky and happily went with the same brand and model Ive been using for a few years.

Had 2 wonderful experienes at this business. 1st time they were able to quickly accommodate me with a last minute dmv eye exam. Got right in an out and was not overcharged. The 2nd time we brought my daughters dog mangled glasses to them. The place where we had bought the glasses quoted us 2-3 weeks to repair/replace ethem. SInce it was here only pair and she could not see without them we checked out vision quest. They were not able to repair the bady damaged frames but they were able to cutdown and repair the lenses and had her fitted into a new complete pair within an hour. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! Highly reccommend

Ive been going to Vision Quest for the past 2 years for eye exams, new frames and contact lenses. The staff is welcoming and polite. Dr. Rubin is thorough, friendly and patient. Every staff member listens to your needs and answers any question you have with a smile. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about VISION Quest in Lynbrook, N.Y. The team of people there are amazing. There is a great mom and pop feel of this store. Jackie is such a nice person and so down to earth. I needed my lenses replaced and she did not want me to send out my frames because I am such a busy person. She called me when they arrived and told me the best time to come in and have them set into my frames. They were ready in half an hour! This place is personable and the complete opposite of Davis and Sterling. It is a small business and very nice.

Gave me cheap glasses after taking $300 from my ins. Got better glasses for $2 at discount store..Wont be going back..
