Thank you for resolving the issue with the manifold stay. The vibration in my gas pedal went away 100% after installation. Its great to see the difference that made. I appreciate the urgency that you took to fix this.

I called to get an idea of what repair shop would cost to replace brake pads and rotors.I had spoke to the dealership a week before calling W&M.W&M is charging MORE than the dealership is to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. Not to mention that the quality of the parts is not the same.Always get multiple estimates to avoid being scammed!

All locals go here. The best mechanics around! I always question, when I frequent a place, that would be given a one star review. It is probably a competitor as I checked into - their one and only review. I know the owners as I have had many repairs done. They are always polite and respected. If you arent happy talk to them. They will make sure you are satisfied.

Great service with a smile... Thank you for servicing my Chrysler 300.Some people hate going to a mechanic shop, but I tell you one thing. The service here is amazing!!!To bad I can only give you 5 stars, you guys deserve 10!!! By the way the girl at the front desk makes you feel like family.

I was recommended to go to this auto shop to get a valve replaced that was making the car stutter and shut down. First person I met was the friendly owner and he knew right away what the problem was and explained what was causing it. He placed an order for the replacement part and when he saw it was going to take a while, he got in his own car and got the replacement part himself. The car runs like normal now. Ill be coming here from now on. Honest business with reasonable prices.

It is so difficult to find an honest mechanic that knows what they are doing and willing to back up their work. I am completely satisfied with V&M. I travel a good distance and its worth the trip. THE BEST !!!

Okay Im jumping straight into this .Alight Im a technician I understand how the whole auto industry rolls , my mom had brought in my sisters Honda Odyssey for an OIL CHANGE , nys inspection and some other things , brought it in had the work performed left and everything was good , me being an auto tech when the vehicle had needed its next oil change I was available to perform it when I jacked up the vehicle I had noticed there was NO drain plug instead of where it was there was a quick fix if you could call it that one of these expanding insert type deal things youd use if the plug was STRIPPED OUT . Basically ghetto rigging the vehicles oil drain plug with some piece of sh*t that began to leak 4.5 months after the oil change people realize what happens when theres no oil ,your engine siezes . So far were off to a great start , when we had returned to question them as to what was up with the drain plug they said it was like that from who ever had done it previously , I had done the last oil change and wouldnt even consider using such a shi**y fix for something like that . Long story short with that car they denied they had stripped the drain plug out and would not fix it . I had ended up dropping the exhaust and installing a used junk yard oil pan with a new drain plug.Now NEXT CAR this was before the Honda my personal car I used to have a 2005 Chrysler sebring yeah I know its slow and boring tell me about it . But I had received the car from a family member and not very long after receiving it the flex pipe in the exhaust has basically snapped making the car louder then a Honda with a sh*tty fart can strapped on the back so I needed it fixed asap , I had brought it to w&m to have it fixed where they then I stalled a new flex pipe catalytic converter and a new resonator I left and all was good again about 2-3 mo the later the flex pipe snapped again , (great work right). I had brought it back where they said I needed a new flex pipe and that I would have to pay , again a said screw it and paid the 350$ it was to get that fixed , after that it hasnt broken and its been about a year but heres the kicker now the exhaust angle changed and the hot air coming out of the rear top began to MELT MY REAR BUMPER , Now were in that same topic the Honda from the first part you know the stopped drain plug we had the flex pipe replaced there before also and when I had looked under and Inspected it they replaced the FLEX pipe you know the pipe made to flex with engine torque with a solid pipe that hasnt has any issues ...... Yet so well see just throwing this out here these guys may not be the best when it comes to exhaust and a basic oil change , Id reccoreco going g to your local vehicle manufacturer dealer , oy because if they mess something up they are held accountable for their f*ck ups or find a decent Mechanic or tech that doesnt screw up your car and good luck.

Needed a new Power Steering Pump. Great job! These guys are a lot more than a Muffler Shop!
