Came for inspection and was FAILED for headlight assembly-headlight is in place, works. had a minor accident. Went down the road and got an opinion from another shop who said PASS but had no spot; went down the road to another shop who had an opening, PASS. Ill never go back. i used to have faith in this place. why then? because they wanted me to pay them for one (300.00 as opposed to 130.00 online) and lets not forget the hour they would charge to put it in. headlight not working?, fine. blinker or horn not working, fine. cracked windshield, cant argue. but this was a money grab.

Well I couldn’t say enough good things about this company I have a f350 dully with a 6 inch lift and 35” tires called all around no one could do my tire and wheel alignment because of how big my truck is I called the office and spoke with a very nice lady they got me in the next week and as soon as the job was done a nice gentleman called and went over everything that was done to my truck. And the price was lower than talked about very pleased with the professional performance and great customer service.

Purchased 2 Goodyear tires. We paid over $500 per tire which is $200 more per tire than a previous purchase less than 3 months ago at another Goodyear Tire retailer. We paid $1215 for two tires mounted and two tires disposed of where as we paid $311 for one tire mounted and one tire disposed of. Staff were friendly but pricing was terrible. We needed the tire that day but would not use Warren Tire Service again due to pricing.
I have been using Warren Tire for several years now for tire change/storage and felt the need to post this review after my most recent experience with this business. I was getting my winter tires put onto my vehicle and having them store my summer tires, as usual they had my vehicle in and out in about an hour and I appreciate them always calling/texting when my car is ready if I decide not to wait in their waiting room. After my car was done, the manager Mike pulled me aside to inform me that during the changeover, one of my wheel coverings was cracked by mistake, if he hadn’t pointed it out, the crack was so small that I never would have noticed. He was extremely apologetic and ordered me a new set of wheel covers immediately and texted me as soon as they came in. The integrity and honesty that I was shown during this experience is the reason I will continue to be a patron for any of my tire needs.

Wow! Excellent customer service. We needed new tires, but could not afford them... Then I was leaving for work the other morning and discovered a flat tire. Every shop in town was booked, and Warren Tire said they could fit me in somewhere. They ultimately found the flat tire was irreparable, and we had to replace all of our tires. I was so nervous because we could not afford new tires... then they quoted me an amazing deal for all season tires that we could afford!Best part - they completed all of this in less than 3 hours! Again, wow!! I was planning to wait for longer, but they went above and beyond. They were so generous, understanding, and reasonable. After learning they are a full service center, they now have loyal business from us. Huge thanks to Warren Tire - we are looking forward to brining our car back for routine service!
The people at Warren Tire Service Center are amazing! I have gone to them three or four times since moving to Plattsburgh last fall, and they have always exhibited excellent customer service. I do not know a lot about cars, and they have never taken advantage of that. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly; I am very happy to have found them.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. My car was first diagnosed there as having a bad starter, so I paid for the diagnostic service and paid the labor to have the starter replaced. However, the same non-starting issue happened again with the new starter only 2 days later after the starter replacement. I went to the store and was told that the issue might have been misdiagnosed and they would have to diagnose again and would not charge me for the second diagnosis due to the previous misdiagnosis. However, after I went to the shop for the second diagnosis, I was told that instead of free, I would be charged $117 for the second diagnosis (I already paid $40 for the first MISdiagnosis and $150 for labor to replace the starter). The front desk people also remembered what happened and how I was promised a free second diagnosis, but the supervisor insisted to charge me $117 because he did not hear his colleague made the promised the other day. There was many miscommunication between store personnel at this place, and one person told me one version of the story and another person told me a different one. After all, they have no trouble charging you again (and more) if it was then who did not do a good job in the first place. At the end, I was threatened that if I would not pay, they would not do the job. Very POOR competence doing the job and finding the issue of my car, and WORSE customer service! STAY AWAY from this dishonest place!
After having a terrible customer service experience with a new to Plattsburgh commercial tire store I took my vehicle to Warren Tire Service Center. Although they could not align one of the rear tires they showed me my vehicle on the lift, pointed out the problem and offered 2 possible resolutions. I was also only charged for a partial alignment. This is an example of excellent customer service! Im a customer for life now.
Very thorough and informative. They tell you whats wrong before they do anything. Theyre not trying to rob you. They only do what you request. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ive gone there numerous times not one complaint
Four new tires were purchased at Warren Tire for my 2013 Subaru Legacy in late December 2018. This week one of the tires blew out, so I called to bring the car in. I was told that a new tire was needed, however they didnt have the same tires I had purchased for $140 each in 2018. The new tire would cost $150. I left the car there and received a call several hours later that all the tires were leaking. Since I couldnt afford four new tires at this time, they said they could clean the valves which had been corroded for $30 per tire. They said this should make the tires last through the summer as they said the tires were weathered. Mycomplaint is...the bill was $293 and I spent almost $700 a year ago for four new tires. What kind of low quality tires did they sell me a year ago if they need replacing? I have driven less than 15,000 miles since then!!! Not happy! I feel like I was totally overcharged and after speaking with the car dealership they said the tires are obviously bad and should be covered under warranty!
Very nice experience. Although it took me 1 week to get a Saturday appointment but was worth it. I just went in for a tire rotation and balancing. Staff person said there is no need for balancing unless you experience some vibration for which i said no. Then there is no need for balancing. Later they called me that my rear tires are worn out from inside and need replacement for all 4. I was like i came here expecting to apend 40$ on rotation instead i am advised to spend 450$ on tires and alignment. I thought may they are trying to sell me something but i being the person who doesnt know much about tires went ahead and agrred to replace all 4 tires. Still had this feeling that i am replacing for no reason. But i had lot of road noise since last few months for which i got it looked at my dealership and they said that everything is fine with the car. I just thought that it was the way and that sound was normal. I picked up my car from warren after the replacement and was just praying that whatever sound that i was hearing should be gone and it did. It was actually the tires which was causing a lot of road noise. Its like my car sounds almost new from the delearship silent. Lol i used to crank up the radio to ignore the road noise before. I am so happy i went to warren i stead of any where else. They do tires and so just trust them if they say it.
Employees were polite and friendly. The lobby was clean and the setup does allow for social - distancing. I have no complaints.

They are very helpful and informative and they can actually change tires. Its my new tire place, because Sams club doesnt have the tools or ability to take off tires apparently. They told me to go somewhere else. Im not even kidding. A couple of my wheels where Frozen on and a little stripped. But no problems with Warren tires. They only had to get my permission to replace the bolts. Thank you Warren tires!
I brought a $4,000 set of wheels to Warren Tire to have the tires dismounted. Before they started work I asked the service agent to thoroughly inspect the wheels so that we could agree there was no damage to the wheels prior to them taking possession. I was present when the service agent inspected the wheels and agreed there was no damage present.Upon return of the wheels one had very obviously been damaged. The service agent straight denied they damaged the wheel even though he inspected them previously. He was pretending we didn’t inspect the wheels prior to all of this. He was talking to me like my reality was different from his. Like we had made a jump to another dimension of space time where what I experienced never took place.Seeing as things were getting shady I recorded the conversation I had with the service agent on my iPhone regarding the damage and have him on record ultimately admitting they damaged my wheel. I also had him make a statement on the receipt.The owner, Ed Boyer, who I met to seek reimbursement from didn’t care about making things right. Because of that he’ getting sued. Warren Tire employees and especially Ed Boyer are dishonest in his business dealings when appropriate. He could care less about doing the right thing and reimbursing you for damages they caused. If you have a nice car and would like to keep it that way go somewhere else for service.
I only wish I knew about this place before I moved out of Plattsburgh. I went in for an oil change and one gentleman who worked there noticed I needed new tires before my move. They were booked up before I had to move and he still managed to squeeze me in before leaving. The rates are great and the staff I’ve interacted with have been incredibly friendly. I am so thankful for this company and their awesome service!
NEVER AGAIN !!!They charge me $ 120 for changing 4 tires and the job wasn’t done properly (van was shaking like hell on the highway), I had to pay again to get the job done right elsewhere.They never answer my messages, very poor customer service.These guys operate a business are ridiculous as their radio ads are !NEVER AGAIN, Let’s encourage peoples who do good job and take care of their customer, this place is a satirical cartoon of the worst places…
10 $ more then anywhere else to mount tires. I asked them to save the tires they took off and they put a huge hole in one. And didnt say a word to me.

Im from Ohio but staying in Montreal. I had my winter tires in storage, and just ran down to see if I could get them on quickly. A random lady who happened to be in her storage unit recommended them to me.The were packed- 10 walk ins plus appointments- and the guy at the counter asked me to leave my car. Totally fine by me, but I actually would have to wait for the aforementioned reasons. He was super sweet, and juggled some things around and got me out in no time! This is one of the truly outstanding experiences of above and beyond expectations. Theyre stuck with me now!
Always good experience at Warren Tire. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable they were to my questions, and annoyances like me asking them to store my tires. That’s the kind of stuff that sets you apart. Family owned businesses are where it’s at, I support them whole heartily. The faculty is kept very clean, it’s very busy and they just to seem to do great with it all.
Tl;dr: Had an incredible experience at Warren. The employees — Jen and Mike, in particular — went above and beyond to get me an my family on our way after we had a shredded tire on a Friday night. Couldnt not recommend more highly.Longer: On a recent Friday nigh while coming back from a days-long road trip, I got a flat tire about an hour north of Plattsburgh. Unfortunately, my car doesnt have a spare and uses a boutique tire, as it was later explained to me. As I started Googling and calling nearby tire dealers, I was told that no one would have my tire and that anyway, it was Friday and Id have a better shot of getting service on Monday. Then I reached Warren. The service center patched me through to an incredibly informed employee named Jen, who there was a shot that they had my tire but that Warren was closed and she was already on her drive home. She had an idea about how she might be able to find out and told me to call back in 10. When I called back, I found out that another employee had returned to the shop, looked through their inventory — after hours!! — and found that they miraculously had my unusual tire (this was for a Volvo SUV — the review of that car will not be as glowing).I had my car towed for an hour to Plattsburgh, dropped off my key in Warrens night drop and found a hotel.The next morning at 7:45 I got a call from Jen who said they had our car, they did, indeed, have our tire and that the new tire would be in place by 9 a.m. This was on a Saturday morning and Jen had called *before the shop had even opened.* At 9, my family and I showed up, the car was 100% ready, we paid and were on our way by 9:15.Truly world class service; I was lucky to have stumble on Warren and would recommend them to anyone. Wish theyd come to my town and teach service here...
Very nice staff.Had a steering vibration on the way from NJ to Montreal. Stopped in Plattsburgh overnight and based on the Google reviews went to Warren at 7:00am to see if they could fit me in for a tire balance. They were busy, but got me right in. Balanced the tires and found one of the tires was slightly out of round and placed in on the back of the car. Drove nice and smooth up to Montreal. Thank you very much!
I cant say enough good things about Warren Tire. They have helped my wife out a ton with various tire and wheel issues. They even found a leaking valve stem that another shop missed multiple times. Theyre very good about taking walk-ins for flats and other emergencies. The staff are friendly, and their prices are very fair.
Would not trust them to count the number of tires on my car. Took my car in for balance and alignment after getting run into a ditch. First call from them Did anyone call you yet?, after 3 hrs of work. Then the guy tells me they did $230 worth of balancing but 3 of the wheels are bent and need to be replaced. I asked if they would cut me a deal if I bought new rims from them and he said NO!
I think I posted once before about Warren Tire services and how their experienced and knowledgeable staff took the time to perform an excellent diagnosis of the problems with my BMW that ultimately saved me a lot of money... at first I thought they just wanted to do the work but when I actually took the time to listen to what they are saying I understood thank you
These guys are true professionals! I had a tire w/a bubble on my way to Montreal and no one in E town had an 18 inch tire for a Pontiac. I got in touch with Warrens on my way back to i87. Half way there the tire blows. They sent a truck out put the spare on then led me back to the shop where they put a new tire on within 20 minutes to closing. Im only an hour behind on my trip to Montreal. I cant thank these guys enough.Also, jen deserves a raise. Or at least a beer. She put up with me the whole way.
I really wanted a place I could go if I ever needed anything. I’m a student at SUNY Plattsburgh and I live about two hours away. I know driving far distances can scare some parents. I went to warren tire for a couple things because I heard great things about it. This past week I went for an oil change and it costed me $84 dollars. They said my car took the most expensive oil they had and I needed an extra court of it so that would cost more too. I called my dad after the fact and asked how much a oil change costs (my dad usually changes my oil for me, but I was way over and had a long drive coming up so I came here) my car did not need the most expensive “full synthetic” oil. We never use that. Just very upset that I nearly have enough spare change as a college student and I paid double what I should have. I’ll never go there again.

First tire blew 50 miles outside Plattsburgh coming from NYC. Stopped at EVERY service area on 9N north, and until Plattsburgh when spare blew out, and Nobody had 11 inch tires in stock - except Warrens. Had to leave car overnite with a message and the keys, they called first thing when they opened next morning, they came and picked us up, and we were on our way before 9:30 a.m. Great, great service, and fair pricing.

I took my car in for brakes on a Saturday with no appointment, since I just saw them on the road when I drove in to Plattsburgh from Montreal on business. My car has the original front brake pads at 85K miles, and I was sure they needed changing (and cant find an honest mechanic in Montreal yet...). The mechanics pulled the wheels and called me to say I had plenty of pad left. Total charge: $0!!!! Other places would not have been this honest, or at least they would have charged time on pulling the wheels (which would have been fair). It shows that they are professionals and like what theyre doing.
Great service, but they dont clean the brakes. Otherwise been a great place for buying tires. I brought 3 cars nearly all at once.
I called them asking if they would just put air in my tires, and they helped me out the second I got there. Very sweet people.
After paying over $1,000 for brand new tires last year you would think that when you stop to get a low pressure indication checked you would not be given a two-hour wait time! Im sure someone else will take my business next time.

We took big 5th wheel travel trailer in because of concern about tire wear. First class, on time service, took a look and recommended we could get to our destination without a tire change. THIS IS A TRUSTWORTHY PLACE.

I went up north to visit a friend with a rental and unfortunately had gotten a flat, as I was able to get to this repair shop I had fairly quick and friendly service.
I got a price on very expensive tires, and a couple of months later when I was ready to buy, they decided to increase the price by 20%At the end, I got a much better deal at G&G Tire Co, and a much better Customer Support.
Never had a bad experience here but their website is trash. Need something? Either show up or call them.

2022-06-12I was renting an Enterprise truck with a flat tire. I needed this truck to work safely/properly for a job I would be on for two straight weeks. The staff (particularly Jen and Maureen) was incredibly helpful! The would have had the tire fixed in 15 minutes if someone hadnt taken the lug nut key out of the kit. Thankfully they were able to work directly with Enterprise to find a solution with very little stress or hassle for me. I was grateful for that!

2022-06-19I had a slow leak on a tire on my motor home. I called them on a Saturday. They arrived at the truck stop I was at and promptly found the problem and repaired it. Having spent my whole career in the the auto, truck, towing businesses I can say that their truck was well equipped. They even brought a new tire along just in case mine had some irreparable problem. Their service guy, Rick, was very friendly and cordial. He certainly knew what he was doing! I very much recommend this business!

2022-06-15So far, Im very grateful, they are willing to help me with getting my tires looked at as to a warrenty issue. Bailey Ford sold me the tires, but, wouldnt follow through on warrentying them, so since Warren tire sold them to Bailey ford I went to them for help, and they are taking care of me. Next time Ill by direct, certainly not from Bailey Ford!!! First time ever having such a problem with Michelles.

2021-09-15We are Canadians with a Travel trailer and utility trailer that we cant visit with the USA border closed to non-essential travel because of the Covid-19 pandemic. A quality earthling decided to slash all eight tires! I spoke to Mike, who quickly gave me a quote and organized the service on site which was professional, efficient and fast. 2021-08-06Jen, this is for you girl. I scheduled and appointment for a rotation on Tuesday for Friday in which I was glad that they could get me in. Once there I was immediately called that my tires were worn, I knew that but it was great that they are actually looking rather than just rotating and sending it out the door. After an hour I got a call..... not to pick my car up but that the bays were unavailable to lift my car because the lifts were occupied by disabled vehicles. I provided my own equipment to assist in the lift but apparently they couldnt do it. I was with my child so I got my equipment and key and left. Soon after, when I was able to talk and ask questions, Jen was rude and snubbed me because of their incompetence. I drove 45 minutes for this rotation. Called days ahead and was curious why my car couldnt be lifted since they knew what car I drive. If you drive a heavy vehicle and want to have a smooth transition Id suggest asking if they will have a bay that can lift your vehicle. Jen I hope your day gets better.
