I have been calling this Walmart for over 1 hour selecting the option to speak to a representative and NO ONE has answered these calls. It appears this location, and others as I attempted to contact the Camillus store as well, feels it is beneath them to answer a phone. The only way I was able to get ahold of someone was to call the pharmacy.
This location is very clean and organized. Employees are very helpful.The shelves are always stocked. If you are looking for a certain products and its not on the shelve a Wal-Mart employees will check stock and price.This location always have roll back on great product. Quick scan is awesome!
Come one come All,Walmart’s are Great place’s to experience the most entertaining from customers dressed up in the most hilarious and ridiculous outfits to seeing people load up shopping carts using their food stamps, to people too fat for the wheel chairs The store provides due to excessive obesity, not to mention the lazy parents that let their kids run around like dogs at a dog park, you can even witness fights, and possibly stabbings over something someone said , to seeing people trying to get huge tv’s and have little tiny cars. Walmart’s have the best and lowest prices that no competitors can beat, even compared to Amazon Walmart still stand dominant as the greatest store ever made for everything possible you can think of. I personally love Walmart 🥰😇
I was able to find everything I needed - after several failed online store pick-up orders at specialty chain retail stores. They were all either closed earlier than listed because of Covid, or their supply was out of stock for anything.I walk into this Walmart and find all of the things I needed (a blender bottle for my protein workout shakes, replacement bulbs for both the interior car lights and two headlight bulbs, windshield wiper blades, and exact bulbs I needed for my bathroom and closet.
This store has absolutely pitiful customer service skills. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this place is astoundingly bad. For instance, my husband has tried to call the store twice in the last couple of weeks for different reasons. Once we were trying to see if they had something in stock, and tonight we were trying to resolve an issue with a recent grocery order from there. Both times, he was told to “hold on, please” and then hung up on. How is that okay? It wasn’t like we were unpleasant on the phone, either. Neither of us are rude to retail workers, so it’s kind of a surprise to be hung up on. So not only are we short items we paid for which could easily be fixed, but they couldn’t even be polite enough not to hang up the freaking phone on us. In short, this store sucks, and they need to hire people who aren’t rude.
It was super busy, since I went to do Christmas shopping just a few days before Christmas. Lots of great gifts and things. I was able to buy some nice little outfits and couple of toys, a couple small appliances and some gift wrap and a few Christmas ornaments all pretty quickly even though the store was very busy.The cashier I had was really very polite and nice even though she was very clearly overly stressed by the rude customer in line ahead of me. She handled it very well and was very sweet to me.
VERY poor customer service!!!! While looking at the product associate basically told us we were taking too much time & he had another customer to help.Also, associate was using his cellphone while we were looking at the product !!Wonder why we dont shop at Walmart often .
Employee in electronics was very when I asked a question about memory cards, decided not to get it. Employee at the self checkout kept eyeing me and rudely said that I didnt scan everything so she was going through my purchase and when she did see that I scanned everything she just walked away and didnt even give me an apology. Was East Syracuse Wal-Mart only when it is absolutely necessary. Will travel to the Cicero store instead, much better customer service.
This Walmart is good for being a Walmart but the people who shop there make it unpleasant a bit whenever I go there. But the staff is helpful and its usually clean. I have heard some horror stories but I havent seen any of those things myself. I go there every weekend mostly.
DO NOT BUY LEGO HERE, YOU MIGHT SEE NOODLES.I bought the lego product here and I was very shocked when I was opening it. Inside of lego was not lego!! It was noodles and pasta.See the pictures.I guess somebody did and retuned it and I bought it very unfortunately.At that time I was traveling and opened the box later. So I could not go back there. And I visited another walmarts but nobody accepted my situation.I can send a receipt and the product by mail.But why didn’t you accept this?????This store can check the upc number and receipt. Went there for very basic needs, planing to spend around $150 or so. Left only spending $50 because half their shelves are empty. I would chalk it up to covid but was able to go to another nearby Walmart and purchase everything I needed. Very annoying since the only reason we went there was for one stop shopping. Lesson learned. Would have been quicker and about the same price to go to Wegmans and Target.
Man next to me in line at customer service (he was a Walmart employee) returned 3 opened/half eaten bags of chips because he “didn’t like the flavor”.I was exchanging three unopened/undamaged boxes of diapers for a different size and after the return for store credit was almost complete I was told I couldn’t return them because the employee found a manufacturers sticker on the box that had a date that was not within 90 days.
The Syracuse Walmart had more product and inventory then what Im normally used to in Norwich New York if I had a choice Id rather go to Syracuse just saying either way I never have any kind of problem when I go to Walmart I always find what I need and end up leaving the store with more than I wanted to get lol
Many products were out of stock. The store was messy.. The staff was not helpful and a security guard followed me from one side of the store to the other. When I realized I saw this man in every isle yet he had no cart or items in his hands, I asked him why he was in every isle was in? I guess shopping while black is a problem at this location. He just disappeared once confronted. I was extreemly angry and insulted! I hardly give anyone the impression that I cant afford whatever I want to purchase! There was no validity in his decision to follow me. I will make sure corporate knows about this unacceptable practice.
Although one of the greeters is always super friendly, the general customer service here is poor. Weve experienced long (1hr+) hold times when trying to resolve issues with grocery pickup via phone, long (45 min +) wait times when waiting for services such as fabric cutting or paint mixing, and poor customer service at the registers. For example, on my last visit, the cashier asked me to tell the 2-3 customers in line behind me that his register was closed. He should have told them as this put me in a very awkward position since he was helping me and not them. Other times we have been directed to the self checkout even though we told the employee we had tax exempt items and then the employee at self checkout told us that we couldnt do that transaction at self checkout and had to go back to the registers where we were originally headed.
Great people and great prices, but never enough cashiers. The lack of cashiers is because they are increasing the percentage of self-checkout lanes, which is costing people their jobs, and then still having lots of empty cashier lanes, resulting in longer cashier lines, in order to force people into the self-checkout lanes, and cost more Wal-Mart staff their jobs. Very dirty pool by Management. Don’t use self-checkout if you can help it. Go to the cashiers whenever possible and help a hardworking person keep their job!
Went there to pick up some new pants for work. I was able to find the pants needed for work. Bought two pairs in the correct size and fit for me. Check out was fast and they even bagged my pants for me. I would recommend people shop there for what you need because they have a lot of different items that they sell there. So they should have something you need to buy from the store.
What a dump most of the so-called help could not be bothered to help people and I use that term loosely screaming profanity threatening each other store is a mess I could go on and on you can stand there and watch people stealing like it is national give away day and walking out the front door with out any resistance. Sad state of affairs.
The service at one of my favorite stores has gotten so bad that I have started shopping at competitors. Employee assistance is almost non-existent as they cannot speak/understand English. Checkout line are unbelievably long and THREE times in one visit I was rerouted to different lines after waiting for many minutes in each.
Great place for lots of shopping! Variety of goods! My friend wants to buy skipping rope, but he doesnt know where to go. I suggest that he try Wal-Mart. Then we really found the skipping rope here! Recently I entered a Wal-Mart membership and plan to try the free delivery service.
Went for item pickup. Very fast, friendly service. The biggest thing is to check in before arriving, then choose the number slot you are in. I guess a lot of people arent doing this, so it takes longer to figure out who is who. Some people get very angry about that, but the employees were apologetic and good at deescalating that situation. So be sure to help yourself and them by checking in, arriving, then choosing youre parking space.
We had to get a replacement air mattress after ours getting a hole in it. My boyfriend picked it up and I paid for it. The box said a green queen sized air mattress with built in pump and the sticker that said not to return if broken was still on. We opened the box and inside was an obviously used blue inflatable square that would fit our torsos onto it if we were lucky with no pump. It was well after 11 by the time I came home after work and got into the box so guess who had to sleep on the floor. I called the 24/7 help desk last night to just be told that I would be unable to return it even with the receipt and it not being the product I paid for because it was an air mattress and they do not return those but that I could get another of the exact same one IF they had it in stock. I called the next day and someone picked up the phone pretty quickly and I heard a ladys snippet of a voice before I was abruptly hung up on. I called back and after about 4 minutes was hung up on again. I am still at work so a phone call was the best I could do. I am extremely displeased and demand an explanation and my product that I paid for. I need to know that I can be helped before I am shorted more of my hard earned money. I do not need to take off work if I will not be helped.
Didnt have most of what I went in for, and so sick of getting held up every time I am walking out because Im holding my merchandise. Dont charge me for bags, then act like IM the criminal for not buying them; wasting my money and killing trees. Most humans have arms, and they are capable of carrying things other than your sacred, dead tree, get out of jail for 5 cents, tickets.

There are sum employees there that watch you like a hawk as if youre stealing then the people who really stealing arent being watched especially this one employee in particular hes an Arab or Indian makes me mad every time I see him an ask him you watching me so hard will you be paying my bill smh
The customer service doesn’t exist here. It’s sad to see! Found seat covers for $24.88.. or at least I thought they were that price because that’s the spot I found them in. They kept ringing up for $36+… a rep in Auto and a team lead really went back and forth about if they were going to give it to me for that price before I just walked away. It’s so sad that decent customer service simply just doesn’t exist anymore..
Best Walmart Ive been to! I had bottle returns slips and the lady at self checkout told me I couldnt redeem them at the self checkout. I was supposed to redeem them at a register or the customer service desk. I went to stand in a long line at the service desk. The lady from self checkout noticed I was in this line and immediately opened a register just to redeem my bottle return slips. This was a super nice gesture and I appreciate it greatly! The employees at this store are very helpful! I will be back to shop again and again. Thank you Walmart East Syracuse!
Absolutely, positively, the worst customer service store anywhere in Syracuse and quite likely beyond!I will NEVER walk in this store again. It is just not worth it to save a couple of bucks. This is a poorly managed store that attracts the rudest people I have ever seen anywhere. I would thoroughly enjoy meeting the individual who manages this store. You need to be fired.
Use to be able to pick up things bought online very fast, in and out. Have been trying the curbside and that has been really slow. 25+minutes waiting after notifying that we are there. The last time I had to leave for next appointment without the product. If you cant afford 30minutes waiting I dont recommend the curbside service.
This must be a crime ridden place because transdermal nicotine patches and iPhone charging plus are locked up. It is a 30 minute ordeal to get these people to open their case. Ridiculous! Thankfully, the Wallyworlds in Virginia haven’t started doing this dumb stuff yet.
This place has approximately 3 shopping baskets in the entire store. Take a giant poorly maintained cart or nothing. Lines are always long in true Walmart fashion. Small bank of self-checkout registers are generally 65% operational, and most dont take cash. Theyre also crowded by people who dont know how to use a self checkout register.This is by far the worst Wal-Mart in the area, and thats going by the already low bar that Wal-Mart presents. This place sucks and if you can avoid it, do so by any means possible. Theres an Aldi across the street, a BJs next door, and a Wegmans down the road. You should be able to get 90% of what you need there and order the rest on Amazon.2022 Update: Still trash
Terrible service at the pick-up, the manager has no ethics to solve problems, I was explaining that they gave me my groceries in poor condition, everything damaged, and the manager ignored me, I didnt listen to my complaint, he turned his back on me and left. lack of professionalism, I dont understand how Walmart hires people who dont know how to give customer service.
Wal-mart is always a good people watching location. Lot of inappropriate outfits....for example...and people this is gender neutral...just because clothing happens to be made in its many forms, doesnt mean it needs to be taken of the rack and put into public...take care people enjoy your day.
Did a grocery pick-up and they scratched my bumper, finally got the assistant manager to look at the car and she filled out a report. Its obvious what happened, she took pictures and assured me claims would get back with me. Nope. I called corporate and they refilled. This Walmart has put me on hold over an hour 3 times while I try to get an answer. Very irresponsible management.
Why does this store have to look so sad?. The vegetables in the grocery store portion are old and tired looking, the whole store is dreary. Price Chopper is a lot better , brighter, more choices and I think prices are compatible.Dont understand this place. How can you offer people such lousy choices?Walmart needs to fix this up and make it a decent place to shop.
Thought I had booked an appointment for tire installation. My tires shipped late, but I had planned for that. Got to the store and was told my appointment did not exist. Was offer another time for the next day. Very disappointed. Plus was made to wait in a not busy counter area.
The store employee, Ariannae was extremely rude. Not sure if she was the manager, the assistant manager..she wouldnt say. My boyfriend and myself only had a complaint that there wasnt a sign at the entrance to the self check out, or a big enough sign that read card only checkout. .we scanned and the screen read card use only.. well, there wasted about 15 minutes. This Ariannae waved her hands at us and pointed toward the doors. In my opinion, she shouldnt work with the general public. I will no longer go to this Walmart.
Even though the remodeling out side is nice. Inside the clients was rude. They were yelling at each other, in conversation, down aisles. They were doing inventory.The agency staff was rude. Several areas I wanted product they didnt want to move to let me near. I cut my shopping short....
This Walmart is trash. Aisles are way too small. You cant fit two people side by side. At least the stores well stocked. The broad at the self checkouts is worried about me & my mask under my nose. All the time, the two other assistants have their masks below the chin. Im not afraid of the virus, but dont reprimand me, if your fellow employees arent complying.

Have to get some things here dont like having to check myself out, there are never any registers open, if they are the lines are 10 deep, also if you need assistance you cant ever find anyone to help. What ever happened to THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST, I guess money is first now.
I was almost attacked by a employee I’m disabled went to the pharmacy and tried to walk out the gate that automatically opens when you walk into the store a young man you know the guy that checks the receipts on your way out. I asked him if I could go out that way and not walk around the registers I started to walk out the gate he ran up to me and was going to push me back the only thing that stopped him was me screaming I’m disabled do not put your hands on me 4-5 times. I walk with a cane and a limp I have had over 5 back surgeries and it’s easy too see I’m disabled I wouldn’t shop at this store if you paid me to.
Because they have everything. But the sales guy had no idea where anything was. He told me to just look around for my item. But he then came to me with the answer to my question.pa Not complaining. Just trying to have patience myself with all that is going on in the world. This pandemic has taken its toll on ALL of us!
I was impressed that all shelves were stocked. The store was clean and I seen a lot of associates. The main reason for going there was to pick up pictures. When I got to the photo department no one was there. My boyfriend had to go to electronics twice before someone came over. The checkout lines were kinda long but they were moving pretty quick.
IT CLEAN THE WORKER WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE GREETER ON THE WAY OUT AT THE FOOD PART. WAS VERY HELPFUL I NEEDED TO GO BACK IN THE STORE AND HE WATCHED MY CART FOR ME SO WOULDNOT HAVE TO PUSH IT ALL THE WAY AROUND AGAIN AND THE CASHIERS ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. I GET ANXIETY AT THE REGISTER.I LOVE SHOPPING THERE. EVEN IF THEY DONT HAVE WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR THEY WILL FIND OUT WHEN THE ITEM WELL BE BACK IN STOCK.
Called ahead & asked if they had any remaining fire pits. Was told they had one left in their garden center, but could not put it aside/hold it for us. So we drove from over an hour away to pick it up. When we arrived, the store was in total chaos - being fully torn down & dismantled by construction crews, while the store was still open. After searching through the garden center, by ourselves, no one could/would help us after we asked three separate employees. Then the garden center manager, off her shift, informed us that the woman we spoke on the phone with was a brand new employee who had not been fully trained & that we could have had the item put on hold for us, but they refused to do so. We were told that there were no remaining fire pits & that said employee misinformed us. The level of incompetency is FAR too high, even for Walmart. Im not asking for special treatment, whatsoever - but I do expect people to actually do their jobs. ✋🏻
I tired to use western union the guy who works there sooo rude he was like dont use the phone i tried to explain for him that i want to get the right spelling of the name he was like if u know that person u should know the spelling of his name thats soo stupid Walmart should hire better people i was there sunday July 18 at around 4 pm
Good: The products are easy to find and there are cheap prices.Bad: There were no paper tiles or wipes to wipe off your cart to keep you and your family safe from COVID. When asked about this the staff only provided wipes for me while other customers walked by confused as to why they could not wipe off their carts. 2 out 3 dispensers for hand sanitizers did not work. This is unacceptable for a big company with a US wide reputation.
The entire store is sold out of almost everything. They also were stopping EVERYONE to check receipts..I walked out because its technically illegal for them to do that, AND I had my receipt in my hand and I had two bags of groceries -- I had obviously gone thru the checkout!! They tried to stop me anyway! Ugh!
East Syracuse store... I actually rate this store zero stars but i dont have that option...i rate it zero mostly because of the people shopping here...rude and stupid. I also believe that they could put more people on the cash registers...it is almost as if they dont want you to ever leave the store happy.
Fellow at front door was extremely rude. Told him the only machine to accept returned cans wasnt working and he said Not my job to take care of that. You would think that if he had any training he would have offered to find the person responsible. This is the worst Walmart with rude, lazy help.
This store is always a disappointment compared to other local walmarts! Items are always thrown all over the place, and only 10% of the associates I have interacted with usually for help, speak little if any English!? They usually just smile and walk away when asked a question. On my last visit, I was not able to purchase 3 of the items in my cart because no price came up and the manager said it must not be In the system done cant sell it to you....so why are the items ok the floor for sale!!?? Lol. I dont reccomend this location. Very poorly managed and taken care of. Unless you want a good laugh? Then its worth the trip!! :)
This location is currently in the process of adding space between the shelves. It will look nicer and be more comfortable (less crowded) when they are done. Some items have been moved to a nearby shelf, or across one of the main aisles, but I was able to find everything I needed.
I understand that there is a pandemic going on but my God..... I put a order in the photo lab on 4/14 for pick up on 4/15 now I wanted for the email to pick up and which I got at 1035 and I didn’t go to the store until 1pm and it was not ready and the person that covered the section was on lunch. How to prioritizes in a corporation is always key and to have no one what so ever at the photo lab is careless. Walmart your employee have to do better in having just a little more care for your customers. Thank you to the two ladies that got it done.
They dont always have everything I need, and it seems like theyre always stocking shelves during the day when its busy as all heck! It takes longer to get through checkout in this store than it does to shop!They really need to cross train the stockers, if they havent already, so they can be on registers when its busy, vs being in back, chitchatting (sometimes less than appropriate subjects/language), and taking their time stocking shelves.
I depend on the East Syracse/ Dewitt, NY Walmart Store when in need of everything helpful and handy not usually available in othe near bycommercial retail markets. It seems to me Walmart will be growing into an everything available at a fair price. For the times I have gone to look around, the stayed to shop ? I have never left empty handed or disappointed, looking forward to visiting Walmart Super Store again and take some friends along with me. Yes I give Walmart 5 Stars !
Truthfully I rarely shop here but every time I actually do I wonder why I dont. I have even gotten car parts online and picked them up at customer service. Best prices and no shipping surcharges. My biggest problem in the store is not knowing where items are locate and I get flustered easily. The stores are clean and neat and I know the employees are treated decently.
I wanted to shop at E Syr Walmart but was scared off by the in store pan handlers. On man actually shouted obscenities at me when I said no. I left , walking very fast to my car as the men were a lot bigger than me . I reported this to a worker who didn’t have much to say or help for me.Too bad I have to be too afraid to shop at a store due to pan handlers in the store!!
The cashier made me and another customer wait in line over 10 minutes we both stated that we were going to be late getting back from lunch. I suggested that the customer that she was helping go to customer service to get her Walmart card filled with a 100.00 balance or see a manager to resolve. Her response go to another line, the lady that was waiting behind me responded we have already waited 10 minutes now we are supposed to wait longer as she was trying to get back to work from lunch. I tried talking to manager he made it out like we were lying about the wait. I used to spend a lot of money there. I usually do not post but this was one of the worst experiences.
I usually dont have a problem shopping in Walmart, but this has to be one of the worth Walmart to shop at. Most of the times Ive been to here, there has always been a spill of some sort and not cleaned up in time. Usually its just the type of demographic expected here and not necessarily the fault of employees. I would recommend going to the Walmart in Cicero.
This is a review specifically regarding East Syracuae Walmart - this is the worst Walmart I have been to. The shelves are frequently empty and the customer service is the worst. I visited East syracuse Walmart earlier this week and the cashier was the slowest person ever scanning groceries and this was a young person then as he scanned them he just moved the groceries to the side without bagging them. So I stood there waiting for him to bag the groceries and he looked at me like I was crazy and slowly began bagging the groceries, he didnt even finish bagging them before moving on to the next customer. I had to finish them myself. Do they no longer bag your groceries?
MANY people in the store not wearing masks including kids. Barely any plexiglass protection for the cashiers....just big enough to meet some minimum standard, Im guessing. The store is making a show of social distancing by supposedly admitting a few people at a time but that is it! No cart cleaning or supplies available to do it yourself.Was hoping to avoid a trip to two stores by getting it all here, in one place. That was a mistake I wont make again.
Its a Walmart, you should know what to expect going in. Good help anywhere is hard to find so you have to deal with whoever than can manage to hire. You will get good people and bad. Also remember it is a Walmart and not a specialty store and some of Walmarts policies are politically motivated and the workers have to follow their rules if they want to keep their jobs. Depending on what you want its fine but dont expect to go to their sporting goods section and get the knowledge or service you will receive at a gun shop or specialty store. With Walmarts policies that have to be followed and poor or incorrect training you are sometimes better off paying more for better knowledge and service.
I Come Here Regularly , But If You Check Your Recipes After Purchasing... Pay Attention To The Prices It Says In The Store, Some times They Over Charge On A Lot Of Things. I Just Feel We Shouldn’t Have to Make Double Trips And They Should Make Sure Everything Scans Up Right . But Walmart is “Save Money Live Better” So It’s Not Bad. As Long As You Pay Attention, As You Can See I Come Here On A Regular Basis And Always Spend Money!
Great for straight talk wich I love. Employees are nice and relaxed. The place is clean and easy to find what you need and get out. Or nice to stroll the store shopping. Either way I enjoy shopping here. With my mom or even with friends. Customer service is great about returns. I have NEVER had an issue trying to return anything. I do love this walk mart location.
This is one of the nicer Walmart Supercenters. Its clean and when you can spot an employee, they are very helpful. Went in to buy cleaning products. Shelves were quite empty, but I found what I was looking for. Stopped in the shampoo department and found a brand that I didnt know about that was free of sulfates, etc. Hope I like it. Just wish Walmart wouldnt sell so much product from China. They need to sell more product made in the USA.
Store currently undergoing updates. Half of the registers are removed. No self checkouts at this time. All lanes were open around 5:30 PM, but there were long lines. Will not visiting again for at least 2 months as I was told the whole inside of the store will be going through a change. Hint..if you only have a few items go to jewelry counter or electronic s dept for a speedier check out as I did yesterday.
This is different from any Walmart Center I have ever been to, I lived between Colorado and New York and this was the only one impressed me. Its not so much different from other centers but its definitely cleaner, design is a tiny little different and bigger having separate sections for meat and bakery, the staff is a lot and you can call anyone for assistance anywhere in the place. It has the vibe of airports duty free shops.
This is not the best Walmart in town, but its still good. The fact that every aisle had cameras and big anti-shoplifting signs everywhere gives you a weird feeling of big brother watching your every move. Theres a reason I avoid this one unless I cant get to the other ones.
My experience at Wal-Mart is ALWAYS stressful. You never have enough registers open. You have customers coming into your establishment to purchase goods and you dont show appreciation by not having enough checkout registers open. We have to stand in long lines every time I go to your store. You need to do better.
Convenient Supercenter with most of the goods you need or want. Cost effective for majority of shoppers. Friendly service but seemed disorganized. Waited 15 minutes in the 20 items or less line because a CSM wanted to chit chat instead of assist a cashier. Otherwise acceptable and good place to shop for both grocery and household items
While the store is clean and easy to navigate, the customer service is much to be desired. Our sales associate was nasty, throwing our purchases in the bag, didn’t look at us once or speak. My husband heard a manager chewing out another associate. We may shop Amazon before we go back or go thirty minutes out of our way to go to another Walmart.
I’m a frequent shopper of this location since it’s in my neighborhood and I normally have a good experience, except for today! I was in the store and I asked an employee about returning a graco baby swing because it wasn’t working properly, I didn’t have the receipt so she pulled it up with my credit card and the purchase was there. I went home for the swing and when I returned to customer service an employee by the name of Sarah was assisting me, she could not find my receipt so she told me to go in the aisle and take up a new swing that’s in a box and bring it to the register, by the way the swing was heavy! I was so surprised at her request because with Walmart being a big company they should’ve had an associate bring the item to the register for her to scan. To make matters worse she could not find my receipt and said she can’t return it so I had to ask the first employee that found my transaction to process the return and she did it with ease. Walmart always have what I need but they hire the most disrespectful and disgusting staff to run their establishment.
I hate always having to complain about this E. Syracuse Walmart, but once again, they overcharged me on several items. This means I HAVE to go back to get my money back--which means I HAVE to go to Customer Service and they are THE WORST people ever!! Not only is there usually a long wait (probably because they were ripped off too!). Then, the staff are so ignorant, rude and unhelpful it becomes a real hassle. This overcharging happens SO much, I suspect Walmart does it deliberately--hey, even a dollar per shopper probably makes them millions!!! I dont have any reason to think this one is an exception--I think they are all bad. Disorganized and lacking any prices--on top of overcharging! We need a real alternative. Sometimes I have to go there because I am physically disabled and currently have no car. Yuk!

2022-05-31Outstanding customer service! My son had to go to the ER after the bathroom situation but the cleaners there were very understanding. I never felt so welcomed and I am willing to pay for new cleaning tools.. and therapy. Lol! Also forgot to mention- the toilet paper already on the seat added a nice cushion for my son who was in distress. Always thinking of your customers. Updates?

2022-05-19I had my pick up order for between 1&2 so as always I left my house at 1pm and got to Walmart at 1:10. I waited till 1:35 and I look up the order detail and it said we are still working on it. So I went tanning and on my way back I received a message that I cant pick up my order till after 5:30pm. My guest are coming at 6pm for dinner and I dont have my food to cook. I am beyond mad. Usually they are right on time and no issues. This time its a big issue to me. I now have to either shop for replacement dinner or wait and hope my guests arent too hungry. Not happy with this service at all today

2022-04-04Do they know that they can order product for their empty shelves? Their shelves look empty like were back at the beginning of the pandemic in some areas of the store. However they dont mind soaring up the prices on their items which has people shopping at other stores instead of providing Walmart with their service

2022-06-23Awful. I had a simple question for three stockers and apparently not one spoke English nor were they very interested in helping. We did the self check and when an item came up $3 more than the price tagged the girl in the area seemed very put out. She demanded I show her the price so I did though she could not contemplate what I was showing her. She ended up taking a photo and looking for a manager which took nearly 10 minutes. When the manager came she could not operate the register and rang the item four times and the keypad was non-responsive. After she finally made the correction she said nothing to us nor expressed anything and just stormed off. I generally credit an employees sour attitude with upper management. This store seems to have a monopoly in the area and maybe they just dont think they need to do any better?

2022-04-21Staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. Website has location of products labeled incorrectly. I finally found what I needed after being brought to two incorrect aisles by multiple staff members. Vacuum cleaners and vacuum sealers for food are two different things.

2022-04-07This store is terrible. Most employees dont speak English. I was over charged for an item. Called to speak to a manager. Was transferred to 4 different people. Not one was a manager. Called again. The girl hung up on me. Called again she transferred me to automotive. What serious incompetence at this location.

2022-06-08Went to Walmart today to print off my graduation party invites, the photo print off machine ended up glitching and we ended up purchasing almost 3200 cards, thankfully Don and Will were able to save the day! P.s. They deserve a raise, especially Don!
