Store hours says it closes at 10 PM. Associate closed the door and wasnt letting anyone in by 9:50. Told him i was just picking up 1 thing, was told the manager said to let no one in. This was definitely not the corner of happy and healthy.
I hold location a package with FedEx at this walgreens last Monday Jul 1 2019 and some employee didnt accepted my package and FedEx send back the package to the shipper. This package was very important... management pay attention to your employees on this location...
They switched up the hours of the pharmacy making it impossible for me to pick up my own medicine as a working individual and for my family members.
This store has the worst staff and customer service, I have ever had to deal with. I ordered something to be delivered directly to the store and when I called no-one could tell me if the package was recd after being transferred 5 timeto be told they cannot give you the status over the phone , i asked to speak with a supervisor to get hung up on. I will no longer be using Walgreens services for anything. This store SUCKS!
I dropped by to pick up some refreshments and snacks when I was staying close by. It was easy to find what I was looking for. Their staff were helpful with my queries. The checkout process was quick. Id recommend this store.
This pharmacy’s customer has gone downhill. Terrible service, no one calls to let you know the medication is out of stock, you are only informed once you make the trip to the pharmacy. No concern for customers medical needs.
There has been times where I’ve gotten off the highway to go to this Walgreens rather than another that is closer to my destination just b/c everyone there is Courteous, friendly and nice.Recommended

2021-12-16I arrived at the store at 10:40, 20 minutes before the store closes. As I was walking in I was told by a worker that the store was closed. When I asked what time the store closes, she rudely replied, “Now”. When I told her their store doesn’t close for 20 minutes, she again rudely replied l, “we’re closed now”, we only have two workers. Mind you there were only 2 customers in the store. I proceeded to enter the store and she told me, “I’m gonna tell him not to cash you out.” I proceeded to shop and got to the register around 10:45 and was told, “I can’t cash you out.” I asked why and was told it was because the worker told me the store was closed and I still entered. From then I basically had to beg them to allow me to pay for a birthday card and gift bag for my wife. I’ve never experienced something so unprofessional in my life.

2021-11-17I went to get my Booster and the staff in the Pharmacy were amazing. From Paul who answered the phone and was at check out when I arrive to the person who administered my shot, he made me feel at ease knowing I was afraid of needles.

2021-03-13The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location are very unprofessional. If you call the pharmacy someone will pick up the phone and simply put you on hold. No greeting, nothing. They will park you on hold up to three times and you have to hang up and call back. When you call back they will do the same thing. You are almost at their mercy. This has happened to me several times. However, the store assistant manager on duty was able to help me this morning. I am thankful for this. It’s so disappointing I had to involve management just to get customer service. I am changing the location of where I get my medications. It will still be Walgreens but not the Walgreens on Astoria Boulevard.

2020-06-24I usually have no problems with this store but I just went through a sensitive ordeal with them when getting the pill. The morning after pill is not something you want to advertise but after holding up a line with a manufacturer coupon for something that sensitive is very embarrassing. The manager claimed it was a copy, fake and illegal. I explained how I had to print it from my computer because the instructions say so since Im not supposed to keep it after I use it because its a one time use and they are supposed to stay with it. She treated me like a crook and I shop there all the time. She didnt even bother to scan it to show me it if it wouldnt work. I took my business elsewhere. Not sure what the name of the manager is but next time just say we dont accept this coupon here than treating someone in such a disrespectful way. I left and went to CVS where I had no issues with the coupon.

2021-02-12Horrible service!! Pharmacy never picks up the phone, the store managers are rude, I feel bad for the employees. Too many times sometimes goes wrong. They dont care to help customers. Unfortunately this is the type of service we have at walgreens in this area.

2020-03-08A woman stole something out of my pocketbook when I was not looking and when I complained to Manager on duty she clains she reviewed surveillance and claims woman was near me but it showed her nit taking anythimg. The case inside my bag is clearly gone and it did not fall out and Manager did not want to get involved....Thieves hang around this store, Buyer Beware!!! I should have called police right there and have them review surveillance and have Walgreens step up and replace everything....it could have been my wallet!!

2019-12-23For the past 3 to 4 years I do not remember a time when my prescriptions were ready in a timely manner. I would have to call to notify them that a prescription was sent, then would have to wait a long time. Then Im always asked to provide the same insurance card and apparently there’s two profiles under the same name. So there’s always confusion. There’s also many times I won’t get a notification that they are out of a certain medication, I would find out when I arrive. This is THE WORST Pharmacy!
