The pharmacist Angela is amazing, wonderful and very helpful !! The techs here are friendly, efficient (especially Rebecca) and really know their stuff. The store is great, staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help out a customer.
The people that work there are friendly and helpful. Just transfered my prescriptions from CVS because they would no longer have the manufacturer I needed. Walgreens was more than glad meet my needs!
G Maps Needs To Update The Avail Rating Scale From -1 Star [Do Not Even Waste Your Time] Thru 4 Star Rating [Consistently Excellent] So I Can Put -1 Star, This Locations Pharmacist & His Attitude Problem Shouldnt Even Have This Job Anymore! Have Been Yelled At Before [Still Dont Even Know What That Was All About] Always Has A Very Unprofessional, Rude Attitude For Some Reason or Another, From The 48ish Year Old Guy Who Works In The Pharmacy. He Has No Concept Of What Being Nice To The Customers Even Means! Which Doesnt Ever Happen At A Quality Pharmacy! He Takes At Least 45 Min To Simply Fill 1 Prescription & Could Take Up To 1 1/2 Hrs! What, Seriously? Wow! Then, He Is Always Rude Throughout The Entire Process & Thinks He Was The Doctor You Just Paid $250 To See, Yet Is Only A Pharmacist & Wants You To Think He Is Superior To You For Some Reason. Its Like Just Hurry Up & Do Your Job, And Show Some Respect For The Customers! There Is Always A Line/ A Growing Line Behind You. This Is The Worst Pharmacy Ive Ever Experienced! In Contrast, The Wegmans Pharmacy On Sheridan & Evans Is By Far The Best Pharmacy, With The Nicest Pharmacists!
Ive never had a bad experience except 1 time when I asked a pharmacist who no longer works there, that I was on b.c. and a condom broke so will I be safe even tho I was on antibiotics.... normally you would just continue your b.c. and pray lol... (i was only 20 no scares or kids prior) she told me to NOT take it and in 10 days take a test if its negative ur good... i did it...my daughter was born 2008.. i later learned if Id have stayed on my b.c. Id have never had her.. i dont regret my oldest AT ALL...but...clearly you can not trust asking a question to certain pharmacists
I always have a great experience here thanks to an employee who works here named Deb. She is always very helpful, friendly, and she makes shopping at Walgreens a pleasant experience.

You call yourself a pharmacy but on a holiday the pharmacy is closed but the store is open. That makes no sense.

2022-01-28Avoid this location! Came here twice last month to purchase a cold drink only to find that their cooler was broken. Broken for two weeks?! Come on! Yesterday, some kid stopped in the middle of ringing up my purchase to chat with another employee. Customer non-service!

2021-11-04Pharmacy is horrible. I am a type 1 diabetic that depends on my insulin and glucose monitors to survive. This pharmacy never has orders ready on time. You are told to refill days in advance to give them time, which I try to do but then they won’t refill due to it being “too early”. So then you fill it when it’s “available to be refilled” and it takes them 3 days, or they are out of stock or have a partial and I have to make multiple trips. Which can leave me in a very dangerous situation. They are also consistently out of stock of insulin and glucose monitors, which makes getting them even more difficult. These are things that are NEEDED and can’t be just put off. Again, I need this stuff to live and it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get it. Been having these issues for years and will finally be taking my business elsewhere.

2021-04-07I got my first Covid shot here yesterday, and will receive my second here also, but it seems like theyre double-booking appointments, as another person I was talking to had my appointment time, also, and they were very busy for the shots, and backed up. I waited over an hour past my appointment time for my shot.However, the employees in the pharmacy were very friendly, helpful and professional, and later I bought something at the register, where the employee looked up a coupon for me, so for the total experience yesterday, Im still giving five stars, because all the employees I interacted with were great, and put us at ease in the pharmacy.

2019-11-16What a horrible location. I went on a Thursday afternoon to pick up sale items and I earned register rewards and points after my transaction. Went back on the next day to cash in on a few items and the cashier brings up the fact that I was there yesterday. This guy wasnt even my cashier! (I only had one pleasant cashier, the others are rude) So whats was the point of that? Youre answer is a good as mine! I didnt bring up the fact they didnt restock the shelves in a 24 hour period. Furthermore transactions help cover operational cost which pays his hourly wage. So in turn you need customers the more frequent the better. Moving on Register Rewards are manufacturers coupons that expires in as little as 7 days. You must use them before then. Since their ads for the next couple of weeks are disappointing, I decided to use them for this week. I have used this location multiple times since this October. Time for another location because this doesnt cut it anymore. I had to call customer service twice with two separate issues.

2021-12-21Do not get your covid tests here or at any Walgreens location. They are very slow to retrieve your results if needed in a timely manner.

2020-07-23I don’t know, this location used to be awesome especially when Nate ran the pharmacy. There are still some nice people at the pharmacy, like Rebecca and some of the guys, I don’t know everyone’s names, though I’m not at all impressed with the main pharmacist. I get she’s there as oversight but her interaction with customers is really lacking. It doesn’t take much to be pleasant.

2020-03-30I went to pick up my mothers prescription and was told it would be in by noon the next day, well noon came and they told me it was on backorder, my mother called so they could inform her on when it would be in and they told her it was there. Its now my third trip to pick up her script and it was a 60day supply but they only gave her a 30 day supply but you guessed it,they charged her for the full 60 day,getting a credit over the phone was not easy for her but they finally took care of her

2021-07-19Absolutely horrific and a terrible experience just to even get my prescribed medicine with so many delays and sending us on a goose chase! Guys, youre way better off not going to that location anymore.

2019-10-11Dont need to go into the details, but just know that the staff at this pharmacy are rude. I will no longer be filling prescriptions here. Also the hours are not accommodating to consumers. I will stick with Rite Aide, thank you and good-bye!
