Amazing customer service! I had lost my custom wedding band designed by Richard Wasserman in 2010. All I had was a picture and they expertly recreated my diamond band. They even cleaned it so it looked better than before!
Cannot recommend Richard enough. He worked with me from beginning to end on setting up a surprise proposal, worked off of pictures of my fiances hand and rings that she wore to come up with the perfect setting and even assisted to re-size after the proposal. A+ service.

Richard is amazing!! I came to have diamonds reset from earrings into a custom ring. I got quotes from all around the city, and his had the best combination of reasonable pricing plus super high reviews. Richard was able to complete the project in a week and a half for me, reaching out throughout the way for my input each step of the process. He was super responsive over email, answering all my many questions. He’s obviously got deep jewelry expertise because he was able to design a piece from scratch that is super comfortable and beautiful. I’m definitely going to go back for other projects... We have known Richard for over 25 years and i cant imagine going anywhere else for our jewelry. This week I got my second incredible diamond ring from Richard of Wasserman Jewelers. My first was 11 years ago, when I met Richard while looking for a diamond wedding band. For a big birthday a few years ago I also got a diamond necklace from Richard. He works hard to make sure his customers are happy, provided me with two really incredible rings, and is a person who you can trust with your business and your valuables. I didnt meet Richard until after I got my engagement ring which was a beautiful surprise. I loved it and it fit perfectly. When we chose the wedding rings, he was very accommodating, offered good advice and listened so carefully to every little detail.We enjoyed working with him so much that when my son asked us for a jeweler recommendation for his own engagement ring shopping, we unequivocally recommended Richard to him. After not having any luck finding the perfect ring, I was referred to Richard by my colleague. From our first conversation, Richard listened to my ideas and took the time to educate me on how to select the very best stone in my price range. Within a week he hand selected a number of “triple excellent” cut diamonds and invited me to view them in his showroom. Each diamond was accompanied by a GIA certificate that described the diamond in detail. After discussing my options, Richard gave me a quote that was very reasonable. A few days later, we discussed the setting over the phone. I sent him a few designs that I liked and he responded with a rendering of a beautifully designed custom ring that incorporated all of the elements I wanted. When I went to pick it up about a week later, I was totally blown away. The finished product is an absolutely stunning one of a kind engagement ring that brought my fiancé to tears. I was referred to Richard by a family friend. Prior to our first meeting, Richard had reached out to discuss what I was looking for in an engagement ring. At our first in-person meeting, he handpicked several diamonds and had their corresponding GIA report ready to show me. Before getting into details about each diamond, Richard throughly explained the 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut, and Carat).Richards expertise allowed me to select the perfect diamond. From there, we discussed - at length - my vision for the ring. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed by showing me updated renderings before beginning work on the ring. Richard Wasserman is the absolute BEST! After having a horrible experience at Jewelers Row looking for engagement rings, I found Richard, and life became so much better. Richard is warm, personable, and his jewelry is absolutely beautiful. He worked with my fiancé to design my dream ring, and it came out to perfection. My fiancé could even see a 3D CAD of the ring before finalizing it, which was great. Richard was there every step of the way, and he made us both feel so comfortable. My son brought Wasserman an old diamond cut stone that was left from an estate of an Aunt. They recommended re cutting the stone to enhance the brilliance of it and felt it would look much better rather then selling my son a new one. They recommended that it couldnt hurt to try and re cut the stone and then see how it turned out. They could always buy it from him and sell him another stone. We felt they were incredibly honest with the situation rather then doing what many people might have done. We felt they didnt take advantage of us and just say the stone is not worth much the way it is but we would be happy to give you a small amount for it. We could put that amount towards a new one. We feel that most jewelers would have done that. Wasserman did not do that and they were completely above board with the entire situation. The diamond came out looking amazing and my son was able to give his lovely bride to be the stone and it came out looking amazing! We would highly recommend them for what you need.

2021-12-28Richard Wasserman did a terrific job helping me create the perfect engagement ring for my Fiancé. He showed me a large variety of different settings to choose from and had diamonds ready to show me based on my desired specifications. He also was able to create the ring I wanted in a very short amount of time. In the end the ring was beautiful and my Fiancé absolutely loved it. I greatly appreciate all of Richards help throughout this process.

2022-02-09Over the last few years Richard has made 3 custom pieces for me, a necklace, a ring, and a pair of earrings that I just picked up this week. I brought pictures of what I was looking for with some changes that I wanted to make and each time Richard worked with me to create exactly what I was looking for. We received CAD drawings, and had several conversations to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The results each time were nothing short of amazing. I have sent numerous friends to Richard and we have all enjoyed the same experience, beautiful pieces at great prices. It is truly rare to find someone who cares as much as I do about what I want made and takes as much pride in his work as Richard.

2022-07-31We approached Richard about quite a nonstandard project: to replicate an existing piece of Jewelry, with quite involved changes (replacing the portrayal of one animal with that of another, based on photos that we provided). Richard was a joy to work with: super professional, creative, and timely. He sent us computer simulations for comments and approval throughout the entire process. The result was even better than we hoped, and the price was fair. Highly recommended (and already recommended to a friend, in fact)—will use again for any jewelry needs.

I was referred here by 2 friends, so they came highly recommended.My fiancé proposed with his great grandmother’s heirloom ring, which had a beautiful center stone, but was in serious need of a modern resetting. I had seen the gorgeous custom work that Richard had done on my friend’s wife’s ring— also a heirloom ring that had been reset— so I felt comfortable going to him (I am very picky, which is why my fiancé didn’t have the ring reset before giving it to me).Richard is so sweet! I had no idea what I wanted, only that I wanted something simple and classic. Richard showed me several styles and it only took him about 10 minutes to find something that I absolutely fell in love with and was perfect for me!! I had assumed I only wanted something very basic like a solitaire, but I now have an even more gorgeous setting with 2 small delicate pear shaped diamonds on the sides and the super thin delicate platinum band I wanted. Richard’s team does a in depth modeling sketch before finalizing your design so you approve every last detail to make sure it’s perfect before you get your ring! They really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.We were so happy with our experience there that we came back on my birthday for a pair of earrings! And we will definitely be getting our wedding bands with Richard as well! They have amazing customer service and their prices are very fair. Overall, I have the highest praise and recommendation for Richard and the whole team at Wasserman Jeweler’s.

My diamond wedding band broke so I went to Richard and not only did I get an upgrade but also was able to reset my engagement ring and add diamonds for a great price. Was super convenient to see Richard at his home and everything was done in less than 2 weeks. And the new rings are stunning! Will be back for all jewelry needs - highly recommend.
