Walmart is usually 5 star but the one in Monroe NY has problems with Chase Visa cards. Im handicapped and had to walk from the garden checkout 3/4 of the way across to customer service so they could check me then walk back to the garden area to get my car. I had parked close to the garden area so I wouldnt have to walk to much. Walmart has the money to update their register but for over a year choose not to. Since the demise of Kmart, James way , Caldor, Bradleys and many Sears , Walmart is like a monopoly, who treats customers with indifference.
I felt targeted. Employees are incompetent and dispicable (especially the one standing in the entrance/exit - elderly greeter) and management is rude. The store is big and has many things available but I recommend shopping online or your local store. Terrible experience and customer service.
I will never get tired of this store! Its 24 hrs, so you have time to shop around for their great deals! Lines werent long at all, but they really need to organize the way they categorize their products on their shelves. They also need more workers. It took me a while to find someone to help me locate an item. They also were little help to begin with. Otherwise my experience was good.
This store has plenty of product. Wow. Like, its a wonder they can keep it organized. No shortage of parking in front. Isles have space for 2 wagons side by side. They have a selection of almost anything you are looking for. Checkout is quite easy with a self checkout section too, that the line wasnt too long. Quite decent pricing on most items.
Thats the best place where to go shopping, walmart is known for the best stores, there is a lots of good stuff there, thay give very good service, I go there to shop a lot , I like the products what I can find there, you can find all your household supplies. I would suggest everyone to go there and enjoy their service because they are giving very good service, I had with them great experien.
I ordered tires from Walmart got installed by Midas but the car was shaking at highway speeds, took the car back and after balancing 3 times and $152 later the car still shakes. Took the car to another shop and payed $70 to get them tested on a machine called Road Force that checks the shape of the tire and it failed the test indicating that the ties where not manufactured properly. Got new tires from Costco and there is no shaking. Started the return process on the app and it ask what store I wanted to use I selected the nearest store to me Suffern NY, drove the store and when I wanted to returned them I was told they dont take them and when I tried to explained that I selected the store the rep yelled at me and said we dont take them. So I drove 30 minutes to the Monroe NY store where I was told to go the tire center, waited in line and then I was referred to customer service. I went to customer service and they did not know how to process the return so they called Store Support, the whole time I could hear them say well we dont know if this are not the tires and we want to cover our butts he might be pulling a fast one the tires dont have stickers so who knows I not a thief or a scammer I had not intention of returning the tires so why would I keep the UPC tag on them. It took them one hour to finally just magically return the tires with no assistance from the store support. I asked why this was not done earlier they said they need it to have on record they spoke to someone because they want to wash their hands.I missed my appointment with the dealer to have the car aligned and the only time I can go now is after February 1st and that means that the 10% off coupon I have will not be valid anymore so that another expense that this has cause me.I was with my 2 year old daughter driving around instead of spending the only day that I have with her instead of having fun. Defects happens thats no ones fault but how you fix that says everything about the company and the person. To hear that I was under suspicion of fraud got me so mad but I contained myself because I did not want to cause a scene specially with daughter there.This has been the worts experience I ever had as a customer, I know now not to ever buy ties from Walmart again.
Its not as organized as the other Walmarts Ive been to the employees are not as knowledgeable I would give it five stars for the pet VIP pet center its not actually part of Walmart but it is inside by the way the pet center gets seven Stars cuz everybody there is awesome and extremely affordable
Literally the WORST customer service. I ordered food online for pick up. I checked in. Nobody came out. Almost 2 and half hours later. We went into the store about 10 times to tell them weve been waiting after checking in. I spoke to the worlds rudest woman. She says theres many cars the same color as mine. I said but theres ONLY 1 out of 14 numbered spots I could be in and according to her records I was in it. But then tells me thats not enough. I need to give more details then the color and spot Im in. Which online those are THE ONLY details you can give. I now know NEVER to order from this store again. Id advise against ordering online for pick up from this store. Hopefully nobody else has to speak to the same woman I did today. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I almost never write reviews but this was just such a horrible experience I had to share it. Walmart needs to screen their workers better. Especially the ones in customer service.
Update 5/18/2022: Went here today to pick up a few groceries that i needed. Store was somewhat crowded. Went to the restrooms first, they were nice and clean. Lots of summer stuff in the front. found a movie horror movie that i wanted (Hostel I, Hostel II and Hostel III), so i brought it being that it was only $5. made my way to the aisle where the multivitamins are, and they still didnt have my multivitamin! They didnt even have the kids colgate bubble fruit toothpaste or the cinnamint toothpaste. Ended up getting Crest with Scope. The Cotton Candy ice cream they didnt have either. They had lots of yogurts and salads tho. was out of bananas as well. Went to the self checkout, which was fast and efficient. Also brought a raspberry pure leaf iced tea. went on my merry way after self checkout. Will be back for more groceries!Update 5/4/2022: Went here yesterday to pick up a few items. Store was somewhat crowded with both employees and shoppers. First, went to the seasonal items that are located in the front of the store. Lots of summer stuff out right now. Next, i went to the middle of the store because i needed underwear. They definetely need to stock their smaller sizes as i only found 2 maybe 3 that were my size which is a 5/6. (had somewhat better luck in target!) Did find what i was looking for and settled for a 6-pack boyshorts that were a size 5. Next, headed into the grocery section. Got 1 % milk which i took the last gallon of. Also purchased the Cinnamilk, which is good. Also purchased a few yogurts in which they were stocked of. Next, i headed to the tolietries aisle: they didnt have my cinnamon toothpaste, and all the toothpaste aisle was a mess. They had one Crest Pro Health enamel care mouthwash, and i couldnt find my Womens Smarty Pants Multivitamin! This was about 2:00 on a tuesday. couldnt even find someone to ask about it. Anyways, next i went to the salads, and they had lots to choose from. Went to the self checkout, line moved fast, and went on my merry way. Will be back the next time i need groceries, tho certain things like toothpaste and shampoo, and my multivitamins i can get elsewhere if needed.Go to walmart about 2/3 times per month to stock up on tolitries and groceries. Being that this is a supercenter, they have lots of home stuff: including seasonal decorations, DVDS, Games, and Toys. For instance they have lots of halloween stuff now and halloween themed dvds in the entertainment section. They also have good choices of Food. I buy their great value milk and it tastes just the same as brand milk. They sell lots of Salads, tho today there were lots of expired salads for sale! When buying food try to look at the date: some things depending on what it is can last past the date, but a good practice would be to buy things which the date hasn;t passed. love their snickerdoodle cookies too! As far as checking out, i usually go to self checkout- but on ocassion like i brought a pc game- so i went to the cashier. had pleasant experience no matter what so.
Terrible online order pickup system.Every employee I asked where to pick up my in store pickup order gave me a blank stare and a shrug. The email I received with instructions on how to pick up my order was false information, and it took more time on this wild goose chase than to just buy the items myself. The other Walmart that I usually go to has a much more efficient system in place.Very disappointed with this Walmart, and very unclear instructions on where to pick up online orders.
Make sure to check the dates on the items before u purchase it ....I went earlier today to buy some grocery ...some of the frozen items expired about 4 days ago so please make sure before u leave the store .....check out the date on the lobstering says 12/04/2020 .....today’s date is 12/08/2020
Don’t bother trying to shop here late at night. Store is always a disaster, aisles blocked by stockers and merchandise. None of the night shift wears any kind of uniform so you can never tell who works there.It gets even better when trying to checkout. There is usually only one register open or zero registers open and you’re forced to use self checkout.
My husband and I have been commuting upstate twice a month. We stop in to use their bathrooms and they have always been very clean. On our way back to NYC we stock up on items that are more expensive or non existent in the city. Its a very important part of the community. Would like to see the price checking machines come back though.
This Walmart failed to plan/design their parking lot with enough room and an efficient layout.Unfortunately, this location has never been managed well and customers pay the price. They never have enough cashiers/employees working. Self checkout and traditional cashier lines take forever. Good luck if you need to return something, ask a question or return an item.If you ever place a pick-up order and need to speak with someone regarding an issue……good luck. Spent an entire day calling this location, all extensions…..no one could be bothered to answer
This is my local Walmart. I shop here often. I have two complaints though.. First, the bathrooms are usually pretty bad. I try to avoid them at all cost. Then, sometimes the shelves are bare. Maybe this is pandemic related but none the less annoying. Other than that the staff is pretty helpful and my shopping experience is good overall.
This Walmart has a wide variety of products at exceptional prices. I am very happy with all of the purchases I made. I actually bought things that I wanted, needed and loved right away. The store was neat, tidy and clearly sanitized. The shelves were well stocked and organized. The store associates were helpful and knowledgeable about how to order the products online that werent available in the store. Im excited to plan my next shopping trip at this Walmart location!
When I went to this Walmart with my moms and 2 brothers my mom got physically assaulted by one of the workers (who didnt have a mask on) who grabbed her with her nails scratching her and spun her around after she yelled at one of my brothers for playing with a basketball in the bike section. I really love this store but the costumer service is terrible and this worker needs to be fired for what she did.
I never like wal mart. Especially monroe! You have to deal with some of the rudest shoppers on the planet. Ppl try to cut you constantly, block aisles, let there kids run all over. Workers are usually pretty good tho if you can find one. Screw wal mart, target is better if in monroe. Its a shame they are a little more expensive.
The experience left much to be desired. Separate garden area but no-one to check you out. At the main checkout area there are approximately 4 Express Check-out registers on 1 side of the store but they are not manned by anyone. I only had 8 items to check out and I finally found 1 that was a little less busy. It took about 20 minutes to get through the checkout. My cart which worked fine was empty turned out was missing a good chunk of one of its wheels. Once I put 4 packages of salt (I believe 40 lbs each) barely made it to the checkout and I had to move all my purchases to another cart. I then asked someone who seemed like a manager to take this out of service . He then combined it with another good cart and sent it out presumably mixed with all the other available carts. Very few employees were visible in general.
The guy that does security Hispanic male..is very aggressive and harassed me while I’m 7 months pregnant…self checkout is used to be in and out in a timely manner but the whole time you feel like you are being intimidated by the workers that are closely standing by. I will be driving to Newburgh’s location to avoid the issues here
Excellent service. I walked right in, had an associate who was knowledgable with store layout point me in the direction of the product I was looking for. I went to self check out to finalize purchase. The self-serve machine didnt recognize one of my items for purchase. Associate working self check out area was attentive and came right over to override and I was on my way
Great store!!! It has a large selection of items from groceries to clothing, furniture, pet supplies, baby items, automobile supplies, some outdoor and sporting goods, a gardening center, household goods, a pharmacy, a small veterinary clinic, Subway and Auntie Annies Pretzels, restrooms and a Cusomer Service Center. Its one stop shopping!!! The employees are friendly and helpful too. Masks are required.
I really liked this store until the other day. I could go there find everything I need and the store is clean and fully stocked. Yet, this store a plain clothes security person who harasses me. He wanted to go on a date and even though I politely refused he decided to say something very cruel and then on my last visit to the store on 19 OCT 2021 he decided to try and intimidate me by following me around the store. I truly hope he does not do this to anyone else as it is clear he tries to use his position to pick-up women. It is a shame and clearly unprofessional.
Woman working the front door as the store closed tonight Mon. Oct 25th was extremely rude. Seemed like she was on a power trip. Very rude to me and to others who thought the store was open 24 hours. Dont think that she should be the face of the store for any reason. Short salt & pepper hair with blue eyes and a mask down over her chin.
It has pretty much anything you could want under one roof - groceries, household goods, and small electronics. The prices are usually good, but sometimes the store is very crowded and a bit of a mess.Update: I understand some supply chains are disrupted, but for the past couple of months the store has had many empty shelves. There are also isles blocked from all of the pallets of things that need to be restocked in the middle of the day.
HORRIBLE! AVOID!! Paid extra to have a one hour photo book ready, it says its ready, we go to pick it up A DAY LATER. Still not ready... Lazy workers there and rude as well. Lady on the phone was nice and was able to find it within minutes, SHOUT OUT TO ANGIE!! Switch from 1 to 2 stars just because of her, truly a kind woman who is helpful!
Unfortunately, it was crazy busy. Not unusual for a Sunday. Self checkout line was extremely long. But so were the regular registers. 🙄Some people were very impatient. Maybe move some people to customer service with less items to checkout. Customer service wasnt busy.
The auto center is the worst run shop for simple things like tires and oil changes. I had an 8 am appointment to have my wife tires rotated. After waiting a hour and a half the finally brought the car in. Only for to come and tell they couldnt do because one of the tires were bad. They didnt offer any additional help. No quote for a new tire, just cant do it. No apologies for the wait or that they could do the service. Just wasted my time, when I told fine drop the car and give me the keys, I was told dont rush me! Customer service doesnt not exist at this was Walmart tire shop. Will never go back there again!!!!!
Loved the supercenter. I was able to find everything I went in for. What i did not like was how we were singled out on the way out to go through our receipts so thoroughly. Everything in our cart was paid for and not everyone was being stopped! Did not leave there happy
Shelves are never stocked, if something runs out it’s months before it gets stocked, ridiculous ! And please bring the benches back so people can sit and wait! Otherwise, prices are good, store is clean, just so annoying when you go back a week, months later and they are still out of the same item!!
Quite hectic inside given That this is near Woodbury outlet, but the parking situation was surprisingly pleasant. There are always many spots available and sometimes even by the front of the store. Very good inventory of laundry detergent cleaning supplies and pet supplies. The staff are also very friendly and quick to point out which aisle certain items are located in. The checkout lines can be a little bit on the longer side but there are many cashiers working and there is a self check out line.
Just moved to the area. I was impressed by the level of care taken to provide a safe environment for shopping. The produce seemed overall to have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff seemed to be very accommodating to providing safe numbers within the store. They also seemed to be actively disinfecting the carts. I would recommend shopping here and salute the management to work on providing a safe environment in this difficult time.
Once a month I travel from Queens, NY. A total pleasure to shop here, convenient to other stores and Woodbury Commons, and the Sunday morning ride is relaxing. Other shoppers are pleasant and the store staff polite and helpful. If youre trekking up from the City, come with a smile.
Couldnt find any associates when I needed some help. Too many self checkout lanes versus actual cashiers. They never have the campfire sticks for smores big bummer in my opinion. They also ran out of almond milk creamer, very disappointing. They know this is a high traffic vacation spot for many families who dont drink baby cows milk.
A good place where you can find your stuff your personal stuff when you got to cook and you got nothing you got a suffer with kids anything you can fight at Walmart believe me I got one time and I cant handle her thats why I always go to Walmart and you can make it deliver your supply at your house just download the app thank you to Walmart
Extremely clean, wide aisles, great diversity of produce, very spacious and associates are very friendly. I am living in Newburgh moving to Walden and I would shop in Harriman if I could. Far better all around than Newburgh...and the prices they were having on Tues., June 29 were pennies for produce!!!Loved the place!
They have everything you want but I do want more of course I am a huge Trading Cards Collector unfortunately retail has been a bust all last year and this year unfortunately with a lot of people that are not collectors and are just flippers ruining the hobby,Sad years 😢 for the hobbyists.
Store is very unorganized and not neat. The parking lot was a disaster and there were a lot of RVs there and it actually looked like they were there permanently. I understand Walmart is RV friendly but it made the place look rundown. Staff was not very helpful and kinda rude. One guy got upset when I was driving by as he was collecting the carts. I will drive another hour to avoid going back to that location.
Love this Walmart. I come all the way from Brooklyn to shop. Please bring the chairs/benches back so people can sit who may need too. Some food items are expensive such as the limesnfor 48cents ea. Come on how about 10 for $2. Overall clean and well stocked. Had paper towel on sale and Scott tissue always. Disinfectant products were available. I was tired after a while and needed a seat. I checked out. ✔
This review is about the Auto Service Center, dont ever bring your car there and, if you cant check that they did the work with your own eyes dont do it. I had my appointment made to have my tires rotated, after waiting 1 hour I had secretly Mark the tires before I gave him the car, upon inspection none of the tires had ever been moved for the one hour that it was there. I was extremely upset and disappointed. Oh, if I was you I would never bring my car here, chances are theyre going to skip it whenever they feel like it.
I am very disappointed in the Walmart+ service. I placed my first order for delivery on 10/25/20. When my order was delivered they seemed to have left all refrigerated items at the store- they were not delivered but I was charged for them. I reached out to Walmart customer service and was told that my items would be refunded but they would not be able to redeliver the items because it was less than the $35 minimum purchase. My options were to either go to the store and shop for the refrigerated items in person or place another order over $35 to have the items qualify for delivery. I explained to the customer service representative that I ordered all of my needed items for the week in one order so I did not have the need to place a second $35 order. They were unable to offer me any solution to this issue. On 10/26/20 I placed a second order for delivery as I needed my refrigerated items and was unwilling to go to the store during the COVID-19 pandemic. The order delivered on 10/26/20 was also missing items! I once again contacted customer service. They refunded the missing items but were not able to help me obtain the missing items. Today, 11/11/20, I placed another order for delivery. When my delivery failed to show up at all I once again reached out to Walmart customer service. While I was on the phone waiting on hold with Walmart I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. It was not going to be delivered at all and I wasn’t notified until 2 hours after it was supposed to arrive. I called the store who was supposed to deliver in hopes of speaking to a manger however the phone just rings and rings and is not answered with no option to leave a message. This is a service I wouldn’t recommend anyone pay for. How am I paying for a delivery service that cannot get a delivery right? If you are not prepared and equipped to offer a delivery service then don’t do it- I was relying on my grocery delivery to keep me from having to go to the store during COVID and have my family fed. After three failed deliveries- I’m done. You know what they say- if you want something done right, do it yourself. Sadly Walmart+ has proved this to be true. Walmart+ is charging for an inadequate, unreliable service and does not have a way of resolving customer issues resulting in them being hung out to dry and better off going to the store on their own.

After loosing a tire on my camper, I pulled into the Monroe Autocare Center attached to the Wal-Mart. I had some what of an impossible task for the staff there. The rim size on my camper is 16.5, unfortunately it being a non-popular tire size, they didnt have any in stock. But what they lacked in inventory, they went above and beyond in customer service. The Service Manager Nick, along with his staff, did everything in their power to assist and help me on my journey. My camper being a dually, Nick removed the tire from the rim, and I was able to mount the naked rim on the inside, and I was on my way. Great guys, great Auto Care Center.
Hats off for Excellent Customer Service! Dowen the GM coach is the Man! We got to the pickup after they had already closed and we had driven a half hour to get our groceries. I went to the service desk and they called Dowen on his radio. Within less than a minute he came to help. A few minutes later he was loading the groceries in my car. Thanks Dowen for coming to our rescue! We are leaving town early tomorrow so we would have been in real trouble. Also of note is the team members at the customer service desk seemed happier and better trained than most Walmart’s I have been in. This is no doubt a result of the excellent example Dowen sets. Bravo!
There was no wait time to enter and little time spent at checkout. While I was able to get all of my caned goods, I didnt find their produce nor the meat section very plentiful. However the proximity to Target, BJs, the Homedepot and restaurants makes this Walmart one of my favorite.
Terrible place to shop.The workers are so lazy that a turtle can cass then without any effort.Tire department just disgusting....None working just ply with the phones, but for change a tire you need to take appointment 2 days in advance.Personnel does not take covid19 safety precautions.
We have been getting home delivery since the co 19 started, since then we had 3 orders delivered only issue with 1 order ( missing items) When I called the 800 number the customer service rep went through all items missing and credited my account asap. ALL OF THE DELIVERY people that have delivered to us have been polite and helpful. I want to say THANK YOU to all of the people that are putting our orders together and who deliver them. Omg! I think the workers at this location are paid more to be slow. They could care less that the line is 3 miles long and wraps around the store. I have never in my life been so frustrated. Thank God it was only a quick visit to a friend and I never have to visit this place again.
Worst customer service! I have worked in retail for years and an employee lied right to my face. I called her out on it and she seemed embarrassed in front of her boss. Unacceptable service. Lucky this is the only Walmart near and honestly don’t have to really deal with that again.
No signs anywhere limiting items! An employee starts going to every cashier telling them how ONLY ONE ITEM PER CUSTOMER on cleaners, Wipes, Disinfectants etc. I mentioned how there was NO SIGN and she says, I know!! The cashiers tell you! I said every store puts up signs and she goes OH WELL! No one was hoarding and we all had 2. A SIGN WOULD BE HELPFULL AND AVOID THIS! The cashier even agreed! Bad management and LAZY if they cant have the store put up a sign to let customers know! AND RUDE!
Its Saturday, and there are no shopping carts available at all. Is this an anomaly? Or am I in the twilight zone??To top it off theres only one person working the deli area but theres 12 people waiting in line for deli meats. Lets get it together Walmart you are one of the top retail stores you should know when the peak days/times are to staff certain areas.... Although I am an avid Walmart shopper I am very dissapointed during this situation.
What else can I say right? Walmart......People are helpless here you check prices on the one scanner in the whole store. Get to the register rings up a different price. Everybody throws there shoulders up like it is what it is.....cashiers are clueless and try to tell you anything like you just gonna believe it and leave them alone. Whats the point of even going on? In store prices are higher then the walmart website. This whole place is unorganized when it comes to employees.....
It sucked first time I used there pick up service and was very disappointed didnt get half my order never told I needed my own bags usually when u picking up its packed up for you made substitutions to my order without my knowledge I will never use walmart pick up again
Yesterday morning I visited with my grandmother. I was confused to see 9/10 employees wearing a mask only covering their mouths, but pushed under their nose. If your mask isnt covering your nose you might as well not be wearing one at all. Im not just talking about 1 or 2 employees. 90% of employees had their masks pushed down under their nose. It is bad enough that they werent correcting customers who did this, yet alone doing it themselves. Many of these employees, not wearing masks, were unpacking food and produce. Most employees also did not maintain 6 feet apart from my grandmother and I which was especially frustrating. Shout out to our fantastic cashier Marie though, and the man checking receipts at the door, because they were the ONLY ones wearing masks and gloves.
This is my favorite Walmart in my area, it is not 24 hours like before but i still prefer it because is not as crowded as the others in my area and is always neat, clean and spacious. The others in my area have smaller hallways and are always two crowded with people, witch makes social distancing imposible.
Had to leave my shopping cart without checking out because of lack of check out customer service. Even the no service self checkout had long lines. We went to our local Shop Rite which had most registers open with short lines. The prices were about 5% higher but well worth my convenience.
Walmart in Monroe must be the most unorganized run store i’ve been too. No one available to help, Some don’t want to work. The Electronic section, forget about that section. The older hispanic gentleman always has an attitude and always finds a way to disappear and avoid assisting the customers. Unfortunately the Photo section is also run by the Electronic section employee’s, need i say more.Same goes for the Auto Shop section. They should have a complete over haul on employee’s. There are a lot of people out of work due to Covid, that would like to work.
This Walmart is a little more laid back with the social distancing BS.. I was there today 5/9 and the place was packed and no line outside. The Walmart in Milford PA had a line around the building and it was windy and snowing and the line didnt budge. So i would rather drive 50 miles to a non conformist Walmart. I must say that they wont let people in without a mask but i think they understood that it was 30 degrees outside and windy.
Im kinda in shock. I was at this store on 12/06/19, which is holiday season time, and every single employee I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Several even asked I needed help. One opened a bunch of boxes to check if he had the item I was looking for.I dont mean to sounds classist, but this is NOT the service I expect from WalMart. Ill bet the managers set the tone and the employees follow.A great store!
People are SUPPOSED to wear mask INSIDE and OUTSIDE of the store, and those rules are NOT BEING FOLLOWED. saw people wearing mask BEFORE entering the store(because there was a gentleman checking at the door) BUT when you actually get inside, PEOPLE LOWER THE MASK UP THEIR CHIN AND KEEP WALKING LIKE THEIR NO VIRUS AROUND!!!used to like this store better than the one near my house (Tallman) but Im not gonna go ANYMORE!!!Someone should be checking inside the store
Typical Walmart, just needs to have more effort put into keeping the place clean. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The store does need to have the self-checkout scanners looked at. They almost always have issues, many requiring a cashier to come and correct something. This slows down the process a lot!I understand the shelves need to be restocked, but so many times Ive been shopping when a delivery has been made that I cant get to the items I want because of all the boxes pushed up against the shelves.
The employees block the isles and walkways all over the store...when if they thought about their surroundings, they could be to one side or the other. Terrible selection too. Avoid this location if at all possible. With a lack of customers, they may reconsider how their employees act in the presence of customers, because now they could care less youre there. Also WalMart corporate needs to knock off this check your receipt moments after paying, at the door youre not Costco, so knock it off...its annoying and builds lines when trying to leave!!
The dirtiest storm I have ever been in. Customers and EMPLOYEES not wearing masks and a lot not wearing them properly. No one informing them proper use nor explaining to customers that according to STATE LAW WHICH IS CLEARLY POSTED that YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER. The employees were wearing them below the nose or even lower.
The store was nice, well organized and good customer service but the sale floor they dont know anything imagine Im looking for a bicycle and nobody was there to help and everyone I asked for information they cant help until I have to go to the website to order which is Im already in the store I recommended Walmart need to hire someone to help customer in need on the floor that was this Monday and i had a Walmart where I lived and I decided to visit other one which is far away from where Iive so I hope I get good treatment next time I come back
Very hard to get thru auto service. In adition, today I went to vet an oil change for my eco booster ford 150 and after wait g 1 hour and 20 minutes they call me to tell me they cant change the oil because the ford 150 has an oil pan plug tbe needs to be required everytime tbe oil is drained. Thats retarted!! I was very upset because I know you dont have to unless its damaged which it wasnt. The mechanic refused to do the job. I hope he didnt do the job because he himself damaged the plug.
Prices aren’t ever right from shelves to cash out, worst lines anywhere, people are always running around trying to catch you stealing , and yes they are very noticeable, selection is poor when it comes to orgánica and much more sadly. I’ve been to many many Walmart’s from east coast to west coast and this is literally the worst in my opinion
I would give it zero Stars if I could. I made the trip all the way over to get new tires, not only was it not opened at 8:00 a.m. as is listed on their website, but you have to make an appointment ahead of time which the website didnt say either . A complete waste of time and gas!!!!!

2021-11-02Need to train the employees who pick up items from the floor and the other employees who answer the customer service on the phone at first.Extremely dissapointed to their few crews. Ive never had this kind of rude and disrespactful experience at any Walmarts for decades but here on Oct 29th, unfortunately.From 6:25pm till 7:24pm, I waited for an hour to pick up my online orders at their curbside pick up lots on the very cold evening with my toddler. And when finally my turn came, I was told my all stuffs including the organic banana, mandarine, organic milks, and even dinner plate with a bowl were stored in their FREEZER without any common sense. I appreciated for the women employee who brought my orders with honest explains. She apologized for me to wait for so long and what happened to my stuffs. I didnt get mad at first thanks to her honesty but when I called to the customer service, I was very upset.A young lady answered and said I may not be able to return for those frozen produces. I asked her how long the costomer service open on that day but she ignored that question and transfered call to the Pick up department at 8:02pm where already closed at 8pm saying its not her duty. Lord.. how terrible reply she did. I called three more times to their main number again to speak with anyone who may will answer but NO ONE ANSWERED on the phone.. I had to go there with my baby again to return those produce because they might could say None refundable cause it seems I made it like that as for the rude ladys reaction. My baby was about to take a shower at that time and must take the medicine on time but I had to dress him up again and leave home just for returning stuffs before they close since I didnt know how long the service center open. Gosh.. Their system went wrong, the computer could not even find my order list even I gave the SAME credit card what I paid. The manager let me exchange to the same items without any checking the weight of banana. I picked the smaller one by the way.:(I was fully furstrated how they treated on the phone and the waiting time at the curbside pick up. There were more cars with the same situation and only one lady was bring out orders on that evening. I wish I could just canceled and change the pick up time after I parked but I could not. Yes, once you check in, you must wait until they come out and that is their system. Even if they have any error on the computer, there were no choice but staying there or giving up to pick up. Wish they explained more options what I could do when I called.Hopefully this wont happened again to anyone.

2021-07-14We went to get a childs bike, and we got one, thank goodness they were still in stock . That being said, the bikes for both kids and adults were selling fast. They have everything else you could want, its well stocked and the store is pleasant to shop in. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are clean.Went again recently (actually forgot wed been here) . They have good produce and the grocery section is really well stocked. Plenty of parking.

2022-03-19Wanted to give a shout out to the management of this Walmart for allowing (or at least tolerating) OTR truckers parking in their lot overnight. I was so appreciative I went inside and spent $75 topping off the food supply in my truck. 2022-04-21I went to do some light shopping. The store was empty. And I got out there quick. They didnt have the sneakers that I wanted but I usually find a good replacement. Cashier was nice as well.

2022-03-10I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Walmart! Their online grocery delivery is a life saver and 10x cheaper than grocery stores that never have nothing in stock. I don’t even like to go in there I always end up buying things I don’t need they have EVERYTHING.

2022-06-24We do a lot of shopping here and HAD BEEN disappointed lately. My husband needs to use an electric cart and there was a long time when all they had was a pile of broken machines. However they seem to have gotten in a few newer, working machines... so our last shopping trip was much more pleasant.

2022-06-25Walmart is a ‘love-Hate relationship’ for me. Yes there are certain conveniences with so much in one place, but what I dislike is the checkout process. I literally dread it. I get anxious. The lines are long, few lanes are open, and the process is slow.I understand there is a shortage of skilled labor, but more checkout clerks? That should be an easy to teach skill.Walmart- listen up.

2022-06-12This store keeps saying the deliver items they didnt deliver. Today I got a notice that a delivery from this store was delivered with a picture showing packages on top of blacktop. The picture showed no part of my driveway or house that would identify where it was left and the blacktop did not match the color/condition of my driveway. It was not in my driveway or any of my neighbors. This is the second time this has happened to me. I my opinion whoever they are using to deliver these items are either taking them or just not delivering them and saying they did. Whats worse, when I called Walmarts customer service they could only give me a refund, not reship. I would have to replace the order which by itself would not qualify for free shipping. This is why Amazon is so much more popular than Walmart for delivered goods. With Amazon, you know youll get what you order and if not, they WILL make it right. Walmarts lost my business!!

2022-05-07The elderly greeter was absolutely despicable. My husband accidentally spilled something and when we went to get napkins from the car she started yelling and trying to shame him for a little accident. I confronted her where she got an attitude with me. I came back in with napkins and she gave me the middle finger. No clue why these types of people are allowed to work with the public. Disgusting.
