I’ve recently switched pharmacies due to lack of costumer service and my only regret is not doing that switch earlier. Eli Sdayeb and the rest of the crew at Vital Med are by far the the best in class when it comes to costumer service and costumer satisfaction. Will continue to patronise this business and would recommend this pharmacy to everyone

2020-08-16Amazing staff. The pharmacist is very professional, I personally experienced the highest level of customer service during the COVID pandemic. The staff are great in restocking items that I couldn’t find at a big box stores. Although, there are many pharmacies in the area Vital Med goes above and beyond any other pharmacy I have been too. They are truly a gem of Queens!!!

2021-12-23I was the girl that ran in yesterday in desperate need of a PCR covid test thinking that maybe he was testing at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was busy behind the computer but nonetheless stopped his work for a minute and helped me with a phone number of a doctor that would be able to see me the same evening. G-d send I walked into this pharmacy. Polite, welcoming and amazing. I couldn’t thank you enough for your help yesterday. See you soon when I need my scripts filled!

2020-08-23Very caring staff. Wonderful environment. Great service. Can’t think of anything negative. Always have exactly what I need. The wait for a prescription isn’t too long as it is in other pharmacies where the pharmacists and staff take their time and wander around just to make you shop around some more. They are straight and to the point. They explain anything that is not understood and are always up for a follow up. Best pharmacy out there. 👍👍👍

2020-08-16Best pharmacy around, with caring staff and friendly environment. The pharmacist there really take there time to explain and answer all my questions about my meds and side effects! Truly Appreciated the Experience! I recently changed all my prescription to this pharmacy and i don’t regret it at all. Best pharmacy in queens! Real professionals!

2020-08-16People ask me why do I go to these mom and pop pharmacies when there are bigger pharmacies out there like rite aid or Walgreens etc.I tell them because those types of pharmacies never give u garbage lies unlike those big pharmacies that call you that your prescriptions are ready then come and pick it up only to hear them say we never got any prescription!? And then realize and say oh Im sorry our system was down and your Dr has to send it again and then u have to wait another few days till its ready!So yes I recommend vital med pharmacy because they are the best in town with an amazing staff!!

2021-01-29Honestly best pharmacy in queens!!! I was going to rite aide for years but this place beats them by far. The service itself is outstanding. The owner stayed opened for me multiple times just so I can make it and pick up meds.
