Staff is sooo unfriendlyEvery time I go there the clerks never say Hi, or Thanks. It’s like a huge chore to check customers out. They just take the money and hand you the bag without acknowledging. Wouldn’t kill them to smile and say thank you. I kind of like when stores appreciate my business!
This is a medium sized supermarket and has just about everything I usually purchase from a full-sized supermarket. The clerks are very friendly and helpful. Ive been going there for years and I have no complaint about the store.
Has horrible meats and chicken. Ive been going there since I was a child and the store has never had a pleasant smell due to the meat section that has gone bad. The employees are very noisy and have bad attitudes. I buy 3 things and the total already ends up being 20 dollars.
Overpriced items. Watch for promotions because they will charge you the regular price if you do not pay attention. It happens all the time, on one trip I got 5 items with promotional price and the regular price was coming up. I had to ran back to double check, then the employee runs to do the same... Imagine that x 5 ! adds 10 minutes to your check out. Stay away if you can.
Small market where the prices frequently ring up incorrectly. The signage is also often incorrect. Its difficult to gauge how much you will spend here when so many items are mispriced and the prices in their circular are not honored. The market itself is okay. The produce is a bit overpriced.
Its an alright grocer, the people who run the place are happy to help you out when you need it. They dont always have what were looking for, but its been pretty reliable for last minute items. If I suggested anything, it would be to expand the fresh produce.
Clean. Well stocked. Friendly and helpful cashiers and stockpersons. Reasonable prices.
Be prepared to stand around for 5 minutes while the deli clerk does things such as make himself coffee and chit chat with other employees. When he has time, he’ll rudely take your deli order like you’re inconveniencing him.
Nice, small, neighborhood grocery. Fresh produce with reasonable prices, deli counter with some premade items, and lots of special diet options gluten free/vegan/lactose free/etc
Why does the name is keyfood?
I love this place. They sell fresh produce and anything else you could want. And they take Covid safety very seriously.
A great little supermarket, good variety a little bit of everything. Some things are a bit pricey but overall pretty good and they have some nice weekly sales...
Hi!mm Im sorry for what Im going to tell you .but the vegetables are ready for the garbage weeks ago .and other thing about the prices in the sigh are one thing and when I whent to pay they charge a different price if I dint ask ..this is the second time this happened .tell the cashiers to be more careful and nice to the costumes or you will loose the business thank you ..

Way too small cant fit my stroller most days cause theres boxes everywhere to put away the stock.
They sell chicken cutlets, fresh fruit and vegetables. The prices are good.
Produce rotting on the shelf is the regular experience. I dont trust the meat either.

I found lemons with a better price than in other stores, because these days they are expensive, and here they are better; 10 for $ 2.00.
THE BEST OPTION TO BUY QUALITY PRODUCTS AT A REASONABLE PRICE ... A VERY CLEAN PLACE WITH A VERY FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL WORKFORCE! I 100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
A little expensive, but you can get everything. In addition, the cashiers are very friendly and the rest of the staff very attentive.

2021-07-14Prices are higher than other places outside of the small deals they have on their circular at times. Staff dont seem very likeable and at times they choose not to accept coupons. Prefer the places on fresh pond better.Edit: This places entire goal is to try to rip their community as much as possible. Was told they wont take a manufacturer coupon when an item is on sale, but will freely accept one when they price gouge. Just a horribly run place. Avoid this place if you can help it.

2021-02-14I absolutely adore this place. Its a solid place to get groceries, they have a nice lil beer selection and their fruits are pretty solid.Im writing a review because I had a really positive experience with the staff. I had lost my high school class ring here, came back THREE WEEKS LATER and it was safe and sound, waiting for me with the manager. Really changed how I feel about trusting strangers. Thank yall for being beautiful human beings.One thing I will say, there is one person who works there and tends to rush me along when I am checking out closer to closing on the weekends, but she is pretty funny (and I can empathize with wanting to get home after a long shift), so I dont mind it too much.

2021-04-12I would say the worst supermarket in Ridgewood, NY? The produce is ok, not the freshest selection, the prices are average to high: small size cauliflower ca. $5. The service though, oh my... All of the Associates including MGMT, except one young lovely Latina, having bad attitude, never smile, never kind word...Just a very transactional, robotic service. Maybe it’s time for them to pack belongings and make a space for the store we’ll all be looking forward to shop at? I only go there if emergency strikes since it’s a block away ;)✌️& ❤️

2020-06-12There isnt too much variety here in terms of produce but its a small store and they do what they can. Sometimes they are out of stock of certain items. Like other Marketplace stores, the prices are on the higher side, but the staff here have good customer service skills and work to get you out of there. This is especially important as given the cramped nature of the building, its tough to maintain 6 feet going down the aisles. If I ever have trouble finding something, the employees always know where it is and are quick to help out.

2021-08-10Its a local grocery store. Its clean, but a bit overpriced. I generally only buy things that are on sale, and wait if something I need-but-not-desperately is full priced.

2018-08-08Same sales as from Key Food. Lines sometimes get long but usually moves quick. Overall good selection of products.NOT BUY THE MEAT HERE. They spray some chemical on it (smells like Lysol or something) to make the meat look more fresh. Thought it was only the chicken breast but the pork and other meats have the same smell when the open the package and it definitely does taste different. I know buy my meat from the local butcher a few blocks away

2018-12-18It is a bigger size convenience store. you would find most of what you need. prices are average maybe in the higher side. most of the price stickers will not match the register. staff are not too friendly. only the manager would answer your questions. no customer service skills. may be they need to hire new cashiers. I shop their only when I have to.

2018-05-16The store is not that big , but has everything like any supermarket. Maybe because its not that much space, store doesnt look organized. Everything is on top of the something, difficult to move , narrow isles plus lots of the boxes on the floor, thats why it is looks like not clean. I have doubts about meat freshness but bread is very fresh and good.Workers are great, always ready to help.
