Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Last time I got a girl that was so fast I couldnt load the conveyor fast enough. Felt like that I Love Lucy episode. I have a bone deterioration situation and she asked did I need help. I said Im okay also COPD, EMPHAZEMA, IMMUNITY SITUATION. She grabbed a few of my bags and mucled them into my cart like nothing. Thanks. She was nice.
Put in an grocery order in at 10:50 am, pick up between 6-7pm. Only to get an email at 6:00pm telling me my order is delayed. Called the store an spoke with a young man that advised to me that there is no guarantee that your order will be ready today. We have been swamped all week. First time ordering curbside pick-up with Walmart, and it will definitely be my last. Cancel my $160 order and will go somewhere that can prepare my order within 8 hours.
I needed help at sporting goods counter. Found someone who supposably called someone else. I waited 15 minutes then found another worker in a Walmart vest. I asked them for help. He said he was picking orders for people and he couldnt help me. So I walked to the front of the store and asked customer service for help. Then walked all the way back to sporting goods and got what I needed. 30 minutes is unacceptable. Auburn Walmart definitely needs serious improvement
What can you say? Its walmart. Maybe you will find what youre looking for, maybe you wont. Then if you are lucky they have one human on duty for a cashier. If youre lucky. Otherwise you have to check yourself out. So they make money off of you doing that also. I dont even bother asking staff at Walmart for help anymore. It never turns out good.
Good shopping but workers can be very rude at times, I watched a woman at the front door stop a black guy to check his bags and the white guy and girl beeping at the door and let them keep going got outside and started laughing stating if it wasnt for him they would have gotten caught!! Shame
Your one stop shop for everything you need. And affordable prices. If you cant find it cheap anywhere else. Check Walmart. They deliver groceries if you live close and non perishables if you live far. They do curbside pick up too. But double check your curbside order because they tend to forget things and you wont be refunded.
It was a zoo. Toys are picked over..already. Im not a fan of self check out, therefore I go to a cashier what little there is. This store needs more cashiers. Especially at the first and last of the month and with holidays coming up. Stock the shelves at night, have more cashiers out during the day and evening hours.
Typical Walmart experience of late. Mostly disorganized, fairly grimy, almost no staff (especially cashiers). half the self- checkout lanes were closed or would only accept certain payment types. I wanted to grab some pokemon cards for my kids and they now have them behind a cash register instead of on shelves. Which is whatever except they have no cashiers so how am I supposed to get them? plus a half star for the freshly paved parking lot.
They are out of things at inconvenient times. Which is an inventory issue, higher demand than supply. Clean store, and restrooms. The employee that I did ask for help gave me an I dont know where that is answer. Instead of saying he would ask someone who would know. That was pretty disappointing. If you already know where things are, I would recommend this store. Overall good experience.
We didnt find very much for Back to School fashions, especially in sneaks for our 14year old daughter. School supplies prices are always good. Not much to choose from in the deli department anymore, I cant help but wonder why they have made the selections so small and basic.
Dont get me wrong I like this walmart but the only thing I dislike is one associate Kari that works there. She yells across the store yelling your name. She will follow you to!!! She talks about peoples business to other employees. She will be nice to your face then talk bad about you to other employees after you ask for help. Alot of people besides me wont go there while she works. I dont know why they have not get rid of her yet. But if they did i bet they would get more money.
I had a cashier named Earl is named Earl that was double ringing my products and refused to print a preview receipt so that you received so that I could make sure that he wasnt double ringing and that he took off what he did double ring but he refused to print a preview receipt so I left my entire cart with him and will left the store
Fairly typical Walmart. For the past year or so they seem to have a major problem keeping the shelves, refrigerated cases, and freezers stocked. The checkout process is pretty fast and efficient although paying 5 cents for a paper bag when the make many millions a day is ridiculous.
1 check out line open with a cashier. She moved at a snails pace. 4 people ahead of me wirh a month of groceries in their cart. 4 people behind me. 3 people behind me gave up and went to self check out against their will. They all were grumbling . 1 worker stocking end caps watching the whole thing and never called for help or opened a register line himself.I firmly believe Wal-Mart keeps cashiers to a minimum so people give up and go to self check out.I have not been in a Wal-Mart in 18 months and it will be at least that long before i return.
Im biased because I used to work here. I have to admit Im not the biggest fan of this Walmart. I used to work here before the current manager took over. Ive heard horror stories from past coworkers, and the customers here seem to have a stick up their butts. The bathroom stalls here are much too small for larger individuals to wipe properly, Im not even that big and Ive always had issues in these bathrooms.
Not much different than any other Wal-Mart. Prices are low on most everything, commerce is spaced out fairly well. I am not a big fan of the self check outs. I usually see 1 or 2 employees standing around while 2 out of 25 lines are open and the self check out has a line of 10 people.
I bought $500 of linens, pillows, and other things for the bed room. I asked the service center (CUSTOMER SERVICE) for a garbage bag to put everything in since the paper bags the sell werent big enough for 1 pillow. I was refused the bag with the ignorance of a Walmart employee what if everybody wanted a garbage bag? If we give you a garbage bag, we have to give everybody a garbage bag. Im also disabled and had to take these items out to the car as I could carry them bit by bit without a bag. It was so inconvenient Ill never go back there again over a bag. Thank you so much Walmart, sarcastically
I stood in line for half an hour the manager stood there watching would not open any other line they had two lines open. I will not shop at the store ever again and all Walmarts if they want me to do their work they better give me a discount to cash out my own stuff and for now Ill go else were to do my shopping. Where they gladly bag my groceries and things that I need.
The reliably friendly service and relaxed atmosphere make this a great location. Very reasonable about returns. The floor and bathrooms are clean and smell decent. The people at the tech and fabric sections are especially helpful. Feels friendly and open with greeters back at the doors.
I would like to have cashiers check my groceries out. I am not an employee. If I have to cash myself out there should be a discount to do so. Employees also did not help. Handy cap peoples have difficulty with self cashout and there were NO non self serve registers open to go to.
I encountered the nicest Walmart employee today. I did not get his name but he was restocking in the paper towel aisle. He asked me if I needed any help with anything and I was actually looking for disinfecting wipes but couldn’t find any. He searched through his stock pile, went to look in the back and even looked up when they would be restocking since they where out. It was very nice of him to show care and concern to a customer. Great employee and deserves recognition!
Great products but the checking out is something to be desired. No interest in facilitating and ensuring customers are processed through checkout in a timely manner. No care about customers time or customer service and satisfaction. The deli person was angry that I came to purchase deli products because she was late to go home and let you know it. Really such a shame on these fronts.
I spent 15-20 min today between call to 1st contact and paint dept. No answer ,phone ringing, finally hung up and started over. Same thing, same result waste of time. Called HD and had paint dept. in 1 min max. Answered my ?s and I-went to HD store and bought 4 gal. paint $120. Unbelievable, over 30 min and no contact. Never again Walmart.
I just love this store. I shop here frequently... Its clean the employees are very friendly and helpful.... Theres not much you cant get here. They always have great deals. There is plenty of parking... They have layaway from September to December for the Christmas season. I have never had an issue with returns or exchanges. They have online ordering which is great for those that are shut ins. The restrooms are always clean as is the store. I like that they have self check out.... Makes things easier and I can bag my items the way I want them to be bagged... The only issue I have is they dont have enough registers open maybe 3 out of the twenty are in use. Thats why Im glad they have self check out....
Everything was right where I anticipated it being. The only downfall is the doors on the health and beauty side of the store are broken again. Theres only a small sign on the door to let you know that, so I had to cart the baby all the way to the other doors in the snow.
I don’t know why customers with no mask are allowed to enter this store but what REALLY ticked me off is when i told an employee and was ignored like it’s not a state law to be wearing a mask. me and my sibling are both immunocompromised and we’re not gonna get covid because of selfish people. do better
Good place to get food products, clothing, and most generic items for a cheap price. The cheap price foes reflect most of the quality of the products too, but there are good quality products as well. Walmart used to have stricter Covid rules with arrows and lines designating which way people are supposed to go, but they have since relaxed and even removed some of these guides (people were not following them anyway).
This is probably the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. I worked there for a few months a couple years ago. If a customer asked me for help, I would stop stocking and help them and if I couldn’t help, I’d try to find someone who could. (They tell you that’s what you’re supposed to do when training) The employees currently working there are just lazy. If you ask an employee for help, they say “I don’t know” and leave it at that. If you try to call to ask a question, no one answers and on the rare occasion that they do answer, they just say, “i don’t know” and don’t bother helping you. I’ve been coming there almost everyday looking for the Cinnabon cinnamon roll k cups bc they are one of the few stores that sell it and it’s never stocked. I asked various different employees when it will be stocked and most said they don’t know and the one that said he did told me the 6th and when I went there, shelf was still empty and I asked another employee, he said he don’t even think they carry it (which they do) When I called, no one answered 99% of the time and when they did, they kept transferring me, eventually they sent me to the bakery and they told me it’s not their department and they couldn’t transfer the call so I had to call all over again just for no one to answer again. They need to replace the whole staff and put hard working, caring people in there instead of lazy, careless employees that look miserable and don’t want to do their jobs. The whole place just don’t care about customers or the service they give, just that paycheck.
Until the self serve came into store there was never more than two cashiers..no matter how busy. Christmas is horrible they have 3/4 of registers closed. I go in for a couple items but walmart is not at the top of my favorite retail store! Also cashiers that are there need to be cordial.
I go out of necessity. Empty shelves on different items. I dont like having arrows tell me which aisle I can go down. If there is no one in that same aisle, Im going down it. Tough enough wearing a mask in there, but must be theyre saving $$by not turning the AC up. Employees are smack dab in the center aisles unloading and reshelving which makes it even more difficult. Only items I cant get anywhere else. I do not get my groceries there.
This Walmart is one of the worst Ive ever been to. Employees are nice, never had an issue with that. But theres ALWAYS things out of stock for insanely long periods of time. Its been like this for years, way before COVID-19. Its okay to be out of stock right now because of that but this store has always had issues with stocking. I dont know who orders for this store but they need to be retrained. Also the bathrooms are always disgusting. Walmart isnt known for clean bathrooms obviously but this is consistently disgusting every time unlike other stores.
I have come to the conclusion that this store is being run as an experiment to test either the strength of the Walmart brand or the patience of shoppers, or perhaps both. Items are regularly not restocked or are permanently pulled after you decide you like them. Too much restocking happening during busy hours results in employees blocking customers access to aisles and products, and the aisles are already difficult to navigate. There are nice employees who are helpful, and then there are some (many?) who are unhelpful and openly rude and unprofessional. Its a common occurrence to be doubly charged for one item at the checkout; some cashiers are careful and fix the mistakes, while others dont. Many of the displays are not logically placed - this has improved somewhat with the latest renovation, though. Too few cashiers is a perennial complaint...weve sometimes had to wait half an hour to check out and our food has thawed while waiting. Ive taken to shopping at Wegmans for certain things because the quality is better and more consistent. At least the Vision Center is good.
I have used Walmart for about 2 months. Each time I order I run into a snag. This time Im suppose to pick up my order on sat. June 6 between 11-12. The website states you can make changes to the order until 1am on the date of pickup. I just went into the app to add another few items and it wouldnt allow me to do that. I called customer service and the young lady told me the deadline for making any changes or additions is 2 hours after you put in your order. This clearly isnt what the website says. Im very disappointed..
Its a small supercenter so on the grocery side the selection of items is somewhat limited. Since the the start of the curbside pickup, its a toss up as to what is in the way more - the pallets of product waiting to be restocked or the employees with their carts shopping for the curbside folks.
Bought a TV today and nothing but attitude from workers. Like you are getting paid to do your job. Sorry had to park 50 miles away due to volume of people and ignorant people smashing doors off your vehicles. Gave my wife nothing but attitude while waiting for me to return with truck. Will be calling corporate on issue since calling store gets you no where at all besides telling you go pound salt
This trip was disappointing , from the deli being closed at 7pm, we found ajar of broken sauerkraut in an aisle which I understand happens search down and employee and let them know there was a hazard came back through that same old 10 minutes later same employee was standing there over the mass watching basketball on his phone smh, then went to the seasonal department Im on my way there we passed through the health and beauty aids and you heard a loud ringing noise which we went down the aisle and it was an emergency exit which someone obviously went out in my experience that usually happens when someones stealing and they run out the door to a getaway car I found another employee and let them know that someone had exited this emergency accident and it was ringing he basically shrugged it off and kept going So all in all it was a very disappointing trip as well as they were out of stock on three of the things that I needed and I understand it is two days before Christmas So I would have discounted that but the lack of a sense of urgency to correct a spill and potentially a lost prevention issue was very disheartening even for Walmart
I know, I know... Everybody hates on Walmart. For me its the checkout process. When theres only 4 of 30 checkouts open and theres 3 or 4 big orders at each one of them and the self service checkout line is 7 or 8 carts deep. I just dont understand why they dont open more. I havent heard an announcement over the PA for all register trained employees to come to the front in years. Well really I do understand why, its because we put up with it. They wont change their attitude and policy on this until people start complaining with their wallets, by shopping elsewhere, which isnt going to happen any time soon. Weve done this to ourselves.
Depends what day of the month you go in there if they are fully stocked and you usually spend as much time waiting in line at the registers as you do shopping for what you need. I have found myself ordering online while in the store at their website to pick up my purchases because it is easier than finding a sales associate around that can help you locate an item. They usually only have two or three cashiers and their self checkout lines are not much better because half the registers are not working. Then once you finally get through making your purchases you have to wait in line to leave because they have decided to hire people to check your receipt and packages as you leave... funny how there are more of those people than there are cashiers😡
I wish I didnt have to give stars because it was absolutely horrendous !! not many registers open and even the ones you ring yourself on werent working correctly. One of the worst experiences ever. The only thing I would give credit to is the cashier that helped me, she was doing her very best to try and help me. Those scan yoursel registers need to be fixed or replaced. There were also times that employees have been rude as well, if they dont like their job they should not work there.
Always have trouble with customer service at this location. Theyre very rude and unprofessional. Same goes for the lady that works the check your receipt section when youre leaving self checkout. Ive actually heard her say nasty racist comments to co workers, specifically a short fat lady co-worker with short hair (looks like the lady from the movie misery, but uglier and older) about customers on more than one occasion. No excuse for that type of hatred.
Ever since the renovations a few months ago the isles are so narrow you cant fit your cart past another cart in the same isle. Some are so narrow, you cant get a cart in at all, just park and walk down in. Its really hard to find anything, just because there is entirely too much stuff. They have finally gotten too big for there own good. Bathrooms in the front of the store are disgusting, I mean do any of the toilets even flush...? Doesnt look like it. Also they NEVER have stage 1 or 2 baby food, Im guessing because its where all the wic people shop. They have nothing for baby boy clothes. The entire baby section is about 10 rows of girl clothes and ONE single row of baby boy clothes. Not even exaggerating, they did not have one single item of clothing for baby boys 6-9 months. I was specifically looking for this size, all I needed was some pajamas, ended up ordering from Carters. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Took my 6 year old son that has been sick in to get him some pet fish the associate that helped us filled the bag with water from the tap and just dumped them in. I stated that was not right, they assured me that it would be fine. We got home and set up the tank got everything ready and went to a bag full of dead fish my son is now crying and when I called in the person on the phone was rude and zero empathy to the situation.
I only give four stars instead of 5 because every time I go to return cans and bottles the stupid machines are full. It can sometimes take almost 15 to 20 minutes before someone finally comes to empty them, making a quick bottle return a production. Other than that ... love Walmart!
Its an alright Walmart. One big problem is all the people who abuse the electric wheelchairs. You can tell most of them arent handicapped and just lazy. At times its obnoxious to navigate around them or nearly get run over by them. I feel bad for the people who actually need them.Other then that. Everything is fine. Its a Walmart.
Stephanie at the customer service desk is probably one of the most miserable rude workers I have ever had to deal with. My suggestion, if you dont like your job, find another. Customers shouldnt have to deal with attitude because you hate standing behind a desk and dont like working with people. Customer service is a skill, and clearly you lack it woman. You made me feel horrible for swapping out an item. And thats far from ok.
I went today 8th of June and many of the shelves were bare. It was Slim Pickens in the bread aisle cat food aisle was just about empty stood in line for 20 minutes for someone to get a price check in a manager never showed up. Find me a worker went and checked and the price. I dont know what their problem is but they better pull their heads out of their butts
I find it amazing that in this time and age with COVID-19 that Walmart does not follow state protocols for face protection, I saw a 1/3 of customers walking through the store with no face mask on. When I questioned an employee of Walmart about this they stated It is more of a suggestion and we do not enforce this as customers want to shop . I am sorry but my health is more of a concern above Walmart gross profits. Please Walmart keep All Customers Safe and enforce the State Policies!
The management better get on the ball here. This morning one cashier for the entire store, the line was 50 feet long. Then waited to buy a car battery, ZERO customer service, standing there at an empty counter while the girl disappeared into the shop and never came back. Returned following day and two professional gentlemen were at desk and had my battery in within minutes. **PS: I dont know who picks out the music here but there are times when the mind numbing racket can force you out of the store.
The most unfriendly and unhelpful customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m a regular customer at Walmart, nearly 30% of my yearly income is spent here. You’d think with the multi billion dollars of income this company makes a year they could invest a fraction in hiring normal people who do their job. Or at least a system that’s more efficient. Instead I deal with fat, lazy, and beyond unmotivated employees that steer me more towards shopping on amazon every time I need their assistance. I called about a product that I purchased online and the product was late and Walmart failed to send me a conformation email. So naturally, I’m a little upset but hold my own realizing that things happen. I figured I’d test my luck to get ahold on someone with a brain cell by calling but sadly meet my expectations by being on hold for an hour and talking to multiple people who just sent me to the next department of other people who don’t know how to help me. Seeing as calling over the phone is too complicated for Walmart and their employees I go in and there’s a few employees behind the customer service desk that have that “I hate my job” look on their face. I approach this 7ft 400lb woMAN who is beyond unhelpful but I didn’t give her/him much attitude because I was afraid of being eaten so moved on to another employee after being treated with the utmost disrespect. Finally got an answer by calling a number given to me. There has to be a better system here. Hours of frustration for something that could have been solved with a little effort and a 30 second phone call. My suggestion would to hire 1 broomstick to handle all the customer service needs. That would be about as helpful AND Walmart will save huge on labor. Good luck associating with the auburn Walmart or any Walmart for that matter when you need help. I hope my review helps
They never have any registers open, with the self checkout system in place there is now a line for you to bag your own groceries. I went in yesterday and the staff was actually friendly for a change. Its no secret that Wal Mart employees arent treated with the most respect in the work force, but to make it so obvious speaks so much about the company they work for. Great prices though, hard for mom and pop shops of the community to compete with such competitive pricing.
In my busy day I find that it can be tough to find the right place to fund my child labor. But I find that Walmart is an excellent place to keep the poor in their place! Not only do they fund child labor, but they also pay their American employees next to nothing! I love this place. We need to keep the poors down.
Wow. So the store; fine. The employees/ manager is a joke. My girlfriend and I went to Walmart to get some late night supplies. When we closed the door. One of us left the door ajard. When we came back out the car, it was dead. So we saw an employee parking and asked him for help. He said that he was running late and that he couldn’t. Exceptable. I went inside and ask another employee for any sort of help. Mind you all we need is a jump. We have the cables. The employee called her manager over to ask for help. This man.. I can barely call him that. I asked him if there was anyway to get a jump. He said that an employee can’t help us during there shift. Okay.. thinking to myself that I’ve jumped people before well working. It’s kindness. The real kicker is. This “manager” after saying that he couldn’t help. Went out to his car and smoke a cigarette. Watching us sit in our car freezing. Sat in his car and turned it on. For five minutes he sat and listened to music. Then went on his merry way back inside the warm store. About an hour later some nice customer gave us a jump before going into Walmart. One star. Because the manager is garbage. I wish I took this guy name so I can mention first hand in the review.
This store at Auburn, New York 13021.—Has the worse store manager name Kelly. She does nothing to help with problems. .but the problem I had, was there is no OTC stickers, on items to know which can be bought. Other store like Walgreens has them. The Walmart here does not do there Job correctly.. they don’t even try. The managers are Rude, and disrespectful, they verbally abuse there employees.. They just said we’ll go another store that does have stickers.. Store Manager Kelly answers to everyone is—( “if you have a problem with my store go to another one.” ) — Then I have bought egg potato salad, 2 different times. But both had small and big pieces of something black so hard like rubber that couldn’t be chewed. It caused stomach pain, and being very sick.
Vehicle broke down in parking lot was approached by 2 seperate employees 1 was doing carts and the other was employee named Marty. They were awesome they both offered to help me or find me someone that could help me bc they seen the hood up. They went out of there way 4 me just by offering to help and I think that is awesome. I really appreciate it and thats why we shop at this store because the customer service is 100% everytime. Thank you
The employees of this particular store are very friendly and are ready, willing and able to help find things. This store is one of the larger ones in central NY. Therefore they have many items other Wal-Marts dont carry. Even if another wal-Mart is closer to you this one is well worth the extra drive
We stop here when we go to my moms, it is a huge store and I am looking forward to seeing the remodeling going on this year. It has always seemed over stocked and a bit messy, but the manager assures me that it will be looking a whole lot better when they are done remodeling. This is going on now ( Aug 2018) as my mom says they have things moved around and are replacing flooring and making things to look so much nicer. I would suggest you pay close attention if dealing with a new cashier, one really messed up things on me once and I didnt catch it till I got home. 25 miles one way is a long way to go to correct the mistakes of others. All was made right thanks to Jenn in Accounting, who is a really sweet lady by the way, she has a heart for people and is great at her job !
Most of the time I am happy with the things I get here. Though I just bought something from the bakery last week that was outdated and didnt realize it. It was very outdated by like 4-5 days and NEVER should have been on the shelf that long. I will be checking the dates more carefully from now on.
Its Walmart. What else can be said. Their new reliance on computers over humans has resulted in job loss and unhappy customers. Quality on clothing seems to have decreased. It wont be long until they back themselves into a corner that ruins their popularity. Pretty sure they are almost there
The WORST for automotive. I called to check if they had my tire in stock. The guy has a bad attitude and is too lazy to look up my tire by make and model of car because “eight different options will pop up.” I tell him, “no, only two will pop up because this is how I figured it out before, and it’s the smaller of the two.” So he does, and sure enough it’s the one I need. He says “we don’t have that in stock, bye.” I call back after I get a chance to look it up myself on the car, and they DO have this in stock. I ask if I can come in, he says “sure thing, we close at 8 but you want to get here before 6:00.” I get there at 5:30 pm, the guy says “you’re not here for service are you? We’re closed. We’re done for the day.” I say, “but I just called and was told to come in.” He says, “oh, must have been the guy in the clothes section, he’s been answering our phones and telling people we close at 8:00.” I said, “but it was someone from auto, because they even looked up my tires and told me they were in stock.” The guys says “well, we’re closing at 7:00 so I don’t know what that tell you. I don’t know who you talked to.” DONE with Walmart automotive in Auburn. Screwed up my whole evening and the next morning.
Cleanliness is a joke.Safety is a joke.Expiration date checks are a joke.Hospitality is a joke.Overstaffed and yet more than half of the registers are closed or see the workers standing around doing nothing.(what?!)What Im trying to say is, this place is a joke. Wegmans or the amish market are a better choice.
I would of given them a given them a five but I was there twice today and the first trip wasnt as nice as the second. Associate sent me to the wrong place of the storeand it took me much longer to find what I was looking for. I wouldnt have mind except that I was in a hurry to get to the hospital to see my granddaughter who had just had her first son. That with the fact that I have chronic back pain all that walking around the store was not fun if you know what I mean.
Bought a 100.00$ TV antenna went home to set it up and half the parts were missing. Back to Auburn 20 minutes from our home to exchange for another model. The Costumer Service woman(Kelly Fortino) was not very friendly, all though we did get it exchanged for the same antenna its disappointing when your put out and then its no problem to them. The Manager informed use that it was most likely a return, at this we ask are you not suppose to make sure it is all there and in ok shape???? We spend a great deal of money at this Walmart and we Will no longer be patronizing this store.
Got a beautiful tree picked out by my lovely daughter Aaliyah. Aaliyah, my awesome neighbor John and I waited outside in the weather for a ride home. Thanks Aaliyah and John and also my Sweet Husband Shorty who made it possible. Most importantly God who makes all things possible
Has a better selection than the walmart in my area and when I did find something my store doesnt have (a larger selection of cottage cheese) I grabbed some. Once I got home and loaded the fridge I double checked the expiration dates and the expiration date was from 10 days ago!! 😡 I tried calling the store first to just let them know they had an expired product on their shelves however it took 4 phone calls for someone to answer and when I asked for a manager I was placed on hold for 15 min without a response. Decided to hang up and call one more time and no answer once again. Extremely frustrated with this store!!
Walmart ought to be ashamed to be associated with Mallroom on their web site, Wal-Mart.com! They are the biggest crooks and if you send something back they will NEVER send you your money back. They talk a good game but I have waited over a month for a refund! Walmart will not even attempt to help me. So, please do not ever buy anything from Wal-Mart.com. especially if its from mallroom. BEWARE!!!
If you need to go grab something and you know where it is within the store then its not that terrible shopping here. However if you need an associate then you might as well punch yourself in the face because both actions are equally satisfying.I visited the store tonight (12/20/13) and needed someone in sporting goods. I called the store to have someone paged. I had the person answer with a hello and nothing else. Most splendid training Walmart! I asked him to page someone back to sporting goods (Im in the store mind you). He replies ok hold on and either puts the phone down or puts me on hold, either way he doesnt come back. I wait 2:30 on the phone like a jerk before it disconnects. At no point does anyone come on the PA to call someone back. Thanks I love looking like a tool.So I call back one more time and get some girl who answers the phone a little better, not much though. I ask her the same thing and this time I get the first idiot saying sporting goods line one, sporting goods line one. MORONS I DONT WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, I WANT TO GET THEM BACK TO THE COUNTER.Ten minutes pass, I leave in disgust. Like I said I should have punched myself in the face, it would have been just as gratifying and at least taken less time.
They have totally revamped the whole store. If you have lots of time and can actually find someone who knows where things are great. However for those of us who know what we need and are used to knowing where it is this is not a great way to spend my time. For me I will price match what I need elsewhere
Seems like this store is very understaffed or just very lazy. Usually when I get to the store its about 5 pm and this store has 3 cashiers or self check out the lines are so long I end up doing self check out. When I go to this store I spend more than 100$ every time. So now Im stuck doing someone elses job because they cant put enough cashiers on. Id rather shop at Oneida ny Wal-Mart I feel that corporate needs to use Oneida Wal-Mart as an example n run their other store like it. Also many rude employees at the auburn Wal-Mart I use my manors I expect it in return. Needless to say I only shop at Wal-Mart for few things now.
Just a typical Walmart, nothing really special. My only real gripe with this Walmart, is that the employees smoke right out in the front of the store, and as a non smoker I have to smell it just about every time I shop there. There should be designated smoking areas for employees, that arent right by the entrances.
A few certain employees need a reminder about customer service on locating particular items within the store....let me remind them now....in your computer based learning it states to take the customer to the item, not just nod, disregard, or shrug your sholders! As far as the rest goes, I guess its not all that bad a place to get everyday items.
So the bathrooms especially the front next to customer service had fecal matter all over the floor and seats smelt like hot sewer i told a couple csm and they did absolutely nothing and another wal mart employee stated its a mens bathroom what do you expect mind you my three year old needed to use the rest room and we both almost puked in the store guess cleaning isnt a priority i am done with wal mart
I went to buy Christmas Dinner which is a fresh brisket Ion Christmas eve as I was preparing it I cut it in half and the meat was on the outside the inside was pure fat and too late to go find anything else so I had to disect the fat slab and extract usable meat I ended up with 5 lbs of meat out of a 16 lb brisket...Thank god we had the makings for lasagna...but I will never ever ...ever buy another piece of trash meat from Walmart....not even worth 1 friggin star.....
Bought 4 new snow tires, one in front went flat on way home, other front tire flat the next day just sitting in garage. I called to tell them what happened and they said the rims were bent so they must have not sealed correctly. So they had sent us home with 2 tires that they knew might go flat at any time without telling us. We are lucky we did not crash and now we have to get our car with 2 flat new tires towed somewhere that will fix it. Walmart is being no help at all.
Coming from someone who does most of their shopping late at night I can say that this Walmart may have been a bit understocked and the only cashier working may have been moving a bit slow, but I got what I needed and I got out of there without too much trouble and at 9:25 pm I feel like I shouldnt ask for much more than that.
If you are a middle aged woman looking to buy jewelry your in luck, they will immediately help you. However if like myself you are a younger gentleman then you should bring a bullhorn to receive any assistance. I stood there for 15 minutes trying to get the clerks attention, but as soon as a woman walks up she gets help without asking.

2022-05-04I have been to some trashy places...met trashy people and know better than to go to walmart after 930pm.. But this Walmart has got to be the absolute worst establishment by far. I try not to judge people by their appearance, luckily the customer service managers ignorance and attitude was worse. I pray they close this place down and I live 14 mins from it... its the closest. ill drive 23 mins in the opposite direction before my family or I EVER go back. And to the pm shift in customer service, atleast brush your teeth and put on deodorant. its basic hygeine. Mr manager..with the pony tail, you stink...literally.

2022-04-02Walmart is busy enough without the addition of the order shoppers. You know, the ones with the huge cart that will block the shelves even if I was there first. I was in an isle. This kid pushed the online shopping cart right up to the back of mine. I asked him politely to please back up so I could finish getting what I was there for. His reply, I wont be long. Notice to Walmart: The next time I wont be polite. If your employees are rude, Im going to mirror them and its going to get ugly! They are on the clock when they are shopping they need to stay out of the way of others.

2022-06-13We shop here once a month or so.. Yesterday I had an ordeal with bicycles delivered damaged...returning them from a small crossover was a pain but the manager was very professional and helpful with the return and listening to my complaint, as were the associates.

2017-11-05Absolutely terrible service. Checking out with a full cart of groceries and not a single lane open. Apparently no new cashiers were coming for another 20 minutes. Five employees and a manager sitting at the customer service area and not one of them hopped on a lane. They told us to go to the self checkout lane. Impossible with $500+ worth of groceries. The speedy lane was opened with well over 15 customers in line. The shelves were mostly empty and had not been restocked in awhile. Went to go buy a new phone case (and spend a fair amount for a new one) and there was not a single option available for the iPhone6. There was nothing on the shelves for several items we were looking for. Terrible attitudes and a terrible way to treat customers.
