Called to have 3 leaks fixed in sprinkler system. The woman who answered claiming to be the owner was SO rude. Was on speaker phone and had to repeat the reason for the call 3 times. Obviously they are not interested in proving quality customer service OR obtaining a new customer. Do not waste your time with this company.

The work was fine, but the customer service was awful, I received a bill, attempted to pay it several times, left messages, then received a demand letter in the mail threatening to sue to via commercial claims court (it was for my personal property); after someone finally called me back- they ended up hanging up on me when I stated I wasnt going to use the service again. I do not recommend this company, there are plenty of other sprinkler companies in the area with MUCH better customer service.

Totally agree with Jims review in previous post. This company has terrible customer service and they are disrespectful and horrible to deal with. Beware and stay away from water works irrigation - you can definitely find other irrigation companies out there that do a better job and are professional to deal with. This company is condescending and deceitful to its customers which clearly displays their foolishness.

I worked for this guy and he tried to deduct money out of my pay for used company t shirts he gave me. The guy is a drunk. Thats why he sucks at customer service. Horrible company. I quit after 1 week. Go to INBLOOM IRRIGATION.... Much better company.
