Love Wegmans! They have everything you need and a lot of options. The Wegmans app is super convenient to scan and bag as you go so things are exactly how you want them in your bags and checkout isnt a lengthy process just scan the self checkout station, insert your card and go! Thank you Wegmans!
Bad experience with the meat! I bought a 7 pound rib eye roast for prime rib and to celebrate my wifes bday yesterday and by far this was the worst cut as the meat was so tough and hard to chew even a medium rare piece. wegmans has the best meat and this is the main grocery store I go to. I informed manager then he passed me on to head butcher and both just gave me a sorry even with the cost of the item: $104. Just surprised on the customer satisfaction protocol with a sorry and sorry and Ill call our supplier on this as no one else has had the issue.I just respectly passed on the info so no one else spends this much and gets a bad cut that we could barely chew or enjoy as we threw away the last two slices remaining and wouldnt even be worth it eating on top of a salad.Thanks wegman for the overall customer experience but this experience with a meat was not enjoyable and I may just go to a butcher recommended by friends and other family members
Huge store with lots of options, especially for those with special food needs. The layout is confusing, however. I prefer my neighborhood stores that are smaller and easier to navigate. Also it wouldnt hurt if an employee or two said hi
One of the coolest places. It’s is never dirty it always stocked and they have good works and quick paced. Honestly does not have any other better grocery store on earth.
Mixed feeling. Always seems like I cant find what I need. Also feel like I am takingy life into my hands in the parking lot, and when I am in the store. I have literally been hit my other shoppers with their carts almost every time I go. Why does this store breed rude customer?
This is the mother of all Wegmans stores, this is the largest one out there! I love this Wegmans for its vast selection of fresh produce, meats, seafoods, dairy products, and so much more. We’re so thankful that this Wegmans is in our community, it’s a staple! We will absolutely be back as long as Wegmans is still here!
Review is just for Dewitt location pizza, which has hand tossed pies with brick oven. 3.5 stars. Decent pizza in a pinch. Good thing is also that you have better assurance that ingredients are fresh and employees are held to higher safety and hygiene standards. Meaning older ingredients being thrown out and supervisors holding employees to certain standards, in my opinion. Definitely better than most pizza you will find in a supermarket.Review Update: wegmans pizza at Dewitt location. Can no longer recommend over Domino’s level pizza. Dough no longer tastes like it is hand tossed or stretched. Have gotten errors on orders multiple times. Very surprising for Wegmans reputation for quality, but may be a sign of the times?? I don’t think it’s horrible quality pizza, but no longer in same category as local pizzarias.
This is the best Wegmans Ive been to hands down!! Ive never seen bad produce. They have many options for precooked food you can take home, like pizzas, Italian dishes, Chinese dishes, sushi and other rolls, salads, etc. The sub shop is always stocked with veggies and breads. They have a huge salad bar and other fresh hot foods. They always have about 2-3 soups cooked. Their vegan and gluten free section is huge! The biggest Ive seen which is a huge bonus to me because I am vegan. They offer a range of delicious vegan pastries as well as non vegan. They have ample parking, it is easy to find. Very clean and the staff is super nice. They even have a bulk food section. They are also pretty cheap or well priced.
To find a selection of fresh meat and seafood produce artisan cheese is and how food in the area. Well stocked well organized friendly staff flexible. Fantastic for parties.

Came specifically for Wegmans gluten free four, which Im told produces like a normal flour.Store was busy, clean, interesting in products not seen at our local groceries.
One of the original Wegmans that i have been going to since high school and always visit when back in the area. It has transformed into what many of the new stores look like but is additionally bigger. Unfortunately some of the stations that I adored about this particular store in the last decade like the Caesar salad station are gone. Also from what my parents report not as much of the social items that they used to have. Nonetheless a good store and cant wait for the branch that will be opening in my town in the next couple of years.
Great place product wise, most staff are good BUT I was stereotyped by one of the older employees that was a cashier for some odd reason

Very clean store, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Very reasonable prices, especially on staple items. Some of the other stuff is a little bit on the pricey side.
More than half the scales in Produce were not working. There were lines at the couple still working and not 1 Employee paid attention. I had to stop one and point out the situation. Getting to be like McDonalds ice cream machine.
A great big store. Has a lot of different varieties when it comes to food. I just feel like theyre lacking in the allergy department when it comes to fresh food. I have a lot of food sensitivities and they make it on the same surfaces as other foods where I can even eat it.
It’s the biggest in the division it’s in. They always seem to have what’s needed and if they don’t someone can always tell you when it will be in. You can’t say that it’s “pricey” because you’re paying for quality in my opinion not quantity.
At self serve checkout, an employee asked me it Im just taking my time. If they are that eager to rush customers, Ill shop elsewhere.Passover selection is below poor.
Hands down the best Wegmans around, bigger selections the rest and if youre looking for something the others dont have, this Wegmans will have it, like waygu meat😍

Place an Instacart order this morning and it’s still not ready for pick up. I’m here 30 minutes after the time that I chose and it’s not even being shopped for. Just doing it myself

Thanks for having 15 cashiers open for Saturday before 2018 Christmas, it wasn’t enough but better than Tops. If you need it Wegmans always has it. I appreciate the management of Wegmans and all their employees. There are Wegmans in just about every town around Syracuse which is helpful. Wegmans brands taste good also.
Wegmans is like the Mercedes Benz of local/regional supermarkets in the NYS area... Thats being said, THIS Wegmans is the Maybach Benz of their stores. Theres an entire section set up for dining in type of eateries. They have variety. They have beer on tap. I could let the wife shop, and Ill catch a buzz, a burger, and a basketball game in that section. Sorry darling, Im drunk! Their bakery is phenomenal too. And if youve never had their brand of extra chocolate chip cookies, youre missing out. This cheesecake was good too

Was able to get an appointment for my covid vaccination the next day. They are very efficient there and I was in and out of the pharmacy in 10 minutes.
The Burger Bar - lunch was good. Fries and sweet potato fries and burgers were delicious.
The store is always well stocked with the essentials as well as a large variety of local and specially foods. The staff are well trained and very helpful. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores in the area. We use the pharmacy services as well and have been very pleased.The in-store shopping app works great and really speeds up the shopping and checkout process.
Always loved this store, though pretty much everyone one around here does as well :) Parking lot is always full, dont bother trying to find a slow time - but even with it always being busy its never annoyingly crowded inside.
Great selection even in the middle of whatever is going on in the world today. Only issue is the amount of customers. Pay attention to were you park, you can get lost...lol

What a wonderful grocery store! This Wegmans has a huge selection of groceries, and although it heavily leans towards Wegmans own products, their quality is mostly high and prices are typically reasonable. If you love to browse unique cheeses, its cheese shop doesnt disappoint, and we love the family packs of meats, produce, and frozen products that save us money.To be honest though, as of summer 2022, this Wegmans just doesnt have the same great feel that it used to. The various departments feel overcrowded, and it can be a bit hard to find what you want. Its still a pretty good place to shop, but not the 5 star experience that it provided in the past.
The chicken was still partially frozen. So they shouldnt have that on the product. Not that i am not going to freeze but frozen thawed frozen is promoting bacteria.
Excellent customer service, excellent quality, excellent variety. Would get 5 stars in my opinion if they went back to the pizza they used to make 15 years ago instead of this sweet tasting rubbish that is inedible. Also the prices are higher then most places overall. They do have so.e good deals for the savvy consumer.
I dont generally give five stars, so dont hold that against them. as always, friendly, courteous service, ready to help you look for what you want. they had large multipacks of toilet paper - yay! i just wish they had more medium sizes on their meat items at this time. update: if you didnt know, meat is disastrously expensive now, so choose wisely.

When in the Fayetteville area this is the place to shop. They have the largest and best selection out of any of the Wegmans in the area.
My favorite grocery store in the whole world! It’s easy to shop here. They have a variety of already prepared items. Be mindful when choosing their produce, look twice. I have picked up spoiled produce from here more than once., but not often. Other than taking a second look. It’s a big store and easy to shop at. They even have a big cafe with food.
Food court is great with all the selections, but the prices for food at the court are out of wack.Stopped for lunch, 2 people chicken sandwiches , fries and 2 drinks and came to over $30.00 dollars. I will never make that mistake again. I could go to Olive Garden for lunch for a better meal and less money.Quality and value for the meals just wasnt there.I like the market for shopping although I believe it is expensive, but I will skip the food court Im the future.

It has a huge deli & bakery area. Im giving it 4 stars b/c we usually shop at the Taft location most of the time. But during the autumn & holiday season they have a nice array of items set out.

Amazing selection for gluten free, including beer and sushi. Actual real beer and some of it tastes good. Very big. Nice food court. Good selection of organic and vegan stuff as well. For those out from out of state it is comparable to a HEB plus or the really big Krogers. Which actually did those to compete with Wegmans. It has a similar selection and feel as a Whole Foods but bigger and generally cheaper.
Coffee bar at front of store were very courteous and prompt and made my caramel macchiotto to perfection at very reasonable price. Please tip your Barrista

Always have a variety of vegan items- which is tough to find in other stores and at reasonable prices. Wegmans now carries their own brand for some vegan items as a little lower of a cost, even better, just always so busy! I know it is not a bad problem for them to have, but stinks for the consumer. Nice location, clean, and pretty quick checkouts even though its packed.

I drove 2 hours to come to this Wegmans - that tells you how much I love this store! I wish we had one in Albany. Its hard to explain what makes Wegmans a huge step above the rest --- the prepared food, the food court, the variety of EVERYTHING, the quality of food, the selection of different products, a housewares area (in a Grocery Store, people!)....I could go on and on.
I find the Wegmans Supermarket very spacious and a series of varieties for each shopper in each isle. The sandwiches to go are also very good. I found everything to my liking.
Have you seen this place! Holy smokes, you need no other, youll want no other, this place has everything. Taco bar, check. Brick fired pizza, check. Welland subs, um, yeah. Susi bar, of course. And The Burger Bar... OMG. Shakes and spiked shakes, check. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, linner, late dinner, anytime it is awesome. Better than any other joint in town for eats to go

This place was fairly impressive. There werent many organic options store wide, but the produce was fairly good. Here you can order food to be prepared and eat in a dining area. The quality of sushi has been going down year after year, which is disappointing 😔. We loved the selection of Wegmans branded items, such as seltzer flavors and chips - along with price. The variety of international items was impressive as well. Definitely higher quality than your generic stores and room for improvement in quality.

I ordered 2 gluten free subs. They used the same mayo container as the regular subs and the same knife as the other subs to cute it. They also didnt change their gloves.
Best grocery store ever to be existed.. My opinion lol the store is always clean including the bathrooms. Great selection of different cultures of food many different varieties of to go for hot or cold foods lunch or dinner from the smallest crowd to largest crowd in catering and so much more

My local Wegmans (DeWitt) has grown so much over the years. Its as much a social experience as it is a shopping destination. Selection usually cant be beat, and the Wegmans labeled products are price/quality leaders in their categories.

Wegmans is life. They have pretty much everything. They have food for normies but they have a great selection of vegan, keto, nut and gluten-free food. Prepared foods have finally added a few gluten free options.

This store is the center of my universe. Tremendous fresh produce variety and many organic options, and an entire section devoted to non-produce health food/organic items. Many hard to find and different types of items throughout the store. In addition to groceries, they offer greeting cards, flowers, pharmacy, and stationery and kitchen supplies.I suspect I am forgetting some things. Customer service is exceptional - they havent offered help unless I asked and then have gone out of the way to help me find what I need. Small details add to my high rating - clean and well stocked bathrooms with hand cream and hand sanitizer as options. Scales to weigh produce scattered throughout the produce section. Labels on shelves make sense (I can tell the price per pound/unit and can compare items, rather than one item indicating price per pound, and a similar item indicating price per unit). I hav
This is my regular grocery store. It is huge, and parking can a little crazy at busy times. However it is the best store when it comes to variety! Customer service is awesome!
When I first went to Wegmans, I was a freshman in college in Rochester, NY. It was a clean supermarket that sold fresh, quality food products. However, its most important feature at that time was its proximity to campus.Now I have (hopefully) more refined tastes, and a similar evolution has happened to Wegmans. The Wegmans this review refers to is located in Fayetteville, NY. It is a superstore and considered their flagship location. The store is stocked with all manner of food products of excellent quality.Their bakery offers an amazing array of baked on-site goods. The produce section has a bewildering array of fresh items.This store is larger than many warehouse outlets. Its goods are not limited to grocery store fare, but includes clothing and a million other items. It also offers prepared foods, and a restaurant to dine there. The restaurant itself would warrant its own review.This is an amazing store worth visiting just to experience it. A word of warning, such a bewildering array can at times be expensive.
Great grocery store. They really have almost everything. Decent international section if youre looking for basic ingredients from other regions, but will not replace a trip to the local chinese or indian grocery store etc.

This is the best Wegmans in the central NY area. The fresh food prepared food items are phenomenal. Eye appealing and decently priced. Selection in the produce department is huge. They have a skin care and makeup department that has organic items. No other Wegmans in the area has this selection. I do have to say though that some of the employees could use some training. Maybe they dont want to be there because of the virus?
A great grocery store. They are normally well stocked and the staff is great. Their Wegmans brand offers some interesting buys that help us to shake up our weekly menu.
Find everything. Not the cheapest but great food selection all year around. Go as early as possible to avoid crowds.
Not a great bakery. Not sure if they really bake everything in house still or not, does not taste like it. A weird aberration in an otherwise amazing grocery store experience.
As always staff wad fantastic and has been throughout this however I wish I could say for the customers. Been going to this store 20 years and from time to time people were rude, it happens. But today people gave you dirty looks, were scurrying around like they couldnt wait to be away from you and the store. People didnt even say thank you to the wonderful lady giving people shopping carts. Wegmans your staff is excellent. What is wrong with your customers

The best Wegmans in Syracuse I think. They have a large variety of groceries here, you can find almost anything you would need. Very masked customers and staffs during COVID, and the layout & lighting just makes my experience here so well! It’s not the closest supermarket near me but I always come back to this.
If you are trying to go plant-based and eat non-gmo, gluten-free, and organic, this is hands-down the best Wegmans around. Their produce is unbelievable and the alternative meals and sub foods section is unparalleled in CNY.

Definitely my favorite Wegmans. Tons of organic and diet friendly options. They have a huge natural foods section. Ton of prepared food selections and then even have seating to eat-in. Oh, also, an outdoor patio for dining in. The only negative is this place is always packed.
We love shopping at Wegmans. They have great prices, a huge section of healthier foods that fall in my diet, and the store is always clean and pleasant. Once in a while theyll be out of stock in something, its not usually a big deal.

I just ate at the Wegmans burger bar and the quality/quantity has declined significantly! When they first opened it was epic and now worse than McDonalds.P.s. More than one set of Wegmans K cups I have purchased exploded well brewing!

First time in one. What an array of prepared food. I really liked that they had the nutrition on them so I could make an informed decision.

Great store. Its very large with a large selection of fresh, frozen, pantry items, & prepared foods. Large food court with a big selection of food cooked to order. Ample parking with a good # of handicapped spots. My only complaint is they dont have as many name brands as other grocery stores. They tend to stock more Wegmans brands. The store is very clean & the staff are helpful.
Everything there is amazing. Lucky to have the best grocery store in the country nearby. Great prices and great products. My only complaint is that I get really bad static shocks whenever I touch anything on the side of the store with the smooth flooring. I am not the only one this happens to. Others know say it happens to them too and I also witness others getting the shock and I can hear it from twenty feet away. They should put some grounding strips on their carts or something. I seriously am on edge the whole time I am shopping because I know it is coming.

Great store to go get a few things. I could not afford to shop there all the time. They do have a few items that are always at low price...chicken, and a few items I cannot get anywhere else. Too many people in the store at 3pm. Made me crazy and I just had to get out of there.
First time here was very overwhelming. Its so big. The staff was friendly and they were all in disney themed outfits. I saw someone dressed as maleficent. I saw a woody walking arouns stocking.
One of my favorite Wegmans. Large store with a huge variety. Prices can be high but they have a good store brand. They also have a very nice cafeteria style area where prepared food can be purchased to eat in or takeout. The bakery items make nice gifts. Use caution because its very easy to overspend.
The best supermarket in the Syracuse area. Huge selection of organic and natural foods. You can run into a long wait time if you come during peak hours but even then, the service and quality is worth it.
Wegmans is a locally famous grocery chain. Their produce is fantastic, compared to most of the competition. They also have a health food store inside their store. If you eat gluten free, check it out. All gluten free Wegmans brands products that are gf are clearly marked. Same for vegetarian and lactose issues. Plus the store brand is a premium brand. They dont mess around.The store also has a good quality quick bite restaurant. They have take out prepared meals that are good. Plus other sections including a well stocked pharmacy (but with limited hours).The downside is the store is absolutely packed Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons. Too packed for me so I usually shop there at night.
Wegmans has everything and their beer selection is off the chart. Generally their produce, and deli counters have a great variety of fresh, very reasonably priced options that reflect a nice diversity.I was pleasantly surprised with their catering platters too. Great value but they put a lot of care into making them look nice as well.That said, this place is huge and when its crowded, it can be annoying to navigate and check out lines get long.
I love Wegmans and just the welcoming atmosphere! The food is always fresh and the produce does last a long time. They prepared food section is always very eye appealing and my choice instead of going out to dinner in a restaurant. Very clean and always great service. The only thing I was a little disappointed about is that you can no longer order salad by the pound at the deli counter as it is all pre-packaged now. I used to love the tomato mozzarella penne salad and now it is sold in containers without tomatoes which is slightly disappointing. However I give the store five stars for its excellence!
Best grocery store in Central NY! Well worth your time even if its out of your way. Large parking lot, clean, brightly lit. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Very large produce department, typically full of a huge variety of items. Meat & fish counters have freshest cuts around.
Wegmans Supermarket in DeWitt, New York is a huge supermarket, like a Hypermarket where you can find all kinds of fruits, vegetables, excellent butcher shop, and various foods. Our family has been shopping there for about 30 years, since it was a Supermarket before and after it was remodeled and expanded and made into a Hypermarket with eatery etc..Also, it has a good and nice eatery and buffets of warm delicious dishes and a Hamburger stand or area. On Sundays, they offer breakfast.It has a friendly atmosphere and employees are very helpful. It carries locally grown produce and fruits, fresh and tasty.Oh, I should not forgrt their very nice bakery making a variety of breads including the French Baguette.We highly recommend this place where shopping could be an outing.

Wegmans has a large variety of high quality products. They now have a very large food court with some excellent food. You get what you pay for as the prepared food is delicious and high-quality but not exactly cheap (I would say it is a very fair price for the quality and quantity that you get). Sandwiches are delicious, the sushi is pretty good for grocery store category sushi.They have a huge beer selection.This facility can be very busy during popular times (i.e. evenings). This includes the parking lot the road end and the exit ramp from for 481 South
Great place to get gluten free products for hubby! Best pizza crust from Against The Grain and then you add your own toppings! Only one crust better if you have the time to make from scratch--King Arthur Flour--its on their web site.
Wegmans is the greatest grocery store that could ever exist. The staff are friendly, they have a huge amount of food selections, the prices are affordable, you can eat anything you want in the cafe, the restrooms are clean, the produce is fresh, and you can find many local options for all foods. I would never shop anywhere else for my groceries.
I love this Wegmans! Absolutely state-of-the-art, huge eclectic selection of items at all price points, fast check out, and great customer service. I drive past a half dozen supermarkets to get here. Highly recommend!
This us a store with a very large selection of many items. They have non kosher items and kosher items. They have a humongous hot bar and amazing assortments of cold foods ranging from classic to sushi. They have many fine cheeses and many beer selections. They also have a beautiful floral department and a small cafe.
There is Wegmans and then theres the super Wegmans I went to the super Wegmans has to be the best grocery market on the planet unbelievable everything you can think of quality is 5 star its so huge you can land a plane in it their food court is like no other Berg is pizza Chinese food you name it and the quality is top-shelf I know I have a problem but I literally was there for four and a half hours. Absolutely love this place
Wegmans was great. We purchased cotton candy grapes (yum,) some rice noodles, minced ginger (doing thai at home-double yum,) donuts/cannolli, wish there was one near Watertown.....

Its just the place to be.Shopping is easy, all the staff know exactly where everything is, and direct you straight to the proper aisle. Where you can find, stocked up high all your favorite stuff. And after going there a few times, I know the store off the back of my hand. The best for fresh food of all types! Great consistently low prices. Huge parking lot. Always a riding cart available to shoppers. Helping hands staff always comes right away, extremely attentive and helpful. Usually clean, well stocked and extremely polite work staff in any dept.
The best grocery store on the planet. A wide variety of nicely priced groceries and other items. A bunch of little areas to order freshly prepared food. Even all the generic Wegmans branded groceries are high quality and are comparable to name brands. Cant recommend it enough.

Always a great selection of items. Prices arent as bad as their reputation suggests; there are store-brands versions of many common items. Produce and meats are the best by far of any local markets. Beer selection, for both craft and mass-market brews, is excellent. In-store cafe has fantastic selections and is expanding.
We decided to stop in for something to eat, had never checked out Wegmans Market Place before. So many delicious choices! Salads, burgers, sandwiches, Asian, Mexican, pizza and frozen treats. Not inexpensive, but the food was fresh and very good. Well have to stop back some time to do a little grocery shopping...
We just love this store and travel an hour and a half to get here every month or so. We love the variety and quality of all their products and also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Today, we were so saddened that they were out of Lemon Square (something we always look forward to purchasing as a special treat). An employee just happened to be near when we were expressing our dismay and approached to see if she could help. We explained that we had traveled pretty far to get the missing item and she said, Wait while I check out back!. They had JUST come in but not yet on the shelves. So she took the time and effort to make a few packets up just for us. Wish wed got her name to give her proper credit, but it made our day. The cashiers are also very friendly. We just LOVE your store.
My favorite grocery store ever! Grabbed burgers before shopping and they were great. Regular and sweet potato fries were perfect. Love the selection at this store. Produce is always great.
Great store. Prices are good. I think the prepared food is too expensive at 9.99 a pound. Also they have 15 weird flavors of bagel but wont make salt bagels. Thats kinda sad. Stock is deep and prices on otc pharmacy is way lower than drug store. Some items the price is half. That is one to one comparison on brand name items.

I used to come here often to get snacks. They have decent prices on produce. They carry a few kosher products too. All the employees are friendly, and there is always plenty of free parking.
If it was feasible for me to drive that far to bring back groceries from Indiana, I would. Their garlic bread is the best Ive ever had (a home made loaf with garlic chunks in it). Great prices and so many delicious options. Please come to Indiana!!!

Gouging customers by their marketing dept benefiting from info provided via loyalty cards which was always returned to the customer in the form of discounts. Recently on 3 visits I spent over $700 and received a total discount of 29 cents. When I questioned the store manager as to why this was happening he said he did not know and that discounts were determined by corporate. For me its back to my local grocery store who is still giving loyalty discounts.

This service here is fantastic. I wanted an umbrella stand, and they had none in the store. I spotted one in a display, and a helpful staff member took out the umbrella brought the umbrella stand over the counter and made sure that I could get to my car with no issue whatsoever. Wegmans is the best.
Wegmans itself is a great store but ever since they upgraded this store and changed the pizza and food bars, it has been terrible. I liked it before where you could buy a plan cheese already made for you. Now you have to wait in line to make your own pizza and you cannot even buy it by the slice!! You have to pay for a whole small! I would rather bring my business to Pizza Hut than here.
Saturday afternoon shopping is ridiculous. I would much rather shop in the middle of the night when everyone else is asleep.They have ANY kind of food you can imagine in the food court, from Pizza to subs, and sushi to burgers...I also like taking advantage of the dinners to go, that are well balanced meals, like pasta, meatloaf, fried chicken with sides.Ive also noticed that the prices are extremely competitive a s compared to the other grocery stores in the area.
One stop for everything. Its a bit chaotic to shop but the products and staff make it worth it. The store brand is great, they have a wide range of organic offerings, along with a huge deli, seafood and local cheese department! You can even stop for a meal, the subs and sushi are very popular.
This place has it all! Its the Whole Foods of syracuse. HUGE STORE. Amazing beer selection at the Dewitt store. Sushi can be made fresh for you and is very good. Subs are so good! $6 to go dinners have saved my butt on multiple occasions. Wegmans brand products are much higher quality than you would expect from an off brand product. Staff is usually very helpful and friendly. Dewitt store can get quite busy.
Wegmans has been my favorite grocery store since Ive been introduced to it over 2 decades ago. As a child the free cookie from the bakery always was a staple when wed visit. Ill often notice the same faces coming back to the store as they offer fantastic wegmans brands and for affordable prices. Their cashier services and how they efficiently get customers through on what looks like chaos in a store is beyond me. Great pharmacy department that have gone out of their way to help me. And I love the new dining section and food bars they opened up, great new addition. And live music every now and then!
Parking is crazy and always super crowded and busy. after walking a few miles from your car, this Wegmans has delicious prepared foods - sushi, fries, burgers, etc. large dining area that is comfortable and well lit. hand sanitizer in the bathroom stall - HUGE plus. the worst part - leaving the place and facing miles long walk to your car.
Absolutely superb food market. Going there is a feast for the eyes. A little pricey, but the quality is amazing. All of the departments are beautiful, no kidding. I have to drive 20 miles to get there, but its well worth the trip.
They have a good selection and visually appealing. however, given the price they charge, Id expect taste is better which is NOT the case.

Wegmans of any location is simply the best. This is my preferred store in the area. The staff are always helpful and positive. The selections here are unparalleled. Produce is always great and they support local farms! Bakery items are top notch. Overall, beat grocery store to ever exist!
Large selection in each department. Higher priced in bakery, meat, fish departments & some items in deli. Has great variety of hot foods & great variety of sushi. Veggies & fruit always very fresh, you wont see anything limp or rotting like you do in Price Rite. Selection in produce is awesome! Dry goods & dairy & frozen items prices are comparible to other stores.
They have almost everything (including organic) but I have a lot of trouble finding what I want and tend to circle the place. Hence my trips are a lot longer than I would like especially when it is really crowded. If you can manage the above average prices and need to get everything in one store, this is the best place. It all averages out to a mediocre experience.
Love Wegmans, they have everything! Try not to go too often.. hard to find a parking spot and once I get inside, it is like bumper cars. LOL
The place is huge. Absolutely enormous and can make shopping daunting. But register lines are never long, and aisles are big enough to accommodate large crowds. The prepared foods area just got a huge overhaul and is amazing, if not a bit pricey.
Definitely one of the best grocery stores in the greater Syracuse area. While they can get a little pricey, when compared to the corner grocery markets they actually end up being a pretty good deal. A nice clean store, with plenty of selection. My only complaint would be that they use a LOT of plastic bags.

First time to this store, very impressed.
I would have given this 5 stars last year, but they have built it out to such an extent that the store has lost its focus and is too huge and busy for me to want to shop.They have lots of cool stuff, but I really dont want to shop a place the size of a County Fair just to get some groceries.If you want real truffles or cheese imported from the far reaches of the earth, or incredible fish, this is the place.If you dont have two hours to spend, Id suggest Price Chopper.
The staff was courteous and friendly, also certainly very helpful in finding what I needed. I love that they had such a wide variety of organic products, also vegan and vegetarian products to choose from. The prices I believe was reasonable and affordable. I will definitely go back to shop there again.

This store has everything any cook would need. They even have self-checkout which I Iike b/c I usually have a small order. Unfortunately I found their machine confusing BUT the service associate was very helpful. When we moved back to NYS in 2000, this was the first Wegmans I had ever been in. Moved to Liverpool that spring & I now have two an equal distance from our home. I usually shop the store on Rte 31 & my husband shops the store on Rte 57.
I have been shopping Wegman’s for 40 years. Produce always fresh because of large turnover. I especially appreciate the way they support local farmers in the summer.They truly are the best.
I went in for just few things store was busy but not too much I got what I came for with a quick stop in the holiday section to look at the ornaments. I was disappointed and it seemed last years selection was of a better quality. They did however have owls so will pick those up. The holiday dinnerware was very pretty as was the fall themed dinnerware. The cashier was efficient and polite. My only real problem was with getting out of the parking lot and that is not really the stores fault was cut off twice by other drivers and people kept walking either in front of or behind my car as I backed out. Prefer the Onondaga store and Fairmont parking is laid out much better.
Best place in Syracuse for fresh groceries and food on the go. They have all types of food organic, gluten free or just plain old good food. Produce selection is admirable. Pizza bar is fantastic and has a wide variety of toppings at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place. Good food that youll feel good about eating.
Got everything I needed, because its Wegmans & they have everything. The store is always clean. Never have to search for anything. Wegmans has the best customer service of all time. What else can I say? ...Its Wegmans. Best grocery store EVER.
This Wegmans store has it all under one roof. There are prepared foods on steam tables with a wide selection including Chinese and Mexican dishes, Homestyle, Salads, Soups and much more. Great subs, Sushi made right in the store. You can buy and eat it right there. The service in the whole store is great. Organic foods and produce are available, one of the largest beer selections anywhere, flowers, a complete Pharmacy. One stop shopping and one of the most complete Liquor Stores right next door.
Wegmans is in a class of its own! Those who shop there on a regular basis know what I mean. They have everything when it comes to grocery related items. Their subs are also amazing, staff is always professional, friendly and courteous as well. I would certainly recommend anyway Wegmans location to everyone.
During some time in Syracuse we went to Wegmans to stock up on snack items only to find a full food bar that provided numerous options for food and snacks. The offerings were good providing multiple types of food for my team to choose from. Tacos to salad everyone enjoyed their meals and we will return.
I went to the store because my daughter had just become gluten free and dairy free. They have a lot of great options for gluten-free and dairy-free. Unfortunately I got some fish. My husband cooked it and I broke out like crazy. Come to find out this fish and shellfish are in the same case. I have a shellfish allergy and there was not one sign up saying anyting. And so busy that I cant return it. I was not happy. I couldnt imagine if I eat mine. Very disappointed with the lack of concern for allergies.
This location has expanded all of its departments carrying a more diverse selection of general merchandise. More homegoods and possibly more items you do not expect to see in a supermarket. They have also expanded their eatery with addition of Mexican Food. The dinning area and the way they process the orders as you enter has changed and I am hopeful that they have since refined it as I havent been back there since. They created an awkward situation causing discomfort for myself and for another family. I like the store but probably cannot use their dinning facility anymore.
Placed an order with Wegmans and they charged my card 8 times at 97$ a piece. And then had to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Never again will I shop at Wegmans.
Cant go wrong in the buffet. The subs and pizza make it so much more than just a grocery store.
All associates were friendly and helpful store was very clean and bright wish we had one closer to my area.

A lot bigger than the one I normally go to. Took me a little but I was able to find everything I was looking for. Loved the choices I saw on food offerings. Very clean and tidy, staff was super friendly!
Great quality food, fair prices, great selection. It is always clean here. The pharmacy is great. My only issue is that its always crowded, but thats out of anyones control. Love shopping here, overall.
I did not have a good experience at wegmans. The girl was very rude, she did not wipe the counter when she checked me out, but she was very ready to clean for the white man behind me. I actually talked to her about her rudeness and reported her to the manager. I hope they said something to her. And this is the second time it has happened to me, and both are black girls doing this.And you wander why you black people get such treatment that you are complaining about if dont even know how to treat your own kind.
Cashier said they were closed and as soon as i walked off he still checked out someone.I brought it to his attention and he had nothing to say.

2022-05-26I’ve recently been introduced to the Wegman’s chain and I wish I had known about it before.Every store is clean, and nicely laid out. Produce looks fantastic, and the bakery section is awesome.Tried the Food To Go section and I loved the subs, sushi, and pizza. Tried “Danny’s favourite” sub and it was delicious. Generously packed and the bread was super fresh. The sushi (cooked salmon teriyaki) was surprisingly good, and so was the pizza.I’ll definitely be looking for Wegman’s stores every time I’m in the US!

2021-10-05This one of the biggest Wegmans around this area. We absolutely love it, just because we get to have so many options. We can eat, buy groceries, celebration accessories, dessert and dispensary.We love the idea of this place and convenient. They also have self checkout which is again super fast if you have couple of stuff you can just checkout in few seconds. Which we did many times.Never had issues with fruits and meat. So love it, we have not tried their food yet inside. Will definitely get subs next time.

2022-04-17Always clean, busy but staff is courteous and helpful. Product placement is sometimes difficult to find - even for section managers! Pleasantly surprising food selections, especially regarding ethnic fare, specialty meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Fresh food is always fresh and regularly tended and rotated. Pricing is always reasonable, especially taking into account the higher level of care and maintenance being provided to ensure the food is worth paying for. Very pleasant experience every time!

2022-05-28Wegmans as a grocery store is amazing, they have everything you could ever need to make an amazing meal. The food court is where the real magic is. Theres a lot of options and theyre all good. They have prepacked items that are fresh, and they have customized food choices as well. The bakery has fresh bread, doughnuts, cake and cookies everyday. If you get there early enough theyll still be warm. Lots of seafood and a cool deli as well if you re stopping in for dinner ideas. Theyll cater almost every option from the food court as well and its just as good!

2022-02-16This was a great store, especially for an out of towner like me. The selection was great, and I found items easily. The prepared food was an amazing selection and delicious! I tried a few items and will totally try more whenever I find a Wegmans. The people severing the food were very nice and helpful. However, I cannot give this store 5 stars as I went through the cashier line once and the cashier was rude and pushy. She made me wish I went through self-checkout. This was the only bad interaction I had with anybody in the store, everyone else I spoke with was friendly and even when they couldnt help (I asked about a flower delivery, and they didnt have who ordered it due to it being through a service) they were very informative and kind about it. I will be returning next time I am in town and look forward to checking out other Wegmans as well.

2021-07-29A fine flagship for the regional chain. Lots of fresh and prepared food options as well as a long list of made to order counter service foods. Large selection of teas are a big plus for me.I enjoy the shopping experience in person, but the app for curbside works well too. The in-store app based self checkout is a nice feature.

2022-03-11My shopper card had to be updated and I had no clue how to do it. I went to the service desk and Lucy took care of the whole account (merging, updating, etc). She explained the new features of the card. I was really impressed. We just moved to town and will definitely be shopping at this store weekly!

2022-03-07Its awesome, its Wegmans.Some items are a little pricey, but overall pretty comparable to Tops/price chopper in terms of prices.Use 2go app when ordering subs/pizza much faster.Very nice staff always.Very crowded on weekends/after work rush. Much quieter in the morning and late evening.

2022-03-10Not the place for donuts or bagels.Theres a lot to like about Wegmans, but surprisingly, not bagels or donuts. Bagels lack meaningful taste and donuts are lackluster. I ordered 3 dz donuts for a school activity. Phoned in the order. Couldnt have peanut, powdered, filled, or plain. But, I said it was for kids, so glazed & sprinkled are ok, as well as choc & vanilla. So, what I got at 6:30a today were all bland, glazed donuts -- only 6 were chocolate! No sprinkles. When I asked about sprinkles, I was told they were just following the order (which I get... it only said what I didnt want). What the heck, Wegmans? Tops & Price Chopper have far better looking donuts. If youre going to buy fried cakes, it should look a little nicer than what I got. Really disappointed :(
