DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE!! I came here last Saturday night. I made the reservation for 8 pm since they recommend you might not get a table if you walk in. They charge a fee of $220 just for the reservation. This does not apply to food or drinks or anything else. I wouldnt mind paying this however when we got there it was empty. There were only maybe 2 other glasshouses occupied. There was no need for a reservation. Then the smores and fondue they advertise they do not have. Also the glasshouse was cold even though heater available. Two members of my party asked for coffee and tea which they also do not have. Their excuse is they are not fully set up. If you are not fully set up you shouldnt advertise you have this. In addition, glassware was dirty. And to top it off there multiple rats just passing by. Its disgusting. Dont go here. They have fake advertising and make you pay a ridiculous fee for a reservation when its empty. I went for a birthday celebration and I was very embarrassed with my friends.
This is a scam. They said they had glass houses but they are plastic and there is no heating. Its $80 just to reserve the house and includes no food. The food is extremely expensive for regular fried kind of stuff. You also cant share the sampler kind of meals and drinks...they require that every person pays in. The table cloths are plastic and the food and drinks are served on paper and plastic. The price does not reflect what you get at all. The bathroom is unsanitary. They did not have enough menus. We had to wait a long time to get the check. They include gratuity on the check (20%) without telling you and then recommend you tip more. I hope the people who work there are paid well, but whoever runs that place is a scam artist. Go support a small business who is actually doing the right thing. We were so sad after being excited for this experience.
I would give it no stars if i could , i was here on the 15th of December the food is horrible except for the truffle fries and chips and guacamole . But forget that ,how about the fact that your in a plastic hut with a heater that’s set to boiling no windows to get any type of air at all, if i would have known i wouldn’t have went . We saw people come and go and not once did anyone wipe the tables and seats or spray some kind of disinfectant at all. I’ve been sick since with a fever that goes up and down and a cough and horrible headache and body chills , the safety protocols in this place are nonexistent vaccinated or not don’t go, your not getting a temp check when you come in so god knows what you can pick up from this place , especially Covid smh.
My fiancé decided to reserve a table for Valentine’s Day (Today) and we had our friends join us. We are all about supporting our small businesses during these difficult times. FYI you have to pay to reserve your table to sit in these little houses which aren’t really warm. They’re made out of plastic. They keep these tiny little heaters which aren’t enough to heat up a table of four. Let alone a table of six. The deposit doesn’t count towards your meal. That is just for the reservation. For those who are wondering on the details. The type of food that is served is your typical burger, guacamole and chips, and over cooked skewers (chicken and steak) the coconut shrimp are descent and the drinks well you can’t screw up tequila on the rocks. They take their sweet time to bring you waters and to put your order in. The waiter finally came around got our order as soon as they brought our order about 20 min he asked if we wanted anything else as our time was getting closer to the end. We said no we are good. He stated the hostess asked me to drop off your bill. Which he put on the table. He came back again and said I’m sorry i don’t mean to rush you but then he offered to get us a shot of tequila on the house. Not sure if they were overbooked or what. At this point we felt rushed and didn’t really get to enjoy our meal. The waiter brings the shots followed by another gentleman saying ok your times up. We didn’t even get a chance to drink the shots our waiter brought out. We all looked at each other like we aren’t even done yet. This guy seemed to be the manager/ supervisor on duty. I regret not getting his name. He asked if he could get us boxes or bags and we said to him we were almost done. He wasn’t having that for an answer so I responded I’ll have a box please. He said ok you can come to the front and we can put it in boxes for you in the front. I had to correct him and say Can you please bring me a couple of boxes here to the table please. Did he really expect me to bring and carry my food out to the front where people are waiting and walking by? I have to say there is a lack of hospitality, customer service and respect towards their patrons here. We are all aware that we are in a middle of a pandemic but there is no excuse for a lack of customer service and respect. I had dined at another restaurant outside the night before and was treated with a lot more respect and the service was outstanding. The money here was not worth it at all. Please take your hard earned money where it is appreciated and will treat you with respect. There are so many struggling restaurants in NYC that want your business and are willing to cater to you.
Don’t go, the advertisement is well done, it’s disappointing to go there specially, all kinds of slaughter, coffee and hot chocolate can put so much sugar, you don’t expect the food to do well 🥵🥵Horrible experienceIts so disappointed with the food and drink. Even a coffee can be that sweet. Full of sugar 🥵And the price could shock u for one coffee $12 😅😅😅funny

2022-01-13I have to say I came here tonight for the experience with my fiancé and I don’t know why everyone else is writing negative reviews. The moment we walked in Korra was exceptional with her services towards us, the two waiters were very attentive and kept making sure we were good. I would recommend the place, yes there is only one heater but they make it clear when you make reservations to bundle up and layer up! The coconut shrimp, lobster Mac& cheese and the sliders were good and filling. Thanks for today it was worth the experience!

2021-12-25We booked a standard private glasshouse. At the time of booking they dont tell you the standard glasshouse ($275) has bar stools. Bar stools? For $275? Needless to say the place wasnt crowded because of the price tag so they accommodated us in the larger glass house. The heater inside was not reaching optimal temperature, it was stuck on 56degrees and we were freezing. We ordered our food ,9 out of 10 things has truffle which allows them to over price everything. The truffle ravioli was the best out of everything. In the end youll end up forking out at least a couple of hundred bucks. The service wasnt bad but I did expect everything to be a bit fancier This place isnt worth it at all. For $500 I can eat a very beautiful delicious meal in a Michelin star restaurant in NYC plus I wont freeze myself. Use your money elsewhere

2021-12-21The best thing about this play is the decorations. You mightve paid for the tickets online $25 each but they charge you a 28% gratuity on the drinks that are supposed to be INCLUDED in the ticket purchase. Apple cider is made poorly. Then the service is very slow and the food not enough for 1. Spend your money somewhere else.

2021-12-14I reserved a private dining hut for us last night, and we had a great time! All of our food was delicious (coconut shrimp, pier 15 burger, mac n cheese, and lobster ravioli, plus the wagyu pigs in a blanket). The spiked hot drinks were definitely spiked (could have been hotter though). I reserved unknowingly during happy hour, so our other drinks werent that costly, AND our little hut stayed warm with the heater provided (temps in the 40s and no need for coat or gloves). Never saw a rat like some have posted, plus we dont care that the little hut was not made of glass. Our server was also attentive and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything.

2021-12-05Despite the bad reviews, I must say this is my second year back and I really enjoyed the experience. I’d even say it was better than last year! There was no shortage of food or drinks, the quality was nice for American food and they really did step it up with ambiance and the white table cloths. Our servers were also attentive and friendly - Elvis was wonderful and kind! Go with a big group of people. If you can’t have fun during this fun holiday activity with food, drinks and a gorgeous view, you must be a Scrooge.

2021-12-14Service was absolutely awful. Beautifully decorated, great experience but service was awful. Waited 40 min to have a waiter come and ask us our drink order. Ordered truffle fries that took another 40 minutes. And they were truffle at all. Mentioned it to the waiter who never came back. Had to ask the bus lady to get our check, when she brought a check back it had someone else’s card already in it. Had to walk around finding someone to help me. Very expensive and was not worth it. They also asked for the ornament back that the ornamentini was in, I asked the staff how they sanitize and re-use these? They didn’t have an answer for me. Very disappointing, definitely won’t be back.

2021-11-30Should be Zero star. The worst service and experience ever. Please read the reviews and dont be fooled by social media.Paid $115 for a glass house rental from 9-11pm. The service was terrible, the waiters barely attended us, their hot chocolate was freezing chocolate, their drink menu is terrible. The house was really cold despite their little heater they had. The place was empty, probably had about 4 tents occupied. They should honestly pay people to go visit. We were brought the bill around 1030pm without requesting it. Then when our waiter Arni came back 10 mins later, I told him we didnt request the bill, he said well we are closed already. I told him I paid til 11pm he said well its Monday so we close early, I contacted the person I booked the reservation and they were extremely rude, I told them we were being kicked out and want a refund for the rental, he then said you can stay till 11pm.The lights and decor are pretty and all but rats running around are an obstructed view. Not worth it at all.

2022-02-05The chefs tasting menu deal was amazing and it comes with so much great food. The drinks were also all amazing. Raymond was a great waiter and I’d come back just for him.

2021-12-13I’m a bit torn on this review. On the one hand the setting was lovely, felt really luxurious and the food was pretty good. On the other hand the service was really poor, they had a lot of issues with the lights and while the food was good we got all our dishes from the tasting menu (hot, cold and deserts) at once which felt really rushed and made it less appetizing. We were celebrating my birthday here and I’m sad to say that overall I would judge not to go and break the bank on substandard service. If we hadn’t had to drop the 150 for the greenhouse rental alone, this might have been worth it.

2021-12-28I never leave reviews but this place was such a scam that I felt obligated to leave one. I took my boyfriend here thinking it would be a cute date but I was horribly mistaken. The tickets came with one holiday drink (hot chocolate or apple cider spiked or unspiked) which was mediocre. There was an option for food which you could eat in an indoor green house or outdoors in an area with over head heated lamps and three tables with barely any chairs. We decided to get crab cake sliders to share which were $16 which is reasonable however when we paid the total came out to $31 which wasn’t adding up so we thought we were charged for two orders of the sliders but we were told that there was an 18% gratuity applied to the crab cakes AND the admission price which for us was $50 because we bought two tickets. This blew our minds and had we known this we would have went to the lovely restaurant down the road- industry kitchen. Overall, don’t be fooled by their Instagram or website. This is absolutely not worth it and had I seen the negative reviews prior to booking I would have stayed away. If you want to pay for over priced admissions to walk in a VERY small area with a few lit Christmas Trees and stand while you eat your food- go for it, if not, stay away!
