The manager was super helpful when I was having trouble with photos. She went above and beyond to help me with a frame. Very friendly staff
Returned a battery using Walgreens fedex. No cashier was at the register when I got there. A line started forming and I believe a manager came up front (Ben). I asked him for a couple pieces of tape to tape my label to my order, he proceeded to go to the back of the store with a line forming up front, and then he angrily taped my package and label, using a stabbing motion with the pen to cut the tape instead of using scissors. Really unprofessional. His name was Ben. He also previously lied about not having toilet paper at the store. Ugh.
Didnt have all of my sleeping pills that I needed. So I had five out of 30 I was told the other ones were coming in the following day and they never did. So I had to take the other ones that dont work that well. And my insurance company doesnt cover for Walgreens only CVS so I went out of my way to get them and it backfired. I paid $37.?? Instead of nothing at CVS.
I was there to pick up my medicine and had to wait as they were busy and not enough clerks.

First experience with using this pharmacy and I am not at all impressed or happy.
I wanted to share my experience with Rosie at the Clifton Pk, NY. I recently made a purchase there and as I was paying, I saw Rosie. She had a mask on and there was a gentleman behind me. She politely advised the gentleman to stay 6 ft away and he happily complied. I told Rosie she was most responsible employee I have seen throughout this covid crisis! It just goes to show you that one can be a responsible citizen and nice at the same. We probably get through a this a whole lot better if we had more Rosies.
Pharmacist was unhelpful and misinformed about over the counter products. And health care.. She was uncaring, rude, and ignorant. I will never step foot with my last dying breath in that Walgreens ever again.
I’ve been out of 1 of mine meds for 2 days they keep telling me it’s pending. Told me on Monday it would be done in an hour it’s now Tuesday said by noon it’s now 3pm still pending. I’m done with them switching pharmacies ASAP
Very disappointing--twice over span of 7 days unable to fill Rx. on file for > 10 yrs. electronically submitted by my physician. Another generic which I had specified and received a specific manufacturers product on earlier refills, they changed without notification. There is very little personal element in dealing with store personnel in contrast to closed Walgreen store in Clifton Park and shuttered Rite Aid further west on route 146, previously run by Walgreen.
The photo department was incredibly helpful in getting some large poster prints done in a hurry and troubleshooting a corrupt file. So thankful for them! Will definitely use them for all our future photo needs
The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and the prices are reasonable.

2022-05-17I have used this pharmacy for 2 years. I take the same medications every day. At least 4times a year they do not have a critical inhaler in stock. As of right now I have not had my medication for 5 days, because someone doesnt know how to order. I would think when it is something as important as meds, they would do their job!

2022-04-25I agree that this is the worst pharmacy ever. After today, I will be switching to another pharmacy. My doctor called in 4 rxs at 8:30 this morning. Im at home now at noon and they are not completed. After I write this review, Im going to sit in the pharmacy until they are filled. How am I supposed to.get better if they do not fill emergency scripts?? 🤔

2022-07-02I have been here a lot lately. They have some great deals on your daily essentials like laundry detergents, soaps and bathroom tissue.I usually do my ordering online and do an instore pick up. Te staff there is friendly but understaffed. I usually stop around 8.45pm and there is limited customers.

2022-07-03Sunday morning at 10:20am contacting pharmacy. I gave up after 28 minutes in hold to reach the pharmacist.. or even a tech.. anybody!! Seems a little rediculous to wait on hold that long... Didnt know that Sunday mornings were such a hot bed of pharmacy inquiries.

2022-06-16Incredibly slow service at the pharmacy. Wait time of at least 30 minutes. Walgreens closed their Rt 9 Halfmoon location, and since then it has been unusable. I will not be using this pharmacy in the future.

2021-12-26Pharmacist was extremely rude, interrupting a conversation she was not involved in, gave false info about COVID testing availability, so potentially helps in the spread of COVID transmission. She was like 5’10” with curly shoulder length hair. Will NEVER return to this store again.

2021-09-30The pharmacy takes forever just to pick up a prescription. It’s not the staffs fault - they are courteous and understaffed. It’s bad management. Been going to this Walgreens since they closed the one on rt 9 and sent all that business to this Walgreens. It’s not unusual to wait 25 minutes to pick up a routine prescription. That’s too long! Tonight I sat behind a car that was in “park” ( no brake lights”) in the drive thru for 15 minutes before the car in front of me was helped and two cars behind me gave up and left. PLEASE GET MORE STAFF!!! OR OPEN ANOTHER WALGREENS ON RT 9 AGAIN!! Again, the pharmacy staff tries their best.

2021-05-01This place is doing a great job. Totally the best pharmacy thats dealing with all the extra the world has thrown at it.Also, I watched that pharmacy manager deal with a literal Karen (yes her name was Karen) with complete grace on a Saturday morning. I have so much respect for an establishment that deals with screaming, overpriveleged, white ladies in yoga pants by telling them that times are tough and they may not have their vaccine ready 30 minutes early.Ms. Driscoll and her whole staff deserve raises.

2021-11-02Used to drop off Fed-Ex packages. As I was leaving, the employee griped loud enough for me to hear that she didnt understand why people couldnt use take their packages to Fed Ex. Very rude. Employee clearly does not understand that this is part of her job and that people are not going to drive to Fed ex in Rennsselear to drop off a package. That is why Fed partners with her store and pays them to by drop-off/pick-up points convenient to people in the entire area. Just a really rude and ignorant comment.
