The staff are fantastic. Was out of a prescription and wasted 40 minutes just to tell me they are out of stock of a common medication and if it is not common, then a large group of people are living very dangerously

The worst place I have ever filled my perception! They don’t care and they are not friendly at all! I’m totally picking up my meds tomorrow and changing pharmacy’s I had always used price copper in Johnstown and I’m going back. They wait untill the very last day of my script to fill it so I’m completely out coming in! I never ever had any pharmacy do this to me but them! Do your self a favor don’t come here!

My prescription wasnt going through so the pharmacy said theyd fax my doctor (day 2 late). Came back two days later and still nothing (day 4). They AGAIN said theyd fax and/or call my doctor to confirm the refill. I came back the next day and STILL nothing (day 5). I asked if anyone had even sent a fax out and they were unsure. So I called my doctors and they said they hadnt received any faxes from Walmart in over a week... IF THESE PILLS WERE IMPORTANT FOR MY HEALTH I COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD OR GOTTEN VERY SICK!

Once is enough for me. and it was accidentally sent to Wallyworld by my Drs new assistant! I really dont support them at all and there is no real compition against them here in Amsterdam but I cringe at giving them a dime but they can have my 2 cents!

Ive only had a few things filled there a handful of times, but of those times, Ive never had an issue so until or unless I do, I will still get a few of my scripts there. Least expensive place around. When a grocer right across the street wants to charge you $148 for a pet med and Walmart Pharmacy says they can give it to you for less than $30, you go to Walmart. (and I checked 1800 Pet Meds.....was lower than $40 on that website) So. in conclusion...the grocer wants to screw me although.wait......they offer a discount program LOL .....I did only give them an average rating though because I do agree that most of them behind the counter are just former walmart cashiers with negligalbe training for the pharmacy. Few that are wearing the white coat actually should be doing so.

I have taken my medication for YEARS, prescribed by one doctor.. I call today to see if my script is ready and a pharmacist named Lisa, remarks that she will NOT fill the medication until she speaks with my doctor. She was rude and cocky. I will be removing my medications from this pharmacy.

No one really cares enough to help you with anything to be honest you would be better off just going behind the counter and filling your prescription yourself.

Professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. I am honestly shocked at the low ratings. This is a great pharmacy.
