Chris at VTI was amazing and could not have made this process easier. We rented a van for 6 straight months and could not recommend more highly if you need a van rental. Well be renting again for sure!
In August of this year, I rented a Van from VTI. I cant begin to tell you how impressed I was with the service we received. Chris was incredibly responsive and made every effort to make sure things went smoothly for us. The airport pick/up and drop off worked flawlessly. Never using anyone else. Great job VTI!

I rented a 15 passenger van from VTI at least a half a dozen times over the last 3 years. I have always found the vehicles spotless and in excellent mechanical order. The staff are very professional and they helped me out of a jam by arranging for early pick up. Excellent service with a smile.
Recently rented a 15 passenger van from VTI and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They worked with me with getting the van dropped off at LGA airport so I could pick up my family of 15 and then picking up at hotel where my family was staying at on their last day. No hassle waiting in lines and not having vans you reserved like other auto rental places. Vans are new and CLEAN. They drive like a car. I highly recommend VTI and will use them in the future.
Heres the skinny of it:VTI is legit, professional, and safe.Heres the longer version:11 months ago I purchased my Mercedes sprinter from Chris at VTI. I live in Kentucky and was was expecting my fifth child in a few months. You see, us folk from Kentucky breed like rabbits, and we dont trust strangers from New York.Did I really need this van? Yes.Was I worried about flying to New York to buy something from a total stranger? Obviously.Were there some stange hoops to go through with the title? Indeed.Would I do it again? In a heartbeat.My van was meticulously kept, by a person who loves his work. Chris was extremely thorough with me in the buying process. Ill tell you... Hes a hard negotiator, but completely fair.P.S.Its been almost a year since I bought a van from VTI. Yesterday I emailed them a random question that I couldnt get the dealer to answer.15 minutes later there is a comprehensive reply in my inbox! No charge. No strings attached... Just VTI doing what they do... Making the world a better place... One really awesome van at a time.
Great experience! The Mercedes van we rented was brand new, very clean, and perfect for a week end with friends. Chris is very friendly and professional, highly recommend VTI Van Rental.
The entire staff are VTI throughout the years have been professional, courteous, and have always given me the best possible price. From when the company was in a small business office, to now in a beautiful large facility, the service has never changed. If anything it continues to get better. And the vehicles are top notch and in impeccable condition.
We hired a van from Chris for 18 days. We were skeptical because the price was lower than all the other quotes, but being on a budget we checked it out. I expected an old van, but we were given a current model van with all the features we needed. The process was simple, although add-ons like GPS and extras drivers do add up, VTI was still the cheapest.The process was simple and hassle free, and everything we were told was honest.Which is exactly what we wanted. These guys are pros. Excellent service and great vehicles. Its our second time renting the Ford Transit from Chris for our music tours and always happy with our experience. We were referred by another touring musician who said that these guys get it.

We rented two 15-passenger vans for a trip. Working with Chris was a snap. Answered phone calls and emails very quickly, no question was too small. Removed rear seats for luggage storage without charge. Everything he said would be in place or happen was and did. We flew into La Guardia airport, called from luggage pickup and he drove up. Inspected vans, signed papers and off we went. No waiting. Upon our return, he was at the airport at the appointed time, inspected the vans, signed the papers and we went our separate ways. Cant say enough about Chris and the way he operated - honest, up front and all was as he said it would be. Would work with him again hands down. Thanks, Chris!

These guys know their business. The shop is a little hard to get to, but every time Ive rented a van it has been clean and in good repair. A reliable choice.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I bought a Van from Chris the Owner, He lied about paying the bank to get the title, took about 2 months to get the title, he then promise me a refunded of $2000 and till this date he has blocked my number and refuses to honer his words, this is a very dishonest place stay away.......
We rented for a church outing. Staff was friendly, vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Pricing was more than fair.

Deceptive website! According to their website they offer cargo vans but when you finally get through on the phone they no longer do so. Deceptive and dishonest :(

If you want a van up to 15 places cheap, this is the place to go. The vehicles are not all young, but perfectly maintained. The most VTI is really its flexibility. You do not want the last row of seats to have room for suitcases or you get the vehicle in front of the hotel, anything is possible.If you want a good rate for a seat van VTI is the place to go. You will not get a brand new vehicle but well maintained. The good thing about VTI they are flexible, so you can not keep going back to your hotel, everything is possible.

2022-02-22VTI saved our trip! When our van reservation at another company was cancelled without warning the day before we were supposed to leave for a big group ski trip, I contacted VTI and they got back to us right away with a great van at an even better price than the original reservation! The process to book and pickup the van couldn’t have been easier and the guys at the office were so great and nice and helpful. VTI is now my go-to spot for rentals and I highly recommend you use them too.

2021-11-03I highly recommend this company. They have been the best experience thus far to work with. The Sprinter we rented was clean and up to date. Super comfortable and chic. Loved the fact there was wifi and we were able to watch movies and youtube on the road. I will continue to use them as we travel often and will use the periodically.

2021-04-05We rented a Sprinter for a family trip down south and couldn’t have had a better experience with VTI. Chris was friendly and profesional, answering all our questions and providing all the information we requested. Due to religious observance of Pesach, we were only able to pick up the van after hours. They made sure to stay on until 9 pm to hand over the keys. The van was brand new and spotless clean, easy to drive and a very comfortable ride. Really unexpected and knocked it out of the park when we arrived home late and were told it was okay to drop off the van the next morning without any additional charges! Safe to say we will be renting from VTI again soon.

2019-11-25VTI is a very legitimate and top notch company. Their vehicles and accessories top of the line. Their staff members are so friendly yet professional. From my experience I would give them 5 out of 5 star rating. The whole entire process was very easy. The staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle I rented was in great condition and clean. I will certainly rent from them again. They are now my first choice for rental.

2020-10-18My dad and I were first time customers this weekend, and it was a terrific experience! We usually rent passenger vans with another company and they didnt have our needed availability. After a Google & Instagram search, I called up VTI on Friday, and Saturday we picked up our fabulous super clean Mercedes Sprinter 12-passenger van for a family trip.Hats off VTI:-great customer service: seriously, between the phone calls, in-garage customer service, emailed paperwork, it was really pleasant and easy to work with these guys-great garage: clean; easy location; plenty street parking for my personal vehicle-great van: very, very diesel fuel efficient Sprinter; smooth rideWe paid the extra $30 insurance fee. This rental experience was also great because the weekend hours fit our needed time for the van. Keep the business hours in mind as you plan your pickup + dropoff of your rental, and ask the guys all your questions like I did. We had a great family trip, and are excited to do it again. Thanks!
