Paid $650 for them to fix my sled, all bulbs kept blowing and the carbs needed cleaning. Got it back and all the bulbs blew again within 5 min of unloading from the trailer, it was running real bad too - they never adjusted the choke so it was on full choke. This was after them having it for almost 2 weeks too.I know this part is complete hearsay but when I dropped it off the sled had almost a full tank of amsoil oil (gold), and when I picked it up there was barely enough purple oil in it to load/unload.
I would highly recommend Waite Motorsports .. Todd was very professional and courteous and got back to me fast with answers to any questions or concerns I had !!! Traveled 5 hours to buy a motorcycle had car trouble and was going to be 5 hours late and well after they closed and I was very disappointed.. Todd said he’d be there whenever I could get there .. made my day !!! Excellent people !!! Thanks Todd !! Love my bike .. A +++ in my book !!!
Our first time purchasing our Indian motorcycle and apparel, been to other places and they did not compare to Waites. This place had superior service and sales! Really nice people to do business with! Very hospitable and friendly!! Beyond happy!!
There are a lot of nice toys and clothing here. However, the customer service is lacking. I made it all the way past the vehicle showrooms into clothing, before anyone even said hello. I could understand if they were busy, but the employees were standing around talking to each other.
The service department is terrible. The oil cap was left loose on a brand new motorcycle and soaked everything with oil on my way home. Then Matt tried to tell me it was my fault. All I did was throw my leg over and ride. Isn’t checking the oil part of the dealers pre-delivery setup and inspection. Very unprofessional to run a shop in shorts and flip flops. These people know nothing about motorcycles! They reluctantly replaced the oil soaked brakes but the only thing I really wanted was an apology I never got.
Waite helped me get back up riding in a timely and responsive manor. After my motorcycle was hit in a parking lot. I would recommend them to anyone whos looking for a new toy, or fixing an old one.
Went to look at a used bike listed on their website. They advertised the bike with lower mileage than it had with both words and pictures. Then they wanted to give me half of the trade value for my bike. Everyone was not very professional. Would not buy there.
Stopped by on my way to the St. Lawrence for an oil change and asked them to inspect my Indian Chieftain. The mechanic showed me my defective, broken kickstand. I was still under warranty. They did not have a stock kickstand in stock but realizing the dangerous situation I could be in, they installed a much more expensive kick stand so I wouldnt put myself in harms way on our trip. They gained a new customer for sure...
Purchase the big grasshopper mower. Was it pleasant experience dealing with Todd. Mower was delivered immediately all brand new clean and shiny. Very satisfied
Beautiful motorcycles. They also have used bikes. Seriously considered a 2014 Ducati monster 696 they had for $5500. I didnt buy anything though.

2022-02-01Have to be honest here, called last week and set an appointment for springs to be installed on my wheeler. Brought it in this morning walked entire showroom several times and no one even acknowledged my existence. I went to the counter and was told I failed to call to confirm the appointment. Told I said I had to speak with my wife first, never happened. I made the appointment in the presence of my wife. They said they had me penciled in anyway. They had me leave it. I returned to get it and paid in full, as I agreed. I went to load the wheeler and had to reinstall my plow myself. I mentioned this to the lady, as she appeared more friendly. I asked if it was normal to return product to the customer without fully installing all parts removed. She looked at me like I was crazy and said the tech never brought the plow in the building. Paid $274 for me to finish the job. Sloppy work and poor customer service. Feels like I am bothering them when I try to do business there.

2022-04-30I’ve stopped by a couple times now. Each time the gentleman at the front desk always has an attitude. My most recent experience was due to a check engine light. I asked if they could hook it up to a diagnostic before I deploy and lmk if I should leave it with the shop or toss it in storage for a year. He told me they were too busy and wouldn’t be able to get it in for at least two weeks. Worst part about having an Indian is that there’s only one shop within 100 miles. I feel like they know this so they don’t care about customer service.

2021-12-18My dad and I went there to get a helmet and the service was good. The helmet hurt me when I tried to put it on. Helmet hurts putting them on. For the helmets you can try them on in store. Price for the helmet is reasonable. Very clean place. Very nice people. Over all very nice place. Jedidiah Hallett

2019-02-13Best Polaris dealer in upstate N.Y.! Super friendly staff excellent customer service and best dealer pricing available! If youre looking to buy a new Polaris snowmobile or Polaris ATV this is the place to go! Go see Todd he will get you a awesome deal on your new or used ride and goes above and beyond to help you in any way he can! I had a couple small issues with a couple small plastic pieces that broke in cold weather and Todd took the time to submit it to Polaris and got the parts covered no questions asked! Ill be lifetime customer even if I had to move a few hours away its well worth the trip to Waite Polaris in Adams center ny!!

2021-10-19Waite Motorsports is a very unprofessional and rude business. I was told my bike would be covered under warranty at drop-off, but after six days with no call from them, I was told it would be $650. This was after they had already done the work without calling to inform me or confirm I wanted to continue still. The manger told me that it’s my fault, and that I had to pay due as a result of them not looking into the warranty beforehand like they are supposed to. There is also terrible service because I was told it would be a two hour job to be done that day I dropped my bike off, but then after six days, still no word from them only me calling multiple times to push them to finish the work.

2021-12-29We have rode ski doos since we got into the sport. never owned anything else. That changed last saturday when I opened the garage door on christmas morning and surprised my kids with the XC. Matt Waite made the process seamless. we just need snow on the hill now and its go time.

2020-06-15I am one that is willing to travel for a good deal and/or good service. Luckily, Waites is right in my back yard. The Sales aspect is quick and painless with great followup and always the best deal I have found. Parts provide exceptional customer service (to the point that I feel that I harass them too much because they know me by voice) are informative, competitively priced and always set a reasonable expectation when parts are expected. Luckily, I have yet to deal with the service department, but if sales and parts are indicative of service, it will be nothing short of top notch. Having worked in the Service Department of Auto Dealerships for 15 years, I know what I expect when I deal with any aspect of a dealership and Waites continues to go above and beyond my expectations.

2021-06-23Bought a new rzr from there and it has been in the shop more than I have rode the thing. Let alone there very slow on working on anything think its time for them to hire more employees. I have had 2 trips planed and the first one couldnt ride it with out the check engine light coming on right after we got it back. Then our other one we purchased had a warped head when we purchased it only been there a month. Sad on how much you pay for these machines only to have them in the shop all the time.
