The pharmacy here is terrible. I always call to refill my prescriptions prior to showing up and it’s never ready. I always end up waiting 15-30 minutes. Today for instance, I showed up 2 hours after my prescription should have been ready and here I am waiting. Not to mention the tech behind the counter trying to convince me to buy it over the counter even though it would have been more expensive, because she knew it wasn’t ready.

This is the worst Walgreens that I have ever visited. Stuff is extremely slow, ignorant, unorganized and just simply unprofessional. Parking is tiny

In all the years I’ve been a Walgreens customer this is literally the worst I’ve ever been to! Last night I went to pick up my husband’s prescription and after I got home they call to tell us there is another prescription. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go back. So I went today and when I got there they said he doesn’t have another prescription! I had to wait while they called the doctor to get the prescription again. Meanwhile my husband is so sick at home waiting for me to bring him his medicine! 😡😡

They should hire better management especially when theyre at fault. It was disgusting the way the manger handled the cashiers mistake. Next time I go to CVS.
