Second time and now will be my last time ordering for grocery pick up from this location. First order was late. Second order was late leaving me to wait in parking lot for over 2 hours again. When I finally received my order, upon arriving home I have half my order missing. Tried calling up store to just have no answer. Wasted time going back for them to tell me try tomorrow. Go back again today and get told of an 800 number to call. Finally get through to hear refund takes 5- 7 business days. What terrible customer service. What horrible service all around.
I just finished my first visit since the SuperCenter conversion. The store was clean although busy. Well-stocked.However, there was quite a bit of stocking going on midday which wasnt bothersome except for one aisle that was blocked.Ill visit again when Im in the area.
I’m really got to see the progress this location is making with the renovations and getting ready to re-introduce a new bakery and cook foods section. I’m really looking forward to it because I am really missed being able to grab everything from one location and do all my shopping at one Walmart. That being said even with the renovations going on and everything was well laid out in the space was there so that people could distance without feeling like they’re under each other which is something that’s absolutely essential right now. Staff was helpful and everything was clean including the bathrooms and as usual you can’t really be the prices you find at Walmart. Looking forward to renovation completion but in the meantime it definitely doesn’t stop me from wanting to visit.
This is great a walmart. It is a one stop shopping experience. You can do your regular shopping (household, clothing, shoes, entertainment and more)and grocery shopping all at the same time here. It is so spacious, well organized, well stocked and extremely clean. There are workers throughout the store and it has a great big parking lot. Best walmart!!!!
I wanted to buy baby formula for my new born grandson. There is a button to push and someone is supposed to come and unlock the cabinet where the food is kept. I pushed the button no one came, I pushed it 6 more times 20 minutes later still none came at which time my husband got what he needed so I told him to ask someone up front. That person told him we had to wait on the customer service line. It was 15 minutes later when it was our turn, at which time the girl told us we had to wait by the formula. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one, I asked for the person in charge and was told that’s not who I originally asked for. She then asked if I wanted to talk to them now…hello really.. That person never showed up. I should have driven 5 minutes down the road to TARGET! Next time I will!
Pricing is fair often may items are out of stock or availability Is scarce.. Main issue on past few visited times no bags available odd due to fact theres a charge of 5 cents per bag 😳 and that is not good when buying a more than a few items but then you got to just roll cart out to your car and load into your car 🙃
The employees were helpful. There was a fair amount of people shopping there today, but you still had enough space to move around. Its clean, organized, and I love their new refrigerator system. Their facility is clean and well organized.They no longer have an open center freezer; they have closing lids now, which I think is more sanitary. They offer curbside pick up; I think you need to go inside to inquire about your online order. They have sanitation areas throughout the store and scan machines for price checking.The bathroom is clean. The store wasnt crowded; there wasnt a checkout line. But I guess it all depends on the time of day you shop. I always shop in the morning or afternoon on the weekdays.
Me and my mother drive all the way from bay shore to shop at this location. Why because it’s the biggest around and we make a day of coming here. I’m not upset at the way the store looks or how they’re missing lots of stuff, I’m upset bc today my poor cashier said he was waiting to use the bathroom for over an hour. When I told him I would go say something he begged me not too he look scared. Well the human in me couldn’t keep quiet. I went up to another worker and he told me oh he always has to go to the bathroom don’t make a fuss about it. I started to cry. That’s so wrong. So inhumane. I tried to call the number lol no one picks up the phone. What a joke. I think I’ll stay away from this store for a while
Went there after recovering from surgery and attempted to use their handicap carts. All dead except 1 which died on me b4 I even got to shop. Not busy today good selection of items and produce. The Staff I interacted with was helpful. Didn’t spend as much money as I couldn’t walk long will need to instacart the rest.
Went through self check out today scanned my stuff and put my money into the machine.... well the machine jammed on the return before it gave me my receipt or change . The 2 employees you have standing there must be to spy on people and make sure no one was stealing because they have no skill set otherwise and said they didnt know how to get me my change so they have to call it in... Then I stood there randomly for 5 or 6 minutes to the point where theres no other customer scanning and no one ever came. It didnt seem like a priority at all to help me get out of there. I already paid now you cant give me either of what i am owed.I had to have one of the employees walk me out To tell the guy at the door that I actually paid for my stuff... Now if I wanted to return anything I dont have the receipt.Walmart got me for $3 and some change.
So I went today to buy worms for fishing and the freezer had a lock on it. I assume to curtail the theft of worms. I assume that since that the worms are under lock and key, they must have worms in all containers. Come to find out now at the park, no worms. What the hell is the point of even locking the fridge in the first place?! At this point this walmart should be ashamed of themselves for being theives themselves. You are a total ripoff!
Had to argue with electronics associate for him to look for a specific laptop after another employee informed there was some in stocks. Not to mention he attempted to go on break without assisting me the 3 stars is for the employee who did the right thing by the customer and didnt let him leave
Wish there were more stuff and staff payed more attention on restocking those areas staff is well kinda spacy meaning there in there world tbh great place to do groceries tho and I wish the self checkout they would pay attention to too hence why I said spacey its like there not there which I understand if your tired but still tbh how hard is it to see a red light at the checkout at least

Great store just way too crowded lines wrapped around the store... it would be great if they had more registers open but I dont think Im saying anything anything anyone who goes to Walmart doesnt say themselves! This is what Walmart is known for! I had to bring my toddler outside while my husband waited on line. This is what we did which was pretty cool!
Our shopping experience here was great. This is the place to go to and find everything you need, best prices and they also have things other stores dont have. Instead of going to three supermarkets like I used to youre better off going to this supercenter.
I just moved to the area and this is my local store and by far my favorite Walmart location! Wonderful employees and very clean and well-organized store. Anyone who has been to Walmart (or any grocery store for that matter) before closing knows how messy they can be. I came to this store at 10:30 pm (they close at 11) and during the holiday season, and it was spotless.
The store is completely mobbed and the lines are outrageous. The staff is very rude. Security treats you like you are a felon. The shelves were a disaster and customer service could care less about helping you for any reason. Remember, if its not on the shelf they dont have it.

Did get what I wanted (approximately 20 feet of heavy chain to secure my bike)but the sales associates were trying to help locate the item. Everything I needed Im happy to say was stocked. Cant beat the prices.
Mike B is an awesome manager. He trains his employees the right way. Many times, we had issues at this location. We brought it up to his attention, and he has since done his best to improve it. Thank you for having managers like him who actually care about their customer.
Always easy to find all that I need. They can do a better job at making sure things are restocked as there are days I go shopping ( Sunday morning) and things are all empty. The produce and meat area mainly.
It’s Walmart. The 5 star rating of this location is in comparison of this location to the other Walmart locations in the area.This is newly renovated, fairly organized, has lots of self checkout counters, brightly lit, clean. Large parking lot.

Very nice store with helpful staff. Before I bought a mini fridge, a staff member helped me open the box so I could inspect it and gauge whether Id find it useful. I bought it thanks to her assistance.The store was very busy, the wait in line was time-consuming, but the friendly check-out clerk put a smile on my face with her upbeat attitude.
We did order pickup and one of our products was a bag of Marketside garlic knots. When we unpacked it at home, we noticed the sticker with the expiration date was covering up another sticker. We took it off and the first expiration date was over 20 days prior to the one first shown. Disgusting! Check your expiration dates and dont buy any products that use stickers to show dates. I dont trust them now at all.
This Walmart Supercenter has the BEST selection Ive experienced on organic and vegan based food products! What a treat will definitely shop here more and I really hope management expands this specialized product selection as more people move towards plant based diets.
The service dept gave me good quality on my return.The store is not the issue its the other consumers that would bring a place down. Some of the patrons there need to cleanup their act when shopping. Its like the store attracts some individuals who may have money to spend but need to dress Accordingly & mind their tongue.You wont find those types in high end stores cause they wont go acting out.Overall the store is fine.
This is my favorite Walmart! Theyre well stocked and always have what I need. The aisles are kept neat throughout the store, which is hard to say about some stores.
Store is so big, you can do all your shopping in one place. They have it all from soup to nuts. Prices are better than other stores. Parking is a hassle but still worth it.
This Wallmart is Great, BUT!! The store is way beyond Safe with the Amount of people in this Store. Every time You go there it is this way. The Parking Lot is Always Jam Packed with out wating for someone to leave there is not enough parking for the Abundance of shoppers. I often times complain on reviews… tell you how ridiculous the service is/was and why you should steer clear. Not today!Today I was treated politely, with respect, and like MY business mattered. I found a HAPPY employee that changed my day 😊 I was lost looking for Apple Cider Vinegar capsules in this huge aisle. I always buy them here and I looked for 20+ mins and on the mobile app before I searched for an employee to help me.I was desperate. She was polite… looked with me. Searched genuinely and didn’t just instantly give up and say it was a lost cause. She was sure they were probably somewhere nearby, possibly misplaced 😯 & they were! Beautiful Monica found them for me 😃 I’m absolutely pleased and shocked by the positive treatment on a BUSY Friday evening at this Super Store. Bravo Walmart. Very nice staff there. They are always willing to help. But currently some of the food is blocked off by orange tape because of recalls.
The amount of out of stocks AND misinformation on the website is disgusting. You would think a company who has as many computers doing a persons job it would be more accurate. Oh..... wait..... this is Wal-Mart, the low expectation of shopping!!

Was surprisingly empty on a friday afternoon. Very clean and organized. Employee was so helpful. Much better than valley stream walmart.

Horrible experience with the Deli. I prepurchased a fried chicken order for pick up on 3/27/2022 @ 2pm. What I got was the run around for an hour. 1st there was no one working the deli counter. Then the lead showed up to help me out went into the back and disappeared. A worker came out and tried to pass off half the order as the full order. He even had the audacity to count it in front of me. The deli supervisor had to be paged 3 times before coming to help All he did is listen. If it wasnt for Titi,deli worker, Id still be waiting
I arrived at Walmart before work. No Refillable Soft Soap. Of course no Lysol or Clorox wipes. The time was about 7:10am. Store opens at 7am. With everyone and their Mother off you are lucky you are able to get what you get. I will not complain. My hands will be clean!😉 No long lines. Happy Friday!
Love this place, big store with lots of products including food and tires, too.I havent tried that department (tires) yet, but I like the groceries and everything else. Really nice customer service in the front end, cashiers and even the security guy, very nice...I like it. I go here everytime Im in town.

Greeters...Yes its nice to be welcomed. I enjoy the areas that have clothing. There are plenty of bargains and of good quality I have not been disappointed by anything Ive purchased. If you want produce or food theyve got it. Its in bulk or single size-- It can be a combination of buying clothes, houseware, electronic equipment, computers, cellphones, televisions, accessories like speakers, computer cases, toys, whatever your shopping needs...The list goes on and on. I was particularly impressed with the self checkout. A Walmart team member keeps the line moving so the wait time goes fast. If you dont know how to do self checkout, there is someone, one of the team members who will help you. Theyre friendly and professional. The shopping experience at Walmart is well worth making the trip and, I guarantee youll be surprised by theirprices. My overall experience was quite pleasant at this particular Wal-Mart. The store is well stocked with a pleasant staff. I noticed the store is sectioned nicely for groceries, clothing and auto center. I want to go back so I can really measure my expectations. I noticed there is an online shopper loading area which had about 4 lanes. Thats a nice touch.
No reason that 8 40 in the pm all registers are closed and the line to pay and exits runs up the middle aisle to the milk area turn pass the eggs and butter then wrap around to the meat depart whoever is managing this Walmart on broad hollow road needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY ITS NO WAY YOU HAVE NO CASHIERS WORKINGIm sure Walmart could let go of some money and maybe just maybe put customers first got once crazy then you have the nerve to have someone at the door counting the 3 items that Ive waited 45 mins to buy maybe I should have just paid the extra money and went to a supper market wow really not typical of a Walmart experience Im sure this doesnt happen In other areasFire the manager and the assitant manager and whoever is on duty right now at this store

The Supercenter is huge. Space for making any trip one stop shopping.The downside being the lack of product on the shelves and employees to assist. I needed to reach an item on the top shelf, to avoid an avalanche, found no one and ultimately was aided by a fellow customer.Self checkout was efficient.
Long island finally caught up with the rest of the Walmart chain. Weve been shopping in the Southern states for years. They have had them forever. Super Centers are great. Bright clean,well stocked. We will definitely be making time to visit often.

I ordered 331 dollars worth of food from this branch, i was supposed to pick up my order between 8 to 9am on the 10th of January, on my way there i got a message saying it was delayed, hours passed and it was past my window time for pick up so i contacted customer service the representative said that they she can cancel my order and i can reorder mind u i had surgery hence i did curbside pick up anyways the order was stuck in cancelation request mode so i was unable to reorder, i called a million times about my refund and each time i call its always ud get the refund in 48 hours its been ten days of multiple calls and i am yet to get my refund yall had no problem taking my money and not giving me the service i paid for but now i have to beg for my money back i am very disappointed
The self check out area is very quick.My only complaint is that of the paper bags, they are flimsy. Bring your own bags or load your items into your shopping cart, and bag them at your car
I had to go on a quick grocery run at the Walmart because I was nearby and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is completely terrible. I asked an employee where an item was located and they just said “look at the signs yourself”. When I was checking out, my cashier completely ignored my greeting and was super unfriendly and also kept rolling her eyes at me.

This Walmart is alright. It’s the closest one to New York City that’s in a decent area. It’s usually super crowded but definitely a lot cleaner compared to Green acres. They usually have great prices and a large variety of different items. The people working at the subway inside aren’t very nice but the employees that work at Walmart itself are great. They do their best to help

Horrible customer service will no longer shop there!!! Employees are very rude and doesn’t help you. Always unorganized and slow… There’s this manager from customer service with burgundy short hair that’s brown skin, that’s so rude. She has a major attitude problem when you ask for assistance. She rolls her eyes and walks away without further assisting you. This isn’t how you treat customers, very unprofessional!!! If you don’t like your job then stay home, not my fault that you don’t get paid enough!!! I will be reporting her to corporate.
I shop at walmat for low price. If there is no warrantee, it is OK. Please just say so. They print one year warrantee on the package and make it almost impossible to get, I feel I was cheated. When the microwave broke after 7 month, I call the number on the warrantee page, they asked me to go to the store. But the staff at the store have no idea what to do and ask me to contact manufacturer. I feel myself like a ball being kicked between warrantee service and store staff. Because the price for the same item is higher now, I have to pay extra money at the store to get it exchanged. That supposed to be a big favor from the store staff. I dont know what to say, I definitely didnt expect that when I purchased the item.On Feb. 21, 2021, the store manager can not keep the face mask over his nose. The team lead at customer service had his name tag covered by his hair all the time. I dont know how they lead the store by violating the rules.

April 2022 update: The motorized car situation has improved, which is why Im updating to a 3, but you have to shop early to get a cart. I still think they could use more, given the aging population that shops here.August 2021 update: motorized cart situation hasnt changed. More carts are needed! Another complaint: disabled stall in the front womens restroom was out of order. Went to the rear restroom, and the disabled stall was DISGUSTING! I dont if I blame customers or store more. I cant even describe how bad it was. Thankfully the family restroom was open and clean.This location has only TWO motorized carts, and only ONE WAS CHARGED! We waited almost two hours for one to free up and finally had to leave without getting one. Ridiculous that they dont have more carts available!

I was at the store store around 9:20 pm , and i couldn’t find no one to help me so as i was walking towards the front I saw a tall lady light brown , dry crinkle wig and a cheap bag . She had a coat on but she had her walmart shirt on as well. I asked politely hi excuse me do you know where .. before i can even finish she put her finger up and said “ i know you see me with my coat & bag on im not answering no question i kno you seen me jst get in. My thing is if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work her , she could of reword it another way instead she clearly mad ahe has to work there and missed the ppp loan. I guess she working her welfare benefits off because that the message I gotten. You guys have to check your works and give them better customer training. Thankyou✨

Place is a dump. Mens clothing area nothing in the right locations making it impossible to find sizes. Bought a bunch of groceries to find out they are out of bags. No one is doing anything about, they just dont have bags.
Associate didnt have the keys to get me a computer I wanted, told me he doubted the other guy had them. I said that somebody had to have a key. He replied, yeah I guess so. He then walked away from me and went to man the register! My house just burned to the ground and I need a computer to keep from losing my job. I was ready to pay for a system, printer, and all the other devices lost to the fire and was ignored in the rudest way imaginable. I hope corporate takes note. This is not how you execute effective customer service. I know. I have been in customer service and support for over 30 years. Do better.
Decent store hectic as usual even at 1030 at night the self check out really sucks there EVERY time u scan a item to buy it says unusual item in area please wait for assistance u would think after u scan item to buy it wouldnt b surprised that the item was there!!! On top of that theres 1 guy trying to keep up with 4 self check outs malfunctioning not usually that bad but last night was BAD other than that stores OKOh yea 1 other thing there was literally a small LAKE in the parking lot!! If your coming here for the auto center don’t bother. Says they open from 8-3 I’m here at 8:15 and no ones here. Ask an employee what time they open and he chuckled and said not today. I ask when are the open and he said every day from 8-3. I said every day but today and he chuckled again and said yup. Told me to come Monday or Tuesday. A lot of bad reviews on there auto center and I see why. Such a shame but horrible experience here.

This is the most unfortunate WalMart Ive shopped at. The aisles are narrow and cramped, there were tons of people on a Sunday afternoon, and their grocery section is lackluster.I did a full lap through the store and they have all the common WalMart departments - electronics, bath, paper products. As with any large store, trying to find one specific item can always be challenging.I have to complain about the grocery section, which seems like it was added to the store as an afterthought. There is not a big selection of items. I saw no meat department.

The new super center remodeled Walmart is beautiful. The shelves are stocked nicely. However just for the reviews purpose. 3 separate employees literally watched me check out told me they have no bags to give (there were hundred on the other side of the counter) tried to tell me I didnt pay after I had just just checked out with the same people! Wouldnt check my receipt after allegations! Was resolved but shouldnt have even happened. Dont bother asking for help there either. Its a good store with a horrid staff
It is Insane How a line thats 20 items or Less Speedy Check out is used as a 50 items or more!!! A Simple few items turns out to be a 30minute wait...Then you have to wait another 10minutes to leave the store..The workers dont help and get in your way and dont care..Not all Walmarts are like this...Seriously wall Mart get your act together! Id rather starve than shop there again..
Clean store, including the restrooms; many employees working throughout to keep i ve tory neat. Staff very friendly and helpful to locate items. Impressed with wild caught fish selections and decent selection of organic milk, eggs and other foods. It is a huge store with many shoppers, so go early on the weekends for fresh prepared foods and baked goods.

Very clean place, well stocked with a great variety of merchandise and great prices. Not overcrowded, quick checkout, easy parking( at least on a weekday AM )..you cant go wrong with the competitive prices no matter what your budget is going to be!!..Happy shopping!!
I like this super center for the most part BUT, lately theyve been out of things like eggs, milk, water, beans and bananas.I feel like they can do better with the Deli dept. They NEVER have the cheese you want so I just stopped going there. For the most part they have good deals.
You have to check-out this store as it is nothing like the old version! This store is huge, bright and very well stocked. Prices are much lower than than I thought as I have not visited this store since way before Covid-19 became an issue. There is plenty of room to walk around such that you can keep your distance if you want. The single file check out line was long; however, it moved much faster than I expected and they have a line monitor who keeps the line moving while making sure that nobody cuts into the line. Ill definitely be shopping here much more in the future ☺️
I’m used to the stores in Arkansas. Fully stocked. This store looks like a tornado went through. Barely stocked grocery area, shelves falling in the chip isle, dairy section almost completely empty, and the checking your receipt on the way out is very annoying. It creates a backup you wouldn’t believe. Only one real cashier. The rest was self checkout and I refuse to use it!
They have a great collection of items. The food section is packed with snack and delicious meals to cook. Love how clean it is. They appear to never run out of stock which is great. The prices are affordable and therefore great. The staff is kind and will go out of their way just to help a customer. I also like the subway haha

Out of stock often on key items, too many employees that do not care about the customer, pharmacy computers go down..etc There are expectations you have to be reasonable with when going to Walmart but the Farmingdale Walmart is subpar when comparing to the one in East Meadow.This is an update to my prior review. The store has expanded and their food sections are much better than before. I still see to many out of stocks. Unfortunately, too many of the employees still do not care. Ive been their several times where they have the front doors closed 15 minutes before they close and then give you an attitude when you get in when someone leaves. There are too many signs of poor management.

The cashiers were so slow I had time to walk to the self check out and saw the people still waiting to be checked out after I got to the self check out line. There were 6 people in front of me, and I completed my checkout without incident. Had to pay for paper bags uggghhh
Went to this store for the first time. Was out of dreamfields pasta as that is what I went in for. I bought what ever they had. All Wal-Mart s need to stock more. They had beautiful kiddie boots, but limited on sizes. Naturally what I wanted they did not have.There was hardly any womens shoes.
Big store, they should supply electric motor scooters to get around. For such a huge store there pretty well organized, kudos to the employees and the management team, they do a great job. Lines are pretty fast and you can never beat there prices.
Shopping lines are moving well today. There are very little wait times. I had a good time. 2/19 was there, they did want to get shopping bags for self checkout . There were walmart employees that had no masks and when he was addressed, he said he didnt need one and that he was special. I said if we as customers have to wear one then so do you. He said no I so dont.
I really like the checkout system in this store compared to Walmart Valley Stream or any other Walmart ive been to. Its all self checkout unlike Valley Stream where self checkout is only for 20 items or less.There is only one line to check out but it moves very quick since there is probably around 50 self checkout machines. This system overall is obviously more efficient than multiple lines.I really hope Walmart develops this check out system at all of their stores.

Yesterday I went in about 940pm and I was trying to get everything on my list but there wasn’t an item that I really needed so I tried to find someone to help me but everyone was working in their own aisle so I walked all the way to the register and informed a man in a black shirt in customer care. Don’t know his name but he was super nice and actually went in the back and grabbed what I needed. Walmart never goes to the back and checks but this walmart and this specific worker did..
Items on the shelves prices are so different when you are checking out.
2nd time I lost my wallet. This time I cannot even say this. There are honest people in this location. Mike (the supervisor) literally saved my life today. He found my wallet and literally saved me so much stress and anxiety. Nicole (in pharmacy) also stepped up and tried to assist me. This location is pure amazing. I will never forget these 2 individuals and who ever found my wallet. In this day in age if you lose something like that, its gone for ever. I love how they both went above and beyond trying to help me. He will be my hero forever. Thank you so much to both. His small deed saved me tonight. Thank you to Mike and Nicole.
Love this Walmart. Has everything in one store. Very clean and fully stocked always. I live in Queens, and dont mind the travel. Its worth it.

Ive been to many Walmart Centers across the country; I honestly believe that this store is absolutely the best experience. The employees was extremely helpful and Professional**** 🥰, the store was clean and organized. I went in to buy three items and I left with a whole shopping cart full. The best thing is, I enjoyed spending my money and it well worth every dollar. Thanks Walmart
In and out pretty quick considering time of year. Shopping for cookie baking ingredients, laid out well, easy to find, plenty of inventory.

Even though it is very full, I never have a problem navigating it, because the place was expanded to large proportions.There are always alone of hard to find items and brands. I go there regularly by myself or w a friend..Their pharmacy is exceptional!
Ive been here a few times and its always very clean and organized but several items in the mens clothing department are never on the shelves. The customer service is always very respectful and helpful.

Store was stocked but it had some empty or should I say some what empty selves. Great prices. Andy, a worker there was very friendly and helpful, he really help us out he was very knowledgeable about his stock. I hated the unnecessary long line to check out, only 3 cashiers and a line at least 20 minutes long. I have a disability, having to stand is out of the question but I couldnt leave my wife with a full kart. We had to use the self checkout; What a nightmare, I dont like the idea of shopping and then having to WORK the cash register and not get paid for it!!!! The register counter ruined a perfectly good white Tee shirt it was dirty. I would have given it 5 stars but I prefer the human interaction, too many workers standing around the self checkout, I say put them back on the cash register.
This Super center is vast. Big selection. I do wish they had a map or better way to figure out where items are. Prices are good. Dont have to wait for a sale. The self checkout is expanded and fast. I didnt realize you have to pay 5 cents for bags in Suffolk County. Next time Ill bring my own reusable ones.

The service is horrible! One of the workers didnt even speak English! The check out line was almost to the back of the store. Noone knew where anything was. Took 3 times to get help. When I got to the checkout it took almost 10 minutes for the cashier to process the order in front of me because they were having problems with the credit card reader! No manager to help out! Unacceptable! With all of Walmarts money you think that they would do better! Or be better! Only the online pickup was any good!

Why have I been going to Walmart at Green Acres and not here is beyond me! This Walmart has EVERYTHING! Its clean and organized and they even carry Lysol wipes! The store is super organized, well stocked and the groceries/produce all looked fresh. I got curtains here and I love them. This is officially my most FAVORITE store!!! Great shopping experience!
Went to the automotive dept to get 2 tires put on. I arrived at 12 noon Sunday and was driving home at 2:15. I was very pleased. I gave my guy a 10$ tip since he had to use a floor jack to raise my car instead of being able to put it on a lift. But I really recommend making an appointment. At 1 they had enough work orders to fill the day, so anyone that came after 1 was SOL
Finally!! NYC/Long Island get a second Walmart Supercenter in the area!! Whats even better is that this one is actually a real Supercenter that is now comparable to all the other good ones around the country - unlike the Supercenter at Green Acres! This newly built Supercenter that recently opened in late 2020 really feels great when compared to the outdated Supercenter at Green Acres! The space, modernization, stock, everything is just so much better!I was getting tired of the only Supercenter down here in New York (the one at Green Acres), which is hectic and extremely busy nearly all the time. Even impossible to find/obtain a shopping cart sometimes, even during the weekdays!! Plus, the one at Green Acres is quite small for a Walmart Supercenter.This one is like 3 times the size of the Supercenter at Green Acres and was well worth the extra gas in my opinion. I love it and recommend it over the one at Green Acres any day!! However, minus 1 start because they can improve the check out lines (which the Green Acres Supercenter does a better job at in my opinion), they need to remember that there are millions and millions of us that live in this island. Other than that, this is now the only real Walmart Supercenter in all of the NYC, Long Island area. I will never understand why it took so long for us New Yorkers to get one but its about time. You will not regret doing the drive once a week for your groceries or whatever youre looking for - for all the same great low prices that CAN NOT BE FOUND ELSEWHERE HERE IN NEW YORK. Even auto batteries, auto oil, auto oil filters - the same exact brands that other chains sell - Walmart sells them CHEAPER! So if you like/enjoy saving a lot of money while living in this crazy, expensive New York, then see you here!

I really appreciate that somehow Walmart is keeping there prices low during this unprecedented period of inflation.I have seen prices in other groceries stores double on many items.In Walmart most items I buy from them the prices remain the same as it was a year ago or just a bit higher priced.It is my belief that rising prices are partly because the supermarket chains are taking advantage of thire customers and making this inflation much worse by attempting to make higher profits 📈😳I have taken note that some stores I shop at regularly went up just a little bit on price and some of these stores have gone up a lot and have fewer items on sale weekly.At the rate prices are rising in a couple of years a loaf of bread will cost over a hundred dollars or more.At least so far Walmart is keeping thire prices in check on most items I buy from them.
I love Walmart Supercenter. Everything I need is always there. It’s cleaner, delicious fried chicken that’s fresh along with the bakery and all the other cooked foods. Fresh vegetables, meats, clothes, medicines the list goes on. This place is one stop shopping for me. The best prices too.

Good if you need cheap, most chinese articles. One problem always crowded... so remember to be patient if you shop there...But with the amount of pay yourself machines, it is very easy and faster to leave from there...

I was able to find what I needed. But at the self check out counter was not clean and hard to scan items because of it. As I observed they did not clean surfaces of each check out between customers. Not happy about that.

As always wallmart is the place you can find what you wish and what you need.There is also new stands for oriental products added now to the store supply.There you can also find good assistance from all employees who are around.Ensure using the sanitizer when you are there.

Love it but save yourself the heartache of going there on the weekend! Insane lines like it was at the beginning of the pandemic. Majority of checkout lanes roped off. Really??? On a busy weekend?That I dont understand. Otherwise it has everything you need.
The remodel of this Walmart has done wonders. The grocery/market portion of it begs for it to be your go to super market. Price wise it is comparable to the sales at all the other markets in the area. The fact that I dont have to search for sales and can confidently purchase knowing its comparable to sale prices is a relief. They have a very nice selection and produce seems fresh. Admittedly there are higher level options around but you cant beat it price wise.You can buy fresh fruit and meat as well as get your tires changed and buy a tv. Pretty convenient if you ask me.
One of the larger Walmarts with a huge range of offerings - this particular Walmart had reasonably fresh groceries too. Prices are reasonable for retail items - best balance between convenience and economical pricing. The place was super crowded but the efficient staff kept things moving fast at the checkout. Had a good experience here. Recommend.

I had the worst experience of my life at this store today at the drive-up. The young man was vulgar. I parked in the drive-up spot as instructed by the app to put my slot number and the color of my car in. I sat and watched the workers walk to service everyone but myself. Even cars that pulled in way after I did. At first, I said nothing. After a while, I asked the young man whats the problem was. This young man was very nice. He said, yeah, you have been waiting. I got you. Another young man then came to my car, and I asked why everyone was taken care of except me. He was the rudest person I have come across in any store that I have ever been to. I was so shocked I was speechless. It was horrible. I dont visit Walmart often, and from this experience, I will stick with Target for drive up. I have been frequenting Target since this pandemic started and so far havent had a problem.
Able to get some last minute items needed for Xmas dinner. Crowded, but lines moved fast.

Great prices and for that I travel the 20 minutes. I miss Massapequa store.I find theyre out of stock often for some items I but regularly.The staff at the self checkout dont look happy to be there. No very friendly.
It was very reasonable pricing for what we needed at the time. Its a new facility so Im sure that they will find their groove before too long. Some of the employees were very nice, and some others need to get comfortable in their jobs (on the day we went, the deli workers seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people, but just like anything else, it takes time). All in all, not an unpleasant experience.
To the employee they call Taz, if you dont like where you work find a place that better suits you. Rolling your eyes and ignoring your coworkers when they need your assistance demonstrates poor leadership and unprofessional behavior. When there is a long line that goes all the way back to the electronics department its best to help out and work together with your staff.
The newly refurbished store is a mess, its to big to handle . Its like going to a mall with no walls. However...the employees are very helpful.I had to edit my last post, this store has stepped up! With the groceries on one side, and the self check out system, I really enjoyed shopping the last two weeks. I can easily spend hours in this store and probably will. Thank so much, you guys are rocking this!!!!

Went here the other day looking for some shirts. At first, it was a bit overwhelming, it being the first time I was in a Walmart and didnt realize how big it was. Though, products were organized accordingly and there was a employee next to me folding shirts, while also helping customers with finding things. Overall a good experience and I would go here again if I knew they had products I needed.

2022-01-26Today I was verbally and physically assaulted by 2 separate employees who refused to give their names. I am so disappointed in the response and reaction time of the staff as this is a serious incident. 1/26/2022 @ approx 11:40 am. I was told the manager was not at the store, I was giving the run around. It started by a double verification of my basket of items, I was met with a rude door associate asking me calm down after I asked a simple question. After I was given my receipt back the associate tried to start a back and forth argument so I walked out. The associate then yelled out F*&$ you then when I came back inside for clarification I was met with another associate who refused to show ID and explained to me that no manager was on site to speak to, that the store doesnt give out names and when I tried to take a picture of both of them. The associate aggressively smacked my phone down while in my hands and then ran off. Unbelievable poor customer treatment.Update: over an hour has gone by, and still not a proper response from the management team.

2021-06-22Surprisingly enjoyed my visit today. My visit was at 730am. Although I didn’t expect it to be busy(hence why I went so early) it didn’t effect my visit. It was clean, spacious and an employee even asked if I needed help looking for anything (shocker)! That made me feel great!. It was a typical Walmart set up so I had no troubles locating my items. They have a subway inside of the location as well. I haven’t been here in years and I love the renovation I can see a major difference in the customer service. I stayed away for so many years due to the previous experiences with customer service however I’m glad to see it had changed. I had slot of item when checking out, the cashier didn’t complain or show any sense of aggravation. I helped bagged my items for a quicker transaction which I think everyone should help do this!

2021-11-14The best Walmart shop in New York state. I would give a five star but had a bitter experience that made me holding one star.I purchased a set of four tires from online and selected this location to get those installed. One of the Tire Pressure Monitoring sensor was broken in this process by their man. It can happen. I was asked to get a new TPMS installed and programmed by the car dealer and bring back the bill so that they can reimburse it. So, I did and went back there. The customer service associate lady paged t 6-7 times the person who can reimburse while I kept waiting for an hour and 25 minutes. That person didnt show up. Meanwhile, I called their customer service number and it kept ringing for 8 minutes and nobody picked up. Finally, a gentleman arrived and helped me. I lost more than nine man hour to get it done from the dealer, drive there back n forth and in waiting just because of their negligence.Wish, they are a little more caring and careful.

2022-06-22I’d like to share my experience that I just received at this Walmart. I walked in with a return. A very nice employee said we don’t do returns over $50 without a receipt. We had a pleasant exchange and she asked if I’d like to speak with a manager. Team lead Vanessa walked passed me several times as if she was waiting for me to get tired of waiting and leave. When she finally approached me she was very unhappy to see me when I asked her with a basic return question. She let me know that I could not return an item that I did not have a receipt for. I asked her for paperwork stating so because nowhere on the website or service desk did it provide this information. She walked away from me cursing under her breath. When she finally came back 10 min later I had already been helped by a team lead Wilson. He was calm and explained the best way to retrieve a receipt without having to ask the gift giver. I am not sure what the issue was with Vanessa but I will tell you right away this is not the kind of person I would want representing a big name store like Walmart.

2022-06-11Pleasantly surprised!I had recent surgery and finding a fully charged scooter to browse this huge store was a blessing. No hassle pick up and I returned it to the charging area once finished. My visit was on a cold Sunday afternoon in March which may be the reason I had a.pleasant visit to this super center with my family.

2022-06-20For it being my second time here and no less on fathers day at the return desk section, its wasnt the best experience but also NOT the worst either. I understand being understaffed will have its negative effects but I gotta say,the young man at the return desk was keeping his cool and even though costumers didnt understand they needed to have patients when things are not moving fast enough for them, just keep in mind that could be YOU/family member dealing with an overwhelming situation, so give them some slack... Youll be attended to.... just wait! Like how I did, without complaining and understanding the situation.Other than that I cant really comment on the store wasnt able to look around after dealing with that headache, maybe 3rd times a charm, it just wont be anytime soon.

2022-05-20This is the best Walmart store around here. Very large with great parking and a large area for pickup thats run very well. They have a great supermarket area with organic produce available. Well run with lots of help so service there is really good. Worth traveling to

2022-04-07What can I say, it’s Walmart 🤷🏽♀️ sometimes they have bags, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they have multiple cash register lanes open, sometimes everyone is forced to pile into self checkout. It’s a mega department store so I really don’t expect it to be super clean all the time especially the way people treat things but for the most part they usually always have everything I need. I try to stay out of there unless I have a delivery to do because they have so many things I can use & I don’t want to give them all my money 😩 the staff are always helpful to me, I have no complaints on them just good citizens working for a living & making the world go round because without them, who would run the store 🤷🏽♀️ definitely not the managers 💁🏽♀️ you’ll definitely see some interesting people in there but I just mind my business 🐸☕️ best days to shop are after they restock everything, because everything is there & you don’t have to beat people to your items before they take it lol
