This frAncHise has the worst; communication, and it could be some iLLegal business hEre becaUse how DoEs a {CUSTOMER} ME order glasses AND THAN RECEIVE a caLL saying THEYRE READY. I GO piCk the paIR of glasses up and the GLASSES ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG THE PRESCRIPTION THE PROGRESSIVE AND HIGH INDEX LENSES ARE WRONG COMPLETELY so they going to fix the problem BOOM I get another phone call saying this time the glasses are all good to PicK Up. I expected to be really happy but no the second pair was wrong again. IF YOU GO HERE THEY WILL NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY TRUST ME

Great staff, the place is always nice & clean, staff are knowledgeable about their products. They have a good variety of brands and a nice range of prices for frames as i needed a new pair of glasses myself. Was in and out in no time. 100 percent would recommend.

I did business with Vista on 3rd because of the great reviews I saw here. The customer service was great initially, just like the reviews said. However, the great customer service did not last long. I paid $700 for a $335 (retail price) designer frame w/ prescription. Additionally, there was no authentication card in my glasses case. Anyone who buys designer eyewear knows that brands like Gucci, Prada, etc come with authentication cards to verify authenticity. When I asked the staff, specifically the light skinned young lady with blonde braids, glasses & tattoos she gave me an attitude and claimed that she had never heard of an authentication card with a straight face. I had to walk to their second location to retrieve a hand written authentication card from the manager that was not issued by the original manufacturer. I was also called difficult for asking for the address to the second location. Mind you, I was walking to pick something up that should have been provided in the first place. The same authentication card that the staff member claimed she knew nothing about. Hopefully she learned something today about designer frames, she still has a thing or two to learn about customer service.My final verdict is that if an employee made an honest mistake or is misinformed about a product they should not meet customers with an attitude or insults. Makes you doubt how genuine their business practices are to begin with. Not a great look on the reputation of the business. Lastly, customers please do your research on designer frames before you get swindled. At any location but ESPECIALLY THIS ONE.

I was recommended to visit this store because of customer service, and I must say they lived up to the reputation. Soon as you enter, you’re greeted and made feel welcome. Dr. Ryvkin was very accommodating, informative of my condition and very honest. The entire staff there is friendly and understanding to the needs of the customer. The helped me find a plan that worked for me and my interest. I recommend anyone looking to get their vision and frames in order to stop by, you won’t regret it!

I walked in the on a busy Wednesday and . I wasnt sure if was gonna be able to stay too long wait, but I needed new prescription regardless. The establishment is clean and from what I understand they just had a some renovation done recently, so Ive been told by the front desk lady. I believe her name was Loisa, very polite and sweeet Asian lady, speaks Spanish very well.The whole staff in general were nice and kind. They got their masks on all the time... considering that were still within a pandemic state, they try to be compliant with the state pandemic rules. I would definitely go again for my next eye care needs.*And always try to make an appointment, makes it easier for them to accommodate people because of capacity limit.

Stay away from this place all they want is to take all the money they can take from you. They wont accept you to bring your own frames making you paid for overpriced eye glasses that you can buy way more cheap out of that place

My experience was very bad, I paid $1200.00 dollars for some Gucci glasses, the magnification did not look good on me, I could not see with them, they gave me 2 vision check-ups at the same optician and they never found the magnification I needed. I lost my money, I cant wear the glasses, because I dont see well with them and apart from that they gave me the foggy (dirty) glasses, I dont know how many hands had touched them and they handed them to me, because they didnt have a bag for me.I have to make another investment in another optician, because in reality, I need the glasses.Very bad service and very little delicacy.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
