Please don’t look anywhere else…Veronica and her team are the best in NYC. From the moment we talked to Gal (our personal wedding manager) and Veronica – both WONDERFUL we knew we were in the best hands!We had a magical wedding under Bethesda Terrace it was so special. Highly recommend you have your hair done. Elena did my hair and I loved it almost as much as my dress – she is SO GOOD and honestly, I would not have felt as special without her magic touch. Just book! Also, make sure you book a wedding coordinator for your day, ours was Mariangel and we don’t know what we would have done without her. Her warm positive energy and willingness to help from communication, set up and with photographs was top notch! Our officiant was Stephanie Mercurio, who wrote a beautiful ceremony for us that exceeded our expectations and was very special. Stephanie was the absolute best at communication from the get-go and we felt she took the time to understand us as a couple and wove this beautifully into our ceremony. Our photographer was Petro and he was amazing, a dream to work with, very relaxed and knew how to get the best images for us – we are blown away by the photo’s he took – just beautiful!Thank you, Wedding Packages NYC and the incredible dream team, for making our day so special, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! From that initial call and all the calls/texts with Gal and Veronica before the day...to the amazing team on the day! Veronica and Andrea did a great job planning and organizing our wedding. They did it all in less than 3 weeks! They matched us with an amazing officiant, photographer and stylist. We planned our wedding from Canada with Veronica and got married at Ladies Pavilion in Central Park. It was an amazing experience. Veronica guided us through every step and was enthusiastic, efficient and very knowledgeable. She assisted us with all our needs and provided links to all the information and people involved. The officiant was excellent. The violinist was talented and decorations and flower petals added to the experience. Everything was perfect and i couldnt have asked for a more wonderful ceremony. Everyone was impressed. I would definitely recommend Veronica and her team for weddings.
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I can’t believe how incredible WeddingPackesNYC has been throughout my whole wedding planning process. They made everything so easy when planning for the ceremony. There was a hiccup with my ceremony space and I located a new space and I was still able to use WeddingPackagesNYC! At first I worked with Linda and Gal. But a few weeks before my day, I began to work with Mariangel as my wedding coordinator! All 3 were kind but Mariangel WAS PHENOMENAL ON MY BIG DAY! Included in my package were even more amazing individuals including: Karina (wedding assistant), Tatianna (photographer), Alex (officiant), Liz (musician). ALL OF MY GUESTS were RAVING about my ceremony from the wedding coordinator and assistant, the wonderful speech and personality from the officiant, the friendliness and creativity of the photographer, and the music. I just wanted to keep hugging each and every one of them. I’m even tearing up now. There was so much love all around. Truly, thank you Veronica and WEDDINGPACKAGESNYC!
5 Stars all the way...this was our Plan C due to COVID. Veronica and team got EVERYTHING done in 3 weeks. We trusted Veronica with ALL the details and it was a perfect stress free day. From Hair & Makeup, Limo transportation, Venue, Flowers, Violinist, Photography, Videography and Officiant. There was no stress at all because of Wedding Packages NYC. Most of our family and friends didn’t get to join us due to COVID 19, but we have a beautiful video to share with everyone when we can gather again. ❤️
Yesse as our wedding coordinator was wonderful. She was attentive and considerate to our plan for our wedding. Hunter who was our officiant took the time and understand what we wanted to include in the ceremony. Overall both was great and made a stressful time go smooth.
Working with Veronica and her team was a delightful experience. Yesse was great to work with and was very helpful. We were able to meet with her a few weeks before my wedding just to make sure everything would turn out perfect and it did! We also had a harp player and she played beautifully. I got married this weekend at the Cop Cot in Central Park and it was beautiful I highly recommend Veronica and her team!

She was extremely helpful, calmed my nerves knowing she was there to support me and my husband. Everything went as planned. Veronica and her staff are great. The services she offered are worth the money. She provided us with a great photographer. The Violinist played beautifully. Rev. Brad was amazing, delivered a ceremony just as we wanted. I had the most wonderful experience starting with the entire team. Natalia was great with assuring everything went as planned. Tatianna was amazing during the photography. I am so very happy I decided to go through Veronica and her team. We had originally had our wedding date set for some time in May but COVID-19 happened. Luckily Veronica was super helpful and let us know we can postpone it to a later date which we ended up choosing for the first Saturday of September.We had plans to have guests but COVID kind of ruined it for us but that did not stop Veronica, Natalia, Tracy and Alex for making this day feel so special and less lonely for us. I will always look back at this day and feel like we were not alone and we were surrounded by happiness and positivity. We were able to forget about the situation and appreciate our moment. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company is! They took the time to help us with our dream wedding on short notice. With everything going on in the world right now, they were so understanding and helpful and nice. My fiancé and I could not have asked for a better experience. From getting our flowers delivered, a limo waiting for us, and rose petals at our ceremony, everything was perfect. The photographer we had through them was absolutely amazing! Veronica is no question the right choice for a proposal specialist. I chose her after an intense review of all possible candidates, I am truly a research junkie and Veronica was absolutely perfect in every way. She guided me through every possible scenario and allowed me to make the choice I felt would be the correct one for my now fiancée and I. We just held our wedding ceremony in central park with Wedding Packages NYC. The entire team was incredible and so professional. Catering to our every need. I work in Marketing/Events and am very type A/operational and Wedding Packages NYC executed our special day perfectly. In addition, their photographer, Johnny Vacar was top knotch and made our day super special by capturing so many beautiful moments through his photos. Superb! Also, make sure to get the old-school taxi cab, it was so fun and was fun to drive around the city in it. I cannot thank Wedding Packages NYC enough! Im so happy!

My fiance and I wanted something outdoors and opted for Central Park. As soon as we booked our date and time, Veronica and her team confirmed and helped us get a date for the marriage certificate. They were very responsive and always friendly. My only suggestion would be to have one person streamline the communication from the company to us, but nonetheless they all did superb and once the day came .. it was all Perfect.Natalia was extremely helpful in the days leading to the ceremony and she answered every call or message right away. Between her and our photographer it was the ceremony of my dreams and I couldnt have asked for a better day in the park! They worked so well together and the pictures came out fantastic! They know the park, where the pictures work well, and take many photos.Overall, I would definitely recommend working with wedding packages and if you can request Natalia, Id suggest it too. Like most couples looking to get married in 2020, we were one of the victims of a COVID reschedule. We had originally planned to have our wedding in March 2021 in Australia, but due to COVID border restrictions, we had to reschedule to October 2021. Although we rescheduled our family and friends wedding, we decided that we wanted to get married sooner than later in the city we live in, New York City. Not knowing where to start, I did some researching and found Veronica and her team at Wedding Packages NYC. I am VERY particular about things and a self proclaimed perfectionist. Not only do I need things to be perfect, but I am hyper focused on responsiveness when working with others.I reached out to Veronica given her fabulous reviews, and she immediately responded and suggested we speak via phone so she could provide all the details on what Wedding Packages NYC covers. I knew immediately after that conversation that Veronica was my woman!Veronica planned our entire NYC wedding with Wedding Packages NYC within 4 weeks. From the interview with the City Clerk, to confirming our officiant, violinist, photographer, venue, videographer, florist and hair and make-up, Veronica and her team were focused, timely, and responsive. For someone who is a nervous wreck, I literally had no worries or concerns as I knew we were in GREAT hands.Then, on October 9, 2020, we showed up at the 620 Loft and Gardens (our venue) and had the most perfect wedding....just the two of us. When we arrived, everything was set-up and ready to go. We said our vows on the beautiful sunny, 68 degree day with the background of St Patrick’s Cathedral. Following the ceremony, we spent just over an hour taking photos and having a wonderful time with Veronica and the vendors.I can not recommend Veronica enough. Being comfortable and trusting someone with your important day is so important and Veronica and her team were my rock during the whole process. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect wedding today at Cop Cottage, Central Park with the wedding packages NYC team. My then-fiance and I had the most gorgeous and dreamy wedding ceremony with a small group of close family and friends. It was restricted and private thanks to Veronicas team.Everyone was super kind, accommodating, so professional, so warm and friendly. My family and friends were so comfortable and had a great and smooth time.Even with my last minute anxieties about the weather days prior, Veronica and her team were very respondent, flexible and understanding.Fortunately we had the perfect weather with slight overcast. My husband and I were married on May 8th. I was so worried about everything, classic bride right?! Linda who was there to assist us on our wedding day and prior to was our wedding day! Veronica was Special. Extremely responsive and supportive, communicated with her 11 pm, 8am and times in between. On day of event the only thing needed was to show up. EVERYTHING was prepared and waiting for us. The hired priest and photographer were the best, I am extremely happy. and would gladly repeat the experience and highly recommend booking her services.
I contacted Veronica after seeing her reviews online & yes she is 5 star quality! She immediately set up a meeting for me to meet with her to discuss my wedding ceremony and all the finer details of the the day! I knew right then I wanted her to be our officiant.She was very enthusiastic about our wedding planning and explained what would happen on the day including the service, the music and the photography.Veronica was very efficient at obtaining our permit for Central Park and responding to our correspondence. She even helped us to change the place we wanted to get married to a place we liked even more. When we needed help with our vows, Veronica sent us templates and when I could not decide on my bouquet, Veronica sorted it all out!She met with my partner and I a week before to firm up all the details and to get a feel for what we were like as a couple before conducting the ceremony.On the day, there was a lovely gentleman called Malcolm who guided us to Chambers Landing. Then Rev. Brad handed me the most beautiful bouquet. We got to Chambers Landing and the area was sectioned off with rose petals leading down to the ceremony where all the guests were waiting. Everything was coordinated perfectly.Veronica conducted a wonderful ceremony, which was full of laughter & fun.I would like to thank Veronica for all of her time, effort and patience. We had such a beautiful and memorable day.

Natalia held our hand every step of the way and when times got troublesome...like they do with any major event like a wedding, she countlessly reassured us that everything would be fine. Veronica is an amazing officiant! She officiated our wedding in January and I can not express how happy we were with the ceremony. My husband and I are not super religious, but wanted some references due to my family being Catholic. Veronica was able to incorporate everything we wanted into the ceremony without it feeling like too much. She also did some parts in Spanish which I really appreciated because most of my family members are from Puerto Rico. From the beginning, Veronica was super bubbly and open to our suggestions. The day of the wedding, she arrived early and was a calming presence for my nerves. The ceremony was beautiful-- full of laughter, tears and some really moving parts. Veronica incorporated my grandparents (who are no longer with us) into the ceremony which is something I really appreciate. Veronica joked a bit about my husband being a Mets fan while Im a Yankees fan. Everyone keeps saying it was one of the best ceremonies they had witnessed because Veronica was so personable and incorporated our personalities and stories so well. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant that will spark up the room with their personality and enthusiasm.

We wanted a very simple wedding ceremony with just few friends. We did not have any special location in mind and were ok to have it Veronica’s office. I spoke with Veronica and she suggested a garden and the great location for the pictures after the ceremony – Central Park! Our wedding turned to be a very beautiful and special!!! We are so glad that we chose Wedding Packages NYC for our elopement! Veronica and her team were great from the beginning especially since we live out of state and wanted a few customizations and add ons outside of the Silver Package. They answered all of our questions and thought of everything. They were so nice to us and our guests during our event through the rain and street closures. Veronica and her team held a great and generous attitude throughout.Our pictures came back in no time after the wedding and they turned out GREAT. They came out better than I thought they would especially with the rain and weather. Many thanks to Celeste, our photographer and her assistants, and I think she did a really great job. The session was so easy and my husband didnt seem too uncomfortable being a model and posing for pictures. The photographer made the process practical and painless. Thanks again!!
Veronica and her team surpassed all of our expectations, she was able to help us adapt our wedding day experience even though the weather had different plans. We ended up with a more than memorable wedding day because she was able to help us roll with the punches. We were able to have multiple venues across the city accept us for photo ops because of her hard work and diligence. Edit: Thanks for your response! We received no evidence that any of these vendors were booked. Still not sure how you would accommodate your clients on a different date with these same vendors, since they turn down all future work for the originally selected day. Wouldn’t they then request another deposit for that rescheduled date? Have a great day, & best wishes for your future endeavors!Working with these people was great at first. When we decided to cancel our wedding event ~3 weeks after booking, and asked for a refund, we were told no. Veronica let me know that photographers had already been booked. Which is funny because later on, she let me know that instead of a refund, we could have an event at another date & time. How could she have booked all of these people, and had the date set in stone, but then later indicate that we could reschedule our event? I understand the no refund policy, and I think it would have been a completely different story if we got married, then asked for a refund. We lost over 1,000 dollars. Sucks because we are college students and these people had no sympathy.

We got married in Central Park at the Cop Cot and couldnt have pictured anyone else marrying us. My husband and I just celebrated our Fifth Year Anniversary. We had our wedding at the Ladies Pavilion with Veronica. I put all my trust in her and she delivered. She planned out my hairdresser/makeup artist, photographer, violinist, and horse carriage ride around Central Park. She responded to my request immediately, and we were in constant contact from one year ago until now. Originally, we wanted to perform our ceremony in Central Park, but because we had some guests that were elderly, that would not be possible. We had no other choice but to have the ceremony performed in Westchester. We decided to get married in less than 3 weeks, we knew it was something very intimate. We thought about just doing it in the Court and then a family dinner, but suddenly I got to look for ideas on Google and I saw Veronicas page, I saw photos, videos, I saw the reviews were excellent and I liked the prices, simple to read and understand Each package, but I still didnt know if they were going to be able to help us BECAUSE we only had 15 days left and many companies require a minimum of 30 days of notification .. I decided to call and Veronica answered me and answered all my questions and told me that if she could help me One of my concerns was to find someone who would give the ceremony 100% in Spanish, since my in-laws and relatives do not understand El Ingles very well and I was very excited when she told me that She could do the ceremonial 100% in Spanish. Veronica did that and more, she was always aware of me and responding to my concerns until the last minute, gave me several ideas for the wedding and several options of places, I was advised to hire a photographer for that day something that she had not thought He helped me with that too and it was the best thing I could do BECAUSE today I am Happy with my photos .. 2022-01-20Job well done! Everything was amazing! Johnny our photographer just blew us away, I could have spent the trip with him, he was so much fun. Anna, did my hair and make up and she was was just the sweetest and really new her stuff. The wedding crew felt like old friends, just made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. 2022-04-24An awesome experience I still cherish to this day. It was impossible to have any anxiety about planning a wedding because Veronica is there with you every step of the way. We picked the Central Park wedding with the carriage ride and it was a dream. We wanted to get married on Halloween so we could have a ‘Hallowedding’ and Veronica happily made all the arrangements based on our preferences. I even got to pick the colors in my bouquet and it was literally the most beautiful thing. Even on the wedding day Veronica and her team were there to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly didn’t have to worry about anything. She even brought umbrellas since it had been on and off raining. She has a huge heart and an eye for making weddings perfectly beautiful. Our wedding was Halloween of 2019 and I should have left a review sooner but goes to show years later I still cherish what she did for us and I know you will too.

There was nothing to complain about: the team was super professional, the coordinator was very helpful, and the photographer was a great one. 2021-07-31BIG loving thank you to Veronica and her team!!It’s been very difficult to plan for anything especially a wedding. With lockdowns on and off and not knowing what the summer would look like, my partner and I originally were leaning toward having a zoom style wedding in our apartment. Aunt referred us to Wedding Packages NYC and I’m so glad we got out for the day!Everything was perfect, Veronica and her team handled all the details so smoothly, which took a huge weight off. As the days got closer all I had on my mind was excitement, not stress. The day of was simply filled with love and fun, and now we have a collection of gorgeous photos and great memories. Much better than anything we could have done on our own…much less if we stuck with staying in the apartment!We went with the Silver Package, below are some details on our experience~LOCATIONVery smooth process! We wanted to be in the park and favored Bethesda Terrace. All we had to do was set the day and time and Veronica’s team secured the area for us. We had a small group of local friends/family attend, which Veronica’s team helped gather together and make sure no one was lost. It was perfect! Beautiful location for a range of photos, felt magical walking down the stairs and overlooking the fountain. Then, just a short walk away, is the Boathouse if you want a nice meal after~WEDDING ASSISTANTLinda was our wedding assistant and gosh, what a difference!! I had a big train and didn’t think about how difficult it would be to navigate. Linda was on it. Met us at the park and helped with carrying the train on our way to Bethesda, she’d tidy it up for photos, and overall was super attentive to making sure I was doing well. Great energy all around, so thank you Linda for ensuring our special day went smoothly~MAKEUPFantastic makeup and hair!!! Initially I wasn’t sure if I wanted to add the makeup upgrade as I didn’t envision doing anything crazy with styling. GOSH, ever so thankful we added this upgrade to our package. Anna was our makeup artist and once I saw myself in the mirror I realized why you hire a professional for this.In advance I sent Anna photos of myself and reference images for the look I was thinking.Day of, Anna arrived early, prepared, and is such a delight of a person! I’m not used to wearing more than a bit of mascara and eyeliner, so was curious how a full face of makeup would feel. Anna, I don’t know what products you used but my face felt so refreshed all day, nothing felt heavy or cakey, and nothing ever smudged, even through the hot sun and joyful tears.Additionally she did a fantastic job with my hair! I have very long curly hair that is generally a frizzy disaster. The hot summer tends to make it worst. Let me tell you, my hair has never looked this good! She came ready and managed to have my curls looking defined, no frizz, and like with the makeup, looked just as good at the end of the day as it did at the start!! If you’re on the fence adding the makeup upgrade, do it!! You will love how you look!!PHOTOSOh the photos!! What we will have to look at for the rest of our lives~Consistent with everything else, the photos are absolutely gorgeous! We added an extra hour for photos so we would have additional time around the park. So fun! Good mix of candid and posed. Tatiana was our photographer and she thought of good locations we could go to for photos. Thank you Tatiana, I was nervous how well I’d photograph but looking through the collection made me cry with joy all over again.THANK YOU ALL!! Forever grateful for your help on this beautiful day

2021-07-12Planning my wedding I thought would be the most stressful, especially planning a wedding that was on the tail end of COVID, in NYC, and being an out of state bride. I spent so many hours researching what company would be the best partner in bringing our Central Park wedding to life, and all reviews led back to Wedding Packages NYC. However, I was nervous to begin this process because everything in New York was still shutdown, Project Cupid was causing a lot of stress, and there was still much uncertainty. That is when Veronica came in. She was very responsive, transparent, and resourceful. She was there to answer any question I had around ceremony, location, finances, and getting our marriage license. THAT stood out when comparing other vendors and we decided to move forward with Wedding Packages NYC!From there, things only got better. I always like to have my ducks in order, but eloping in a different state that is not always the easiest. Veronica’s team was there every step of the way making this process much easier, fun, and enjoyable. I was immediately paired with our coordinator (Linda), officiant (Alex), photographer (Marta), and hair/makeup artist (Lizie) #dreamteam. Linda and I would connect via email and phone whenever I had a question, needed clarification, or advice. She even met up with us when we came into town to walk the location and determine any last minute details. She also made sure to check-in as we approached day of and made sure to follow-up after (which I appreciated). Alex, our officiant, was another WOW. He made our ceremony what it was, brought this energy our group (and us) loved, and wrote his words to align with who we are our and our relationship. Him and Marta worked so well together too, they even cleared the stairs at Bethesda so we could walk down and get “the photo”. We could also not be happier with our photographer, Marta. Her/our pictures were STUNNING! And thinking back, I don’t even remember seeing her at the ceremony, that is how good she was. Marta and I spent the two weeks prior to our wedding discussing wedding, talking vision, and planning photo ops. Last but not last was Lizie, she did my hair and makeup. Lizie and I also connected via phone and since day one! She helped me find a makeup palate that made me feel comfortable, yet beautiful. We also went back and forth on hair styles that fit me best and looked good with my dress.Overall, and I cannot say this enough, we are so very happy with booking Wedding Packages NYC. Veronica, Linda, Alex, Marta, and Lizie brought our vision to life in a way we didn’t even know was possible, and we have the pictures to remember that! Fast forward two years and now with a baby on the way we needed to make a decision fast. My fiancé found Veronica Moya’s Wedding Packages NYC on the internet and sent it to me. I watched her introduction video and was sold by Veronica’s energetic and warm hearted energy. Wedding Packages offers so many options it’s impossible not to fall in love with one of the locations. Instead of having to pick a pre designed package her website allows you to build your own allowing you to make your wedding as simple or as extravagant as your heart desires. I was so thankful for the stress free experience. Veronica and her team take care of everything from reserving the location, securing the wedding officiant, and even making sure the flowers get delivered to you on time. Elena, my makeup and hair stylist made sure I was completely satisfied and that I felt beautiful and confident. Robert, our photographer, was amazing with his attention to detail and his ability to guide us through the busy streets of Manhattan while still allowing that feeling of an intimate setting. Alex, our wedding officiant, who took the time to have a conversation over the phone with us a few weeks before, gave the most beautiful speech that it felt like he has known us for years. Overall I was overwhelmed with the attention and love I received from Veronica and all of her team who made us feel like we were surrounded by family. It was truly a wonderful experience!!
