Seeing as all the 5-star reviews are several years old, I think I should add my own recent and very off-putting experience:It is very strange to walk into an showroom devoid of customers with 6 salespeople (or what I assume were salespeople) sitting around quietly working at their laptops in different positions. Not one of them looked up from their laptop when I entered, not one of them greeted me, and only after I’d done a full lap around the showroom looking at the shelves and cabinets did one (and only one) acknowledge my presence before going to back to the glow of their laptop screen. I felt like an intruder.They’re beautiful shelves and clearly very well made, but I’d rather gouge my own eyes out than have to convince one of the lackadaisical salespeople to actually assist me or show me the system. Is it too much to ask for a bare minimum of salesmanship when you’re selling furniture this expensive?

I bought the shelf system in 2010 and its about to move to its third apartment. I love it - its super flexible, easy to rearrange, simple to install (unless youre drilling into brick, but nothing makes drilling anchor holes in brick easy), and always backwards compatible. Its also probably one of the best retail experiences Ive ever had - the staff are super helpful and will help you plan every single inch of your system. Theyll also give you a bag of screws and anchors when you walk in off the street 5 years later, no questions asked!

You should definitely look at the system in person to fully appreciate it. The tracks double as cable channels to hide wires out of sight and out of mind. Im not a people person, but the customer service and consulting was not only top notch, it was free. I ended up getting Wolf to help me install one of the 3 systems, because it was a difficult wall in a two story room. They were well worth it.

This place is a dream for designers. Its all about minimalist goods, and although they technically sell shelves they have all sorts of books and gadgets for you to browse. I had an excellent conversation with the guy who worked there and we got into design philosophy. Youll walk away inspired and refreshed.

A very cool space with amazing furniture. while extremely expensive, the quality is definitely high enough to warrant it. employees seemed devoted and offered free services and replacement parts if needed after purchase.

Im biased as I used to work for Vitsœ but this store has always looked great and in a great building. A great place to view the furniture collection of the company.

This system and the Team that manage the 33 Bond Street showroom in NYC are simply the worlds best - nobody and nothing comes close!
