Vision center staff very polite. No parking available. Check out line moved quickly. Some frozen food items not available. The food buyer needs to order more fresh veggies & fruit. The stock was low.
The store is half empty ... I found a lot of what I wanted to buy, the rest will have to be ordered on the website. the staff is polite and several times helped me find something that I did not see, many thanks to them for that.
Unfortunately terrible service, I asked at least 5 different employees and no one could help find things I was looking for even though they had it, bad experience. They offer a lot of things at great prices. But with bad costumer service I dont feel like ever coming back to the store. No body seems to know what are they doing.
This walmart is insanely busy. Extremely long lines. Everyone is on top of one another in the store. Low or no stocked items. No shopping carts & the parking lot is a FIRE HAZZARD! It took me a half an hour to find parking and a half an hour to get out of the parking lot! Let me not mention how long it took to check out! There is no break in the middle of the parking lot to help divert traffic. Everyone essentially is going out an in from the same exit of the parking lot. Its not safe at all.For the aggravation and scarcity of items, its not worth it!

Walmart really is Americas superstore. Both in food and non-food items they carry a limited number of national brands, their prices are usually better. Their house brands are good quality and very competitively priced. I always go there first.
They had a lot that other Walmarts in Nassau doesnt have and it was extremely clean and organized. There were also workers helping customers very nice to see. Keep up the great work
Over crowded, not enough cashiers or floor help in the floor help that they do have don’t really want to be bothered.Nine times out of 10 the shelves are discombobulated and not filled.It looks like some ransacked the shelves during the day, in the evening nobody fixes it up.It’s a mess, and good luck trying to find what you’re looking for. And again there’s no one in this world that’s willing to help. This is been my experience time after time after time.I’m done.
This is the most convenient location to NYC. Its well kept, the workers try their best to keep everything clean and stocked. The bathrooms are clean about 80% of the time and they maintain them pretty regularly. Theyre always getting stock and refilling the areas that need it. Sometimes its hard to maneuver between the pallets but at least I know more products are coming in. The lines move the way you would expect them to, sometimes its fast and most times its slow 🤷♀️ Self check out is the greatest thing and the workers there are helpful. They recently renovated and increased security, in a helpful but not overbearing way. Overall, not a bad location, especially during the slower / off-peak times.

Okay prices for okay brands (not really good organic options IMO) but nasty crowd. From the moment you try to park your car, you’ll notice that it’s a mess… people don’t respect anything or anyone and inside is just worst… kids boxing literally in the aisles and parents of course out of sight… a whole jungle filled with animals
It is a big busy place. Not that much carts in the store. Carts are sometimes broken and make loud screeching noise. Plus, Crowded. They have all the stuff you need, just lots of people in the store.
I had an amazing experience with one of the workers her name is Aleah and without her my issue wouldnt be resolved. She is an amazing worker and I don’t know what I would’ve done without her help, she stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours and would not give up trying to help me, and I have been on the phone with Walmart for 10 days and out of everyone who helped me she is the only one who cared enough and actually made a change and because of her a solution to my problem has been done.
Terrible! I hate this Walmart with a passion! They need to find better employees to work in this store! I do understand that people need a job, but they are ridiculously nasty in here. You cant never find anything and when you ask for help they either ignore you or tell you they dunno. You have employees on their phones talking or talking amongst themselves in a group! Lol, Ive never seen anything like it. The lines are always long and its always overly crowded! I live in Brooklyn and I drive all the way out to Levittown to go to Walmart!
I had to return a product I bought online and had a lot of difficulty. Nobody did anything to solve my problem. Like Im nobody. Total disregard for the consumer. I will never go back!!
Marcia number 18 cashier, may 2 8:57pm, she say is the manager, no want show the ID, Name Mar ia black lady so rude, whe no want sale the clothes because no got the ticket, I bring and anyway she no want. She so rude and threat me and another person. Walmart need employees for help the customers no for be bad.
This particular Walmart has rude and disrespectful employees. As we checked out I noticed there were no plastic bags I asked the cashier if there were any, and her response was no, but you buy a Walmart bag for 50 cents. As she finished ringing up the items I asked her if she was going to bag my items, and she answered no we do not bag items. Wait an MF minute, I buying products and bags now you want to bag my items. I will never shop at this Walmart again.
The shelves seem to he always empty, no matter the time of day. Told my wife we come too late in the day, when we go about midday. We decided to go at 6am a few times and had very similar experiences with the empty shelves. Then there is the aspect of the ailse being crowded with stocks to be placed on the shelves, customers, and Walmart workers. Not a very pleasant experience going there.
Its never. A time when this store is actually ready. The employees take up most the store and barely even do there job. They NEVER. have bags The line situation be. Im organized check lots. Of everything before u buy. Something always open. Juice. Potato salad. Chicken it be wholes. N stuff. Bread date be to close all time Just mentally prepare ur self. For the worst n here. If it goes good then great lol
Great Walmart. It seems everyone in Brooklyn and this part of Queens where it is located has to settle for this Walmart. Why? The crowd of people at this Walmart are so clueless and loud. However the selection of produce and other items are plentiful as it always looks in every Walmart location. At least the employees were knowledgeable and communicative! They made this visit much better despite the ratchet behavior of this Walmarts typical customers.
This Wal-Mart is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE. The STAFF that I had contact with were helpful, WITH HESITATION AND ATTITUDES...The SHOPPERS were IGNORANT--for example, NO ONE MOVES OUT OF THE WAY, AND WHEN THEY FELT READY TO, IT WAS AS SLOW AS A *TURTLE IN THE WILD..!WHAT IGNORANCE NOTED IN THIS STORE.THE OVERALL ENVIRONMENT HAS AN AURA ABOUT IT, THAT COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE CONDUSIVE FOR HARMONY OR HAPPINESS AMONGST PEOPLE.... Dont really understand it... ITS VERY SAD...
This supercenter wasnt bad this time it actually had inventory and the shelves were stock. I found what I was looking for fast and quick. Keep it going and keep up the good work..

Store is over utilized and and under staffed therefore chaotic. Prices are good as is over all quality. Produce are ok, though some times. Find moldy items mixed in with fresh, this is due to. Short staffing at least in part. Most employees are Friendly and helpful but some of the Mangement are at best Incompitant at doing their jobs and too fast to say they dont know how to resolve a simple Issue. Walmart corporate admits this is a problematic store. Major restaffing and retraining needed at the management level and downward.

The store is large with a huge selection. Best thing to do is get their app to locate their items and price check. The lines were long and they were restocking mid day.Has plenty of parking
This store is not good. The customers dont follow all the rules. For example, they bring their pets to the store, and they break other rules. There are people who work in the store they put items in the wrong area. For instance, a womens makeup is in the wrong area.
You better know how to fight when you go here lol. Its the hoodest of all Walmarts on LI. Its also the closest to NYC so i think thats why. This is a supercenter so it has everything... you can shop for groceries, clothes, paint and pick up a car battery all in one moment. I actually love shopping here and have never had any problems.
This place always make me upset just a simple water you can you have to stay on the line for it you have to stay to go in purchase freaking water that you could purchase it at the register every time you come in the same b******* mean while they can make a copy of each of counter and when you coming by the water you can you can can the paper so you can buy the water you have to sit in the freaking light and then everybodys slow all the customer is complaining about the same b******* we need another Walmart

Its a supercenter, but not staffed right. Always long lines and most check out lanes are closed.Closest Walmart to Brooklyn which is likely why it is so packed and usually out of a ton of stuff during the evening.Be prepared to wait on line.I would still go there
Had so many varieties of things in the store. Loved it. One of the best Walmarts Ive been in in a while. Employees were very helpful and great customer service.
A few workers have a nasty attitude, and I can only guess that Walmart does not treat their workers right if this is something Ive had to deal with more than once. Corporate greed ruins my experience once again.
When me and my party arrived at Walmart or parking lot look like a madhouse with shopping carts got into the store and it looked like they were just packing the store far as customer service goes if I was at school teacher Id give that store F- for customer service for safety and security goes you almost need to be packing and have two Entourage with you
A little crowded but the self scanner went the low line went fast and I found everything I needed except except one item they dont have a good selection of summer shoes
This Walmart is a great place for shopping. They have almost everything you need. You even get fishing stuff here. Very organized and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have huge free parking lot. They have self-service purchasing window. So, you can purchase quickly rather standing on the long line. Prices are comparetively low. They dont required a membership for buyers. Recommended!
This has to be the worst Walmart in NY. Employees are no help. The store is filthy. One person working customer service. First time here and the last. Should have driven out to Carle Place.
Good. Always crowded. Picked up what I needed. But people go for the products hard out here! 🔅I always find extra goodies in NYC Walmarts that I never find elsewhere. Thanks to social diversity.... Always a pleasure.

Many of the employees dont seem to want to help when I cant find something. They just say I dont know then walk away. The store routinely runs out of paper bags. I overhear employees engaging in the type of conversation and language that shouldnt be taking place at the workplace. Also when Im leaving store and they check the receipt and I say thank you, many of them dont even acknowledge you with a simple youre welcome .
Nice location, Worst Walmart on the East Coast. Why aren’t the shelves full. You have all the workers stocking the shelves while the customers try and shop. Isles aren’t that big so the workers are yelling for the customers to move out their way. So backwards, don’t waste your time. It’s not worth it. Very disappointed, can’t blame a food shortage because I seen all of unpacked food. Im going to need you all to do better at this. Seriously.
The best time to go is early morning especially if you dont like crowd (like myself). Simply put! everything under one roof...Groceries are Affordable, children clothes, household items etc.
This Walmart has excellent wiper blade section. They had the sizes I needed, and the have a variety of other brands and sizes. The fact that this store is open late when I needed to get something they were open that’s priceless. The staff are really friendly and are always available when I need help. We will be back again.
Items run out pretty quickly. Expect it to be crowded.I like the diversity. You can see all different types of people.Just ask the staff for help to save times.Enjoy your day!
The perfect word to describe this location is chaos. There is always a crowd here so if you want to avoid it, go early morning. The employees are lazy, rude, & unhelpful. I avoid this location at all cost. You’re better off driving further out in Westbury.
The store was very crowded and difficult to overcome around as aisles are narrow due to product displays. Shopping can be more effective with less product displays in the aisles. Shoppers will have better access to wider range of products and potentially more sales with less congested aisles..
Utterly disappointed and disgusted with the lack of items this “super Walmart”! They have so many workers in the way packing but why is they NEVER ANY FOOD
Always crowded and no cart. Workers dont care to collect carts from parking lot. Unfortunately all buyers bring their things to car by cart and leaving cart right there.
This is my favorite place to shop since it is a one-stop shopping center. I love the merchandise and they have the best sales associates who are always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place 👌
I went there couple time and also today I am looking for roll skate they don’t have it if somebody looking for this kind of stuff I’mNot gonna recommend because it’s couple, but I like the store you can’t found everything it’s cool, everybody wearing mask but no social destination, people so close to each other free parking also!
Very large store kept very clean inside and out. Sanitized bathrooms, very clean food court.Huge selection of everything, sometimes leads to sold out items. Two staffed self check stations keep checkout slowdowns to a minimum. Store appears to be in pre pandemic form. *****
This is the worst location ever. I hate actually going inside because it’s so crowded and ridiculous, so I opted for “curbside pick up.” Good luck with Curbside pick up. Lol You’ll “check in” and sit in your car for however long before you decide you’re just going in to search for it yourself. Oh and forget about calling. No one answers the phone. Stick with having your items shipped to home.
I always come here when I wanna go big shopping, this place has everything. I mean it, theres no way it can disappoint you. The greens section when you walk in though is a bit unsettling but overall its great.

It was crowded and a little messy and disorganized. Though it did have evrythng I was looking for, I would not come to this Walmart again.
Ive tried to be open minded but there is nothing else I can say except this Walmart is horrible! Throughout the past year Ive been to this particular Walmart several times thinking maybe my past experience was just a bad day but no way!! Alot of the shelves are empty...The employees there are rude and walk around with attitudes and Ive encountered several screaming matches between customers at different times of the year! Wth is wrong with this area!!???In 2011 I was traveling for work and went to Walmarts throughout the US and I can honestly say that this particular Walmart is the worst!Ill travel to Jersey before I go there again!
I love Walmart, very good prices and variety of merchandise. However, stockers should be more attentive to replenish the shelves as they go empty. I just came out of there, is not even 2 PM, and I was not able to find some items I was looking for. Empty Shelves.

Dishonest people with nasty attitude run this place.I got overcharged at this Walmart lately.They use low tag prices on certain items to trick the customers into buying,then charge people higher prices at check out.You wont notice it if you dont check your receipts carefully.Whats worse was that they refuse to refund me the overcharged amount,let alone the 10x overcharged amount up to 5 dollar as per Walmart policy after they found out they charged me the wrong price.The customer service employee Dominic hid away with a guilty look on his face after finding out about the overcharge.Then a woman with short hair cut who cant speak English well standing in front of the computer at the customer services refused to refund me with her eyes rolling to the back of her head even though she had the pictures taken at the item,the price tag and the receipt as proof of the wrongful charge.Did she keep the refund to herself or something?This is not the first time I got overcharged at this Walmart.Its like they can display any prices and charge people whatever prices they want later.Its interesting that they never charge me anything less than the tag prices.They always charge me more than the tag prices when they charge me the wrong prices. Is that legal?Go figure.
Although they have not made sure that scooters are clean,charged,and ready for the disabled because fell waiting for a scooter. Its better though they have a couple new ones but not so clean....
Well its Walmart. But whats new is the online order, then pick up in store. There was no curb side pick up though, I had to go in store. Also the customer service number they provided was left unanswered.
Busy store, lots of restocking shelves was happening while was there, some items completely sold out. Could not find applesauce with cinnamon, but did find empty shelves where it should have been, along with many other items. This was at 3pm.
You can find pretty much anything you need here. It is a extremely busy store, parking lot is really busy also, so tough if you need parking close to the door. They are pretty fast checking your order out, but many people on line are not ready. Be patient
I enjoy going to Walmart this is really the first time you can say I was there the last time I ran in to get one item and ran right back out but this time my grandson and I went through a lot of the store not the whole store found a lot of goodies some nice sales and Ill definitely be back and it was very well stocked
I hate this Wal-Mart. Ive never gone in and had a good experience. There is even always problems even doing a pick is hard.....Horrible doesnt matter what time you go there always a mad house. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Its never their section.... So why are you over here. Or they dont know....so ummm could you ask someone ...or on break...sit urself down somewhere then. I avoid this place unless i just have to and then i pray my whole way from entering the parking lot to leaving it. But hey other than that...it Wal-Mart 🤷🏿♀️
Anyone else but me to review this place, the lines in here need more cashiers, because every single time you walk in here whether you grab one item or 15 it’s gonna take you AT LEAST 45 minutes to get out of here. You can do better Walmart!
This Walmart is always empty. Empty in the sense of merchandise. This is everyone in NYC go to so they are never fully stocked at all. Sigh Jersey is better or going further into Long Island
They are usually well stocked if you go shopping early in the morning. It’s best to go early in the morning anyway because it can get really crowded and the staff (sometimes) and the customers can be rude. So I avoid this Walmart as much as I can
Drove an hour to come pickup this TV. How you tried to sell me a TV that the box so beat up that I can literally see the TV itself WITHOUT even unboxing it? And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. Your associate told me I’m here to buy the TV not the box. And that the crushed up box don’t matter. Won’t be back. Second time bad pickup experience.
Big store with many products. Half the store is food articles. Great place. Right now they might not have certain items which is not their fault,you know ...the shortage of truck drivers or something like that.
Customer service sucks!!!! Isle numbers should high up so you are not walking the entire store looking for one item. Online gives you isle number for the item you are looking for. Go in and get out, not spend 30 minutes looking for the isle number and asking 4 different employees where the item is and all 4 give you different answers.
I mostly shop online from Walmart, with free shipping for purchases over $35 @ Walmart.com, for staples like oatmeal, rice, flour and gelatin. However a uddy of mine was going to this location in LI, so I got to purchase other items that are .ot available online,Ike dairy and meat The quality of the meat and dairy was above a stage without the normal higher price tag. The shelves were very emptied and that was disappointing to see. There was no cheese of any kind d a available, and whole cases in the refrigerators were empty. To see Walmart like that was surreal, especially at her end kf the month.

Walmart made a system . They are checking id. For buying beer. Noseller ask id for anyone seems under 30 years. I am way far from30 years +30. Teller and manager still ask id. What a weird management . I recommend not to buy beers from Walmart. Even is cheaper afew dollars. They need to change their syatem.

Today I came to Walmart and this associate her name is Kayla Purcell was very helpful and an excellent worker. I was so glad I had the opportunity to meet her. She helped me alot and I got what i needed
I really dont enjoy comming here. Only out of necessity as this is the closest Walmart to me. This place is always seedy. Help is not existent or spotty at best. Checkout is a nightmare.
It was extremely crowded for a weekday, especially given the timeframe of late morning. The restroom wasnt as clean as it shouldve been, it definitely wasnt the best first impression. Overall, not sure if Ill return or not; I wish the White Plains, NY location wasnt removed (please replace it asap).
Worst Walmart ever! Google should seriously work on a zero star option. On an evening when it’s extremely packed there are literally only a handful of registers open. The lines are so long that people have to join all the way into the clothing, produce, and pharmacy isles. Walmart is missing the point big time. There are children waiting with their parents for such a long time to check out.And it’s not like the problem only exists with checking out. The entire store is like this; extremely packed! My level of frustration is high. I can’t understand why there wouldn’t be more registers open to facilitate such a big crowd. It’s Saturday for crying out loud.Don’t get me started on the workers’ attitude because it sure doesn’t help! One the cashiers move like they have molasses in their rare and they’re definitely not happy to be a Walmart employee.It’s sad that people are subjected to this type of treatment just to go grocery shopping. Heck the shoppers are only spending money to make Walmart richer. You would think they’d see it fit to at least make the shopping experience semi-decent. 😓

There is never anyone there to assist you with the key. The its not my job attitude from the staff is annoying. Im still waiting for the attendant to come back with the key to the toothbrushes and razors. Consider it self service

Food aisles were full of the employees who were pretending to fix the shelves but talking loud and joking instead. Also, didnt give space for customers to shop and everyone was complaining about them.There were 7 workers in one aisle with ladders, boxes and carts. Where was the space for customers?! Very rude upon requesting to move.

Horrible store for toys. Since end of holiday season their toy shelves in diecast cars and action figures have been practically empty. Toys r us has closed. Wake up and sell toys walmart. Exclusive pop funko practically nothing! Get new toy buyers and wake up..carry greenlight collectibles cars, more matchbox, worlds figures action figures, necco...Came in today 2pm thursday. Packed like a saturday. No carts in store. Unable to find what I was looking for. Most shelves empty or super minimal. Other walmarts well stocked. Not here.Super disappintedCame in today fri july 9. There was a fight in the store. They have pallets on the floor as you trying to shop which makes shopping difficult. If your closing at 11pm how come you will not hire overnight workers???

Bought 2 HP inks at walmart, both defective. Dont knownthe reason for this since they were sealed and new , cartrige was a bot diffrent from the one I order directly from HP.com so just be aware of that
Walmart really needs the option to pay while youre online like BJs. This is probably the busiest Walmart in the nation as the closest to NYC. The lines are ridiculous. But it still is Walmart so you will get good prices.

First time I stepped into this walmart and things were clean, stocked with what I needed, and fast and clean checkout experience. Whatever happened keep it up!
Good for those who may be interested, it is a place where the photos of the dishes are beautiful but the service does not know how to attend, the taste of the food is horrible, it wastes a lot of time and then have a bad experience. It was the first time and the last time I go to that place and beware his bill had put me 2 dishes and a drink that was never ordered on the table that made a value of $ 65. Horrible people who work with an attitude like they are forced.
Customer service is a joke!!! & the lines extend three aisles back from the register. The store is a mess, despite a small army of worn out staff on hand that do their best to hide or just flat out pretend not to hear you as you call them & they just keep walking, That said the prices are typical Walmart cheap. Standing on line to pay will take you longer than it took you to fill your shopping cart, if youre in a rush you came to the wrong place.
Its a shame that when a handicapped person goes to this location and thats all of their electric scooter things are either sitting there not plugged in though they say theyre ready or employees are sitting on them staying at their broken yet you see them racing around inside the garage area where they keep the carriages and those of us who are handicapped either have to turn around and leave the store or try to work our way through walking.
I have been to the one in green acres mall valley stream the lines are very long but with a little patience you will be on your way and they had the product I wanted a soda stream machine I will return in the near future for a few items 👍🏿 💚😁🐩
Today was a good day at Walmart the crowd was not overwhelming and the workers was very kind and helpful. I did some shopping in in house, but my main reason for being there was curbside pickup and it was excellent.I did not understand the app and one of the works assist me with it? and in 2 second someone responded, ill be with you in a minute. I was there less than 5 minutes excellent service and workmanship.
Who dont like Walmart listen, you can get the best deals from here. I get everything from this store when I go here. Not everything is great but you will find the best there. I crochet and do other crafts and Im always there for my supplies .

I work in hospitality and often recommend stopping at Green Acres as the options are vast. Walmart is huge and youre bound to find something you need or want at a great price. Sending money walmart to Walmart is also quick and easy

Staff was very helpful, even though we were there late. Easy to find things. Smooth checkout even though it was busy. I was looking for a door stop, but couldnt find one. A staff member went looking everywhere trying to find one for me. Even went looking in other departments and the back room. Every one was very helpful.
While arriving at the store, you are to go in your confirmation email and do a check in process.....after pressing check in, nothing happens, the Walmart website loads up but with no following prompt to complete the process, installed the Walmart app but that didnt work either. While I do understand there being bugs in these processes the lack of customer attention and assistance provided by the staff left much more to be desired. I parked and proceeded to go inside the store. I kindly asked the person by the door and the girl said she had no idea how the pick up process worked and that she had no idea how to go about it..... what kind of response is this ? Again, I do also understand this being a big store with multiple departments and as somebody that had worked retail before I get that employes arent really obligated to have all knowledge on operations...but this person didnt even attempt to provide any directions or assistance on the matter. I ended asking another person and this time I was pointed towards the pick up area. While the curbside pick up if done right, could do wonders to the customers experience, the lack of staff assistance made this a horrible experience for me, and while the item being bought was at a fair price, I do t think Id ever shop at this location again.I tried leaving this as feedback on their website but its been down since.
Poor customer service , I went to buy a baby mattress n no one could ever tells me the size , so I go ahead n purchase it n had to return it because it was too big

Very unprofessional staff, got to Walmart at opening so I could be the first to get a new game releasing that day, the shelf where the game was suppose to be was empty. Asked every worker I saw and they all told me the samething thats my department, finally asked one wheres the person in charge of gaming then? They said they wont be in for another hour (how is someone in charge of a department not there at opening?) So I waited the hour, hour turned into an hour and a half, it got to the point that I began harrasing the workers letting them know ive been waiting for over an hour. Finally the person in charge of electronics and gaming appeared, the shelf with the game releasing that day still empty, so i asked her about the game, sir if its not on the shelf, we dont have it, but how can that be I asked, I was here since opening and todays the games release day, sir if its not on the shelf, we dont have it, could you check the back i asked, sir the backroom is not my department. At the point I just turned around and left. Woke up early, drove 45 mins and and waited an hour and a half for nothing.
This is the most ghetto Walmart I ever been to and that days alot from me cuz I come from the slums . When can I start the workers are trash and nasty yhe lines are out of this world the people that shop there are racket . Theres nothing on the shelves its dirty it smells and worst of all they dont talk apple or Google pay .. do not go here people u will hate it .
Very disappointed today,went in to do a simple easy return just to find out their label maker to accept a third party item was down for a week, not a day or 2 but a whole week. No follow up and no accountability. I ask to speak to the store manager and i get a supervisor and a coach. Dont understand the barrier of speaking to the store manager. Very upsetting to know we dont make the time to listen and find solutions.
The scan and go was closed which created massive lines going up through the isles all the way to the back. As far as being disabled just forget about this store. The carts are either broken or not charged. I dont believe they even disinfect them. They also closed the bathroom one hour before closing. they mustve wanted to go home early or something. I t wasnt even 12am it was 11pm. I love Walmart. Just not this one. Poorly managed store.

I purchased a garbage can from this place online,my husband went to pick it up, only to find out there was a dent in it. My husband asked for some type of discount, only to be told they dont offer that. My husband took the garbage can (I wouldnt) only to find out there was another dent. Walmart should offer their customers some type of discount for damaged items. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
This place is really busy sometimes, it took me almost half an hr 1 time just to make it back to the main road, the store and staff are ok, they gave me no hassle when returning my TV, but the return line was really long, Id go back again, I would just try to pick a time when its not so crowded
I was sadly traumatized After going to this location. And they was very disrespectful. I Came 10 mile From Brooklyn. And Things went left after I ask the cashier to check the price because I was being over charged for a product. The cashier went to the YV I was told they will not investigate the product. I said I will and went to the back and saw that I was being over charged. I ask the YV her name and asked for a pen and paper to write it down she gave me a paper and said we dont have to give a pen then. I said ok no worries let me take a photo of your badge. if I cant get a pen. I got security called on me. Here it is Im spending $120 and I cant get a pen oh the yellow vest tag member name ayanna would not return my funds.After I said I want return all items. Because of how I was being treated. I was distraught and traumatized of I kept asking please just returned the items and let me leave I dont want to come back. After being denied a refund I left the whole cart with all my items. I would not recommend anyone to shop here till they get better communicative workers. To deescalate situations and better staff With better attitudes. (Update my funds have yet to be refunded 2 weeks later) after calling corporate. I will keep updating on this issue.
My favorite super shopping center! I love to go there. My mind really happy and fresh when I enter and buy lots of necessary for our family.

Parking and the people attempting to park are horrible. The stores always overcrowded Which means people have a lot of attitudes and poor manners. Long payment lines. They also create an additional line at the exit For showing receipts (people conditioning)
How do yall not have any bags and yall are not telling your customers unless they ask? I wasted an hour shopping here. I went thru self checkout where they said I had to go to a register to get bags. Then after waiting on another line the cashier there tells me there are no bags. I had to leave everything. There was no way for me to carry it. And had I been aware ahead of time that there were no bags, I couldve bought trash bags or something.

Its normally crowded but thanks to the state of the world, now more so. Lines to get in the store and even longer lines to get out. Its still the best place to get most your wants and needs, providing you are willing to deal with the crowded shopping experience.
I dont understand the management of this location. The place does great business as its always crowded, yet the shelves are not fully stocked of popular grocery items, produce, and meats, and the store opens up at 7am, but if you need Deli items dont bother because the Deli counter doesnt open until 9am, which is ridiculous to me because when I am in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia if the store is open, the Deli counter is too. They need to do better.
I would never order from you guys again I only placed an order because it was supposed to arrive by Saturday and now its saying by Monday or Tues huge inconvenience neither I or my girlfriend will be home that day. This is is the 3rd time this has happened. I am canceling my order and and going to the competition TARGET that does same day delivery with shipt. I like Walmart for the deals but this keeps happening like annoying

This is the worst Wal-Mart store on the east coast of the U.S. If I could rate this store a negative 10, I would. Went to buy a Timex watch for my mother. Ask 7 different store associates for assistance and some did not know who to contact to unlock the cabinet and the others did not want to help. Alexis was one of the associates in the store and she was not helpful at all. Come to find out she was the only person with the keys to unlock the cabinet. I waited over 35 minutes to get assistance to purchase this watch. I will never shop there again. Horrible service.
I had to really stock up on many non-food items, while I did get some edible staples too. My cart barely had enough space for the edibles. Im so glad I was able to afford everything without having to remove any items, knowing that this store usually doesnt overcharge their products. And some shelves were getting restocked while customers were shopping, since a number of items sell out pretty fast in there.
Walmart always has great prices, and nice staff, but at times the check out experience is very unfulfilling.
The vision center is awesome, quick service and fair prices.
Hello everybody i was in walmart supercenter yesterday just getting a couple of things and the one thing i noticed how much they had the big gallon of mazola cooking oil $20 compared to c-town foodbazzar where they selling it for $30 so if you like cooking alot and u use alot of oil then if you have a car u can take a nice drive i mean i know its just saving $10 but the way things are now if you have a chance to save why not go for it i purchased two which came out to $40 now if i would have got two of the $30 dollar one it would have came out to $60 so u see the difference hope ya liked my review thank you.
I purchase an item online for curbside pick up in Valley Stream when I went to do my pick up they said that is no longer available for pick up but you could buy it at a store at a different price they will not honor the price of the iPhone and they refused to give me my turn my pick up please this for people how are doing store puck It very dishonest it’s a scam
My return was hassle free, the cashier was very informative. Purchased meats (beef) and was pleased that the ground sirloin was fresh all the way through. But a lot of empty shelves and freezers. Stock was low on quite a few items. Oh and the fruits were tasty.

Its a great store that has everything. Only problem is the lines are too long. They need a better system. However, in these last couple of months, Ive noticed that the lines have shortened & move quicker.

Wasted 30 minutes waiting at curbside pickup for my order that was ready since 9am? Nobody answered the phone. Customer service couldnt even reach anyone in the store. Worst Walmart location ever. Had kids in the car with me getting fussy I just canceled it. This site is so ghetto

No matter the time of day or day of the week this store is crowded. They should somehow organize the store in a better way. Aisles are crowded with people and very hard to navigate the store. Especially by the medications, soaps, and check out lines. The store does have good prices ( as all Walmarts do) however sometimes the negative shopping experience out weighs the good prices.

Worst walmart. Iv been to this walmart a few times and every time I regret it. shelves are empty. Looks like they dont like to restock at this location. Parking is a challenge. Rarely find what Im looking for. Long lines. Your better off going somewhere else. If you lack the patience and stress.
I attempted to buy the the items I wanted online but I couldn’t the same day. I drive to the Walmart directly after and find about 50% of the items I couldn’t pick up on the shelves. Fix the system. This isn’t the beginning of the lockdown. We need this kind of service! I love Walmart though.

Placed my order for in-person pickup. The process once I entered the establishment was less than stellar. There was no one immediately available to greet pick-up order customers, you are forced to scan you r barcode on a kiosk that is indiscriminate and you have to look around for direction. It wouldve been optimal to have large, cardboard signs directing steps for pick-up, working monitors, and available personnel to greet customers.

I always come here because is a convenience. The workers need to be more helpful and cheerful. They always have a face , I went a week ago and two employees told me where the iron was and it was a mission for me to find it. They should really know the store.
Always packed and congested! They need to open up more registers. I dread going there because I know it’s going to be a long wait.The fruits are always fresh when I go and the shelves are always stacked. The grocery section is a plus despite the long lines.

Ridiculous! ALWAYS busy. Parking lot is a mess. There’s a lot of staff but very little help. Granted, the bathrooms say they are being redone but it doesn’t excuse the safety concern of the changing table pictured.
Walmart has great deals. This particular Walmart is always packed. Most of the cashiers are extra slow. However, they do have a lot of gaiters so choose wisely on the line you will stand on. If you go there during rush out.. you will regret it. Getting out of that area is horrible.
Good, easiest supermarket to navigate in whole new york city (also, the only Walmart), regardless of it being very huge. I personally dont care to buy electronics or clothing, but it is a great place to shop for groceries, produce and pet care items. Even though I wouldnt buy electronics or clothing, I can understand many people buying for affordable deal.Most of the workers has pretty good idea about the store, but recently I ran into workers who had no clue about the aisle they were working at. Im not really mad, I just believe Walmart service is overall better than that.

2022-05-04I like coming here. They have nice feel to the environment. Well established and stocked. Movement throughout the supercenter is easy. Unfortunately, our rebound from the past two plus years and economic crisis has changed the value of the American dollar for so many. Thus the prices of items has become a stretch. I understand how hard it is on every side to effectively bring products to the community that are reasonably priced. Overall your customer service and workers still give their best foot and make you welcome and make it enjoyable to keep coming. Clean and well organized, as it should be.

2022-02-11Ratchet and rude behavior from the employees. I was waiting on line at self checkout and the lady closed the line in front of me. And when an employee after wanna check out, she allow her to pass me and she checked her out. And when I raise question about it and she raised she voice and behaved very rudely causing a scene. On top that at the register they charged me for 23 bags.

2022-05-04Disgusting behavior by an employee named Ashley at the pick up today. She threw the bags into the car at my mom! First she hung up on me when I called to complain that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and they kept helping other cars that came after me. When I told her Id complain to corporate, she hung up the phone. When she came out, she had a horrible attitude. I asked for her name and she said I wasnt the one you were speaking to on the phone. I asked her for her name again and she told me Ashley. When I asked for a manger, she told me all the managers were gone and no one was available. She asked me for my ID, as I showed her my ID, she proceeded to throw one of the bags onto my elderly mothers lap. I yelled at her to not throw things and she said she didnt. Like what? You literally threw the bag onto my moms lap while my mom was looking away. Disgustingly rude behavior. I complained to the Coach and the Front End Team Lead - who were very nice and listened but I wasted another 30 minutes doing so. I ended up completing my shopping at Target instead.How disgusting and inappropriate to treat elderly folks this way. How can this behavior ever be compensated???? She didnt even have the decency to apologize to my mother who had NOTHING to do with the situation. Just wow.

2022-06-09Today was not a good trip. Extremely long lines. I felt like I was in a warehouse trying to not get hit by these guys with palettes. They have a really nasty attitude. One aisle had 6 employees standing together blocking the aisle complaining about management. I said thank you have a good night to the person checking my receipt and no response. she looked at the outside door to see what was going on. This is why I drive out to another store even though this one is the closest.

2022-05-12The staff leaves much to be desired. My latest visit had me incredibly frustrated especially because they mostly all have those smart devices that can look anything in the store.I would strongly recommend Farmingdale super center over this one if possible. Or even East meadow unless you want to kill 3 hours to buy a few items not worth the hassle of driving there

2022-06-30Arrived, called the number posted I checked in online and I still had to go in to pick up purchase then they requested ID. You got all of the information.I was like oKAYyyyYyy!!! Showed my ID my confirmation and my car information. Whats next Walmart? Finger print for curbside? I finally got my purchase and took it to my car! It should really be changed to pickup not curbside. A company that makes so much profit and so short staffed and over worked workers. The ones that choose to come into work.
