Very very good result, and I was pleased with the straightforward explanation of all possibilities and the process going forward, even before I engaged the services of their firm. Once I signed on, all communications and actions regarding the DMV, were taken on by them , and all appearances and correspondence became their responsibility. Very happy I was represented by them. Speeding In Zone 47/30 [Points - 4] reduced to Parking Violation [Points - 0]Well, it was my first time driving on that road, and the cop was ambushing just after the speed limit got reduced to 30 from 50 mph on a state highway. The road sign of the new speed limit was erected in somebodys front yard, behind their mailbox. Moreover, it was a downhill. Seems like a perfect trap for a person who is driving on that road for the first time. A speed display at that area would be super useful. I reduced the speed to 47 thinking Im still in 50 zone but got pulled over and got the ticket.Working with Weiss & Associates was smooth - I didnt need to do much other than email correspondences. And at the end, the speeding violation was reduced to a parking violation. I highly recommend Weiss & Associates.

They are very respectful to us when we arrive at the front desk. they are very friendly. most importantly the job is done very well and they always update you. They always send us updates even though we dont ask them. They always remind us about our hearing dates and give us an option if we want to appear but I never appeared they did it for me. While it is unfortunate that I have had to use their services two times, it has been painless in both situations. This last to get that they fought for me was from almost 5 years ago, they stayed up on it, kept me updated, and fortunately it got dismissed, but the important thing is that the process was easy and they took it upon themselves to make sure I was informed at all times.

I had uncomfortable traffic violation ticket (Passing a School Bus Stop Sign). I did not see or believe passed a school bus stop sign. Especially after dropping my daughter off in school and heading home with my wife. An un-mark police vehicle pulled me over and officer said I passed a School bus stop sign. I needed a experience/excellent Attorney/Firm who can fight for me and prove there was a mistake. This type of violation/ticket puts 5 points on your license if guilty and can come with other penalties. This is not a bargain ticket but either you are guilty or not. I was fighting a speeding ticket with very little chance of success yet the lawyer managed to get the case dismissed. I didn’t even have to go to court. I was initially concerned that it was going to be boiler plate representation but I asked to speak to the attorney prior to my court date and Mr Weiss was kind enough to call me back and we had a relaxed conversation about strategy to deal with the case. I am thrilled with my result!
I drive professionally in NYC part-time, and need my drivers license to make part of my living. Every time I use the lower cost Drivers Guild lawyer, the result has come back guilty. Most recently, the drivers guild lawyer dropped the ball on a six point speed which caused my insurance rates to rise more than 10%. I wish I had hired Weiss & Associates instead. If youre not careful about who you hire to handle your traffic tickets, the few dollars you save from hiring the low cost provider can easily be swallowed by higher insurance costs. I just had an electronic device ticket dismissed by using W&A. So far Ive never regretted hiring them, but I have severely regretted using the low cost provider. You get what you pay for.

I hired Weiss & Associates for a pretty hefty speeding ticket back in Jan 2020. I live in NJ and got the violation in Queens so there was no way I could drive there during the work week to fight this ticket on my own. I hired this firm and they were on top of this from day 1.Due to COVID, my court date got pushed 3-4 times and I received multiple emails to let me know whenever my court date got pushed along with reminder emails saying that they got me covered and will appear in court on my behalf.Yesterday they got the ticket dismissed! Despite the outcome, I still would have been grateful to this firm because I knew I could not handle this ticket on my own. As someone who drives as a part of my job, I panicked when I received two tickets for not signaling. They just kept delaying the hearing. Finally after three years, they only managed to reduced my points from 6 to 4. I still had to pay a penalty and still got points. All other lawyers I know would have had it dismissed. First and last time with them. Find better lawyers - these guys dont care. Read Sheikh Islams review - my exact experience.
Im not sure if these reviews are fake or real. Me and my father were clients of this farm from 2017 till 2020 and they were not able to dismiss any single ticket whatsoever. We hired them for like 10 tickets in total. Im not sure if the lawyers who were assigned to our cases have even gone to the court to dispute.I really doubt that. I immediately canceled their service and hired other great lawyers in NYC who actually do their best to win. Up until now nothing got guilty and four tickets were dismissed successfully. But one thing I realized from this is you should always check and talk to your assigned lawyer in the court before the hearing on the scheduled date and do not give one lawyer your all tickets. I have also noticed that no one gave 2 or 3 stars and I think maybe few people gave 4 starts. Its either 5 stars and 1 star. Which is a great indication of fake reviews. Actual reviews should be well saturated between all rating groups.

If you get a traffic ticket, you Must call Weiss & Associates, they are amazing, from first touch, to final judgement, they were in constant communication, totally fair pricing, and I was surprised but they got a larger ticket reduced to no points! Hired these guys after getting my 1st ever speeding ticket in 15 years of driving. Weiss & Associates was very up front with the price and why it is important to fight the ticket because of the possibility of my license being suspended or have to pay a fine for accumulating this many points. Paid a flat fee and my assigned lawyer Jennifer updated via emails on a monthly basis regarding my case and reminding me of my court date which you do not have to attend yourself. They also picked up my calls and answered my questions relating to points even after paying my fee. Got my ticket dismissed and did not lose any points on my license nor have to pay the ticket fine. I am relieved and would hire Weiss & Associates again (though I hope I dont have to run into any more tickets)

This is the second time I have used Weiss & Associates. The first time they were able to get my speeding ticket dismissed. This time I was speeding 25 miles per hour over the limit which is 6 points, a big fine and an additional penalty of $300 paid over 3 years. They were able to knock it down to 4 points, a lower fine and no additional penalty.I hope I dont have to ever use them again. But if I do I definitely would use them and no one else.

She was very knowledgeable about the procedure of NYC speeding ticket. I got a speeding ticket of doing a 52 on a 30, and I hired them 2 weeks after I received my ticket. In my particular case, they were able to get a dismissal for a speeding ticket that was inflated by the officer. So, I was looking at 6 points, insurance increases, fine, and surcharges. In October 2019 I received a cell phone ticket for using a GPS while driving, which carries a 5 point penalty. I had never had a moving violation before and had no idea how to go about fighting it.. W&A made it super easy. I would keep getting emails alerting me to when the next court date was and that was it. Then I finally get an email giving me the good news that the ticket was dismissed. That was it. It took over a year but, it was great. If you are the type of person that needs to be in charge of things, itll be a little weird at first because you dont do ANYTHING. I kept asking if I could write a narrative of the events that led to the ticket because I was sure I was innocent but, they didnt need it. It was disconcerting at first but the results were awesome. Fully recommend.
I hired Weiss & Associates to fight a speeding ticket I got last year. They explained the situation to me clearly, made sure I understood, my chances and their approach. I asked them to update me via email and they always were prompt in letting me know the status of my case.In the end, I got an email saying the case has been dismissed and I will have no points or fines. I have only great things to say about Weiss & Associates! They got my moving violation in lower Manhattan dismissed! Which is unheard of and I also have them fighting another ticket for me! My lesson learned was dont drive in Manhattan if you can avoid it! But if you do and you get a ticket hire Weiss & Associates! The staff is friendly and when I originally emailed them about my tickets they got back to me almost immediately! I didnt feel dismissed like some law offices can treat you, instead they took the time emailing back and forth answering my every question and collecting all the facts about what had happened up to the moment and after that I was pulled over! 2022-02-11I got a speeding ticket in Albany, in a construction zone to boot. After calling several law offices I settled on Weiss & Associates because they seemed the most knowledgeable. For example, they were able to provide insight into how this would impact me specifically since I was from Connecticut. Whereas the other law firms were unable to answer my out-of-state questions. And I couldnt be happier with my decision. After waiting over half a year to get to trial, Weiss & Associates represented me and got 8 points on my license reduced down to 2! 2022-04-26I received a $250 ticket for a Failed to yield to pedestrian which I did not agree that I should have received. The light was completely green for me and I was going straight and suddenly the pedestrian showed up on the corner. My car ended up scraping his left foot, then I saw that he was with his earphones and he was looking down at his phone. I stopped and we called 911. The pedestrian admitted that he was wrong because he knew he was distracted. He had apologized for it. My question in this case is why I got a ticket? So I hired Weiss & Associates, P.C. to fight my ticket. I knew it was not my fault and that it was not fair that I received the summon. Mr. John from Weiss got my ticket dismissed. Im glad I hired them.I wanted to fight this ticket because I know I dont deserve it. This was my very first ticket in the 5 years, I have driven with no accidents as well and so I was worried I was not going to win this.I found Weiss & Associates, P.C. online and they have amazing reviews. I send them my ticket summons and sure enough they responded very quickly and assured me that they can dispute the ticket. 2022-01-13I know that some reviews say that some are fake or made up but Im a real client and I was represented by Weiss & Associate on 1-12-2022. I was being charged with a moving violation with 5 points they were able to get my case dismissed!!! Super satisfied! Would definitely recommend them very reasonable prices too and they communicate with me through the whole process which took about 3 years.

Extremely transparent, always update you via email or call, and are reasonably priced.I have retained them several times and I’ve always been more than satisfied with their service. 2022-04-29I would like to start from the day I got my ticket. I was so panicked that I will get 6 points on my license for speeding. Then I searched in google for the traffic attorneys and came across Weiss & Associates. I had telephone conversation with them and informed my ticket details. Representative took sufficient time and answered my questions and also explained the detailed process how it goes. I wasnt sure that, I took right decision at that moment but now I am happy that I selected this firm to fight my ticket. I would recommend this firm. One more thing I would like to mention is these people kept me updated about the status of the ticket through e mail.

2022-06-03Highly recommended today they got my speeding ticket dismissed. They are the best Ive ever seen, very professional with monthly updated emails. By the way thats not the 1st one I had one back in 2014 that was dismissed as well. But this time was very tough because it was a state police not NYPD. Thanks Weiss & Associates
