I found a black Subaru Impreza Sport Premium (hard to find, they go quick) on their website. I made an inquiry and was called immediately by Jasmine. She coordinated an appointment and I came in that afternoon. She greeted me upon my arrival and handed me off to Josh, my salesman. He was courteous and professional. Josh brought the car around and off we went for my test drive. We got back and got down to brass tacks. Jim was the finance guy and I saw him hard at work fighting to get me the best rate for my loan. He ended up getting me a loan at 3% lower than the best quote I was able to find on my own. I drove out of there under 3 hours after I walked in with my new car!All in all, a great experience. I felt like all the people I dealt with had training on courteous, efficient and professional customer service... Which is way more than I can say for any other dealership I visited during my car search. Kudos guys!My girlfriend came with me and we are planning to head back there next month to get her behind the wheel of a Jeep Renegade shes been wanting!I highly recommend this dealership if youre in the Capital Region or even an hours drive away. Theyre selection and service was what youll want in a dealership and worth the trip.
A very satisfied new customer! After discovering a malfunctioning tail lamp on my 2017 Ram 3500, I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. From the initial call I felt immediately at ease after speaking with both service desk employees. They were very courteous and professional, reassuring me they could take care of the issue, even after I explained the problem may be more extensive than changing the light bulb. Once at the dealership I was treated with professionalism and most of all, with respect. The truck was serviced as promised, they located two faulty wires and corrected the issue, putting me back on the road in a short amount of time. I certainly recommend Fuccillo of Amsterdam to anyone that is ambivalent about going to a dealer for service! They did a great job!

Brought car in with an extended warrantyFor repairs. Come to find out nothing was covered because they did things that didn’t need to be done, like a tune up and a radiator flush. Two weeks laterCar was brought back because of a blown gasket which was the original problem. Fixed, but was still stuck with a bum chargeFor previous not needed work…….money hungry crooks
After numerous calls to numerous jeep dealerships in my area … this was the only one that would even try to help me . They actually answered the phone and promptly. And they solved my problem. The service department was GREAT. The manager was awesome. Thank you so so so much.
We had a great experience, Ryan our salesman was excellent, asked all the right questions to put us in the right vehicle. He never wavered and new every answer to every question without hesitation. Well... I scheduled recommended 15000 mile maintenance with rotation air filter and all that... Have had my vehicle for 17 months ...I was surprised when the desk tech came in and told me they were recommending brakes.. Lucky I didnt come with the money to do the service so declined.A video is always sent after service so you can see whats being done and to my surprise the mechanic said my brakes looked good !! Not that they needed to be replaced !!What the !!Pretty disappointed !

We crashed our Chevy and were concerned it could be totaled. On my trip to return rental to Saratoga, stopped by Fucillo as they had a RAM available on the internet with diesel & a long bed. Had positive experiences at their Nelliston location for service on the Chevy, so why not try their Amsterdam location for a vehicle in stock? Always had an interest in a Cummins. Stopped by to gather information and David was superb and very helpful on a cold and windy day. There was no high pressure, just a good upbeat group of guys and managers on duty to help put a deal together. Hubs took a test drive after work. Next day insurance confirmed total, and they were very helpful in putting paperwork together and having everything ready so my husband could stop by after work. David even picked me up, so I could get it started, and we would not have two vehicles there. A+++. Lindsay, Waylen, TJ, David and Jim. PS: Drop off for car rental was at Nemer Chrysler...waiting for hubby to arrive, attempted to ask about their inventory and they acted like I was chopped liver...as if a man who had a Chevy did not want a wife to investigate Cummins. SMH. This truck took us through a snow storm with no problems - Yeah I-90 @ Buffalo/Erie Christmas Day.
I purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Fuccillo and I will say that this was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The Sales Staff of Lindsay, Jazmyn and Mike were so friendly I felt in good company. Tony from the Service Department answered all of my questions, he is very knowledgeable. The overall transaction took only about 2 hours and I was out the door driving away in a fantastic new vehicle. I highly recommend Fuccillo to everyone, as I know I will be using them for all of my future car purchases.
Love coming here! The Staff here are absolutely amazing and help as much as possible not to mention they’re very good at what they do. I’ve had my jeep worked on in the shop here many times and they always do amazing work and never disappoint! Recently I just got an oil change done with lance and he made it super quick and easy. It’s Definitely worth coming here if you want to buy a car or get yours serviced.
I needed a new car. So I went here to see if they could help me (they did so, thanking the finance guy!!). I explained to the sales girl that I was recovering from chemotherapy & I needed her to be quick with the sale. She kept repeating one more minute several times and was very slow and did not really know her product. The store had a full day to get my certified 2019 Jeep cleaned and ready to go (they never cleaned the muddy floor in the backseat) and the sales girl had all day to get the paperwork ready to sign. In short, she was too preoccupied with a customers dog, who was just a giant baby that layed at its owners feet that it took 2 hours to sign the papers and then she forgot one so I had to go back right away to sign it. The finance guy was awesome though!!
Wow! What a visit! My wife and I went to Fuccillo Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and was quickly greeted by Mr. Jose Torres. Let me tell you how informative he was in every vehicle we looked at. He was very patient and a great listener to our request on what we wanted. For the most part, this dealership is very well kept, respectful, and always a smile on the employees faces,, as far as we can see over their masks.😷We had a bit of issues with our financing a vehicle but Mr. Torres didnt give up on us.... but now, were a happy proud owner of our Dodge. A lot of thanks goes out to Mr. Jose Torres and his co-workers. What a hell of a team Mr. Fuccillo has there in Amsterdam, NY.😎👍
Purchasing my truck was a pleasure. My salesperson Jasmin was was willing to spend time to help me find the vehicle with the options I wanted. Only complaint would be that delivery took 2 hours which is far longer than my other car purchases. Maybe because I took delivery on a Sunday?
I was Pre Approved before I walked In so, it cut down the time waiting. I purchased a Certified Used Vehicle, was a little upset their were no floor mats and the emergency inflation device was missing parts. Overall the experience was pleasant and would shop there again.
These guys couldve sold a car and had 5 stars to go with it if they ever returned a call and followed up like they said they would. Cash buyer, that went elsewhere because all I got was games and lies. Now I see the price was dropped to lower than the price they offered me. Funny... must not like money.
Got my vehicle serviced recently. Lance Hopkins took care of setting up the appointment and answering sny questions, as usual.Troy, the mechanic, was a huge part of the success of the service. He explained exactly what was going to happen, including showing the equipment being used and why it was being used. Dylan, the tire mechanic, did a fantastic job balancing my tires. My car’s ride hasn’t been that smooth in years! I can’t say enough good things about the dealership and the service team.

When I need service on my vehicle I don’t hesitate to give them a call. Lance Hopkins in the Service Department knows his stuff and is also very honest and open about what is and is not needed to be done, time frame and cost. I have also dealt with Fred S. and Sharon in the Collision Center and because of their service I am still driving the same 2013 vehicle and it looks brand new ! They know their stuff and I consider these people my friends because they treat me the same!

I have been servicing my jeep wranglers here for years, and have never been let down by the service department. I am always taken care of, kept in the loop, and provided a loaner if needed. Lance in particular has been exceptional! I continue to service here despite it now being nearly 40 minutes out of my way which is proof of how much I like the people, and how much I would recommend them. A great team!
Usually looking for a good car to buy from trustworthy people is a challenge on its own. Jose took care of me and made my experience in finding the right car for me and my family a wonderful and cheerful experience. The next time I hear anything from my friends and family in regards to finding a car and great service I will recommend Jose again 10 out of 10 times.
I moved here from Ohio. I took my truck in for a warranty issue with my mirror not locking in place. The place was more than friendly and schedule a replacement part with RAM. A few weeks later they called to schedule the install. Appointments are followed up with automated emails and calendar invites. The guys on the shop floor are very accommodating especially working in this cold climate at times turning wrenches. Great dealership.
We had a terrible experience with this service department. Our Durango was in their shop for 3 weeks attempting to diagnose a significant antifreeze leak, to no avail. We finally picked it up and paid for other work that ended up being done. When we got home we checked and found the resevoir was empty and the antifreeze leak was evident in our driveway the next morning. They took it back in. They got it back to us within a couple days--they sent runners to drop it off in our driveway without even calling us or telling us anything about what they had done. Left the receipt in the car. I wondered what they intended to do if we werent home to receive the vehicle?? Leave the keys in the ignition? So we took this as a message from them that we would not be welcomed back, which was fine because we had no intention of returning. Unfortunately, in the near future we would find that our AC didnt work. We took it to Armory Dodge in Albany (where they were WONDERFUL). Unfortunately Armory advised that the AC lines were damaged due Due to a previous repair in which the lines were positioned incorrectly, causing them to rub on the driveshaft, also resulting in damage to the transfer case weight. Armory advised that the part would normally have been covered under our warranty, however it was not covered due to the fact that the damage was a direct result of human fault. They were apologetic but advised they could not do the repair because it needed to go back to the place responsible for causing the damage. Lance in service, when alerted to this issue acknowledged that they had in fact done work on the rear AC lines. We had an appointment for them to look at it on a Wednesday at 10 am. Spoke with Lance. He said he would call me back that day. Finally, I had to reach out to them on Thursday afternoon around 3:30 pm in order to find out what was going on. Communication was terrible. They avoided my phone calls to the point that I had to call from a different number to get them to pick up. I ultimately reached out to Wayel Algabyali (whose name and number I found on the google reviews). He was also sent a copy of the report from Armory. He met with the service team and advised me that he would call me after talking with the VP. After 5 days passed, he never called me and would not respond to my calls or texts. We finally called to find out what was going on. Lance advised that they denied any wrongdoing, would not perform the repair, and we are free to come get the vehicle. Now filing BBB complaint. Would discourage anyone from going to this service department.
Bought my Jeep at Lia, but have had amazing service at Amsterdam Fuccillo instead. I now drive out of my way for service because of Lance Hopkins! He’s kept my Jeep running smoothly for 6 years and has always been polite and professional. I’m looking forward to my next Jeep that I will purchase at Fuccillo and continuing my service appointments with Lance!
Had an excellent time at your car lot. Walked in for a trade-in and received excellent service immediately. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and professional especially our salesman Nivek. He was polite, professional and friendly, he explained every step of the process without talking down to us or making us feel incompetent. Nivek didnt try to pressure us into something we neither wanted or needed. Wed certainly return and have recommended your business to out friends.

(Sept. 2021)UPDATE: 4/2021My new Jeep with less than 10,000 miles on it broke down in the middle of nowhere on a weekend. The closest Jeep dealership to where my car broke down was closed on a Sunday so I got ahold of Marc. He had me tow my car to them in Amsterdam and he made sure I had a loaner car waiting and that my car was fixed ASAP. Turns out it needed a new starter and they also put in two new batteries as well. I was very happy with the service I received and how Marc bent over backwards to make things right. Thank you.
Doesnt feel welcoming. Staff are too busy chatting with one another and carrying a conversation with their co-workers while waiting on you. Could of just the day I was there for service, However couldnt wait to leave. Also my car was done for hours without me calling them to check on the status I would never had known it was done.Positive stars for cleanliness. As well as staff was properly dressed and uniformed.
First time customer and very impressed!Lance the service tech was extremely polite and helpful communication the whole time was great.Doug in parts spent alot of time with me discussing tires and then working magic with advice from his boss Dave and getting me a fantastic price.The mechanic who worked on my Jeep also was extremely polite and followed up to make sure I was informed of everything they did.
Honestly, what wasn’t great about my visit there? Antonio is a wonderful employee, absolute joy, and managed to work with Dave to get me the best deal I could get. I’m so glad I ended up deciding to go here and to follow through. I’m absolutely in love with my car and the service I received. If you’re thinking about doing it, just give it a shot, 100% worth it.

Lance has been taking care of our maintenance need on our 2017 Pacifica since we purchased it. whether it was for simple or difficult issues Lance treated each issue with the same dedication to great service. We had an issue with our radio and what he had to go through was above and beyond what most people do. He is a gold mine of a mountain of service places to take a vehicle for service.
Lance has been taking care of our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country for a long time. The past year he has managed to bring it back to full operation and it is actually better than it was when it was brand new. I know that is hard to believe but the vehicle actually rolls much much better and is smoother driving down the road. We are trying to get it to last until we can buy a new 2021 Pacifica later this fall when they come out. This van has been all over this country pulling our camper and it has never let us down. lance made sure that when maintenance was needed it was done well and did not leave anything to chance.
Great experience here at Fuccillo of Amsterdam. The staff was professional, honest and thorough on everything. My sales specialist Nivek Timmons was friendly, honest, and is basically now a friend. But that’s how great they are there, you’re not just a customer, they’re looking to build lifetime relationships. I’m looking forward to buying my next one from them.
Well I got a 2015 Trax in January 2021. I was told my car was in great condition no issues. Well two months later on March 23rd it broke down and wasn’t seen until the next day and turns out it was the turbo charger that went. A turbocharger is a MAJOR repair. So a few weeks go by and they ran the number on my defective turbo and it pulled all the codes. Now idk how a car that’s 6 years old just suddenly pulls codes now I feel as though all that should’ve been looked at at the time of inspection so I’m beginning to think it was just passed off. So now a month later, my car is fixed but they didn’t know the new turbo has to be calibrated and I may need to wait until Monday to get my car on something that can take about an hour to do. I don’t recommend this place. I have about a right mind to file a lemon law complaint I’ll be calling later today on 4/24.
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Brought our 2 year old vehicle in for check engine light on a vehicle with a warranty, attempted to charge us visit 1 vehicle not repaired. Visit 2 told us to pick up vehicle not fixed. Visit 3 noticed from bumper clip not attached correctly, looked under wheel well factory clips removed. Brought back to repair not fixed , come back again not fixed now service call 6 finally provided a loaner car as they were never available on lot. Loaner car was the dirtiest vehicle ever in middle of a pandemic. Told to come pick vehicle up and was not repaired but now bumper clip broken and robots and missing clips in wheel well. General Manager states we will not fix it as we did not do it. So now I have damaged flag ship vehicle of there dealership. Jamie the sales department was excellent but beware the service department worst I have ever seen and we have bought at other fucillo locations with excellent service. It’s a bumper clip fix it really !!!!! Don’t blame the customers and call them liars. Used every BS excuse you can think of
Nivek was awesome in helping me every step of the way. He was attentive to my wants in a vehicle and never pushy to just sell. Even after finalizing the deal he went the extra mile to follow up with me to see how things were with my vehicle! Excellent service I’d highly recommend working with Nivek.
My experience at Fuccillo was nothing short of great. Largely due to the professionalism of my sales guy Nivek, he was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles I looked at, but never pushy as some salesman can tend to be. Although it wasnt in the cards for us to get a vehicle that day, Ill be returning to Fuccillo to buy my next vehicle solely based on the interactions I had with Nivek.

I went to test drive a car around February, after the test drive was done, we went in to talk about trade ins and pricing. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL LOWBALL YOU! they offered me $175.00 for my vehicle because I had jumper cables in my car, as any diligent car owner should. They assumed something was wrong with my car. When you assume... went else where and received 2100 for a trade in, dont lowball your customers based off of ASSumptions.
I purchased a used truck on December 31, engine lamp came on a day or two after I purchased it. I returned to dealership after making a appointment a few days later. They diagnosed the issue, explained to me the issue and why it occurred. They explained that they would order the required parts and call me. I received a call a few days later and was told the parts were in. I explained that I live 1 1/2 hours away and it would be difficult to get a ride home. They said that it was no problem, they would have a loaner vehicle waiting. I arrived, the Service writer Lance pulled the loaner car around I was on my way. It took a little longer than expected to repair than expected, a few more parts needed to be ordered. The communication was great and my truck was repaired. It’s not everyday that a loaner car is issued on a used vehicle. My salesman also came out when I picked my truck from the shop to say hello and make sure I was satisfied. This is my second vehicle from Fuccillo’s dealerships, different dealerships. Both were good. They may be “Huge”, but customer service is also Huge.

We were traveling home to New Jersey and our Jeep engine starting misfiring, engine light on. We called Fuccillo Jeep, the closest dealership to us, and spoke with Lance in the service dept. He told us to bring it in, we did, and after in 1.5 hours our Jeep was back on the road. We didn’t have an appointment. It was an hour before close. Lance and his team saved us 2 nights in a hotel minimum. Thanks Lance!

Honest and trustworthy people. Nivek Timmons is incredible. He is honest, dependable, reliable. They performed a complicated timing belt replacement on my 2002 Dodge Stratus, double overhead cam. They did it for the agreed upon price and the car runs perfectly. I have never had a better dealership experience anywhere and I have been driving and buying cars for over 50 years now.
I turned in my 2019 F-250 for an inspection and oil change. I called in at the last day of the month as my inspection was on its last day, and oil change was needed as well. Lance Hopkins took me in and did a wonderful job to take care of me. He has been there for me many times through the years, and I truly appreciate his concerns that I have each visit. Awesome experience from Lindsey to NivekMade the entire car shopping Experience no hassle no gimmick and didn’t tell me what I could have from what I needed. That was HUGE to me. I have a daughter in college and need big space for moving in and out her dorm, a dog blah blah right.I’ve had to rent a Nissan Armada to a dodge caravan and it got to be too much. My sales woman tanesha gordon was amazing. She walked us through each step personally. She showed me every car i wanted to see until i was happy with what i chose. The finance team and title office was terrible. I was there 7 1/2 hours all together before o could leave with my new jeep. But tanesha gordon was there and best person there to help you out. So, I worked here...SO read this, also never have I ever went this far in a complaint.Here is why your NOT SAFE from COVID-19 shopping here. The dealerships not following sanitation procedures for ALL dealerships in the state of NEW YORK... This includes sanitizing cars for test drives before and after, as well as wiping down anywhere a customer has sat, which I have no idea how they would do that anyway do to the table cloths on them... Lastly logging every car a customer touches just in case.There are plenty of dealerships that ARE following code. I even went in or talked to make sure!I was also fired for getting sick, they found a loop whole but I know why! I even had a doctors note. So PLEASE shop where you as a customer is cared for as well as their employees! I had a feeling they don’t actually care for the well being others but firing me for getting sick is completely unprofessional. Even my manger stopped answering me. Which just added stress on top of being ill.
I’ve been in search for my FAVORITE car (Dodge Charger) for about 6 months maybe longer and after visiting dealership after dealership I came across Fuccillo Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Amsterdam. I must honestly say their customer service was OUTSTANDING from the moment we walked in! It was clean very welcoming and even had free snacks! Nivek Timmons was our salesman. He was polite, very professional, and most of all genuinely cared enough about us making the right choices that fit our budget instead of just trying to sell a car. After a few days of him consistently working hard toward getting us the best deal, We drove off the lot in our new baby! I am EXTREMELY pleased with his professionalism and outstanding customer service. I’ve been recommending him to all of my family colleagues the drive was definitely worth it!
Let me start by saying Ive bought a few vehicles from Fuccillo and the sales dept. have always been great!!! It made buying a vehicle a wonderful experience! Service dept. on the other hand not so good! What started out as an attempt to help me out turned into an attempt to relieve me of my savings. When talking about a motor replacement it can get pretty pricey quick. I tried going through the chain of command before resorting to giving such a review but it haulted with the G.M. I really wish i had the opportunity to let Billy know exactly what is going on. Ive basically been without a truck since early April with no clear end in sight!
After repeated trips to other Capital District dealers, my wife and I took a leisurely trip from Delmar to Fucillo Dodge of Amsterdam to look at a 2019 Grand caravan offered for sale. We were immediately greeted by Tanesha Gordon, a most polite, efficient and professional member of the sales team. Not only did we love the vehicle, but we purchased it and drove it home that day. And it was a Sunday !!!Finances, DMV, auto insurance requirements were all coordinated by her for us and off we went, completely satisfied, and thoroughly impressed by her aptitude, manner and abilities!
I’ve been using Fucillo dealerships for years, and the thing that makes me return is the excellent customer service! Lance, in particular, at the Amsterdam location has always been helpful to me both as a salesperson a few years ago when I bought my Patriot and now as a service advisor on my Renegade, my MIL’s Jeep, and my fiancé’s Dodge Dart. I never feel like I’m getting ripped off when I stop in like at the bigger dealerships out in Albany and he keeps everything straight to the point. Great job to the Fucillo team in Amsterdam, I’ll be back!
Ive been working with Cydney all week to get me into my new(to me) car. Amongst all the issues on my end she was so patient and showed genuine concern for me. Buying a car from her was a no brainier when it felt like they all care so much about getting you what you want and need out of your next vehicle.
Andi was absolutely amazing in helping me get into my new Jeep Grand Cherokee at a price I could afford. She spent her entire afternoon catering to my every question and getting Billy Fuccillo Jr. in on the negotiations to get me at a price point I was comfortable with. I can not say enough about how great she was. I absolutely love my new car and owe it to her and the rest of the team at Fuccillo in Amsterdam!
The salesmen was great, but the rest of the staff not so much. I was there when the owner was there but he seemed to have his favorites to go to. I never got a straight answer for trade in on my car and the car they showed my son was awful. The check engine light was on and the car bucked and had issues while on the test drive. Seemed that if you were buying brand new they where more interested. But, if you were looking at used they had better things to do. I love dodge but will find someone else to buy a car from.
I Bought a new Ram in February of ‘19 . I Drove 47 miles on a snowy morning just to get there , I had a 9:00 am appointment. I was Greeted by Nivek Timmons , he was also my salesman . He quickly had the color ,and cab size I wanted brushed off ,and waiting for me to drive ! Nivek also had my trade appraised quickly , a couple hours later I owned a new Ram Crew ! It’s sweet ! Nivek is also a family man who works very hard to make a deal ! A year and a half later he’s still there at Fuccillo’s! Over all a great dealership, great experience, great Team work ! Ive been here a few times and have witnessed a few incidents that are disturbing. My most recent I witnessed a rant between 2 employees that one utilize the f bum 10 times or more towards another. I strive to stay local when doing business but when you show no respect toward your customers or coworkers Id rather drive the extra mile for a better experience. I would like to continue this conversation at a corporate level.
I recently bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler here with the help of Tanesha, she explained everything about my dream car & kept me and my husband busy during our process! It was my first truck ever and she made everything so easy! I love this place!! Bringing my mom in next ;)
Recently bought a truck from here. Drove it for a week and my tire fell off. After that, nobody had called me to figure out anything. I have had to call daily to get updates and where and how my trucks is getting fixed. Honestly I dont know if they would look at my truck if I didnt keep calling.
I know: the annoying commercials. Well, I must rate this location high, nonetheless.There was a comedy of errors during the buying experience: we are a pain in that we try to buy manual transmissions and my wife was not giving that up. Fuccillo Amsterdam managed to find one from another dealer with a commitment to send it over. That dealer (I dont have a name or Id say) sold it out from under us. None of this was Fuccillo Amsterdams fault.My wife was bummed, but that week Fuccillo Amsterdam found another one downstate with more features and ended up selling to her for the same exact price. It was not a tough negotiation to get there, either. No screaming, fighting, swearing or threats (Ive been there at other dealerships, certainly). Austin is a particularly pleasant salesman on their staff, but their office staff are easy to work with as well. One of the best new car deals Ive been a part of, all said and done.Despite the commercials, give them a chance for your business.
Salesman Dave June went to bat for me to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted and got me a far price on my trade. Super nice guy, and great to deal with. In fact everyone at this dealership was upbeat and in a good mood. I will travel the hour + again to get my next vehicle from them, and you should too.

I was, searching for a car and needed as much information as possible because I wasnt sure on what I should get. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Nivek and let me tell you, it was one of the most informative, helpful AND pleasant customer service I had ever had. Great experience and I cant wait to shop with him.
Problem with the vehicle and the key fob was not fixed they dont understand what it is not acceptable answer to me, the gentleman that signed me up was very nice but I did not appreciate my vehicle being worked on by someone that did not wear gloves or a mask. I feel my vehicle is in clean now I have no idea what these people have.
I called to schedule an appointment for a test drive, it took a half hour to get into the car. Before I got into the car, I was lied to about what cars are available in the lineup. Stating that there are v8 Chargers with awd in the current line up which isnt true. I also mentioned I was in a time crunch and was repeatedly told that it would be one more minute multiple times when I was there for about 45 minutes. The cars that dodge makes sell themselves, this facility however made me uncomfortable to the point where I had to excuse myself and my fiancé just to leave. Their stereotypical sales practices push away customers who know what they want.
It was a busy Saturday afternoon and I went in for an oil change and a ny state vehicle inspection. The staff was extremely courteous despite the hectic situation. After I paid, I got in my vehicle, started to drive off, when I noticed my inspection hadnt been changed. I went back, the technician apologized, immediately inspected my vehicle, and didnt charge me for the inspection. Well done, Fuccilo.
I stopped in for a oil ,filter and get the tires rotated, I told the manager my front tire had a screw in it , and the tire pressure was low , when the truck was done he said the valve stem was loose , never fixed the hole the tire pressure was still at 32 lbs .never checked the pressure, didnt reset the oil pressure ,didnt check or fill any of the fluids, I dont know maybe there charging to put air in tires these days
Had a wonderful experience buying my Jeep. I have fallen in love with my Compass and Charlie is now a member of the family. Since I started to drive I have not really had brand loyalty but now Im a Jeep driver for life. Today I came in for maintenance and again had a pleasant and professional experience. Id give more stars if I could.

Disclaimer: if I could rate them with negative stars, they would have 5 negative stars.My experience with Fuccillo in an nutshell:I told them my very firm budget before even visiting because I didn’t want to waste my time or theirs. They could not confirm if they could accommodate, but told me to stop in and I wouldn’t be disappointed. I was even offered a $50 gas card to come test drive a car that I wasn’t even sure I could afford.After wasting way too much of my time negotiating price, I allowed them to run my credit with a couple banks to see about a rate. I thought a couple would be two. If you care about your credit score, DON’T LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT. They hit me with 6 hard inquiries after telling me they would be running it “a couple times”. To the average person, a couple means 2, not half a dozen.At the end of the day, I never got my $50 gas card for driving an hour out of my way. I ended up purchasing a newer car at a better price — and was offered a law enforcement discount at a different dealership.

We drove 2-hours to see Fuccillo! Our previous dealership had screwed us hard and they made it all correct and right again when they didnt have to! We received tons of rebates over $6k as did my parents on top of bells and whistles. Mike in finance is beyond AMAZING and Ryan was sooo great with my parents!

I love my new vehicle and love the fact that Austin literally walked me through the whole process and was also available for any follow up questions I had. If I could give 0 stars I would. They sold me a CPO with recalls and all sorts of other problems. I bought the jeep with 32k on it and Ive had it less then 2yrs and it now only has 70k. The POS has spent more time parked or in a garage awaiting repairs. Everytime I turn around it needs something new done to it. I live 45 minutes from everything! 6 months after I brought it home the transmission went in it. I pay over $100 for a warranty that doesnt cover anything and they wont let me cancel. They are a f***ing joke! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
A couple months ago, my wife made a decision to search for a new vehicle. After considerable research, the decision was made to go with a Jeep Renegade. With Covid-19 in progress, we decided to stay local and chose Fuccillos in Amsterdam. The process started with Lindsay, as most of the proceedings transpired remotely. We then spoke with Mike and was able to work out a deal. A date and time was set and we went to the dealership. It was by appointment only because of the Covid-19 shutdown. The atmosphere was inviting and we were able to meet Mike in person. Jim introduced himself and we completed all the necessary paperwork with him. When finished, Ahmed introduced himself and he discussed all the features the Renegade came with. Ensuring we had a clear understanding. Although this was the first time purchasing a vehicle without a test drive, sitting down in the new Renegade, becoming familiar with all the components, and driving her home, my wife was extremely satisfied. As mentioned, its only been a couple months, but my wife loves her new Renegade. I was advised of an outstanding recall, that they completed for me as well. It was a very good service experience that was efficient and I am very pleased.
The service department will do everything they can to give you a quality job and experience. The second you walk in you are treated with a VIP experience. Over the phone, the staff speaks to you like a best friend and not a customer. My dealer for the last 10 years and the next.

Buying a used car at this dealership was the best car-buying experience I have ever had--and Ive been to MANY car dealerships in this area over the years. There was no pressure, no bait and switch tactics, and no promises made that werent kept.The sales rep I worked with, Jazmyn, was wonderful. She laid everything out for me, gave me realistic expectations, and kept me apprised of everything happening behind the scenes the entire time I was there. I had a challenging credit profile, but Fucillo--specifically Jazmyn, Lindsay, and their finance manager--were able to help me purchase and finance a used car when no other dealership (and Id been to many) could or would.And the communication and follow-up before and after the sale, by both Lindsay and Jazmyn, has been outstanding.Fucillo will be the first place I go from now on whenever I need a vehicle, and Ill be sending all of my friends and family there as well. I cant recommend this group of people enough.
While the dealership was great during the purchase of two vehicles, the same cannot be said for the service department. In one instance, I requested that a vehicle be taken for an extended test drive to re-create a very loud noise that only occurred under specific conditions. When the car was returned after 2 weeks with no identification of the problem, the mileage indicated that it had been only driven for 5 miles, not enough to re-create the problem.More recently, I contacted them concerning an issue that involved the extended warranty I was sold when I spent $40,000 there on a new vehicle. Despite multiple phone calls and e-mails to the service advisor and promises of return calls, I still have heard nothing after more than 6 weeks! A voice mail to the service manager requesting a return call a week ago remains unanswered. I would never recommend that anyone utilize their service department due to this extremely poor customer service.Update - Despite the response posted by the dealership and a call from an apologetic employee promising a call, still no return call from the service manager, despite leaving multiple voice mail messages. Buyers beware!
Went to Fuccillo at 11 in the morning on a Tuesday. Had a great salesman Mark, Mark I sold us a beautiful Chrysler 300. Got to meet Little Huge, very nice guy, and my experience was awesome quick and very negotiable. They gave me an option of three different banks with different rates to choose from. I was warned about Fuccillo many times but figured I would give them a quick try since i was near by. I went in yesterday 7-5-19 to get a quote to order a new truck from the factor, and a employee was happy to help. He started out asking about trade ins. I said no I am here just to get a quote right now he said okay let me get some info on the vehicle you want. I told him I have a print out of what i built on the web site and he that would help. After this he stated it would take at least 3 months to get the truck and I said thats fine i cant find the exact truck i want anywhere. He went to the counter for a min and came back with a print out of a truck they had thats close and tried to sell me that........I said its missing half of the features I want, and stated thats all they had and i again said i wanted to just get a quote on ordering a truck and he pointed at the printout i had and said well thats your price. I said thats msrp, no one in their right mind pays full sticker price for a vehicle. I then asked what was the price he was going to give me for the truck he had on hand and he said the full sticker price. So your telling me you guys only sell vehicles at full sticker price? I dont believe that at all i may look young but I am thirty three, i think that may be why he didnt try to order a seventy eight thousand dollar truck for me. The truck is for the Welding company I own and I need a new truck. Why did he waste my time and his time to sit down with me to get me a quote if they cant beat msrp? If you want to pay full price for a vehicle your in luck they will only sell you full price vehicles here. If you want a vehicle with discounts and incentives and dealer discounts go to literally any other dealer out there.I a lot of similar trucks at other dealers from anywhere between 5000 and 9000 dollars off of msrp. I will now make sure anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle to NEVER shop at any Fuccillo dealer. You lost out on possibly an easy sale of a 78,000 truck. Do not shop here or any Fuccillo!
I bought a car today, unplanned and pretty much unexpected. Two days ago while getting my oil changed I happened to run into Tanesha G. a salesperson who asked me the question most expect from a car dealer, Are you thinking about upgrading? Of course most folks want an upgrade, we upgrade our televisions, cell phones, and watches. I answered her that I was unsure. Tanesha asked me several questions about what I wanted and then gave me the time to respond before moving to the next. I found a Jeep Compass that had bluetooth, SiriusXM, and a sunroof that was exciting to test drive. I left the dealer with no pressure to buy that day and thought about the purchase. I called later that evening and spoke to the sales manager. I explained that if he put in for the car through the finance department and I was made a great offer I would move forward. The next day Jim Cobb the finance representative told me I was highly approved and asked when I would like to get my car. Needless to say Taneshas patience and understanding my needs paid off. I now have a great car and will be back for my next upgrade. Thank you Tanesha for everything you have done to make this purchase stress and worry free. Thank you Jim for your efforts to get a great rate for me and your dedication. Like Arnold says Ill be back :)
It’s always liberating when you’re comfortable spending thousands of dollars on a car. I cant say enough about our experience. Staff was not up to date with manufacturers offers. Hands down it was the most unattractive dealership Ive ever been in. I was trying to lease a 2018 and was repeatedly told it was a 2019. When I asked the finance manager to come outside and look at the widow sticker he laughed it off. I have A1 credit and was treated like a third class citizen. If I was Billy Fuccillo i cut back on a cruise or two and get my Amsterdam dealership on track. Every worker there looked like they just rolled out of bed. Appearance and product knowledge goes a long way. Hope you can turn this around Billy. Youre only as good as your worst employee.
I dont have adequate enough words to thank the service staff for their hard work and thoroughness in fixing a job that Midstate Dodge in Berlin, Vermont completely failed at.Midstate was paid nearly $7,000 for a new transmission job on our Dodge Grand Caravan. The $7,000 genius job lasted 4 days when we broke down in NY. We called them to let them know and their words to us were...Theres nothing we can do for you and its not our fault. You can see my review on their website....We contacted Fuccillo and asked if we towed it over...would they be willing to have a look. Lance was more than happy to help us. We determined that all of our transmission fluid and coolant had drained from the Caravan...Fuccillo was able to determine that the service department at Midstate had placed an old clamp backon the new hose they installed and the clamp was rusted and broke off. It was a $2.00 clamp....you would think if someone was spending $7,000...ya might just wanna add that $2.00 clamp In there.Fuccillos was amazing....my only regret is that our transmission didnt go the first time in New York...I wouldve rather seen that Fuccillo get the $7,000 rather than those mechanical morons in Vermont....If you are looking for someone that you can trust....Fuccillo in Amsterdam is your place ...Thank you Lance....for all your hard work....for all those that work there with you....we cant thank you enough...As we stated...Midstate had no problem screwing over a 23 year Veteran in the Army....Theres nothing we can do for you.....but Fuccillo could and this Veteran thanks you for your amazing service....we wouldnt be able to carry on without our vehicle and your service!

When a customer gets on the lot and the salesman wants to pressure you into coming inside to do paperwork, and you cant even answer mechanical questions about the car; its time to do some training.I told the salesman multiple times that I was merely just looking. After asking what features I needed to have in a car, they tried convincing me that I could do with the cars there.....not search for the one I want to spend $42,000 on.No thanks.
Went to get my free oil change. Took 3 hours. With an appointment. Then they told me my toe in front was off. In a new car? Wanted $129 to fix it. Then wanted $21 to rotate my tires. I have lots of warranties,but if course not covered. They were just trying to get business. Even spoke with manager and salesman. Still no. While I was waiting they told a old couple they had a small leak in power steering and it wouldnt pass inspection. Needed an emergency fix. $273. I will NOT be going back to this dealership. They are trying to get people to pay for things to keep them busy. I pay ALOT for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Im going back to my dealer Hyundia of New Port Richey. They have great salesman and service. Now Im going to need tires. On a brand new car! I will not get them here.

The trip to this dealership during the week takes some planning due to the time/distance. So I emailed them 2 days before I could get there. They wouldnt accept a deposit, but setup an appointment. No one expected me, and they sold the car minutes before I arrived for the appointment. Communicating with them was pointless. I was ready to buy this car but it only counts when you walk through the door.
Had a great experience buying our 2015 Kia Sorento! Allison Moynihan was very helpfull answering my questions before we got to the dealership and Chris Rowley was great with finding the right vechhile to meet our needs and budget. Jim in finance was very helpful and respectful even though our credit isnt the greatest. We were never pushed to make a decision right now that we couldnt afford. The only complaint I have is that the vechile wasnt clean upon delivery. The front seats were detailed but the second and third row seats were dirty and had food in the seat belt areas. Other than that we are very pleased with our experience and would be happy to give a 5 star rating if this issue was resolved. Thanks for an enjoyable car buying experience.Shortly after posting this review I received a phone call from Lindsey who was very helpful in setting up a time to have the second and third row seats cleaned. Upon arrival I was taken care of right away and the issue was resolve. They even vacumed the vechile for me. A great organization with great people and great customer service. I will definitely be back in the future.
Verified exact truck I was looking to purchase was in stock prior to driving an hour the next day to see it. Arrived next day in morning, and truck I was looking at was traded off a few days prior to my appointment. Staff was very apologetic, and nice but a little frustrating when I verified availability the day before and it wasnt here when I verified it.
Purchased the vehicle I wanted and had a verbal agreement between the salesman(TJ) and I to fix what had to be repaired. Unfortunately, I trusted them and the car was not properly repaired or detailed. Not only was it mechanical issues but also cosmetic issues that were not addressed. The dealership simply didnt stand behind their product and I would refer anyone I know to go elsewhere when shopping for a vehicle. Also the car was not ready when I arrived at the dealership at the specified time that was agreed upon. Overall terrible experience.
We were in the area and stopped to make an appointment for a state inspection. I walked up to the service advisor (Lance) and asked if I could bring the van in for a state inspection on Friday. He looked at me and asked if I had time right then. I looked at him with surprise and asked how long it would take. He replied 20 minutes. I said sure why not. 20 minute later my wife and I were told it was done and we drove away set for another year for the inspection and registration on the van (I had renewed the registration the day before at DMV) . As some would say easy peasy From there we went out for breakfast all before 9 AM. Nice way to start the day.
Nivek is wonderful, courteous and professional. Thank god....he went and took care of my car when the technician spilled oil on my engine, left his greasy fingerprints on my hood, door, and window frame. Thanks Nivek, youre the only one keeping me coming back at this point! Nivek sold me my car, now hes in the garage taking you in, wonderful to see a courteous young man with utmost respect and a big smile. Thank you, Nivek! Youre one of a kind.
I went to fucillo wishing to leave with my dream car! I immediately got taken care of by a salesman named nivek he worked non stop to make sure I got my car and I was happy and comfortable with my purchase.im a proud owner of a dodgeDurango! Dont buy a used vehicle without thoroughly inspecting ever inch. And testing every feature. Once you own it they play the Im not liable game...then to top it off I get a bs call the next day after I left this review telling me hes the gm and will get down to the bottom of everything and ca me back the next day, now about two weeks have gone by with zero assistance . Nothing has changed I wish I could leave a negative stars review. Hood thing I didnt change the first review after he fed me alot of bs.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was my worst car shopping experience in my 40+ years of vehicle ownership.Was looking for an older used car to pull behind a motor home. Salesman, Dave, was great. We test drove the Honda CR-V which would have been a perfect car for the task. Had hoped to trade BMW 328i Convertible on it. I was very frank that my car had a NYS Rebuilt/Salvage title, and asked if that would be an issue with them (BEFORE making the nearly 2 hour drive to look at the Honda), and was told they would give me a fair deal on it.I know, and understand, that not all car dealers want to handle Salvage cars, but had brought with me offers from 2 other dealers (Chevy and Honda) for $7300 and $7500. When Fuccillo Sales Manager offered us only $2200, I politely said Thanks, but I see you dont really want my car. Got up to leave, and then he gives me the What do I have to do to sell you the Honda today? line. When I said match the other offers, (which would be take my car + $1500) and Ill buy your car right now. He sticks his finger in his ear, and says he must be hearing things. So he asks again, and I repeat, getting a little annoyed. He still treats it as a joke, so I get up to leave again. He says Let me talk to the Boss. and walks away. My wife got really fed up, and left. I asked for my Title and Keys back so I could leave, and no one would get them for me. I had to dig thru the papers on the Sales Managers desk to get my paperwork and keys while he sat there chatting with The Boss. I left, and Dave (Salesman) followed me out to apologize for the managements behavior.Now I understand why this Fuccillo dealership is not profitable.I will NEVER go to ANY Fuccillo dealership again, and advise EVERYONE to stay away from these guys.
Boyfriend was looking for a truck, called about a specific truck, when we got there couldnt look at that truck, was told come back Friday. Get there Friday, still in the body shop, come back Saturday. Get there Saturday and were told cant get the payments in the range he was looking for without money down even though Monday we were told that would be the truck he could get in that range. Everytime we asked price on truck we were told not sure until they finally brought us paperwork Saturday. Kbb fair market value at the high end was $3,000 lower than the price they were asking and we were told they couldnt do anything for him unless he put $2500 down. He got aggravated and gave up. They price their vehicles too high, have you make unnecessary trips there, and then cant even do things in a range you have to stay in when they say they can. And their gimmick of were calling Billy on this one and we dont do this for everybody I just heard two other salesmen say the same thing to two other people. Dont feed me your sales pitch. Give me the price when I ask and if the price was in fair market value range we wouldnt need money down. Should have asked for gas money for all the wasted trips to look at a truck you said would be ready and wasnt. Very irritating experience.
Dave June, Sales Consultant and Customer Advocate,, was most helpful in finding the car l wanted, using the specifics I had provided a few months earlier. The day after he called me, I drove home from Fuccillos Amsterdam CJDR Dearlership in my low-mileage 2016 Chrysler Town & Country. Dave did all the paperwork, transfer, and delivery tasks, while accomplishing a speedy and painless transaction, all in a friendly and highly professional manner. This was the second time Ive dealt with Dave June, and the third vehicle Ive purchased from Fuccillo CJDR. Noteworthy also is their Service Department offering prompt, professional and courteous service. My experiences there, thus far, have been quite favorable.
Really unprofessional and poor customer service. Extremely long service times with scheduled appointments. Be prepared to bring your car back several times because they wont find out what is wrong with it and you will still have the same vehicle issue. You get an Huge F and that F is not for Fuccillo. Its for Failure!
It was a surprisingly good experience. I needed to get some work done on my vehicle and I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg. To my surprise it was cheap, they fixed it with little hassle. The only downside was the long wait. Was there for about 3 hours and the lounge chairs arent the most comfortable.
I had a great day when I went to Fuccillo Chrysler of Amsterdam.... I researched the vehicle on line first...was hoping that no one else was looking at it also. My husband went with me to check it out. I drove the 2017 Pacifica.....ended up driving Penny home. I had purchased a 2006 PT Cruiser in 2007, which has a lot of miles , nothing wrong with the car I just needed a bigger vehicle for my job. A great experience and the people are friendly, take good care of their customers, have refreshments want to make sure that youre comfortable. Wii
Stay away!! Absolutely horrible. Promise everything to get the sale and fall flat on their face after the sale. I mentioned a vibration coming from the rear tires while on the test drive. They said no problem well take care of it. After I picked my truck up I found they did nothing about the rear tires. They said drive it and it will go away. After my truck was in the shop for 8 days they only fixed the exhaust manifold which was a warranty repair paid by ram. Then I talked to the manager he took it for a ride comes back says there is nothing wrong with the truck were done here and walks away.
I bought a used 2011 jetta from fucillos. The sales team was excellent, I recently had my car towed there for a faulty axle and the car sat there for 4 days before anyone could look at it. Not to mention they couldnt provide me with a loaner so i had to rent a car. Now my transmission went and had it towed there again service department said they dont know when they can look at it and again no loaner. Why advertiser that you have loaners and when someone really needs it theres nothing. Hundreds of dollars wasted on rentals. I dont recommend their service department they are nice but dont advertise something you cant provide.David Boguzski
We had an amazing experience at fuccillo Amsterdam Shaira Rodriguez was extremely helpful finding us the right car and answered all of our questions .Elijah Albert our salesman did an A+ job He made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Jim the finance manager went above and beyond for us . He worked with the banks and got us a great loan .All of the staff at fuccillo Amsterdam were friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy with our purchase of a Jeep compus. We will be back to fuccillo Amsterdam for our next vehicle purchase . we are now proud members of the Fuccillo Family !!!
Sales person was pleasant. Arranged for pick up of car 2 days after contract signed. Called day before told everything all set, car ready to go. I was Advised salesman would not be there but car would be ready and assigned to another salesperson for pickup. Arrived and was tossed around from one person to next. Plates not transfered,registration not ready,not inspected yet. Hour and a half for pick up of car on cash deal unacceptable. Never buy here again.To add insult to injury CHECK ENGINE lite comes on 2 miles from dealership.To be continued. ......
After a bit of a bumpy start Dave June my Sales Consultant Jaime the Sales Manager and the General Manager Billy Fuccillo Jr. (I am sorry if I forgot anyone) smoothed out the bumps and made everything beyond excellent with purchasing a 2014 Chrysler 300. GREAT job team I will be a repeat customer. I will recommend this dealer ship to anyone out there.
Go in for an oil change only and inspection. Specifically tell them do not rotate tires do not !!! Complete vehicle and they rotated the tires anyway. Why cant customers get what they ask for.??? They do what the hell they want and charge a fortune. Never again taking business somewhere else.
Bought a new Wrangler there, they gave me a great deal on my trade in and were able to get me in my new Jeep that day which I was psyched about. I wish they had been able to show me a bit more about the features on my new Jeep but due to the process being rather lengthy, they didnt have much time.
Service advisor did what he could, wish they knew MORE mechanically, sales was GREAT at getting me what I wanted.. MECHANICS KNEW NOTHING AND TREATED ME LIKE A NO NOTHING WOMAN!!!! I know MORE than most of them about an ECODIESEL ENGINE!!! SMH.. would recommend for ANYTHING BUT work on an ECODIESEL ENGINE!!
Unless you want your tire to Have the wire showing after an alignment with their “$80,000” machine then I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this repair service even for a dealership they don’t stick to their word or do anything to make you feel any different. Lesson learned
I was recommended to go there by a friend. Commercials made me a little sceptical. We had sub-par credit, yet pulled in & left in vehicle we wanted in 3hrs. I was thrilled with the layed back, yet attentive salesman . Not just a great car, but an actual great experience. I will be back to trade up our second car.

2022-04-16I have to rate my experience with this dealership far beyond exceptional. Shopping for my 21yo’s first car. Which was exhausting given the current climate with buying used cars. My son found and researched the car he wanted, and I’m very pleased to say our saleswoman Tanesha was very knowledgeable of the car and made the process painless. Our finance guy Will was also exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership.

2022-01-21Everyone was really helpful and had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle! They’re honest and treated their customers nicely! I drove out of state just to purchase a vehicle from them. I went to different dealership and found that they’re the most friendly and proactive. They helped us with all that we needed, even having to drive to get all the papers done for us, and always answered questions whenever needed. Jose was really helpful and knowledgeable and always answered all my questions! Tiffany was really helpful and reached out to me the moment the new vehicle I was looking at arrived. Jim from finance was honest, and they really cared about their customers satisfaction and not just looking to earn money. In short, they cared! 2021-07-24Buying a car is a HUGE deal all pun intended 🤣 I traveled to this location due to the great reviews. It was all worth the hour trip. When entering I was greeted by Wayel the manager who introduced me to Rich. I explained I was on a budget being a mom I had to stick to it but I had hard wants for the vehicle with my budget. We test drove two cars and he hit it on the nail. The whole time it did not feel like I was in a dealership but in a family home. Everyone was so kind and had great personalities. After I saw Jim in finance who explained the packages they had to extend my warranty. He had such a kind demeanor with all the questions I had. When It’s time to trade in this car I will be going to see Rich and the team again. I can’t give enough kind words with how amazing I was treated. Thank you so much for getting me in my dream car!!

2022-04-11I keep asking for maintenance check. It wasnt until I was talking to a service manager recently that, that I was told that wasnt something done on a Saturday, which was when I always brought my vehicle in for its oil changes. This most recent service was done during week & I asked for the 60000 mile maintenance to be done. The other work was performed but not the maintenance check. My husband took the vehicle for the service & was lipid that it took all afternoon for vehicle to be serviced when we had been told would take 1.5 hours.

2022-04-19If I could give negative stars I would. I also would’ve shopped somewhere else. My own customer experience is; if your not buying brand new from this company then look elsewhere!! Buying a used vehicle here gets you ripped off, lied too, touch ups ruined, and your hood ruined by a company employee who’s not properly trained. With out fixing it along with a run around of 2 months! Better Business Bureaus will be getting a compliant. Until this is fixed fairly my review remains.

2022-06-03New 2022 Jeep Compass was due its first oil change & tire rotation. Called Thursday and they got me in on Friday for an 11:30 appointment. Got there 15 minutes before and drove right in to the service bay and checked in. Said it be about 45 minutes. Done on time and great service department personal.

2022-02-17Really appreciateted my sales guy and the buying process from Fuccillo but since driving my brand new jeep off of the lot I have been having issues ever since. My jeep spent time in the body shop at Fuccillo and was brought back to me with nothing fixed and for my salesman to only say this jeep worries me and I have been left to deal with jeep directly for the repairs.
