After traveling to a number of other grocery stores, Wegmans was the only one to actually explain that there was a national creme cheese shortage. Better than just staring at empty shelves.
Wegmans is a place I prefer to do my shopping - it wasnt bad today but in previous weeks their shelves were empty for things on my list - this forces me to go to a competitor and pay more for items
Had everything I needed in stock and in the usual spots. Nothing was hard to find, they had a decent amount of cashing lanes open. No complaints

All Wegmans are beautiful. I was actually on a crew that built the one in Columbia, Md. The only reason Im giving them one star is because the cashier wouldnt sell me two single beers. She said I had to buy a six pack. I told her that I only wanted these two and she very friendly but not accommodating said that she couldnt do that. So I thanked her for saving me money and my liver thanks her too.

So many wonderful options! Great pre-made selection of foods and sides. They also have lots of items that other grocery stores dont carry. The only drawback is that they are a little bit pricey...worth it for the convenience and selection. The fact that the store is always clean and food is always fresh is also a big draw for me.
Every time I leave this store I ask myself why I keep going there? I love wegmans but this store has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and they make no effort to improve.

Used to love Wegmans when they opened a store in Princeton, NJ. This particular store, however, send to be a bit older and more run-of-the-mill. Still, a great option for grocery shopping.
I love Wegmans!!! Its been my favorite store for years! Ive worked at one when I was a teenager and was always scared to leave Buffalo and deal with a different grocery store. Im glad they now have some in other states. Prices are nice and decently priced and its always nice and clean

Wegmans is my favorite grocery store. I live closer to other stores and I prefer Wegmans over them all. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and more often than not the shelves are always stocked. If you are hesitant because the lot is always full, do yourself a favor and stop by. It is a great spot to grab a quick meal as well. They have an amazing selection of prepared foods and fresh meals. The subs are awesome the sushi is always fresh. It is worth a visit.

Great place to go shopping, staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Items are easy to find by the locating signs on the tops of the aisles. Newspapers from different states for sale here bottle returns and clean store and restrooms.
Not my regular shoping place didnt know where stuff was...well 2 encounters with different employees was the most enjoyable and helpfull people I have encountered in the retail sector in a long time...kudos to them made my day.....
This Wegmans provides 7 electrical chairs so theres no Guessing ones available PLUS well-stocked and very courteous young staff!
This is not like other Wegmans stores. The service is an order of magnitude lower. The desire to help, a Wegmans hallmark, is completely absent. We all get that hiring is a challenge but the crop of employees at this store is really disappointing. I hope they can turn it around because the chain is a gold-standard.

I gave a 5 star review 2 years ago and coming in to update. This location has really made a turn. Its to the point I absolutely am getting where I dont even want to shop at this location. First, the produce is horrible! No excuses being tops across the street, their produce is on point! This location always seems to be out of items, moving items around to fill the gaps and the only reason I still come here is only for the gluten free food section. Could use more organic and better organic produce. Other than that, staff always friendly and location clean.

I was caught by security for shoplifting and was taken into custody by them until I was apprehend by the cops.. even though it wasnt an unusual situation they still maintained their professionalism they are known for having.. they were still friendly to me about me being in their store until they realized I was stealing from them as they could be under their circumstances..

Amazing store, stopped there for one item while visiting Erie County NY and wish we had a Wegmans in our home town. Next time I go to visit family Ill definitely check this place out.
Theres many good products here, even though some things are fairly expensive. The store brand cola costs only 78 cents, so if you enjoy a cheap 2 liter I recommend coming here for soda.

Not my regular Wegmans, but employees were as helpful as at my store. Love the scan feature Wegmans has, gives a LOT of time back to me. I normally would make my list, put items in my bag, take items OUT of my bag, pay, then put everything BACK into my bag. Now, I shop, scan, put in bag, check out & get on my way. I love Wegmans, I hope they never close!!

Getting too pricey for my budget. Couldnt tell you the last time I bought meat there. Used to shop there every week. Now its every few weeks for the items that are a good price.
Good selection of items. When lanes are busy they open new ones. Also has self check-out lanes. Fountain drink machine has been fixed

Wegmans is perhaps the best grocery store in Buffalo. Although some things (not all of them) can be a bit pricey, they compensate with offering a huge variety of products.Their own line of products is convenient and of high quality.I find products here that I cant find anywhere else.Cleaning standards are 10/10.Display of products is eye-catching and easy to follow.Staff is very attentive and helpful.I love that they have the paper bag options. They also promote recycling.I totally recommend to go there!

Normally an excellent variety of products at reasonable prices. I have however noticed that they are no longer able to stock their shelves with a number of items, presumably due to COVID supply chain issues.
My favorite grocery store. The already made Wegmans dishes are OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious. Try the Garlic Tuscan Loaf from the bakery, as well as the bakery Rye Bread and Organic Rosemary Sourdough! They are to die for!! Also in the bakery, the the Chocolates Mousse Dome Is perfection, cannolis or even the cannoli cream with cannoli shells for dipping are a must have favorite in my house, and the fruit tart cakes well bring a smile to everyones face. Those are just a few of my favorite but anything that Wegmans makes is delicious! Theyre frozen vegetables are the freshest thing I have ever tasted after being poked in the provided steamer bags its the next best thing after fresh vegetables.ENJOY!

Like most responses Wegmans is exceptionally clean and I feel a heighten degree of safety in the store.In addition to a much wider variety of selections.This visit, with a full cart I needed to locate one item. I asked an employee he took the time to walk me right to the item. I did that at another store competior and the employee had attitude and said she didnt know.Wegmans is the place to go.
This is the Cats Meow!, of grocery stores. Just a great place to grocery shop.Excellent variety of food, produce, take out meals, pharmacy,, dairy products, frozen foods, prepared meals and other various items to many to listTheir bakery is outstanding.Staff is friendly,and courteousA bite pricey but excellent quality.Just wish there was a Wegmans closure to the community that I reside in.

Wegmans is the absolute best place to shop for food and all kinds of other great prepared meals! This is also a place with awesome customer service, the employees go above and beyond to help you with with what you need. Also, the employee will know where everything is with no wild goose chase.

Extremely expensive prices (even more so than Publix which has better service) yet is so cheap they charge 5 cents for a bag!?!Your better off going to Aldi
Went for a simple meal, waited forever for someone to get a container for a $13 fish fry. Which wound up truely not being worth the money, saw workers standing around talking to each other but the guy helping me could not leave to get the container. I wound up paying for the food and not doing my shopping there. Horrible
What a great place to shop. There are always employees to ask questions if you cant find an item. They have s well stocked variety, and its a classy store to shop. Even the music was fun@

Wegmans had the only spaghetti spice packet for my Italian mans homemade sauce. After looking at over 8 stores on Christmas Eve! Very pleased 😀
Only thing that bugs me is that the self check-out closes hours before the store does. I prefer to bag my own groceries. Otherwise great store .

This is my local Wegmans and things are always clean and in stock. Staff is friendly, and its open late. Like all area Wegmans, their prepared foods section is great. Unlike other locations, this does not have a large dining area or a cafe.
I am a huge Wegmans fan. Great quality off brand, descent prices.Incredibly clean. Im a big bathroom cleanliness critic, they have the nicest bathroom Ive seen, fresh flowers, every diapers for baby, they took it to a new level...kudos
Bottle return closes at 8, even though the store is open until 12? I didnt care for that, as well as I couldnt get the shoppers club card to work at self checkout.

I love Wegmans out of all the grocery stores in the area its my favorite. The store is always clean, easy to navigate, and helpful staff. The pharmacy is great too. Ive had some problems since switching my insurance and they were extremely helpful in getting things done so I didnt go without my medications.
Best grocery store ever. customer service is top notch, they truly care about their customers satisfaction and stand behind their products. decent selection of organic products and specialty products for specific diets like keto, paleo, gluten free, vegan, etc. the subs are amazing and they even have organic lettuce as a choice on them. hopefully in the future they will include more organic produce options for the subs and more nitrate free meat options. loved that they were open 24 hours before covid.
Came from out of state and placed an order with their cateering department over the phonne. Very pleasant to work with, able to order an all veghie sushi tray for my daughters small due to COVID wedding picnic. Everyone raved about the food.
Good I shop there all the time so much cheaper than tops but I still sometimes shop at save a lot but Wegmans food and fruit is so much better.

I go here almost every week for the sea food , cheese, and other hard to get items at a better quality. My only gripe is that even some of the store brand stuff is relatively expensive. If it wasnt for that I would do all my shopping there.
I was frustrated that some items were out of stock and mentioned it to the cashier. She brought someone else over who went and got some of the items and status updates on the other updates. Still a little disappointed some items werent available but Faith and Megan were 10/10 customer service.

Great food, awesome selection and courteous staff. Buffalo is very lucky to have so many Wegmans in our area 😊 The negative is the sub shop has decreased in quality. I barely have any meat on my subs. A few slices at most. Where in the past they were loaded which ingredients. Hopefully wegmans fixes this because they have great food otherwise.

I like the variety they have. The new app they have is amazing. You scan the food or items and bag them as you shop. All you have to do to pay is scan the self checkout screen, swipe your card and youre on your way.

Wegmans has a classy deli & delicious bakery. Cheese bar, hot food bars, youd think it was an expensive grocery store at first sight but they remain competitive in price, especially their Wegmans brand products. I love them.
One star not because Wegmans isnt great, but I always get anxiety walking in there because of the super low ceilings, Karen is around every end cap.
P. .. P... Planning on the part of the pharmacy caused us to take our families business elsewhere. They dont care if you have to come in twice for 1 prescription. It cost them about $5000.00 a month from my household alone.
This is our go-to supermarket. Always great service and a higher standard for employees when compared to places like Tops or save-a-lot Wegmans stands tall over them all. Great food, good prices, delicious fresh baked goods! Good job Wegmans. See you soon
I love this wegmans! I go there all the time. They are friendly, fast, clean and very helpful. Not to mention child friendly. Love their mother child parking and there drive up car service to those who need help putting groceries in car.

I cant help but to give Wegmans five stars - the produce is wonderful, the whole place is clean, and they have everything you could possibly need as far as groceries/misc goes. I buy sushi from here at least three times a week, and I do all of my grocery shopping here. I used to shop at TOPS -- what was I thinking? The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are decent. I love this place.
Wegmans has some of the most amazing selections for produce meets cheeses and beers of any grocery store across the country. This one is just as good as all the rest!
This store always has the best variety of quality produce. Frequently new items to try. Very clean. Smaller than other supermarkets, so not overwhelming. Staff are happy & helpful.
I call this the hidden gem of Wegmans! I love love love this location. Open 24 hours. I usually frequent at night and its great! Produce quality never disappoints. The layout is different from most, but I like it. Seems more spacious. I feel like I can find different/ more variety international items than at other locations. Definitely reccomend if your ever in the area.My comments about the prepackaged items still stands at overpriced though.
If you enjoy food shopping, Wegmans is your choice in West Seneca orchard Park road. I searched in many locations of grocery stores and Wegmans absolutely came through. I love to cook and I recently just started using saffron, Wegmans was the only place I could find it at.Walking through the store I noticed so many varieties and culture products, and without a doubt, I was amazed. If you love cooking as much as I do, guess what, shop there for your own experience. You simply cant go wrong.

Sundays are by far the busiest day to be grocery shopping. Yet, here I am! Ive just decided what to make for a big family dinner, so I gingerly move about the other customers and find what I need. The vegetables and fruits are fresh. The shelves are fully stocked, meat case is being filled, the bread is still warm. The checkouts are getting full and theyve opened another 2 so I dont wait long. My cashier is a kindly young man who swiftly moves along packing my groceries neatly. And, Im out the door.I love this wegmans!
Im a regular here. It seems we get some of the same cashiers who end up knowing a little about us. West Seneca Wegmans is superior with their spacing and organizing. Ive been to all of the local Wegmans and I have my favorites and my least favorite. Some are so disappointing that Ive heard others say it deterred them from shopping there and I think thats unfortunate. The prices are phenomenal for the quality and variety. The cashiers are always polite, I had one bad experience but I spoke up about it because it was really a rare occurrence. Overall my husband and I have tried to step out of our comfort zone and have attempted to shop at Aldi, tops etc but we leave empty handed and never stray again.
Staff is so helpful and friendly. Wide variety of food items. Produce is mostly from local growers. In store dining area with variety including vegetarian. Best of all they do not treat their customers like criminals, making it so inconvenient by locking down areas of the store or putting up fire hazards like Tops does with the row of shopping carts to block the exit on the evening hours. I have never gotten any bad or spoiled food from Wegmans.
Amazing place. All of the food they prepare and brand is excellent quality. Staff is sup friendly. On a few occasions I have forgotten thing and they grab it off the shelf while Im still in the checkout line. Highly recommend for all your grocery of quick lunch or dinner needs.
Not that great. Most stores do not charge for a paper bag if your paying with ebt food stamps card. But Wegmans did.
I go to this one because its 7 minutes from home, the one Mckinley is 11 minutes. When This Wegmans has less than the Mckinley which makes it a little more difficult. They, for some reason, are always out of something I need. Today, being frozen Organic fruit for smoothies and organic potatoes. My family is not Vegan, but I try to eat as Vegan as possible. So when I try to find the Vegan cheese and they are out, it would be better to go to McKinley if you are Vegan, they also have a wider variety of Vegan.. Im not saying things might not change, but for those who want to save time, better drive the extra minutes than go to two stores. I still appreciate what I can get in this store and service is always amazing!
Their was a nice young man by the name of Henry. I was trying to find simply potatoes and he stopped what he was doing and walked me over to the item, but you were out and he suggested your store brand. That was great customer service. Great job wegmans for having a helpful young man.

I always love shopping at Wegmans the cuts of meat are so much larger than the ones youll find at tops or some of the other grocery stores their prices are fair just wish that you could find them in other areas than just Buffalo and Canada
It breaks my heart that Wegmans isnt in Canada. Its a grocery store done right; amazing subs (Dannys Favorite is incredible!!) and takeaway food options, balloons and stickers as well as a playspace for kids, incredible selection of food etc, good prices, clean stores, friendly staff, completely full service..really nothing like it...would never go to another grocery store if there were locations in Canada.

This store is absolutely amazing its where I go to shop for the hard-to-find items. I love their bread and meat offerings selections, the staff is kind, always very knowledgeable and if they dont know they find someone they will ask who does know in quick time.

I do my bottle returns there. When you go in the am never have to wait. Also there bottle returns are usually always clean. Someone has always came out when I was there, emptying bottle returns or cleaning.
This rating is based on personal experience as an employee. This is hands down the worst place I have ever worked. The produce manager Rebecca is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She harrased me constantly and singled me out. As well as giving me severe anxietyShe put on a fake smile for her supierors and they did nothing about the harrasmentI would not recommend applying here ever.

Wegmans is an amazing grocery store. Sure, its slightly more expensive than others, but youre really getting top quality here. Their baked goods are ALWAYS phenomenal, especially their cutout cookies! They also make a Tuscan garlic bread that knocks my socks off every time! Plus, they carry these specific tomatoes called FLAVOR BOMBS and they are SOOOOO GOOOOD!
Wegmans is a customer oriented store that has a broad appeal. Fresh produce, the best in the Buffalo metro area, and a wide variety of goods from many countries. The service is the best! They focus on you, the consumer, as their top priority. They have a fantastic cooked food section that provides ready to eat meals that are delicious and wallet friendly. Well done!

You can never go wrong at Wegmans
If you like Wegmans, you know that some are better than others. This location is older, smaller and has some rough edges, but the core products are mostly available. That said, it has a more limited selection than some of the newer stores in the suburbs. This is especially noticeable in fresh produce and meats, seafood and hot bar departments. While its fine for doing most of your shopping, you may want to try a newer and larger location for any of the specialty items that are advertised in their magazine. Still a much better alternative to the Tops Market across the road, however.

Wegmans is consistently one of the top 10 employers in all of the United States. They are very proactive for their employees well-being and safety. And for their staff that are students, they have many incentives as well as monetary help with tuition. Having said all that, a happy work force makes for a happy experience for Shoppers.They are The Benchmark for all grocery supermarkets. Just walking into the store you will notice the difference immediately . We will start with their product. They carry a more diverse selection of goods than any other Supermarket Ive ever been in. Their produce is locally grown whenever possible. Their deli and meat counters have outstanding product. Their dairy and frozen foods follow the same attention to quality. There is also a bulk food section. And they have a bakery with many unique baked goods and pastries. Plenty of Breads and rolls, cakes and pies, cookies and croissants, just about anything you could want or imagine, all baked in house daily. There are also sections for cleaning, paper supplies and pet foods. There is an in-house Pharmacy. You can also buy sundries and cosmetics, greeting cards and magazines. There is a large seasonal section that also has a kitchenware section that changes products and designs often. They also carry many Wegman brand items to help save you money as well.An even nicer touch, there is usually an associate or two around to help you to decide on what product is best for you health-wise or recipe- wise or cost-wise. Oh and did I mention, you can go to their recipe kiosk and print out a recipe for the product you just placed in your cart.On top of that they have a food court with in house or outdoor seating. All of their food is prepared there, fresh everyday. There is a sub section that is always busy. You can call ahead. There is a pizza and wing area where you can buy pizza whole or by the slice with many choices always ready. There Is a cafe with craft choices. There is a sushi bar. A taco bar. A soup bar with at least six choices. And there are at least six stations of hot and cold foods to buy by weight. You may also purchase one if their $6 meals that includes an entree and 2 sides to be heated there or taken home for lunch or dinner.Every department has a manager that is very knowledgeable of all their product lines but each employee in that section also has to have a very good working knowledge of the products sold in that section as well.All of their stores are handicapped accessible with well-lit, large parking lots. Restrooms and customer service desks. And their attention to detail follows through to the cleanliness of every area inside and out.
The best grocery store around. They always have fresh produce and many employees if you need help. The check out line is always quick no matter how long. And they have great fresh meals.
Always seems very busy, a lot of people. Strangely, there were no baguettes for sale, the one time you need it! Very clean here.

This is definitely one of the lesser Wegmans when it comes to Chinese food and the salad bar. I come here a lot because my jobs right around the corner. The pickings are slim if your looking for a healthy lunch. The sushis okay and the grocery section is still Wegmans so the selection is better than any other store in the area. Also the soups are kinda bland and greasy.
I love Wegmans! The place is always clean and they train their employees very well. They do believe in the customer is always right ! Ive always had excellent service at Wegmans and thats why I will always shop there!

A good store that has most everything you would need but on the downside it is so immensely large of a store that it is texting to walk around and Shop another words it is a big store but worth the effort if you need anyting to fill your refrigerator!
Very clean store I live a mile away from tops and I prefer to go to Wegmans which is 4 miles away you ask where something is and they will walk you to it instead of telling you where it is.
Wegmans is the best supermarket...period. Selection and prices are always great. Their prepared foods and sub shop are excellent. Sushi is some of the best in town.

Need I say more then this franchise is the best all around grocery store in its class. From their very friendly helpful staff to their business practices it is a pleasure to shop at such a highly rated store . The produce is always fresh they offer local grown items as well. The meat is so tasty and fresh as well. The dry goods are well dry goods as any store has lol. The prepared foods are to die for a bit pricy on prepared food but when u leave out the prep work the going to the store to buy the ingredients and the cook time with no dishes I call that a no brainier lmfao. This store in general not location but store is by far the best market grocery store you will ever step foot in besides the fact that its lighting is on point ( not to dark and unlike tops its not to bright) I never have a problem with their products only once and Ill tell ya they went above and beyond to make sure they fixed my issue as well as giving me my money back apologize for the concern and gave me free product as well as that sincere apology . I just love this place dont walk in here with a pocket full of cash I always leave here broke hahaha keep it up Wegmans Im a lifer here and thanks for everything you do to make the customer come first second and third before anything else

Great selection of produce and seafood
Ive been shopping here since it opened across the street. I am a bonafide Wegmans ONLY customer, going between this store and the McKinley Mall.My only complaint is that its not a superstore, and brands change from store to store sometimes. Wegmans has great produce, friendly employees, and is laid out well. They have a wonderful little salad bar and bar non Wegmans West Seneca has the best cheese pizza on the planet.
Wegmans produce is always the best, such a good variety & affordable. A staff member went out of her way to help me find an item. Always a great experience there! Love you Weggies 🙂
Usually Wegmans stores are good to me but this location... not so much. Ordered a Sub with no Tomatos (due to being extremely allergic) and got home to discover that tomatos were all over it. so unfortunately I could not eat it. I understand people mess up but I was very specific about the tomatos. I will continue shopping here but I dont think I will be getting subs anymore. Also one of the employees that was making my sub at the time (Richard) could not be less happy to be there it seemed.
I shop there and use their Pharmacy all the time. The girl in Pharmacy Leane is wonderful. I dont need to pick up my little blue pills when shes working!
This place is always bright and shiny, very clean, extremely organized and neat.
This location has always been well stocked especially when items are out of stock elsewhere. Wegmans is a gem no matter what location you go to.
This large 16 pizza from Wegmans had a poor crust to topping ratio. Many of the slices had no topping 5 from the crust edge. Be sure to check your pie before checkout and taking it home.

Best grocery store in western N.Y. and north eastern P.a. in my opinion. Something a bit more pricey but others cheaper. Great prepared food section. Also great craft beer selection
The subs are pathetic, barely 3 slices of meat. Not cool for a 12.50 sub.
Nice store, but small. Selection is limited by space. Convenient if you just need to run in for a few things, but for bigger shopping trips I go to Wegmans on McKinley.
The chef there goes out of his way to make my order of sushi early in the morning on a regular basis and that is just one example of what all the workers I come in contact with at wegmans on orchard park road. They go above and beyond making sure their customers are satisfied
Love Wegmans I have since the day they first opened back in the southtowns at Orchard Park Road years ago before they even expanded and then there was the McKinley Mall Wegmans Wegmans food produce and meat is the best and better and cheaper than tops tops produce and meats are under grade from Wegmans

Normally I love Wegmans, but they have multiple strikes tonight! :( First of all I drove 25+ minutes out of my way to go because my fiance wanted a sub. The sub line was long. Only one girl was helping customers. There was a second person back there, but Im not sure why she wasnt helping when the line was so long. So, my second issue... I bought some yummy singapore noodles with chicken and shrimp...that ended up being so under cooked they arent edible. I tried to eat them several times, but they are crunchy. I called Wegmans customer service, and they said they would refund me when I brought them back. Im not going back tonight. It already took me almost an extra hour to drive there and then home. I drove an hour for food I cannot eat. Ug. Now what am I supposed to eat? So... I stood in a long line... drove too far.... and couldnt eat what i spent a lot of money on...and Im still hungry. Im out my time, money, and I still need to spend more time and money to find something to eat. Im exhausted.P.S. I told the Customer Service lady that she probably needs to check the other singapore noodles because if mine arent edible then probably others arent either. She just repeated that they would refund me when I brought them back. Seriously lady? Im trying to help YOUR store not sell more bad product. I didnt have to call and tell you. That was for your benefit, not mine. I know you will refund me if I return them, but is $8 worth the drive and aggrevation? Not too mention, I wont ever buy singapore noodles from you again if you dont care enough to make sure other customers are not getting quality food. My fiance isnt home yet. I really hope his sub is good. One time this location had super hard crusty bread for their subs that we couldnt eat. Maybe I need to stop going to this Wegmans. What a shame.
Wegmans is great. Forget Tops. No matter what I need in the grocery department, I can find it here. We moved out of state, and no matter what, when we come back we make a Wegmans run.
Wegmans is always super classy! Store is always clean and staff is always helpful. The west Seneca location is a beautiful store and should be praised whenever possible.
Wegmans is my go to for specific items and an overall feel good experience. I do not do my general shopping here though b/c I will spend more for the same items as compared to Market in the Square.

Not only is Wegmans awesome but my little girl started working there @ 16, she got promoted during the pandemic. They would force her to go home to sleep.
The store itself is good but the pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are so incompetent I had to call my own insurance company and get all my information to pass along to wegmans orchard park roads employees. Every time I fill here there is a problem with something. Im taking my business to another location.
Ordered one of their subs, and it was truly one of the worst looking sandwiches Ive ever seen, I would love to attach a pic its unbelievable!!! So sad.

There was a cashier, Michelle (middle-aged woman), who was completely professional and polite despite the very rude customer that was in front of me in line. The woman told Michelle that she made a remark that was offensive (which Michelle did not) and went right to the front desk to complain. I couldnt go through the rest of my day without writing Michelle an excellent review and thanking her for her outstanding customer service. I called Wegmans as soon as I got home to let someone at the front desk know but I figured a written review would great as well. So, thank you Michelle and keep doing what you do!!

Cheese selection is nice, but the other local Wegmans have more. I love shopping here. The food quality is better, and the prices are very competitive. I prefer here to ANY other chain.
They have a good selection of products for a good price. The only downside is the high volume of customers; this often means a quick in and out visit for groceries is unlikely.
I should not have a medical screening at Wegmans. I was in a closet then asked to move to their counseling area about 5ft from where they sell nicotine gum and cough syrup, and about 20feet from a line of registers. Theres HIPI at its finest.

2022-04-04I called this store to see if they carry a wellness product I needed. I waited for the service desk to answer. The young lady was very pleasant and even though she didn’t know which dept had what I needed, she transferred me to the pharmacy. The young woman who answered was also very helpful even though it wasn’t her dept. She looked up the item and confirmed it was in stock. I thanked her and told her I will stop in the next day. I really appreciate how pleasant the employees are. It’s very refreshing!

2022-02-18Definitely my favorite place to shop!The staff from all departments always assist you in helping find items needed.There deli meat is the best and the staff at the deli counter always make your lunch meat choices the way you want it sliced.I would also like to mention that alot of the Wegmans brand items are cheaper than save a lot and family dollarThe cashiers are great.The customer service is great.Also the helping hands people are wonderful!

2022-03-03Wegmans is just a great store and has the best quality produce for a grocery in buffalo in my opinion. They can be a little pricier on things compared to stores like Walmart. However they do not play the pricing games that other local stores do. The ‘mark up to mark down’ on sale scams their competitors are known for.Customer service is the best! Registers are always open. There are people watching the registers to keep lines down. Everyone is friendly! It’s nice shopping in a fully staffed store. Never have I seen just one person working the self checkout with all registers closed.My only gripe would be that with personal shoppers and online ordering, there is more congestion in the aisles where people are working. Sometime making it harder to get things off of the shelves.

2022-01-22I like that this wegmans has a diverse beer and cheese selection, and a nice merch and gifts section. Its bigger than some but smaller than others. Wegmans is always high quality no matter where you go. They are consistently good.

2021-09-07Best Starbucks Iced coffee for cheap. Its right next to the orange juice in the back of the store! They also have a Vegan and Kosher option that tastes more like chocolate milk but it has a little caffeine in it!

2020-07-28As a Rochesterian, I thought I had experienced all that Wegmans could offer me but this store was wonderful! The selection of prepared foods was extensive, the produce was beautiful, employees were polite and engaging. My lunch didnt disappoint.
