This car wash is just right for people who dont want others to work on your car for whatever reason, ideal in this pandemic. You drive in the car wash, free vacuum and mat wash. By the way your car smells good for a while after wash.
I give 4 stars despite recent experiences because the place is always kept clean and staff is generally always friendly. I had an incident this morning with the attendant that switches out your towel and sprays the soap on the car. As USUAL he does not want to switch out the towel and immediately starts spraying the car to avoid whst seems that part of his job. I have let this go many times and would walk over after the wash and switch out the towel. Today I tried to again switch out my towel before he started spraying the car and ignored me, I gestured again getting closer and as he is telling me with attitude to hurry and give him the towel he is telling me to also go in neutral and this led me to hitting the car in front of me. All I will say on that part is that it was handled very poorly. Long story short my advice is hire a towel swapper or pay the attendant at the front line more because he is not a happy employee. And I dont blame him, if he has to keep the cars moving he shouldnt have to worry about the towels. His role is key. The guy I bumped into had his own towel story as well.
This is the best self service car wash in Westchester. Many available spaces for wiping down and vacuuming your car. Mat washing machine is great and gets the job done. I am one of the monthly members and it cant be beat for the value and the services offered. For an extra $3 bucks you get a towel that you return for a clean one when your done. The staff is friendly and helpful. Car comes out nice and clean every time. The only improvement I would suggest is the blower at the finish line could be stronger. Alot of the water stays on the car congrats to the owners it is a gold mine.
Fully automatic car wash. There is always at least one staff member present to help.FAVORITE: The self-service floor mat cleaning machine. Dirty mats go in the top and come out clean on the bottom.OTHER FAVORITE: The self-service vacuum area. LOOONG hoses that hang from above.NOT SO GOOD: So far Ive noticed that the lower rear trunk and rocker panels still need some attention after going through. Maybe the brushes need to be aligned better or ther needs to be another set added.OVERALL: I love the concept, but the wash quality could be better. My next and third time will decide if I continue my membership.
I dont know what this is, but it aint a car wash. Whole parts of my hood were left unwashed. The back window still had dirt on it. They make you pay for a towel to dry it yourself. I literally had to wash the car again after I was done. Never going back and glad I didnt pay for a membership.

This car wash is fast , efficient ,and inexpensive. It does the same if not better job that a car wash with hand dry would do. And it lasts. Give it a try , you will be pleased. You just have to vacuum yourself.Just be careful on the weekends cause it gets very busy and you may have to wait for vacuum .
My car was not clean after going through the car wash. The entire back half. I mentioned it to one of the workers, he said he would call the Manager, who was on break and wouldnt be back for 20 minutes. I asked if I could have the managers number, he didnt have it (?). He asked one of his co-workers, he didnt have it either (really?). He then suggested that I come back the next day at 8:30am when the manager would surely be in. Poor customer service. If they would have said we apologize, please go through again, I may have become a repeat customer.
Awesome facility I work there when I was a kid. Jack is looking down smiling and proud of what Josh and his Brother have done there. This is state of the are facility ,it runs like clock work.Congrat keep it up.

Dont trust them.Been using this car wash for a while now.I had been happy with the results until today.I joined their towel exchange program time when I exchanged the towel they gave me this green one instead of the blue one they previously had.I didnt think anything more of it because I was in a rush I wanted to meet somebody. Tonight Id try turning in the towel and getting a fresh one but was met with no thats not ours. I try to explain to the guy thats what you gave me last time and I didnt question it when you gave me.Ask for the manager to come over and he backed up his worker saying it wasnt theirs but it wasnt mine either. They ended up keeping the one I was trying to turn in but never gave me a new one.Ill be using a different car was by my home.
I would rate it with 5 stars except when you buy a monthly car wash subscription they automatically renew you without any type of notice.
I had a monthly membership for the Tarrytown road White Plains car wash unlimited car washes. I had the basic package. A good deal until you have to cancel your membership. Im going out of the country for 2 months and theres no information on how to go about canceling your membership so you dont get charged the first of the month every month. I tried calling 2-3 numbers nobody picked up the phone I left a message on their Facebook page they gave me an email address. I wrote to the email address I got no reply. It took two phone calls to my credit card that told me they would stop any future reoccurring fees. So the hassle was extraordinary.
I don’t understand why you have to pay for a full service car wash $20 and the car is soaking wet they do not dry your car off by hand afterwards. If you want towels they cost three dollars each to dry your own car off. Definitely never going back here again! And the tire shine is put on with the machine it barely put anything on your tires.Money is not the issue with me charge more money drive the car off correctly!

Today I went and I didnt see the Colombian Luis, he had already fixed some scratches on my car even though his English is average but his solution was to give me some gift cards and some free car washes I would recommend him but he doesnt work there there was also another work very well I think his name was david but they also fired him, they need a professional from the company that fires the best workers

This is the only place in Westchester that charges a fair price and does a great job. My car is very clean after. It’s so easy to go in and out. The kiosk and gates work very well. The monthly unlimited is a great value. The place is also very clean and there’s no confusion like the other places. Very simple.

Very disappointed with the service here. I started the most expensive unlimited monthly car wash plan for 38$ a month on June 28th. My car comes out looking the same as my friends who has the 8$ plan... On top of that in August i have been charged 3 times already!!! There is no office and the kid that works there said they dont answer the phone and there is nobody to speak to about resolving this issue. He said there are other people ahead of me on the list who have also been double or triple charged. Ridiculous.
This is a great convenient car wash at an affordable price. I noticed some other poor reviews on here and I think people don’t realize that this is not the type of car wash that you go to for a full detail. It’s built for convenience, affordability and ease-of-use. You literally pull up swipe your card and drive through the car wash. The brushes and sprayers are very powerful and will get every bit of dirt including the wheel wells. It even and has an automated machine that can apply a light coating of tire shine. Once you pull out there are self-serve vacuums which I think is great because you can vacuum as much or as little as your heart desires. At the end of the day sure there is nobody to dry the car by hand, but this likely keeps prices low and you can always just throw a towel in the trunk and give it a quick wipe down yourself.

Not happy with the interior clean... the only 3 spots of dirt inside and they didnt even get it. Left my car mats wet... exterior is just as disappointing.
Yes you have to do everything yourself, but that’s what makes it awesome during pandemic. If you have time, I really recommend that you come here for the car wash.
They took their time, just get there earlier in the day before noon. When they get busy, they tend to rush the work. Which any employ would do.
A good concept, different than the “full service” places in Westchester. You pay for an exterior wash and then you have unlimited use of a vacuum bay. So if you go to the beach, fill your car with sand (damn kids!) you can do a wash for $8 and then vacuum to your heart’s content. It’s self service but a great savings.

Im still liking this place. So far everything had been super good. Lets wait til the winter months. Best to get some solar panels to cover the vacuums or no one will come out to wash.

The old car wash was so much better this automated system is not great in fact it ripped my back license plate off of my car. The car is not completely dry when you come through. And now you have to vacuum your own vehicle. Won’t be coming back

I really liked this place and tried it several times. I purchased the monthly pass for $37 on July 19th. I went to get a car wash on July 30th and was charged again. I called and it went straight to an home answering machine. I never got a call back and had to result in disputing the charge through my bank. Very dissappointed that no one bother to address this.

DO NOT BUY THE MONTHLY PASS. I bought the money pass on the 30th of July and got charged again on the 1st August. The computer and the attendant never said it was reoccurring, I never consented to it being reoccurring. Second, I paid for the full month and got charged again two days later for another month, they never mentioned this. That’s ridiculous. Now I am calling them but don’t respond so it looks like I have to go with my credit card company to file unauthorized charges.
Love this place! My Third time their! Like the free vacuuming after your car wash if you like to do it! Make sure you bring some microfiber towels or some accessories to help you dry your car extra or whatever you need! definitely recommend!

Definitely got more than what I bargained for after stopping in for a car wash! One of the staff assisted me with purchasing my car wash with my debit card. Before I got home there were fraudulent purchases made on my debit card. If I did not lock my card from my banking app I would be out more money. Now I have to deal with my bank doing a fraud investigation. I was able to help the beauty merchant not lose product by emailing their customer service team and they stopped the product from being shipped. I hope the owner is not in on this. Otherwise they need to address this issue with their staff. Car wash itself was just ok.

There’s no human touch even though I purchased “the works”. It should be called the “the okay machines” but honestly it was a mediocre job I should’ve just done at home and the only thing that was okay was the self vacuum stations.

Got SUV basic wash. Was impressed with the service. There was people at the beginning that sprays the vehicle down then at the end theres people who hand dry. Dont have this type of service in Pgh and if we do i am sure it would cost way more.

They do a good job but its not cheap. With tax its about $24 for a deluxe wash. Thats exterior, vacuum, wax and windows. Four stars for good service.

Been going here for years. Very simple and I like that you can just sit in your car as it goes through the way. Very good in and out style car wash. They dont make you sit around and wait which can seem forever with car washes.

DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED. My car and 2 others left with damaged bumpers on our brand new cars because workers didn’t leave enough room in between during the wash. Employees were careless and allowed it all to happen. Management wasn’t helpful either and no apologies were made. Worst experience ever.

Best car wash Ive been to awhile. Staff is quiet but polite and nice. Car came out great and was a much better job then the 3 places I went before. They missed a few bugs on the bumper with the deluxe but inside was best so far. Was super quick even during prime time.Price is pretty much what you pay in westchester. Packages are better option. They do full detail. Will update after more washes but impressed so far.

Washed my car yesterday and what bother me the most is the i saw police officers and customers inside the establishment washing their cars not using face mask and the employees never said a thing to them, also my car was not done a good job.
They do a fair job for the standard wash but not great. They dont scrub the tires, headlights or Windows before you go in the wash leaving the heavy stuck on grime only to the machines. Its also strange and disconcerting to pay at the end as other cars are coming and there is very little space to pull away
I went there for a super car wash and when I went back to my car after paying for the services the interior looked like they didnt wipe it down at all. My drivers window was also still dirty. They looked at me annoyed because I asked for a towel so that I can wipe down the inside of my car.

Came here since my car was absolutely filthy and i figured a car wash would be really nice. Asked for their top tier wash but they gave me the second from the top. Not a big deal, I let that one slide. But unfortunately I wasnt too happy with the way the car came out. The rear of my car was still pretty filthy, and for the price I paid, they offered too little. I can pay less at several other car washes, and get a much better job than what I got here. But, at the end of the day, the car was still a whole lot less filthy than it was when I got there.
Good options for washing your vehicle although, like many other car washes, not enough attention to the lower part of your vehicle is a consistent problem.

Awful place! Avoid going at ALL COST.I used to go to that place to get Super Wash all the time until they scratched my whole hood with the barrel that cleans the hood, roof, trunk. I spoke to the owner right after the wash so they can be responsible for the damages and all he said was That wasnt us, do you have prove? This was my weekend car and it was always garaged not one scratch on it but now this. The funny thing is that a day after, they stopped using the barrel AGAIN. I guess it scratched another car. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

I go to this car wash once or twice a week. Yesterday both front rims in the same spot got scratched in the car wash. These are completely different scratches that You get by scraping against a curb. There are no other marks on my rims. The manager says it’s not possible since there is only one rail. These rims belong to a 2022 Tesla Model 3. It is impossible to hit anything with these tires unless you are in Car Wash Mode. I went back last night at closing so I could look inside the car wash. There are 2 places where there is apparatus on both sides of the tires that is covered with hard yellow plastic that has sharp corners. He wouldn’t let me go look at them closer. I filed an incident report with the manager where HE noted my car was in excellent condition. Still waiting for someone from the office to contact me about the incident report 5 days later. Another person drying their car told me his car got scratched in there, too. Not sure why he went back. I have no intention of going back there!
Use this place at your own risk. It has absolutely destroyed my wheels.
Subscribed to $18.99 monthly plan for unlimited car washes. No complaints other than some other customers get in TOO close behind our car. Keep a safer distance please.BTW, Tesla wheels are too wide for the tires Tesla installs so the metal wheel (aka the rims) will be more prone to scratching on both curbs and car wash tracks. Known issue for years.
Good service, the staff is friendly and the machines work well.
I do not know how to pay with a card, it has to be cash and I do not know why my car when I took it to wash, it left with stripes all over the car as if it had been scratched with some branch and my car is new 3 months, 0 miles and I did not like how it came out, I think they pass some broom and thats why they scratch the car, I do not frequent it for that reason

2022-02-20This wash was completely rebuilt and opened in the winter of 2021. Their approach is quantity over quality. They really have no staff to attend to your vehicle save for a quick spray of soap when you go in, and they run the wash as the fastest speed possible to achieve the highest volume. They dont leave space between cars going through, so if the car in front doesnt drive off promptly, you can bump them. They do NOTHING to dry your car. A quick puff of air and off you go. My vehicle was soaking wet and I had to completely dry it by hand in 20 degree temps. They were running so many cars through so quickly, that every single drying spot was taken, I had to wait for someone to leave. I really dont see the point of using their services when Im doing half the labor myself. Never again, there are several full service washes in the area. I suggest you use those.

2022-03-29So here’s the real scoop. I’m retired … was in the Limo business as a driver for 50 years (really) … I drove over 3 million miles in my career. My work was mostly corporate … so no games … Driver had to be on time and car needed to be clean for starters. I’ve used a few dozen different car washes over the many years in business. Been occasionally impressed by some and not by others. Trust me, I know what I’m talking about because I always kept a spotless car … just my style. Wash Co (I guess a new concept for parent company Splash) was originally a poorly managed local car washes … but it’s only 4 blocks from where I live … so I’d occasionally go through. It went through a few different owners over a decade and gradually improved. However, about a year or so ago it was sold to Wash Co … they shut the was down for several months and built this phenomenal new car wash. Believe me … the very first time I went through it, I was blown away. Very impressive equipment… above and beyond my wildest imagination. Positively awesome! I’ve heard people say … yeah but it’s exterior only … true. But there are 20+ free self service vac stations (lots of space, no time limits, mat holders and assorted nozzles … plus a separate room with an industrial mat washing machine. All of this is included in about a $25 unlimited monthly car wash plan. That to me was irresistible! If your a person that appreciates a spotless car, don’t mind putting in a little effort self-vacuuming, this is the place for you. And it’s a bargain of a deal for what you get. Try it once and I’m sure you’ll be hooked. The manager even mentioned to me … that soon they’re planning to expand by adding a few more mat wash machines stations. Now, I could keep a fabulous review like this to myself … and it hope it won’t get too busy .. but that would be selfish … I prefer to share the good news of the best car wash of my lifetime. I pick the early morning hours when they’re less busy. 😉. Try it … you’ll Love It!!!

2022-04-30The bad: The actual wash is very short and fast. This means your car wont be super clean or super dry. Nobody towel dries your car at the end.The good: Low price. Nobody handles your vehicle.If you want your car to be pampered, go somewhere else. For $9, your car is not getting a spa experience; lets manage our expectations a bit. But for a quick exterior wash thats budget friendly, this place is great.

2022-06-21Really enjoyed this car wash place! I don’t think I have ever experienced another place like this one! They have vacuums for free to use and free mat cleaning. If you really need to deep clean your cat you could go here because they have so many spots to park and really go at it with your car. They don’t clean the water off your car but they offer towels which is apart if they’re membership program. Just don’t lose those towels or you have to pay another $3. As long as you keep it you don’t have to pay again.

Almost everytime the car looks dirty still and it never looks nice. I just came back from it and probably will be the last time I bring it there. I am done with this place and would only consider going back if they have 2 people really power washing it before you go into the car wash. The brushes in this car wash does not fully clean the car

Took so long for guy in front of me to finish his cleaning.2) Wish bathrooms had a simple hook on the back of the doors to hang my purse.3) Some HEALTHY snacks the shop like raisins or bananas. So many stations are following that trend.(Shell on Saw Mill Rd in Ardsley is a great example.)

2021-12-06The staff was so caring and kind! It was a wonderful first experience and will come back. You got a plenty of space and time for free vacuuming although you need to bring your own towels to wipe off the car. Overall it cant beat the price
