Dr. Rosanna has ben the best acupuncturist Ive ever worked with she has helped me recover and heal from concussions, help with pain management from knee injuries and I continue to go to her over the years to keep my body in balance. Shes the best
I came here because of a groupon deal for cupping and not knowing really what other services they offer. I was mentioned about acupuncture and decided to do it because I was a MESS last year. Stress was killing me and I was losing a lot of hair. Let me tell you this, I feel better then ever. Rosanna is one the greatest acupuncturist I have ever meet. She will greet you with opens and will listen to you. I believe in fate and I honestly feel I was meant to come here. Highly recommend to come here!!
Very happy that I found Dr Rosanna she takes so much care to make sure you feel welcomed. She is very knowledgeable, kind and is helping me on my mind and body journey. I was recommended to see Dr Rosanna and I am so glad I came and had a consultation, ever since I started all the issues I have been dealing with have been getting better after each visit, she works with you and understands what your body needs so that you can get better. The treatments that she provides and the various creams and herbal meds really have worked well for me.
Rosanna is very knowledgeable in the field of acupuncture/oriental medicine, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She has been very effective in the treatment of hormone regulation and pain. Get yourself an appointment with her; you won’t regret it! She’s fabulous at what she does!

2022-04-21I have loved my experience coming to Washington Heights Wellness! Rosanna is so kind and really takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. I never thought acupuncture would be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but it really is!I came due to hand pain in both hands. I’ve had slow but consistent improvement in my hands since coming to Rosanna. She’s helped my get back to doing the things I love, and I’m so grateful for that!

2022-04-27Dr.Rosanna is an angel sent from above! I started this year on a really bad note and got diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. Not only has accupuncture helped me physically it’s helped me emotionally! She has a very holistic approach and treats the body as a whole, which I love! As soon as you walk in you feel peace and greeted by the best receptionist, Bianca! They are with you through each step of your healing and goal! 100000/10!

2022-08-28Empathetic, intelligent, and caring are the best words to describe her. Haven’t been to her practice in a while and I honestly miss coming by. 2022-04-27Dr. De La Cruz and Bianca are amazing!!! They create such a warm and caring environment. Dr. De La Cruz is so knowledgeable and welcoming. She listens and remembers and offers so much wisdom. I have had relief from PMDD, Plantar Fasciitis, back pain, and anxiety. I always look forward to acupuncture - it’s the highlight of my week!

2020-08-25Being with Dr. Rosanna has been a profound experience. Her acupuncture treatments have been healing, and very relaxing. Most of my aches and pains are gone, my teeth and gums feel healthier than ever, and my digestive system is working better than ever as well. I am also breathing better. Dr. Rosanna is a very loving person who immerses herself in the needs of every patient. She is also willing and eager to explain what she is doing and why. Her enthusiasm is infectious. I look forward to every appointment and I look forward to continued growth. I have had acupuncture before, but there is no comparison between my previous experiences and this. 2020-08-31I was recommended to Dr. Rosanna for acupuncture treatments. For the past year I’ve been having breathing problems to the point that from time to time, I have been gasping for air. The first visit with Dr. Rosanna was just for a consultation. I was going to make a decision about treatment later, but after seeing how personable, caring, and knowledgeable she is, I decided to have a treatment the first day. I must say I made the right decision! The day after having the first acupuncture treatment which included cupping on my back and treating my foot, I was able to feel the difference. I was able to walk with less pain, which I was unable to do after getting an injection from my podiatrist. Now after five weeks of acupuncture treatment, I’m able to wear my regular shoes instead of walking shoes. I am less congested with less mucus and less wheezing. Seeing Dr. Rosanna has been a life-changing experience for me. And Bianca is also a great asset. Hers is the face that greets you when you all in and is a very comforting presence in her own right.

2022-04-11I’ve been thinking for a while about giving my opinion here I went to get treatment for few months and at the beginning I was feeling better but a month after that and from that time on never felt I was getting better and spending money that I couldn’t afford and one then realized and not feeling better why? Acupuncture always work for me and it was the first time it didn’t

2020-09-01After visiting several specialists to try and resolve pain in my hamstrings, I decided to give acupuncture a try. Making an appointment with Washington Heights Acupuncture was the best decision I could have made for my health. Not only is my hamstring feeling better, but Dr Rosanna has helped me eat better, sleep better, and improved my overall well-being. She is gentle and such a nice person! I highly recommend working with her for any of your ailments.

She makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment.She always explain to you on every step during the treatment and educate you on the things you should do to improve your health and condition. She doesn’t push any supplements to you, only suggest it if she thinks it can truly help you.I came in with terrible neck and back pain. I can say after several treatments I have been feeling much better. I highly recommend Dr Rosanna.
