I put a claim in over a week ago to have my TV serviced and the repair man Manny called two days before the job and said because it was a holiday weekend he had the right to postpone service to my TV for weeks or it had to be the next day. After 15 mins of his ignorance I asked who his manager was and he got scared and refused to give over who his supervisor info. He represents this company so Ive decided to sure them in small claims Court for the value of a new TV for failure to uphold existing contract.

They were supposed to come fix my tv through a SquareTrade warranty I set the appointment for Friday 8am-12pm they contacted me to tel me the technician couldn’t come that day due to my warranty company. They asked to move the appointment to Sunday 5pm-9pm I agreed I called them Sunday at 10:30 am to ensure that they were coming because the rep is kinda sketchy she said yes and guess who didn’t show up to fix my tv completely irresponsible and unprofessional

This is the worst experience Ive had regarding any repairs. This company is contracted by Asurion and BJs. This company is very unresponsive and dishonest. After two weeks of constant calling and follow-ups from the customer (me) the technician finally ordered the part I was assured would fix the TV. Then another two weeks passed by for the part to arrive and the technician to arrive to my home. Then he arrives, looks at the TV and says the part I ordered will not solve the problem, so he leaves and tells me to call the insurance. The insurance then tells me they cant do nothing before the technician updates the case reporting they cant fix it. It took 1 week and a half for the technician to update the case with a two sentence summary to the insurance. I cant believe BJs and Asurion pays these crooks to go into peoples homes. Horrible service! I wish I would give 0 starts but the minimum is 1.

They are contracted by bestbuy. I had 5 appointments and 4 were no shows. They don’t respond or call back. They replaced 1 part on my tv and said they would come back to try again and never came back. They still haven’t fixed my tv. Then they told bestbuy my tv was fixed and there’s no need for a replacement. This company is a joke. Luckily bestbuy decided to send another contractor to fix the issue.

Highly unprofessional! They are contracted with Best Buy. They were supposed to come inspect and service my TV but never did. They never answer the phone but texted me asking for pictures. They told me they didn’t have the parts to fix the TV and the parts “weren’t sold anymore” so Best Buy would have to replace the Tv and they would tell them that. The pictures I sent them clearly show the Tv does not have physical damage, and then had the nerve to write a report to Best Buy telling them that the TV had physical damage and there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE SERVICE. What professional does that?

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL - DO NOT TRUST - Company is a no show, does not answer phone calls, emails, texts, nothing. Unprofessional, as you can see other reviews, this is not the first time. I am not sure how they have a contract with Best Buy, but they do not deserve it.

Terrible service! Poor follow through! You call and no one answers .. EVER!!!! They return messages by text and after business hours so that you are NEVER speaking to someone. Have been waiting on them for a TV repair over two weeks with no word about when they will actually complete it or if they even have the parts needed. Stay away from these people!
