I had the worst experience ever not only was the office manager rude she never completed my paperwork for bankruptcy and its taken months to solve the issue of getting my money back!!! I advise anyone to think before you do business with this company!!!

The staff is extremely rude unprofessional Rose and Kat seem to get upset and frustrated whenever you ask them a question even after speaking with the owner of this establishment there attitudes still havent changed one bit If I could give zero stars I would I would never recommend this horrible dreadful place to anyone

All of the staff are so friendly, professional, and very responsive. My divorce took about 3/3.5 months start to finish. They always made sure I was aware of each step and court fee during the process so there were no surprises. If anyone is looking for an easy, fast and affordable divorce I recommend We The People!!

Desiree was our main contact and she added a personal and friendly vibe to a our divorce process which otherwise, could have been tense and awkward. She was upfront and answered my questions before I even knew what to ask. During my visits to the office, I saw her acceptance and willingness to help everyone that walked through their door with her kindness and sense of humor. 2021-10-30Very impressed with We The People. They were so kind. Every time I had to go into the office, all the women were so nice and helpful. I started the process in August and by the end of October my divorce was finalized. Would highly recommend.

2022-02-05Went to this place when it was located on Wolf Rd for a divorce. The staff seemed professional at the time and trustworthy but I was wrong. They took my money but did absolutely nothing for my divorce. I ended up paying an attorney to file for my divorce.

2021-06-14We The People Albany made my divorce process so easy and stress free! Their prices are great for the service they provide, and the workbook is very easy to fill out. The court courier option was a lifesaver for me as well, they do all of the back and forth for you! They were attentive, kind and answered any questions I had. I even had to make a few changes to the paperwork and they made it all go so smoothly. Any time I went into the office I felt welcomed and at ease. I was so grateful for them during this stressful time in my life! I would absolutely recommend We The People Albany for a stress free divorce filing. Thank you We The People!

2020-11-23We The People are awesome! I was given personal attention every step of the way through my divorce. Everyone was professional and competent. We The People did for me what three (3) different lawyers told me they couldnt do. Over a twelve (12) year time frame I had contacted three separate law firms. Each one wanted and OUTRAGEOUS retainer and said they could NOT grantee the outcome because my situation created MANY complications for them. We The People handled my divorce, without any complications at all. I now have my finalized certified copy of my divorce and am VERY grateful to them.
