Customer service is terrible and the staff are rude (in the pharmacy). Forget trying to call and asking any questions about your prescriptions if you’re having any issues. They answer the phone with an attitude as if I just asked the world of them. I’ve worked in a pharmacy where we always call if there’s any issues, whether it be about PAs/needing to be ordered/or whatever else. No communication and they honestly couldn’t care less. I switched to Walmart pharmacy on commercial drive and it’s been amazing. It’s easy and there’s no confusion. Staff is also pleasant and helpful. And no, I don’t work for them.

They are Terrible and selfish. Needed a prescription for my baby and they said the medicine was different on their end. It was rent 3 times and i even got the dr on the phone to confirm and then that excuse became we are closed when they had another 30 minutes. Also They had the prescription hours before that and didnt even fill the wrong one yet.. Just lazy. Been at Walmart and parkway drugs best switch ever.

, Pharmacy people not even professional at all. Every time I call for me my medication never ready they always charge me More than anybody any other places this place is disgusting supposed to be closed .Rite Aid used to be very nice they never late for our medication they never charge people always have insurance coverage this place after Rite Aid , they’re horrible they not nice with people ! they re just rude Attitude 🥺

Horrible horrible experience. Waited a half hour in the drive through with nobody there to answer. Prescription was on hold for multiple weeks. Hours for pick up are terrible. I know Covid can’t be everyone’s excuse for poor and slow customer service. Step it up a notch and do your jobs

Had to print pictures there and only one computer screen was working, once I selected all pictures the process of printing them took a while.. about 20-30min for 50-60 pictures, quality of the pics was good. Cashiers there are polite never had any issues.

This Walgreens’s service is just so horrible. Never ready as they said. The people there are very lazy never get things done by time. I refilled my Prescription yesterday and it said it will be ready by afternoon. So I went to the place to pick up my medicine. And they said its not ready yet, it can’t be refilled now I have to wait and come back in 3 days. And I told her that I made a phone call to refill yesterday and they said I can come pick it up. And she ask me that do I have a record that they actually said that? Treating their customers so rude. And never ready as they said wasn’t the first or second of third times it’s more than 10 times already. I never had a problem with Ride Aid. So disappointed with this Walgreens.

The customer service is beyond horrible.Placing an order for a prescription a week before apparently to them doesn’t mean that they should have it done. I came to pick it up and had to wait an hour for them to give me my prescription. Absolutely horrible. This is exactly why I say riteaid is better.

Theres a couple decent staff, but most are either unhelpful or straight up rude. Cheaper prices literally anywhere else.
