Only giving it 2 stars because the store itself isn’t bad for the things you would need there. But the pharmacy, like most others, is absolutely horrendous. First of all, you’d better hope you never need to call them… they WILL NOT answer the phones! I’ve called many times, and just sat on hold for 20, 30 minutes or more, only to have the phone finally ring as if it is going to be picked up, but then disconnects. They either need more help back there or need to learn how to multitask. Even while at the drive thru window, there’s been many times where I’m the only one there and am just ignored for quite a few minutes… watching the workers just pass by the window without even letting me know that they’ll be with me soon. No acknowledgement at all. And they need to get a better speaker system because when they finally do try to help you, you can’t hear a word they’re saying especially when the LIRR trains are going by right next to the store. So if you need to just shop there, it’s usually ok. But pharmacy-wise, you won’t be happy.

Took me almost an hour to only print 2 photos!!! There was only 2 of us waiting for our photos to be printed but it took us that long because no one was on the counter!!! Someone finally came to help us after a long minutes of waiting. But he didn’t even gave us clear instructions and left us again and came back after another loooong wait!!! You can’t just leave your customers hanging!! And you can’t just let them wait that long!

2 stars is a gift. The pharmacy staff seem incredibly overwhelmed and at times they will do what is easiest for them (like telling customers something is covered by their insurance rather than looking for errors on their end). They have no separate staff member checking in customers for vacinnes so it takes a incredibly long time to pick up a prescription. If you try calling to speak to someone you are put on hold well over 15 minutes and then usually disconnected. The druve thru window is also a mess. I onlygo here as it is my preferred pharmacy.

Today this pharmacy almost killed me. I needed a refill on my blood pressure medication and they refused to give it to me because I was one day early. This pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to, is barely managed and they DO NOT care about your health. Luckily CVS was able to give me an emergency days worth which saved me a ER visit.

Definitely do not think they have a working phone there or workers just do not care to answer. They never pick up the phone no matter what time you call to speak to a person. Terrible for a pharmacy!

The drive through pharmacy is ridiculously slow. 45 minute wait with 3 cars ahead of me. Don’t anticipate speedy service.

If I could give no stars, I would. The pharmacy staff does not have the wherewithall to function as a public facing business. Waited an hour for a vaccine booster, WITH an appointment. The staff could not be any more apathetic and standoffish, responding rudely when inquiring about followups, insisting the pharmacist will do it on their own time. Abysmal

If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment and waited over an hour. Terrible service with no one waiting except my wife and I, I couldn’t image how long we would have waited if there was others waiting. The pharmacist Leena was very rude and said she said she will do it on “her time and when she’s ready”. Very unprofessional.

The absolute worst service possible. Called to see if my prescription (5 pills) was ready. I agreed to pay cash because I was told insurance wouldn’t cover. I was totally out and needed the medication. I said fine I’ll pay cash. Then he tells me it’ll take 40 minutes to fill. I called at 3:02pm on Saturday. Went to pick up at 5::30 and after waiting 15 minutes, sitting at the drive up, they tell us they’re not ready it’ll be another 10 minutes!!!! The pharmacy closes at 6:00 and they’re pull cash drawers to close!!! We’re still waiting at the drive up!!! My son goes in and all of a sudden the prescription is right there filled and ready!!! What is wrong with these ignoramuses, don’t waist your time seriously!!!!
