Really can not rate stores anymore. Shelves are empty every where and you have to order off line which walmart makes difficult to do. It tries to force you to pick up. I am not doing pick up cause your stuff is sitting in the back room or your inventory numbers are off. Especially after I wasted gas already coming for stuff thats not on the shelves.
Today went well like usual there was a line to wait for checking out. It was a short trip and so used a self checkout.Also, for those interested I found a Trapper Keeper doing a little school shopping!
They seem to be taking all of the cashiers away. Everything is going to selfservice. I hope they keep the cashiers employed. Also, they are changing the layout of the store. Hard to find things.
As usually I feel like I need a bath after using their bathroom other than that a good visit.
Walmarts are racist/ prejudice against white people these days so they get 1 star. I never shop at Walmart anymore. Guess I was just passing by.
My favorite Walmart. Even on paydays the parking lot is full but it never feels crowded.

Once again they rearranged the store making it difficult to find anything , went to cash out only to do it ourselves while 6 people stood around watching , this is ridiculous , lines stretched up isles waiting to cash out , they should open cashiers back up when it gets like this , very disappointing to see an deal with 😡😡😡
It was a great visit..i went and did my grocery shopping and i also stopped in at the pharmacy and got my booster shot for covid 19...i hit 2 birds with one stone....walmart is a one stop place to fulfill most everybodys needs with out having to go to 3 or 4 stores..its an all in one place...so yes my visit to super center walmart was great
Hard to complain about a Superstore in a plaza surrounded by multiple stopping sites. Ive shopped many times as well as groceries without issue
Decent selection that you would expect from any Walmart, short in stock on some items however.
This location is one of my favorites and its not even in the state that I live in. Its always clean its nice and big and because they get so much snow even the parking lots are well taken care of
Only 2 registers open on a Friday afternoon that werent self serve. Even lines at the self serve.The shelves were being stocked so they were carts, boxes and stocking personal through out the store. I dont know why this isnt done late night.

They have almost everything. Sadly, their dishware section is very lacking. They have space for more variety than they actually have. Although they do have nearly everything.

Walmart is a perfect place to shop before and now especially now because food has improved nowadays.
Walmart pickup has just gotten slower and slower, I checked in at 920 and my order has yet to come out, it’s now 10am. It was originally scheduled for last night pick up between 7&8, I sat here for 45 minutes waiting, called and was asked to get it in the morning as they were SO busy, there were 4 cars in the bay/spots. I’m beyond frustrated. Plan your day because they are slower than tar in Alaska.

My order was placed today at 8am. My pickup time was 4pm. It is now 7pm and my order is still not ready. This has never happened before. I drove the 26 miles expecting my order to be ready as usual. I had to drive another 26 miles home without my shopped order.
I usually can not stand anything related to Walmart; Sams club etc.. Had to stop here to save a drive, and well I was surprised and shocked! Super clean, shelves stocked,, staffed with active workers doing their jobs, and the bathroom!!! WOW clean and a first ever non peed sticky floor finish!!! Seriously I liked this store location! 👏👏👏🤝

They are to cheap to supply a bag for your purchase and to lazy to bag them. The stores inventory is very lite. Lot of empty holes. Sporting goods was terrible and has been for a year. Also way over priced on their fishing tackle. Much cheaper at Chapmans and a much beter selection. Waste of time to stop there for me. Their flag display was empty also at holiday time. The employees were pleasant thou.
Placed a delivery that said it would be delivered in 2 hours. I live in Pennsylvania my moms sick and she needed some things. I could have driven 4 1/2 hours to go get the order myself and drop it off myself. Keep getting a lot of excuses as to why it wasn’t delivered and still nothing, never hear there’s an issue unless I call wait in hold and try to see why my mother never got her order.So spoke to a manager and he said it’s the delivery drivers fault he canceled getting the order. But still I payed extra for a rush delivery and when I don’t get it instead of me getting a call I have to hunt down the reason I didn’t get the order yet. ??
Its a Walmart. Usually clean and well stocked. Cant complain.

The Evans Mills store had a lot more supplies than the one on Route 3 and as usual the staff are wonderful and helpful
Walmart has almost everything, and can be cheap. Most of the employees do a good job at what they do. I do ask to clean your public restrooms more often , i think it would be great to have a bigger baby section with more design options. i love that i can choose between a self check out/assisted check out. I am not to keen on the self service not being at least a little bit cheaper, seeing that there is not a worker scanning and bagging my things. i would like more of a selection in the hot food.(i want the boneless buffalo chicken back!!). MOST IMPORTANT its not a comfortable place to go to change your baby. i believe the ladies and the mens room should have a changing table, disinfectant wipes, and disposable changing mats for the parents who have forgotten the changing pad all parents forget something sometimes.

Not nearly enough handicap carts. The personnel were very helpful. That particular Walmart, as far as product goes, leaves a lot to be desired. You stand a 50/50 chance of finding what you need. A handicap person could run the store better. The store demonstrates a lack of management. How can you sell something if you dont carry it. Walmart stocks it but this store appears to have no inventory to back it up.
The store itself is good and have friendly staff but most of the things are out of stock. Its been 2 weeks they water dispenser machin is out of service and even tonight they didnt have 5 Gal bottle water.
The pharmacy staff was professional and compassionate. I appreciated them so much!However, I happened to go to another part of the store, where a woman was NOT WEARING A MASK. I spoke to her and then alerted associates who were nearby. I thought she was addressing the problem, when she ended up at the same self checkout as me. Still with no mask and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE stopped her. I will NOT be going in again. If I cant order it online, Ill buy elsewhere.

I understand that this walmart is literally right outside of a military installation so things go out of stock quick, I also understand the changes that were made within walmart itself as a whole so the stocking of shelves is done when they are able to, so I would say this rating is about 50/50 the store vs the company. A lot of the time, the typical things that I would go to walmart for, they would be out of stock even though I make sure to check online before going in, which it will say its in stock at that store when its not. Its not that far of a drive so its not too wasteful of my gas or time but it would be nice to know beforehand if the item im in need of is actually there or if I need to run in to town.
Excellent, except the need more cashers! I will not buy bag , plus use a machine to cash out. How much cheaper r they going to be?Paper Bags rip as soon u get throw their doors. So they know u will buy some. Sad....
This store is a clean place. The problem is, you ask 3 different associate where a product is and they dont know what youre talking about. The other problem is only one cashier working with a long line. I think they should have more registers open. Not everyone likes to use the self checkout
Was a very pleasant shopping experience!
This store meets your needs. A general decent selection, if they can keep it stocked. The Deli is small and pricey. I must admit, in a store this size the home shopping carts and people can get a little much. Some feel like they can cut you off, get completely in the way and just about run you over making you feel like their time is more important then in store shoppers.
Overall walmart has wide selection and good prices. Customer service is non existent. Always too busy and crowded. Never enough checkout lanes open during peak times. Walmart needs to be giving all their employees raises and bonuses during this pandemic for all they have to deal with.
Store is showing more signs of this Covid effect. Bare shelves, out of certain items. Clerks unable to answer when shelves would be stocked!
Absolutely horrible!!!! I walked all the way to the self checkouts by the door that I was going out. Guess what, not one was open. Not even one with a cashier. Im not able to walk back that distance and then make it to my car.the employee that I asked about it didnt seem to care one way or the other. I havent been there in some time because of a similar situation. I guess lm done this time.

Fairly clean location with decent shopping carts. I found everything i needed with minimum issues. The checkout process went smoothly and the cashier was friendly and attentive.

Shelves were not stocked....very few essential items, like eggs, available.Check out was super slow and clerk continuously checked her phone and texting.

Wow what a bad experience. Used to love this clean well organized location. Went in looking for bathroom scales . Not in bathroon isle. Looked in pharmacy..nope. went looking for an employee. Two employees didnt stop walking to excuse me one group wouldnt stop talking to eachother, the pickup up guy just held up a finger while typing and kept ignoring me, one said idk maybe hardware? So I called the store.....no answer. Getting help shouldnt be a scavenger hunt. Gave up and left.
Hello! The reason why I am giving Walmart only 2½ (if I could)Cons-is because when it comes to COVID 19, they are doing a terrible job. The reason I say that is because I see people taking there masks off all of the time and they dont address it or tell them to put it back on! The other day I saw one guy walk right in while the two of the staff just watched. The social distancing there is also really bad and gets crowded really fast. They only have 3-4 check outs so you want your stuff done fast or faster you should gust do self check out.Pros-You can find pretty much anything there and everything is really organized! If you ask for help the staff is pretty helpful and know how to help! I also really like the self check out but they should have sanitizer there too!I hope this review was helpful! Wal-Mart staff failed to enforce mask mandate and said all they could is ask the people to put it on. Which is against nys mandate. I didnt feel comfortable with people not wearing masks, alot have them around their necks not covering their faces. Plus many only covering their mouths. This Walmart is in violation and have plenty of intentions reporting the store.

Grocery pickup not worth the 30 minute wait. Next time I will do my own shopping somewhere else. They need to hire more people if they want this business model to work unless the idea is that it will eventually become manageable when the vast majority of customers stop using the service. Frustrating and unacceptable.Update: Against my better judgement I decided to give them a second chance. This is absolutely THE LAST TIME I use their curbside service.

I Arrived before opening (7am) to limit my contact. I Was in store shopping for 20 minutes. Was in checkout for 45 minutes. This is BECAUSE OF CORPERATE AND MANAGEMENT GREED. There was only one checkout line open of several.There were self checkouts BUT... I do not use them for 2 reasons, 1) THEY TAKE JOBS away from people! 2)I DO NOT DRAW A SALARY FROM THE STORE BECAUSE I DO NOT WORK THERE!!!OF COURSE THE ONLY CHECKOUT LINE OPEN WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE SELF CHECKOUT WHERE THE ENTITLED AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMERS WERE EXPOSING EVERYONE WITH THEIR SPITTLE AND LUNG BUTTER!!!!I asked a worker if they were going to open some more checkout lines and she said that there was no one here to open one. I said to her there are PLENTY of workers just STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING but gabbing throughout the store. ESPECIALLY up front. I went to the service desk and to my surprise no one was there to ask.THE MASK DIRECTIVE is NOT being enforced and they probably dont want to enforce the directive because they dont want to (god forbid) offend anyone. When owners or management dont offend these ENTITLED AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMERS by not enforcing them to wear a mask and even supplying mask to these ENTITLED AND DISRESPECTFUL customers that refuse to wear a mask the company and management are DISRESPECTINGTHEIR EMPLOYEESAND OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS PUTTING THEM IN DANGER FROM POTENTIAL DEATH.Of course this is another example of CORPORATE AND MANAGEMENT GREED!!!This isnt surprising especially from Walmart! They will step over the bodies of their employees kicking them as they go to get to every nickle they can on the other side. While putting in more self checkouts so customers can work for the company for FREE and paying their employees peanuts.
I know that they stoped selling Cigarettes because of the pharmacy being in the same building. Its not bad, you can tell that they do clean it, they are always trying to restock. The garden entrance is still not open (COVED I believe)

Its a Walmart. Its exactly as youd expect one to be. They need more cashiers.... sadly they want us to use the self scan.... (make me pay for bags and make me scan my own groceries.... they should be paying us! Lol)

I have an issue almost every time I place an order for pickup! It is all just carelessness. Why not treat choosing my items like you would your own!? I am tired of crazy substitutions, damaged items, out of items, and so on. I usually get my own groceries, but once in a while my schedule doesn’t allow it so I place a pickup order. I am reminded each time why I get my own. Today I received blueberries instead of hamburger buns! Now to change dinner plans...Thanks but no thanks...

I have waited in the pickup area for over an hour on four separate occasions. And it this one guy with glasses that complain about it not being enough space to put groceries EVERY time, regardless of the amount of groceries I have. He always makes a smug comment or is just rude in some way, I’m officially reporting him. Also, I ordered a hello kitty cake from the bakery for my daughters birthday, the cake looked horrible. I stood at the bakery for about 20 min while a lady blew me off “ just a moment “ . When I complained about the cake she blamed it on someone else and said the person that decorated my cake went home and she didn’t do cakes. I’ve shopped at Walmart for years in many other states... this one is the worst.
If Walmart could run the whole store on the back of one person.. I swear they would. Numerous times theyve had a lines stretching to the lawn and garden section of the store and packed into their clothing section. It. Is. Wild. 2 stars because atleast they have what you need most times.
3 stars because the employees are really sweet and helpful. But the store...never has any fresh produce for long. The fruit and vegetables seem to go bad quicker than any other place I purchase from. And the store is kind of gross appearance wise...the bathrooms are always disgusting and the carts arent stocked half the time.

Sometimes the Christmas cheer gets lost this time of year. I know cashiers get to see it up close. I had a very nice cashier (forget her name, sorry) and she was absolutely wonderful.
Their claw machines were definitely rigged, and the one time I interacted with someone who worked there they had a bad attitude.
25 customers in line for self checkout, not a single register open on a Friday afternoon. They should be ashamed. Oh and the clerk watching self checkout was to busy on his phone to know what was going on!

It was okay. The lady from the self check out was very helpful. I wish I get her name, but thank you for helping us out. But her supervisor was grumpy and rolled her eyes on me and my husband.
Clean store and well organized. Great selection of foods compared to many other Walmart Ive visited. Check out was fast as well.
This is a great place to live. There is plenty of walking space, a couple children’s playgrounds, a pool, and some events that take place for everyone to participate in. There is a Community center for people to host an event or just hang out as well as a small gym in it. Most staff were great with me.
There were only three lines available for checkout and a large number of people waiting. Self checkout had a line as well. If they want business, they should allow for the large numbers by opening more registers.
Its a really clean and friendly walmart. Not a bunch of warhogs and other st. Lawrence creatures some people call women. Even they they weigh more than an elephant who ate a damn giraffe.
2 times in a row so far my delivery order was canceled a day or two after it was supposed to arrive. Gave up on delivery. Pick up still takes a half hour or so of waiting too... willing to give it a couple more chances but not looking good so far.
They usually have whatever youre looking for or something that online says to check your local store for availability. With that said customer service is hairy at best and dont forget your 😷. Dont forget we are talking about a Walmart here.
I made a online pick up order to be ready between 4-5 they continued to tell me my order didn’t exist told me to call 1800 WALMART they said it was they fault and gonna fix it was told my order be ready in 30 minutes 1hr passed the store claimed they still didn’t get my order had me waiting to 8 o’clock and say my order has to be canceled and reorderd again but I won’t get my money back for 3 to 4 days which came to over $300
Lowville Walmart is good for one stop shopping
I wish the store would adhere to Covid-19 guidelines. Hand sanitizer near door was empty. Spray bottle of sanitizer for carts was broken. Employees with masks under nose or on chins. Shows a lack of concern by both employees and management.
Stood in line for over an hour (its Xmas, 2 registers open, really). Then, as were getting close to checking out, they put up a sign that says no alcohol sales, so there is a 4 pack of Pabst coffee with the kit kits. Changing lines, or should I say line, was not an option. Two words, customer service. Have a merry xmas.

Shopping at the leray/calcium location has long been my preferred location over lowville or Watertown. Maybe its because after driving through a blizzard to all three when French toast crunch was released it was leray that came through in the end. That was all it took.
1 cashier with a long line waiting. Requested check out be opened and speak with a manager. Checkout cannot be opened because not enough staff. I asked her to open one. Said she cant. Staff all over the store. Asked for the name of store manager and Steven is all they knew. 4 employees do not know their managers name??? This store is a joke!!! We never have this problem at the Potsdam store. I will be calling Steven!
4/4/2020, Lots of people in this store not practicing social distancing and also many being allowed in not wearing masks. I saw a family of 6 there, not one mask on. We all have a responsibility in this time. I feel this walmarts efforts to keep customers safe are at a very low standard.
I have never shopped at a Walmart thats as awesome as this one is. Almost everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. I bought some patio chairs the other day and was struggling trying to fit them in my car. One of the parking lot attendants stopped what he was doing and spent 5 minutes playing Tetris with these chairs with me until we finally got them to fit. I was so appreciative of his help! Ive never had a bad experience here and shop at least 3 times a week. You almost forget youre shopping at Walmart when you come here. I love this store so much.

This store in Walmart in Watertown by Red Lobster and lows is a very unusual place to go its always clean and has cards and handicap access I rated it a 9 and hopefully people will come there and Shop more often
First I will say I am comparing this to MY Walmart back home, over 100 miles away. I felt like they have a WAY better selection. Store was extremely well stocked and the produce/deli area is well lit and very clean. The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom - horribly dirty and smelly. Cashiers were friendly and helpful, and customer service was amazing.
Between the Walmart in Watertown and Evans Mills, this one is my favorite. It tends to get pretty crowded during normal hours, but if you go early in the morning its like a ghost town. Thats when I prefer to do my shopping. Staff is always super friendly and willing to help. Never had a bad experience.

Overall its WalmartUpdate: they are doing a remodel and I cant stand how it is so far. Its hard to figure out where things are and it makes no sensnoUpdate for the update: the remodel is finished and it is ABSOLUTELY NOT COOL. Nothing is arranged in a way that makes sense. Not even the groceries. Ive gone to this walmart for 3 yrs now and now after the switch up. Im highly lost and confused. Its not organized well at all.

They have a good selection of anything you might need and the store is kept clean and stocked. Unfortunately, there are rarely any hand carried baskets available and employees are clueless as to where any are. I cant give five stars due to the entitled people that park in the fire lane on the sidewalk in front of the store that Walmart doesnt seem to do anything about.

I called ahead to make sure they were open thanksgiving so I can get some basic stuff and get out before the sales happen. Walked in and got super glue and spray paint but I was stopped when I went to get a frozen meal. I was asked if I was going to purchase any electronics which I said no and I said I was simply going to get a frozen dinner. The employee told me customers are prohibited from buying any food on thanksgiving. I do not understand why but hey i guess their policy is to not sell food on thanksgiving.....

Its a Walmart, so you know the basics. Its cleaner and less crowded than many other Walmarts Ive been to. Its a nice change from the overcrowded stores in the Seattle-Tacoma area where the only time I could find an uncrowded store was after midnight. The employees here are way nicer than any store Ive been to. Ever. Thats a huge part of a good business.
My husband and I went to Walmart today to get stuff for my bday. We had a cart full of stuff as they came over the loudspeaker to say all cash registers were down and didnt know when they would be back. There were loads of lines. They constantly harass customers for receipts even though they literally with their own eyes watch them check out. Everytime I go I see more employess standing around talking than doing anything and most point customers to self checkout because theres one lane open and 50 people. I hate this place
It wasnt bad. But they didnt have anything i was looking for. A manger had told me that shipments are behind because of weather and shipments are behind by a couple weeks.

Only 2 open registers both moving slowly 1 of the 2 is 10 items or less I was forced to use self check out. staff not in any hurry to be helpful. I ask the same staff person twice for help first time she walked right past me next time I asked a little louder and then she came over to help but not without a little attitude l do not want to learn how to operate a cash register look up produce especially when I have a full shopping cart . customer should not have be loud for staff to pervide assistance or have stand in line 20 or 30 minutes. Wide variety of food and merchandise. Wish the book section was larger. We were able to find a few cute childrens books. Prices are reasonable. Had to use the self checkout only one regular register was open.
A great, large and clean Walmart Super Center. Great deals in all section and always well stocked shelves in every department. They also have coupon offers you can load to your smartphone. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. I prefer the self checkout as it has become more and more accuraye. Staff is always friendly and courteous. All in all a great chain of stores and this is no exception.

ATT. Walmart Corporate Office On 04/19/2020 at approximately 15:00 I left my cart with a few groceries and other items in the middle of the isle and I went to Aldis. Now why did I do such a thing well it’s like this as I was in the very last frozen isle back by dairy I was trying to make a decision with the few frozen veggies left to choose from an associate pulling a pallet of product started down the isle so I moved as far to the side as I could so that HE would be able to make it past me. And his response was to BLAST me that I was going the wrong way in the isle as I was the only person in the isle I felt that was really uncalled for so as to not make a scene I stood off to the side and waited for HIM to come back through when I asked about a manager he CONFIRMED THAT HE WAS A MANAGER!!! And when I calmly said that was very rude HE just mumbled something and walked away!!!! Now that being said I understand that this is a very stressful time to be working I should know I’ve been working through this whole COVID-19 ordeal. So from now on I will not be shopping at wallmart anymore.
Im not a big fan of Walmart but sometimes I need things which are either cheapest there or not available anywhere else in the area. We found what we needed and used the self-check out. The clerk was very helpful scanning a couple of bulky items.
Sometimes the customer service line is a little long, however they just need to hire more people. This Walmart is definitely better than the Walmart in Watertown. This Walmart is cleaner and the people are very nice. I would much rather go to this Walmart over any other one around.
Clean and vibrant deli and produce area. overall store cleanliness is high an staff are friendly. products look unaltered and pristine condition when purchasing. self check out lines are self explanatory and simple to use though assistance is readily available if needed.

Very close to my residence, have everything you can emerging. The entrance greeter is friendly too. The only thing is that they dont carry assorted scrub uniforms and dont carry different sizes too. Other than that its a cool place.
Went to eye doctor with my granddaughter and daughter for annual eye exam. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The area was clean and pleasant in the waiting section. I also did some shopping while I was waiting for my family. This store was also very clean like the one in Watertown and well stocked. I liked the portable scanner at the self checkout area. This is very important for heavy objects ie., cases of water. Good job Wal-Mart.
Staff always too busy and overworked, thus rather unfriendly. The lines are insane. The self check out lines are insulting, half broken, or not working. The newest produce layout has been a joke for last few years. Maneuvering a cart inbetween those produce bins and lanes is annoying. Produce goes bad quickly and prices arent that great.
Its Walmart. Food and home products in one stop shopping. Always convenient to Fort Drum and theyre open on Mondays when the commissary is not. The workers are as friendly as Id find in the south. Really kind and helpful. But please please please add online ordering and store pick up. Know your demographic! Lots of families with small children. And did I mention women/moms with children whose spouse is deployed or in the field. Its a small punishment to take multiple kids shopping. I beg you, add the pick up lane. Ill pay extra. Ill manage my budget by buying online and Ill walk out without all the extra stuff I never needed or without the things I had on my list. Cmon Walmart.
Very popular location. Isles are well stocked. Things only run out at the end of the day and are restocked overnight. The staff are super knowledgeable and will go to the back of they know something is back there.
The Leray Walmart always has craft paints on sale. I bought 5 bottles of 2 ounce apple farms paint for 34 cents each.
The shelfs are always empty and workers standing around like they have nothing to do and there are boxes of product on the cart with nobody opening and stocking.

My family enjoys a lot of good produce & although some was better than others, most fruit was iffy. I had to look through a lot of the pile in order to find decent produce. Other than that, the meat is good & I can find a lot of gluten free products that I like.
This is one of the largest Walmart stores Ive ever visited. It is also a clean store with pleasant staff and customers who were also polite. Other than the fact that it is on a hill with extremely windy conditions, its the perfect Walmart if ever there was one.
A great place to buy everything you need. but they need to enforce the wearing of a MASK inside the store, I went there few times this week and half of people was not wearing a protective Mask. They need to look into that.
Wow Walmart! I ordered a nightstand online and went to the store for pickup. When I got to the counter to pick up my items he pulled out my purchased product and said the box looked bad but it has been inspected and nothing was damaged. Let’s say I shouldn’t have listened to his blantent lie. When we got home several hours later we started building our nightstand and found multiple damaged. Chunks of the boards were missing. CHUNKS. Very noticeable and would have affected the durability and stability of the product. This is going on my babies room. Stability and durability are important for honestly anyone. Especially when the product was not cheap!! I’m disappointed and am very upset I was lied to by your employee. How unprofessional! He should have personally admitted it was damaged so I could appropriately handle the situation as necessary.
No carts at the entrances, store does not care about customer service anymore, checkouts are undermanned and workers are trying to fill pickup orders. Went from one of the best Walmart stores to one of the worst for customer service.
Typical Walmart Superstore. Aisles are well stocked, everything is clean and organized. After being in one in California last month this one seemed even more clean and civilized. Lots of selection and great prices.
My wife has been followed by creepy people in this Walmart. So much so that people she didnt even know decided they needed to intervene.
Some days lots of registers open. Some days 2. Depends on when you go and how long you will wait. I also will never go around midnight. They close registers and Cant cash you out for half hour.. Never seen this at a 24 hr Wal-Mart.
Dont get me wrong I love going to Wal-Mart. However my mom went and the people there are extremely rude. I am so appalled to the way they acted towards my mom. Giving them one star is overly generous for their actions they showed today.
Like any other walmart, they dont like to update their inventory on the website. However, their service center is decent.
Some aisles through the baby section and other clothing sections seem fairly tight and its hard to get a cart through but otherwise a nice normal Walmart experience.
Asked a lady in the baking dept to please write on a cake for my coworker who’s moving away & the result was UTTER GARBAGE. Its plainly visible that she tried to wipe away a whole line & it looks like a child scribbled it on there 😩 Completely unprofessional—was she even trained??
Had a lot of things, and almost everything we were looking for but the place looked packed with all the stuff. There wasn’t a lot of room to move about in the hallways. They need more space because it feels incredibly crowded with stuff.
The Walmart overall is good but some employees are rude . The ones who work in pharmacy and the big lady who works as a cashier and sits in a chair . Multiple people at fort drum have reported her yet nothing has been done . She’s also has been reported for discriminatory acts against wic recipients. I know wic mentioned it and that the Walmart was on the verge of loosing wic benefits .
BUYER BEWARE! After placing an order at this particular facility, my car was left with the personnel for new tires. THE OLD TIRES WERE SIMPLY TAKEN OFF AND PUT BACK ON. After making multiple inquiries regarding this problem I was told nothing could be done, no refund or replacement could be offered. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION. Given the efforts made to cause this problem I believe you will suffer as I did without aid from staff at all levels. Seek your tires elsewhere and be safe in your investment
They are stopping every one at the door to check if they stole something. So I say this to the general manager of Walmart why dont you do your job and stop harassing customers like myself and many more who never stole anything in our lives instead worrying about the dirt bags who do steel from your store. I understand they do and its a big problem and loss in cash to your store but come on man go to the survalance cameras and get the bums who steal from you and stop harassing us good folks who dont ya know. They have everything I need. The staff, however, is questionable. Some are great! Others are disgusting and rude. Although, if I have a problem with an employee I just go to a manager and they are very professional about handling it. Not a bad store, good prices and they have price matching. Worth the time. I, personally, usually spend 30-60 mins here.
Quickly found with one of the workers help what I was looking for the lines were not long and the cashier was quite friendly.
Walmart insists on forcing their customers to go through self check out lines even when they have carts loaded up with groceries. At one point there were eight people in the express lane, the only lane open.I know it isnt the fault of the head cashier but when he was nicely asked if another lane could be opened, Bryan started yelling back that there were eight open self checkout lanes and he cant do anything else. I understand his frustrations but its crossing a line when you yell at customers!I hope management will pull up the cameras and listen to him. It was 4/14 around 8:20am.
When to this store to get any kind of fan, they have nothing at all, searched everywhere, asked for help, but even their employees have no clue about it. We searched with the employees again and nothing, but on systems was showing have a few on store but nothing on shelves. When to Watertown and same story!!! Why a Mega company will have no fans on their stores, why!!!!!!
They need to open more registers. Because I dont like self check outs it takes jobs from other people. And people other than old or disabled people its ok to use grocery pick up but u think for other people it will make them lazy.

Went to buy an alcoholic drink for the holidays and since my college aged daughter was with me ( Im 41, shes 19) was refused the booze. The little female cashier lied and stated it was NY state law that if she thought I was buying alcohol for the chance of giving it to someone underaged she could not sell it to me. Apparently its Walmart policy and not state law. So I left all my items there at the register and left the store. I refuse to be told what I can or cannot buy depending on who is with me at the time. Im a veteran and an adult. DO NOT SHOP AT THAT STORE!
The bottle and can redemption center is atrocious. Despite multiple trips I have never seen more than 50% of machines functioning at the same time. Store does not accept certain brands despite “5¢-NY” clearly marked on labels. In this case they say you have the option to go to customer service to get your refund but there’s often a lengthy line with only one associate working the desk so it’s not worth it. Do not use the Walmart bottle and can redemption center unless you have plenty of free time.
Great selection with great workers that are well informed. If its not there they will get the product there. Would like to see the parking lot cleaned up a lot more since winter is over.

This Walmart went above and beyond with customer service. My wedding ring was turned in to them and they worked with me and kept it safe until I could have someone pick it up. Best Walmart customer service ever.

This place is freaking crazy. Good prices good employees. Crazy fricken customers though. They should think about putting in lines on the floors like roads so people stay in their own lanes. Its frustrating when you are trying to get to something and people are crowding around you.

It’s April 23 2020 and there is still a high number of customers coming to this store without wearing masks or protective wear of any kind, in spite of the NY state policy which mandates PPE. Recommend avoiding this location until the mask wearing policy is posted and enforced, or until the crisis ends and the state policy is rescinded.
Not bad today. Not as busy, it is hard to find a few things, but thats do to the covid-19 pandemic. Otherwise happy with what I did purchase today.

Was pretty OK. I went in for an air mattress and a tarp. I left with an air mattress, tarp, batteries, glow sticks and a few matchbox cars. I would have given five stars but there was a paper towel on the ground in the bathroom. GROSSS!
Boring and uneventful. The same thing every day every visit. The only thing that changes is sometimes youll get there and the things you want are unavailable.

Terrific WM! Big store unlike those Baby Wallys that are popping up all over in recent yrs. Well stocked store throughout, with auto maintainence garages. A pure pleasure to shop there. As an added bonus, it has less traffic going to and from the store which is also one of the reasons we prefer it over the Arsenal Street store.
I enjoy this one more VS the Watertown one, as this one seems to have a larger variety. The clearance section at this one is also organized. Staff at this one also seems friendlier. I do go outta my way to go to this one sometimes even knowing they are busy to just avoid the Watertown one.
Came to this Wal-Mart and had to warranty out a couple of tires that were coming apart. Tire center informed me that since you didnt buy the tires at this store that I would have to return them back to the Wal-Mart where they were purchased from. Everyone has a bad day but driving over twenty-five hundred miles round trip because of a manufacturer warranty? Forced to buy more New tires this time I hope that Goodyear had a better day.
The only thing I dont like about Wal-Mart is the Self-Check-Out!!! Wont Use it! It takes jobs away. I will stand in line and wait. Other than that. Wal-Mart in Evans Mills/Leray is my Favorite Store to shop in just dont go on or around the 1st or Fridays especially from lile 3p.m. on.... Fort Drum lets out and it is Crazy Busy with Our Soldiers and their Families. God Bless our Soldiers!
One of the better Walmarts iv been to. I used to shop here when i was stationed at Fort Drum. Good service and good customer service and iv never noticed how good this Wlamart was until i moved to dallas Texas and experienced what bad customer service is at a Walmart here in Dallas where i now live.
Nice fully stocked Walmart. Overall, nice and clean.However it losses a Star because when I ordered some of the hot food by the deli it was obvious most of it had been there way longer than it should of been.
Less busy than i expected the Sundsy before Christmas. Shelves reasonably filled. Lines not excessive

Waited at least 45 minutes for them to bring order to my car. There seemed to be only 2 people loading cars and they were diffinitly in need of more help.
It has a huge variety of everything. The Claires store is really nice. Beautiful earrings and necklaces.

2022-06-07Literally standing in Line for one register that has a human. They have employees all over the front end They have over 20 self check out stands. But when I have a full cart of groceries, as many people do it is super hard to self check out. Also you dont pay me to do the job. Its not like we get discounts for doing it ourselves. And I promise not one this is less expensive.

2022-06-11We took our 6yo grandson in to spend his allowance. He purchased this item with his own money. It was only after 3 separate employees checked the price, separately for verification, did the person (mngrs #s were used) gave us the price of $20.48.We get home to find pieces are missing.Call to see if remaining unit had all accessories, & asked if would be able to exchange it.Was told that due to the price we paid being incorrect price for item, if we returned for other unit with all accessories, we had to pay the price of $54.97! Talk about ignorant!!! We are expected to pay for their mistake?! 🤣🤪

2022-04-09I purchased glasses at Walmart Vision Center. The frames fell apart. They didnt have a replacement. Its been months and I still dont have them. I have been back a few times and they either were not open on time or no one there. I dont even like being there during busier times. I requested they be mailed several times. I already was not happy because the the man there gave me such a hard time when I first asked for an appointment. He made an excuse about labs being down. I dont see what that has to do with getting an examination at a time I badly need one. I am so disgusted with them at this point I would rather not see any of them in person after the way I was treated. I might have to tell them exactly what I think of Walmart vision and loudly so half the store hears how they treated me

2019-04-24First, the pickup is nice. Its more expensive than just getting the stuff yourself, but I guess you pay for convenience.They were out of a ton of stuff.They need the overnight crew to go back to the basics. Stocking, not listening to music on your cell phone, should be the goal.Normally Walmart has their own radio station playing. Its aptly called Walmart Radio. This store didnt have it playing so employees took to making their own music.I walked the entire store. I came within ten feet of every employee I saw and only one (an elderly man in electronics) greeted me and asked if he could help. Dont get me wrong. Im used to the occasional employee not following the ten-foot rule. But to have only one in over two dozen even acknowledge my presence is off-putting.When I walked in I first went to the restroom, which was dirty. I then went to the CSM to report this and she was in the middle of a conversation with three other employees. She turned to me and said what do you want?. I told her about the problem and she asked one of the employees to check on it. He replied its not my job. Then she told him that I wanted him to. I objected and said I just wanted her to know about the situation. She then told me to shut up.I figured someone would do something and didnt feel like being spoken to like that any more.At the end of my trip I again passed by the restroom and it was still dirty with the same issues in the same stalls as before.I have never been in a Walmart this bad before, and I honestly hope someone does something about this.

2021-12-16This Walmart is nearly always out of stock for most grocery items. The shelves in many sections are bare. Typically does not have many checkout lines open unless self checkout. Does keep itself well stocked of sanitizing materials. The public bathroom facilities should be avoided.
