The service St. Pauls has received has been excellent. In particular, Aaron Weise, is extremely helpful, accessible and attentive to our IT needs.

As a former employee who voluntarily left the company for a competitor, I feel compelled to voice a couple things about this company.They have the MOST unprofessional leadership team of any IT company I have ever worked for, the operations manager is and ex marine and tries to run his people as such. On top of running his crew like marines, he repeatedly talks trash about the companys customers to his employees. Without going into disgusting details, he points out key customer contacts and talks about their appearance and the way they do business (according to him). Shortly after meeting him for the first time, I was compelled to look for other employment.

I wish Id have looked up reviews on google before dealing with these people. My experience was extremely disappointing, with almost no information to help me make an educated decision.I have an Epson 3800 printer, I brought it in for repair, I have a clogged inkhead and I wanted to know how much it would cost. They quoted me $80/hr for repair and I would not have to bring in ink for inks that were low. I told them I had fresh inks but it wasnt needed.The printer is $1200 new, I wanted to know how much appx the repair for an inkhead would cost so I could make an educated decision as a consumer. I get it, you dont know whats wrong until you look at it, but I KNOW WHATS WRONG and the simple answer to my question was not going to answered until I forked over $100+ for a technician to look at it. Instead the way I see it, I payed $100+ for a technician to look on a spreadsheet to see the cost of a new part. Which is $800. Repairs went from $80 an hour to $120 an hour. Constantly surprising a consumer with unexpected charges because you have them by the balls doesnt make me want to work with you again.I drove an hour and half and payed $100+ dollars so that they could dispose of a printer for me that I could have just disposed of myself.Bad business practices by both Epson and Vitec for keeping consumers ill-informed and preventing them from making better business decision.If you ask me, stay away from them. What they say is hardly reliable and just out of principle their antiquated business model doesnt need anymore support.
Had a problem with my laptop charging unless I applied constant pressure on the charger plug to the laptop charge outlet. Went to Vitec Solutions for a $35 diagnostic and potentially fix it, they basically told me I needed a new Systemboard and A/C Adapter. Total bill comes to $378.17 (yes I copy and pasted that and its that exactly).I know its not the A/C Adapter because I tried other adapters and they didnt work and even used my adapter to power other laptops and it worked perfectly fine. Systemboard, maybe, I wasnt too sure. But they basically told me to get a replacement for anything that could have gone wrong without knowing what was wrong.How do I know theyre full of BS? I went to a locally owned store to get it fixed after them. These new guys basically said it was a connection problem, fixed it and charged me $75, no replacements for anything. Everything works perfectly fine now. I essentially dodged a $300 bullet.Oh and last note. When I got my laptop back from them, the keyboard and touchpad was disabled and I had to ask a friend for a mouse in order to navigate to the settings to re-enable it.I strongly advise people against going here.

THis company is the worst company i have ever delt with . Google their name they have multiple complaints from the BBB also have an F rating with the BBB. THis company crossed legal lines and says gets names from social media to use against you they said they spoke to a relative the other day that put me down little do they know that relative passed away when i was 10! I do not see how this company stays open

Vitec has always responded timely and puts in the effort needed to resolve issues efficiently. Aaron has become a resource for us in organizational planning as well as operations, and has partnered with management to ensure that we have a firm plan to execute various projects and objectives. The entire team has also worked with other vendors as needed for cross over projects. Recommend considering them when evaluating an IT support service.

No matter how big or how small my question or problem is- they are always there to help. I have worked with several IT companies from past job experiences and none of them compare to VITEC. 2020-08-25We have been a customer of Vitec Solutions for over 10 years. We use them for their IT services, and now for their VOIP system. They always provide our hospital with great service. They are honest and trustworthy, especially with protecting our medical records. Their IT staff is always reliable and extremely knowledgeable. They go that extra mile to explain everything in full detail, that we can actually understand. They always provide our hospital with impeccable service. We highly recommend Vitec for any of your IT needs.

2021-08-127 out of 5 stars. Vitec is just that good. Whether it is an IT questions or a back-office question, working with Vitec is a pleasure. The staff doesn’t just solve a problem they do it with great customer service. Having worked with multiple IT firms over the past 30+ years I can honestly say Vitec has great personnel and a depth of knowledge that solves problems quickly. With over 30 computers in operation, used by multiple employees we appreciate Vitec’s ability to help users of all levels. Their knowledge stops your downtime.

2020-11-26Having Vitec as part of our team has always been wonderful. On Tuesday November 24th we had the pleasure of Aaron Weise being on site for an annual update and system review. Aaron worked to increase efficiencies and addressed many questions we had. In addition he suggested other things to assure we are ready for another busy tax season. We cannot say enough about their exceptional service and work. Some may say they are costly - we say they are worth every bit of their fee. Thank you!

2021-05-04Aaron Weise is literally the best!! Besides being a computer hero and saving the day for me, he was very personable and professional! It was like watching magic across my computer screen with how fast he completed each of the tasks he needed to fix the problem. I admire the amount of knowledge people in the technology/computer field have! Thanks again Aaron!!!! Oh and I barely had to wait on the phone, he answered immediately!

2020-07-30My workplace has been a customer for YEARS. Ive been here 2.5 years now and have seen a turn around first hand in this company. Theyre MUCH better now and more knowledgeable. Always there when you need them. Compare their reviews from years ago versus now ... give them a shot.
