I have been insured with Wallin for close to two decades.I was previously insured with two major companies and was recognized as a policy number not a person. Never had a claim but did receive a yearly price increase.I then contacted Wallin with my requirements. After providing my information I was contacted by Marlene Gerow with a few questions prior to her quote. She did show sincere interest to make sure I was completely covered. I was very impressed of her knowledge and professionalism.I made the change to Wallin the next day and knew if I had a problem I could call or stop at their office. Did not have to call a 800 number and speak to someone hundreds of miles away.Wallin has earned my trust because they are honest people who value their customers and do their upmost to assist. Kind of like family who will always help you at your time of need.

Wallin Insurance has been our home owner insurance and auto insurance agent for a while now. I can call with any questions and they provide answers on the spot. Some agents just give you a phone number to call if you have a question. Not at Wallins. The people working there are very friendly and thoughtful.

I use to love using Wallin but after you arent a new customer anymore, they couldnt care less about you or your business no matter how many policies you have through them. Seems to me this small insurance company is starting to get bigger so they are acting like a big corporation thats doesnt care instead of a small business wanting to help its community. So disappointed. In the process of switching all or our policies elsewhere. Thats two businesss, home, flood, and 3 vehicle policies they will be losing..

I was a walk-in looking for a quote for auto insurance. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The agent that worked on my quote gathered all my information in order to assist me in finding the best price possible and got back to me on the next business day to inform me that I already had the best price. Even though I was not able to have my insurance written through Wallin I will always refer my friends and family to them because of their friendly and professional staff. Their staff goes up and beyond to help.

As a home owner, Wallin Insurance has amazing customer service. There was an explosion in my neighborhood and I was out of town and could not assess the potential damage to my home. Peter, the owner, went to my home to make sure that it was okay for me! I personally do not know of any other insurance agent that would take time out of his Friday evening to drive 20 miles to my home and look it over. THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

2022-06-01I checked out Wallin Insurance after a business colleague referred me to them. I was using State Farm for my auto insurance with the bare minimum liability coverage. Wallin was able to shop insurance for me and gave me a quote for way more coverage, plus comprehensive, plus collision and roadside assistance for less than I was already paying. I like dealing with Wallin because they gave me more value for my dollar, are always available to help me when I have a question, and they do a lot for the local community.

2022-05-06I worked with Wanda and she was absolutely the best! She was there to answer my questions. She also got me my documents very quickly and efficiently! On top of all this the rate they got me was far better than every other quote I received! Call them for car insurance! They don’t handle all different insurance companies. They are just Erie Insurance which makes it so nice!

2022-06-01Had a very fantastic experience with Wallin. They found me a policy for just about quadruple the coverage included extras that I didnt have before and kept my premium slightly less than what my other policy was with. I practically feel like family now and receive the best quality thank you notes and cards from them. Im definitely going to be using them for all my insurance policies.

2022-05-19This business is very accommodating and helpful. I contacted Marie Rice at 9:30 Wednesday morning and needed a binder and paid receipt by noon. It took several e-mails back and forth, but she followed through and got our insurance in order so we can close on our house purchase. I have been so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff (particularly Marie).
