They are pretty good. Not fast but pretty good. Whatever you do don’t go to the auto center on Chili Ave unless you want you tires to fall off or your engine to stop running. I used to work there so I know.
Wont be returning for an oil change. Arrived at 7am after working all night. 2nd in line for oil change. After checking me in at 715 I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait as I was 2nd in line and he only has 2 technicians available and there is one customer ahead of me. I guess I do not know why it takes 2 technicians 45 minutes to do each oil change.
Yeah the work they do takes hours to complete but they dont do a bad job I went to monroe muffler and they completely ruined my car because they didnt put the plug back in after an oil change and then claimed it was my fault. Worse part it happens to my sister too!!! The same thing. So when in brockport go to Wal-Mart Auto they take some time but theyve never screwed me over before.

Rude!!! Go to College Service instead!!! Got a flat on 531 on a 29 degree day brought my tire in and they wouldnt fix it only said he would sell me four new ones!!! Only needed a plug or one new could care less about my situation on being stranded!!
The Brockport Tire Center is very lucky to have Rocco as an employee. Hes a man of his word and I like an honest man!
Over booked, not enough workers to get work done I have been there 2 times to get work done on my truck and there was a 2-3 hour wait each time. Very frustrated going to go somewhere else to get this taken care of

Tire shop is garbage

2022-02-25Had our tires changed and mounted at the Brockport NY location. The staff was very courteous and friendly and I love the fact that some of the tires they sell are made in the USA especially the Goodyear and Douglas brands which is getting rare these days especially for it expensive tires everything went great, we were in and out in a very reasonable time!

2017-03-18So we were in line for about 20 min waiting to get the cashier to maybe make eye contact. Too bad they are Masters at it. A lady walked up and said they needed to give her keys back and she was out of time. 2.5 hours for cleaning a headlight lens that was supposed to take 40 min. When we were finally called not only did they quote us on the wrong tire size which drastically changed the price but now they didnt have them in stock. They would take a week to get in. Great big bummer Walmart. The last time I was here I had tires done. The lad doing them couldnt re-associate the wireless valve stems to my system. They still show low pressure. His suggestion is to take it to a dealer. Listen. No body likes to have to go to a dealer after work was performed when they didnt need to 2 hours ago. I know you are the biggest company on the planet and could care less. Business model of quantity vs quality but try it the quality part some time. They dont have to be mutually exclusive of each other.

2019-08-02I was pleasantly surprised by the general quality and customer service. I stopped in about 5:30pm for 2 new tires and an oil change, no appointment and was on my way in about an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

2021-04-25Friendly customer service. Poor mechanical skills. If I wanted spilled oil on my exhaust manifold, I wouldve done it myself. Thanks for the oil smell.

2019-12-20Hard to say what their actual mechanical skills are like , because every time I go there to try to get an oil change, I am told it will be a minimum of a two-hour wait , meanwhile the employees are standing around,and hiding inside the tire rack talking to each other, so I leave. they need to hire more employees, so they can stand around and talk to the ones that they already have.

2018-03-16Bought tires there and only got 20k out of a 60k tire. They shook very badly and could not be balanced. Replaced them with another set and they did the same thing. Shook my truck uncontrollably. A week later, I took my truck to Dunn Tire and only replaced the tires and did no mechanical work and viola my truck was fixed, no more shakes. I was able to return the bad tires to Wal mart for a refund. But was a hassle and lost a lot of time because of it.
