I totally recommend coming here for all of your urgent care needs. The staff are attentive, professional and fun. Look out for the drill Sargent though, shes a delightful meany and dont lose focus or shell set you straight with snap of her fingers. They superglued my index finger real good. Thanks a lot ladies, great job.
In this busy chaotic covid times i was seen quickly , the triage nurse was kind caring and took time for me. I got my PCR result quickly and easily. The staff was cleaning every room as soon as a patient left. This is the 4th time ive uses well now for covid testing at 2 different locations. They do their best to move patients in and out as quickly and safely as possible.
Awesome staff, so nice! Very very quick turnaround for Covid test results and sooo easy to access them as soon as theyre available. Theyre really good with my 3 year old daughter who has Autism.
I was pleased with the care and professionalism when I requested a Covid-19 test. The front desk personnel answered all of my questions and I was quite happy that I did not have a long wait. Excellent service!
So my little ones were super sick, and we have been there before but, I love that they have a treasure chest for the kids to pick out a toy after they are seen by the doc and nurses, they are all very friendly and amazing with little kids, my daughter was hi-fiving the doc and nurses. Also after the chest you get a slushie to help you feel better as well. They speak to you I a way you can understand whats going on, they let you ask questions and dont make you feel stupid. Just all around they are amazing.
I called this location to find out about Covid testing. The employee on the phone told me they do testing by appointment or walk in from 800 am- 800 pm. When I arrived at their location they have signs posted saying they are open from 8am to 8pm. I arrived at 7:45 pm and was turned away and told they can’t help me because they are not taking any more patients today. I feel they falsely advertise that they are open from 8-8 and you can get tested from those times when actually you cannot and they refuse to help you even though they post their hours for closing times.
I went in because my cat scratched me. It was a tiny scratch, but it hit a vein and caused a hematoma. I was given a piece of paper to fill out and noticed that it asked for details on a bite. I asked if it would be turned over to some agency and they said no, it would not. That was a flat lie. The next day the health department called me to ask about the bite, and wanted me to take my cat to the vet. She was already traumatized from a vet visit and I didnt want to put her through that again. I dont care if reporting it is protocol. They LIED to me.
Very friendly got to see a doctor and felt comforable. First person made me feel relaxed and was helpful to all the paperwork. Yes enjoy it

Bader Masoud, the PA I saw at WellNow was the first healthcare professional that listened to me and actually helped me after months of struggling to get help anywhere else. My PCP that I had seen for years dumped me when my insurance changed leaving me with a chronic condition and unable to get treatment. Unable to find a PCP that was taking new patients and excepted my insurance I called WellNow in desperation not believing they would be able to help. I was able to come in at 6pm, without an appointment, be seen in minutes , they took my insurance and helped me immensely. I am so grateful - healthcare should always be that easy!! I only wish Bader Masoud could be my PCP. If you need help go there! They are there 8am - 8pm every day!
I was in an out within a half hour. They are on top of things here!!! Definitely worth the extra drive. The doc is really sweet as well. 🤷🏻♂️ Comfortable an explanation are very detailed.
The receptionist and nurses were incredibly friendly, which is the only reason I’m giving 1 star. The provider had a condescending attitude and did not accurately provide me with the care I needed. I went in because I was experiencing left side/back/groin pain among other symptoms. I suspected a UTI or kidney infection, as I’ve experienced those both before and the pain was incredibly comparable. After running an analysis on my sample, the doctor told me that there was no sign of infection, I only had a “mild” UTI, and that my pain was “puzzling.” When I expressed concern about the pain I was feeling, he got visibly annoyed with me and said I would need to go to the ER to get checked out for kidney stones if the pain was that bad. He also said that while I didn’t have an infection, he would prescribe me antibiotics. I was also told in a condescending tone that “not everything is a UTI.” I left in pain and feeling like I wasn’t being listened to. He wouldn’t let me get my symptoms out before diagnosing me. The pain was so bad that just an hour and half later I was in the ER. I ended up being diagnosed with a kidney infection and given different medication. The ER doctor said that it was obvious I had an infection and that it needed to be treated. I found that the care I received at Well Now to be rushed and incompetent. I used to feel confident in my decision to be seen at WellNow, but I can say that I won’t be back after this experience.
Never been to an urgent care facility. WellNow was fantastic! Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very friendly medical professionals.
I was very pleased with the care I received. I was treated with kindness and respect and was taken care of in a timely manner. I wish all Drs I go to would work that way!!!!

The facility was clean and covid traffic flow for distancing was well ordered, well marked and staff supervised. The staff was friendly and professional. We walked-in without an appointment when all appointments were fully booked, so we had to wait a little while but I felt that it was reasonable given the circumstances.
Terrible, I’m trying to figure out results on something other than COVID and they didn’t give a number or anything. Also the doctor there likes to clinically diagnose you and tell you even if you results come out negative it’s what he says it is. Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS WELL NOW. Go to a different one with better people. I at least got my results from another one when I called to check and not get ignored.
Excellent experience! My daughter and I went in without an appointment. We did not wait long, the staff at the desk were kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The system was excellent, after check in we waited in the car for a call to come in, then doctor came into the office with a nurse and although they are over worked they were pleasant and attentive. Great over all experience!
Literally the most fun I’ve had getting a tetanus shot and getting a laceration glued back together. The staff is friendly, personable, and fun to be around. I hope the next time I hurt myself doing something stupid that I get a staff as good as this one!
How can a doctor tell someone they have Covid without testing that person??? Then tell said person to quarantine without testing that person. So now your doctors claim to know it all just by looking at someone and not actually testing that person. If I could give this place zero stars I would only based on this doctor alone. She was rude and completely unprofessional. No bedside manners whatsoever. I have always had good things to say about this place up until now and as long as she is there dont be surprised when you get more low rated reviews based on her. Misdiagnosing patients just for federal funds will bite you where it hurts.
I recently visited with a broken tooth and an infection in my mouth. They had multiple nurses/doctors look at my mouth to ensure they made the best diagnosis for me. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, kind, and made my visit very comfortable for me. I am thankful for healthcare workers like the Well Now staff who continue to risk their health day in and day out to ensure patients get proper treatment. Thank you to the staff there and I would recommend anyone needing medical treatment visit the Well Now Urgent Care!

While the staff was very busy, they remained calm and very professional while helping everyone! Bader, the PA, was the best! Very friendly and efficient to provide the best care, while trying to get us back home as quickly as possible. The only thing that could’ve helped is if the location had some nurses to help the rest of the staff.

Ok. So I have a sore throat that been sore for 4 days. Im wondering if its strep throat. I wait half hour in the cold outdoors, finally get inside. Lady asked for insurance card. I dont have insurance. Lady says it will be $230 for a covid test. I say Ill pass on the covid test, I just want to see if I have strep. Lady arrogantly says you will need a covid test.Why? This country is so messed up. Did covid eradicate all other illnesses??Com mon wellnow. You can check for strep throat without doing a covid test!I walked out the door.

Even though the appointments were full Sunday. I did a walkin and only had to wait a couple minutes. The doctor was very nice and the nurses were very effecient. I was out of there in no time.
Great experience (for having to go to urgent care), I made an appointment online, they sent me a text shortly before my appointment with instructions, so that once they told me to come in, all I had to do was check in and I was brought straight to a room. It was very efficient and the staff was friendly and professional.

The staff was very friendly and thorough when it came to my husbands illness. We have more answers in the 30 mins we spent there then the 6 hours we did at the emergency room a couple days prior! Very happy with the staff at well now for the great care my husband received!
The receptionists at the front were courteous. I had to bring my son with me, so while he was enjoying a Slush Puppy in the front waiting area I was escorted into the back lounge to wait for my pre-employment drug screen. I played Pac-Man while waiting for my name to be called. The staff was cordial throughout the whole process. I then was taken to a room to be seen for another matter, and the whole time staff was very mice and helpful. The whole experience was about 30 mins. I will definitely be going back there for my urgent care needs.

From start to finish as a walk in despite the impact of Covid and the amount of people being seen I cant complain I was in and out with in 45 mins (went for a Covid test)Paul who attended me and did the swab so awesome very professional made you feel at ease .The doctor she was good answers all ? Super easy. Theyve handled the pandemic very well. This is our go to place for Covid testing and theyve always been relatively quick getting you in and the turnaround time on results has been fantastic (almost all within 24 hours). Love the facility and the slushy machine! Finally a local urgent care that doesnt charge me a hospital copay.

When I couldnt get in to see my Doctor I stopped to WellNow on Grant Ave in Auburn NY. Was seen quickly both times in the past week. Better care than if Id gone to my MD. Seriously they are the best. They get to the root of the problem quickly and see the stuff thats really going on and treat it accordingly! 5 stars all day!!!
Amazing, great friendly and caring staff and very quick! Drs were great and made me feel 100% comfortable and helped ease my anxiety w a little comical twist upon discharge! I would recommend them 100xs over!! Thank you all for your help and service, devotion and time to all!
Have been in there twice in last two weeks- two different kids. Saw Lucas both times. He was fantastic! Most recently was an eye injury. I feel the facility was well equipped to deal with the injury. We walked out feeling comfortable with the result and treatment. Have never waited more than 10Minutes here. Will go there on our next urgent visit for sure!
Since the COVID test appointments fill up very quickly, we set up an appointment at midnight when the schedule opens for that day. We were able to request a specific time. Then we were asked to submit a photo of the insurance card and ID. All set & good to go....or so we thought. Arrived at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. Their text message said youre registered and wait for our instructions. Sounds good.....next text said come inside. Inside an extremely crowded small room fool of patients mostly complaining COVID symptoms & exposures, we were asked to register again as if nothing was done already online. Then were told to go to the very crowded wait area. 40 minutes later we were told that 1 scheduled appointment was ahead of us. 50 minutes later we were asked to finally go in. Front staff was not friendly. The test tech/nurse was nice and thats the only star I want to give here.
We have gone to WellNow in Auburn NY for a few visits here and there. This past year we have had more visits and everyone is so kind, polite, attentive, and wonderful when we are there. From a new job drug screen, covid exposure testing, illness with myself or my child not once have I had a long wait or any issues. My kids love the staff they joke together and no longer have the anxiety they used to going into a place like this. The PA Bader is our favorite, he has even helped with making sure a script he was sending we could afford and if not had a second option. If you need a place to skip the ER visit and your MD office isnt open this is your best choice by far!
The office is fantastic, but the phone system is absolutely ridiculous. When you try to reach them directly for important information regarding your visit you have to go through an absolute struggle with the automatic system, then when you finally get it to ring, thats all it does...ring....a direct line should be established for things like that so you can speak with someone at the office for more important things other then how to check the stupid website for results when you prefer to speak with someone to clarify those types of things.
I had the most frustrating experience at Wellnow yesterday! I scheduled an appointment and registered all online. However, once I got into the building I basically had to re-register and my appointment didnt matter. I went in with covid symptoms hoping to get tested, as well as fully examed for any other illnesses. Going in, I knew that my chance of getting covid was slim considering I wasnt exposed, I take all the precautions and Im fully vaccinated. I was trying to avoid getting a covid test and then having to go back again once the results were negative. The provider I saw was so arrogant that he stated multiple times that he was convinced it was covid and if its not covid well then Ill be fine. He didnt stop to ask my symptoms, fully exam me and interrupted everytime I expressed my concerns. I have been sick for 7 days now and left Well Now without answers and sicker than I have been. Lets not forget to mention that its been 24 hours and my covid test has yet to be ran. Ill give this place a 2 star because of how friendly the receiptionist was and how quickly the woman ran my covid test. Well Now used to be my go to for tests and sudden illnesses but not anymore
Went for a COVID test for my 4 year old and the office was super busy. Needless to say, they were extremely efficient in getting patients in and out. We had a small wait in the waiting room considering the number of people it was short. When we were placed in our exam room the staff were in quickly, administered the test and we were out of there. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Best part, we had PCR results in LESS than 12hrs! My kiddo was able to return to school the next day.
WellNow Urgent Care on Grant Ave has been wonderful the few times Ive had to bring my girls! Every time weve gone were met with the friendliest staff and upmost care!! They are amazing with kids. Its a nice piece of mind to have them a short drive away!
I went to WellNow for a covid 19 test. It was midmorning and they had a constant stream of patients coming in. Since a covid test is a very non-urgent need, I did wait a little bit. No more than most doctors offices. The nurse was kind and very informative. He did a thorough swab, gave me my paperwork, and it was done. I got my results the next morning. Easy.
Highly recommend Well Now. Staff were wonderful and doctor was very thorough to help my 17 year old daughter with back issue. Doctor explained treatment and answered questions with enthusiasm. Great job guys!!!!!
I was able to schedule my appt online and upload the required documents needed. I saw the NP who was awesome. The visit went pretty quick and I was on my way out the door with a script in pretty good time.The *only* issue I had was the height of the exam table. I am 411 and had to jump up on the table. There was no stool for me to step on. Considering I was there with a foot injury, you can imagine how uncomfortable it was to get up there. Get step stools for your exam rooms please.
Well Now Urgent Care is very professional . The medical staff is committed to their job. They are very polite and make you feel important at all times. The procedure they follow during this pandemic has always made me feel at ease and less stressed. Very professional. I highly recommend Well Now.

I had an appointment. Check in was quick since I had been to a different Well Now before. Was offered a Covid test. The dr listened to what I said, having had the same problem before. Did a quick check up and sent me on the way to the pharmacy. The meds made a huge difference after 1 dose.
I was waited on quickly for my Covid testing. Everyone on the staff was friendly, courteous and professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, very pleased.
First got sick on Saturday, went to bed that night, got up Monday afternoon. Thought since the entire household was sick better get tested. Tested on the 11th negative. I was still very sick went back to wellcare on the 15th. Sinus and ear infection, was taken right in and looked at. Everyone was very nice and caring. Would recommend Wellcare highly!!!
I was skeptical about going to another urgent care because the first I went to one, they were no help at all and it was very disappointing. But I really needed medical attention, so I went to WellNow urgent care and I had a great experience. Everyone, from the receptionist who checked me in, to the nurses and physicians who looked at my boyfriend and I, were so sweet and so nice, so caring. Such a good experience! A day later after leaving WellNow and I feel SO much better!!
Our 2-year-old son suddenly spiked a high fever after throwing up earlier in the day. Panicked, we rushed him to urgent care. The staff was unbelievably kind. Our son hates doctors—he’s always screamed and been a terrible patient, even for well visits—and it was embarrassing having to shout at the doctor in order to hear each other. Right away, five staff members came in to try to settle him and figure out what was wrong. They immediately agreed to do X-rays of his chest and tests for RSV, flu and COVID and everyone was just so nice despite his screaming and thrashing. He eventually calmed down and said a sweet goodbye. Beyond grateful for their patience, kindness and thoroughness. Will absolutely go again if we need immediate care!
Well now in Auburn was the only Well Now thT was able to get me in. The doctor and nurse were amazing! I was in and out super fast.
I had a covid test appointment for 1:30pm. Finally got into a waiting room at 2:00pm. Instead of going by in order of who came in first(me) they went in a complete different order. I will never go to another WellNow as it took them an hour for something that should have taken 5 minutes
This was my first time ever using an urgent care and had heard good things about the Well Now clinics. I walked right in and the two ladies at the front counter were so nice. I was seen almost immediately and the nurse, PA, X-ray tech and everyone I met with was super friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared. The facility itself was very clean. Not that I want to go back but should the need arise, I know right where to go.
Everyone was wonderful. Very personable and helpful. I didnt feel like I was just another number but was treated with respect and I did not have to wait long at all to be seen.
I went there for a Covid-19 test. I got right in and spent about 5 minutes at the front desk. I spent about 30 minutes there for the swab test and a chest X-ray. Everyone was professional and courteous. The building was immaculate. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Well Now Urgent Care the next time you need immediate medical attention!

The building was very clean and maintained. The staff members were all very polite, efficient and helpful. I had to take my 3 year old daughter and she was very scared and they were all great with her. We had results promptly and she was fixed and sent on her way. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
We had a great visit. My daughter (three) scratched her eye and was NOT a happy camper, but all of the nurses were extremely friendly and patient. The facility was spotless and everyone was very pleasant and professional. It’s great to know we have such a good back up when the pediatrician isn’t open!
When you have an urgent health problem they will take every steps and test x-rays in their inside lab to let you go with concrete answers to your problem. better than a primary care

I saw the doctor, Cortney who was absolutely fantastic. I was in and out in no time. This location is definitely my location of choice. Everyone was so friendly! I left knowing I had been heard and my needs were being met.

Dr. Lucas Pettit was friendly, awesome, caring, kind & compassionate. The nurses were wondering. The gentleman at the sign in desk was awesome to. Dr. Pettit had checked on options three different times to see what he could do for my issues. Because I have a high blood sugar he was not comfortable prescribing Prednisone for my coughing and breathing problems. Prednisone would raise my blood sugar even more, which would be dangerous for me. Everyone was out of this world. Thank you Auburn NY WellNow.
Terrible Experience. I was tested on Saturday for COVID. It is now Monday morning and the portal still says that my sample has not yet arrived at the lab. It is supposed to be same day PCR results if you have the test done before 5pm I have spent the last hour trying to get a hold of them by phone. It just rings and rings and rings. I sent an email and a fax asking them to call me. NOTHING. I will never go to this place again. Auburn, NY
The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I couldn’t believe how many X-rays I had done read and felt like I really had people that cared about all of my injuries. From prompt greetings at the door, directly placing into a room and a well trained nurse took all of my information. NP followed in with in with a bedside manor of a Saint (hard to come by these days). One of the Best visits to a Urgent Care Center I have had ( I’m a nurse and I will definitely go back!!).
Myself and my family have had nothing but issues with this place. Only went here because of pre employment requirements. Tried telling me I had to go to the hospital for something my primary doctor knows about and is taking care of it. When I meet with my primary doctor they looked at the charts and saw that they didnt even do the tests right.
I went to WellNow for my jobs random specimen test. I signed in and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Was in/out within 15 minutes. Very fast clinic. ☺️.
It was my first visit to this facility. I found everything clean and well sanitized. The staff was incredible. They were attentive and patient, really caring. I felt respected at all times. Staff members were mindful of the pandemic protocols but never felt distant. Two thumbs up and I highly recommend this facility.
Our daughter was running a very high temp. We called at 715pm and they said come right in (close at 8) we were right in and out and were able to tell us very quickly she had an ear infection. Script was sent quickly to our pharmacy and we were back home quick! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I came into this office at 745p and they close at 8; not one person was upset or treated me poorly bc of it. The staff, nurses and doctors alike, was friendly, sympathetic and got me in and out within minutes. I’ve never been here but should I ever need to, I would come back here again.
They are fast and very nice . Both times I have been there . They are a lot better then auburn memorial hospital and the auburn urgent care. They are amazing. I love them . I rather go to well now than auburn hospital. Also when I had to take my son there they were great. Every time I have gone to well now in auburn they have been very polite and amazing. They have very nice and amazing staff. I would recommend and tell people to go to well now. The bedside manor there is also amazing. I give a 10+ recommendation. Thank you well now staff.
No waiting- you schedule an appointment online. Show up 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to do the minor paperwork, and then you are shown to the private room. The nurse was pleasant and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Convenient location and their hours of operation accommodate just about anyone.
Best urgent care experience ever. I made the appointment online. My daughter and I were both seen. We were in and out in approximately 30 minutes! Half of that time was doing the intake since we were new patients. After the intake, we were put in a room immediately and a nurse came in within minutes for vitals. After she was done, the doctor came in within minutes. Great service! Totally recommend (plus free slushies in the lobby!)
I recently went to this location. The night before I had a lingering muscle in my back that was tender but not in constant pain until I had to cough......instantly a muscle under my right shoulder blade popped!!!! Dropped to my knees in pain...mind you, not the first time this has happened. Finally I had enough, come morning and went to Urgent care. Best decision made to build a brand new Urgent care and in the location decided too!!! I made an appointment online. Was easy and better than just walking in during this pandemic. Those that work in health care, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR WHAT YOU DO!! You ARE my hero and Im a sister to hero that deals with this type of pandemic every time she goes to work too! Thank you all again. Youre all brave too! 😊
It turned out that I have parainfluenza virus type 3 that was causing mt reduced lung capacity. You guys rock thanks so much. Branded was great on the first visit and so was Michael and the whole staff yesterday was the best

Having visited several different Urgent Care facilities over the years, the only feeling Ive ever really left with was at least I was able to be seen. I have visited WellNow Urgent Care in Auburn twice now and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding! From check-in to check-out I was not treated like a number. They were kind, courteous and prompt...very little wait time and upon being seen they took the time to listen and conduct a thorough examination. When leaving, I felt as though I had been seen by my Primary Care Physician. My recommendation...if you need to go to an Urgent Care, go to WellNow in Auburn. You will not be disappointed!
Had to go for a Covid-19 testing, as I had been sick, and was identified as a person directly in contact with a positive person. I set everything up on the phone, they text me, I was in within 15 minutes of arriving, and out in about 30 minutes. I had both rapid and send off tests, and neither hurt at all....very sweet staff as well.

Everyone was professional from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with courtesy and a smile. The nurse and NP were efficient- asked great questions and were very kind.
Just wanted a COVID test, because I learned that a close neighbor was positive and I was exposed. They had me tested and out the door in less than a half hour. Everyone I spoke to were very pleasant and took my info with ease.
Thought I had a possible broken finger. They were very professional, got us in quickly and took X-rays. Only wait was after the X-ray to figure out the results but everything else was fantastic. Staff was friendly, thorough and prompt. Would definitely recommend.
I usually go to the urgent care by garden street but had heard good reviews on this WellNow so I decided to give it a try. I was so thrilled with this urgent care. I didn’t even have time to sit in the waiting room they got me right back and the staff was all so wonderful. My entire visit was under 20 minutes! 10/10 would go here again. Also heard from a coworker that they have slushees in the waiting room which I’m sure is nice for children 😊
I have brought my daughters to this office twice. Both times we saw Dwayne the nurse and Nicole Evans the doctor. They’re both so kind and patient. They’re also very quick there. I’d rather come here than go to their actual pediatrician. Everyone is so kind, efficient and makes you feel like you’re getting top care.
The first time I went in October 2020 for ear infection in right ear. I was in and out in about 15 mins given some ear drops, infection cleared up. Then I went back in early December 2020 for ear infection in the left and it was a totally different experience. There was a 2 hour wait to be seen, no appointments available for the next 8 days. When I was seen the nurse was ranting to me about all the covid tests that she has to do everyday and people walking in instead of making appointments. I was prescribed an oral antibiotic that didnt work at all and made my ear worse. I got the standard text saying if youre feeling better reply ok if not reply call. I replied call never heard back. After a few days I called them and the woman on the phone was very short with me and rude. To top it all off I was there on the 3rd and received a call from them on the 12th to tell me I was possibly exposed to covid the day I was there. I was tested at Drive through clinic and was negative. I will not go back there. Alot of it was probably due to them being overwhelmed with covid cases and testing but for that reason I would NOT recommend going there until all of this is over.
Went in for a Covid test—in and out in less than 30 minutes. Healthcare practitioner explained procedure & advised me what to expect. Very professional, respectful, clean & attentive .

This place is great, my family and I have been seen several times and always had top notch service. My review is of wellnows web and phone service. Both the web and phone service claim this is a rapid (same day) C19 testing center. It is not, results take 24-48 hrs beginning the following day. The staff knows that they are misrepresented online - and thats not fair to them. WellNow corporate nerds to get these details right.
The staff are super friendly and the kind of care you get when coming here is amazing! Greeted with a smile and when I arrived it was about 35-40 minutes prior to closing and I still got the same great experience that I had when I went before in the middle of the day! They were all still smiling and friendly even during this covid-19 pandemic! Thank you all for what you do and thank you for helping me!! Its so nice to be able to get in and out so quickly. Ive had to go in a couple times now for covid testing and once you get the patient portal set up, getting the results is a breeze.

I cant give this place one star but its forcing me to. I was verbally and borderline physically abused by a young lady who I think was a nurse. I didnt know because she did not have any identification visible. She never told me her name or her title. I will never walk into this facility again. I wrote to corporate the office. The only way to do that is in a chat box online. This was three weeks ago and I have yet to hear a thing from anyone in the corporate office. I did speak with the manager who is in Geneva frequently and Im waiting to hear what steps were taken with this employee. Had I not needed assistance that day I would have left.
I walked in and I was greeted by a caring radiological technician not a receptionist without the caring expected of a medical professional. As a first time patient, the intake was easy.The LPNs that greeted me were exceptional. The PA was down to earth and spoke with me during the stitching procedure with a friendliness and kindness. The radiologist taking the x-rays was a super nice personality.If I were to have any concerns it would have been the ridiculous number of times they asked me if I was sure I didnt injure myself at work. I can only assume comp pays better.I was very pleased and will recommend WellNow.
Online is great but if you want to call in and talk to someone its impossible. I was on phone letting it ring for 10 minutes and nobody picks up at 3 oclock in the afternoon.
Had some issues with billing but the error ended up being on my insurance not processing correctly. WellNow was very helpful getting to the bottom of it. A big thank you to Shelly!
Fast, Friendly and clean. Our daughter is getting married in a small ceremony this week. The big wedding cancelled.We came in with 11 family members to get COVID-19 tests, so we would feel safe this coming weekend.The staff was wonderful.
Everyone at WellNow was very kind and caring. They made sure to try everything within their power to make me better and not have to go to the ER unless necessary. Thankfully their efforts did the trick and I did not need to go to the ER, and now since their treatments and the scripts I was given I am feeling much better. I can breathe normal again and am very grateful for their help.
Everyone there was absolutely amazing! They were super fast, too. We got in and filled out all of the info that was needed then she took us right back. The nurse followed us right to the room, where they had Disney on (my son was being seen). He asked us his questions; was friendly and joked around. The PA came in shortly after and was helpful and, again, incredibly friendly. Answered all questions reassuringly and was gentle with him. On our way out, they gave him a sticker. Will definitely return here in the future!
In town visiting a friend and made a new one- a local TICK! WellNow was a great experience, especially compared to other urgent cares Ive visited in Albany. If I lived here WellNow would be my first choice for treatment. Facility was clean and comfortable, staff was welcoming and professional, service was quick without making me feel rushed.Best of all my PA was knowledgeable about tick treatment- she didnt just recite a set of standard (CDC) guidelines. This wasnt my first tick so I appreciate professionals who understand the process and patients concerns.Thanks for the excellent service.
It was my first visit to this wellness now clinic. They were very friendly. They got us in and out in a timely manner. If im in the area i will be sure to use them again if needed.
Ladies are patient, listen intently and are able to understand if explained clearly, concisely the issues you are having. I have COPD and PAD. I was prescribed 3 meds. Working already. Self diagnosis is ok when you know your body and metabolism. Do not self remedy. Go in. My roomate was seen before me with many SAME symptoms. Called ambulance and had him go to Upstate medical, for a totally diffrent ailment. Which proves my point. Take care.....
We came shortly before they closed (unintentionally). I was afraid they would try to rush us out. Im glad we chose to go there... they found out my 2 year old had pneumonia after doing a chest x-ray. Everyone working was very sympathetic and I did not feel rushed at all. My son got treated quickly and we left with answers. I am grateful our town has a place like this with people who care. I was put at ease instantly. I hope to not need to go back, but should I need urgent care, this will always be my choice.
Came in for a cough I suspected was pneumonia and I was in and out with a prescription within 15 minutes. Dr. Lydia was so pleasant and everyone there is very speedy! I didnt even have to wait in the waiting room, they just took me right in to an exam room. I 100% would recommend this place!!
When I came through the door I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. I told her that I had just left my doctors office and he said that he couldnt help me and go to a specialist. She said that the care center could help me. Sure enough the staff took very good care of me even though I was crying because I was in so much pain. They x-rayed my ankle and prescribed medication for me. And after the first dose and a nap felt better.
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!!!! The place exceeded my expectations. I went in on a Friday night, 7:00pm, with my child who was not feeling well. We were seen, tested, prescribed and on our way by 7:30. And by no means did we feel rushed. They were very caring and compassionate and VERY THOROUGH!!!! The PA, Michelle Ederer is so personable and sweet. She was great with my son. Her attitude towards her patients and her job shows that she loves what she does, and as a mom / patient it is very much appreciated. So thank you all for a great experience- I will never go anywhere else. And did I mention how thrilled my son was to be able to pour himself a slushee on the way out?!!
I went for a Covid-19 test. I was directed to text them and then wait in my car. The wait was very short. I was only there for maybe 30 minutes total. Staff was friendly and professional. A call back to ask a question was answered promptly. I had a good experience and would recommend them.
These folks, from when I walked in the door to walking out, were the best Ive ever experienced in any health care facility. Quotes because sadly most in the field the past 15+ years dont understand either health or care...those at the Auburn WellNow do understand and it makes a huge difference in both care and healing.

I live in Geneva New York! I have complaining of back pain past 3 days and other medical issue! The Nurse Practioner and nurse were excellent to me! They actual listened and made me feel comfortable! I left their office feeling very satisfied! I would recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate care!
Well Now in Auburn sets the standard for Urgent care. I went to get stitches removed from a surgery performed out of town. The whole staff was thorough, friendly, professional and fast. It was a pleasurable experience. I have not said that about too many medical services.

Went to Wellnow for a Covid test. The staff from the time I arrived until the time made me feel welcome and supported. The test was mildly uncomfortable but nothing to fear. I had little to no wait and was on my way home in less than 20 minutes. I recommend with no reservation

I had to get stitches this morning at the Auburn location, and let me tell you it was the best experience! The PA, I apologize but dont remember her name, was absolutely fantastic! I was only there 30 minutes! I give it a million thumbs up👍👍. (Funny side note, I needed stitches on my thumb.)😅

I was a little confused by the Covid sign on door. I scanned the app n the door went to a link that said wait out in car we will call you in 20 mins. After 30 mins I went in and was greeted very nicely. No explanation about sign on door. Got checked in. Nice folks all around, very professional, glad to see people happy at work. I checked in from home on my phone. I was given an arrival time and upon that arrival I was checked in quickly and immediately brought to a room. No wait. It was fast, clean, and efficient. The staff is friendly and upbeat. I left with a diagnosis and a prescription was called in to my pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Had to bring our child to wellnow urgent care. The front end receiving staff were quick and got us in right away. We waited minimal amount to time to be seen, diagnosed, meds called in to phapharmacy. And at the end your child gets a friendly goodbye and hope your feeling better soon by all staff, and a sticker for being so brave and a yummy slushy too! Then later a follow up text how is your child doing. Great group! !
My son cut his heel pretty bad.The Dr and nurses were wonderful to our young son that was very afraid.He recieved several stitches he was very brave but if it wasnt for the staffs knowledge of caring for a young boy it could of been very scaring. Thank you

I dread going to any urgent cares or emergency rooms typically. Long hours waiting to be seen when you aren’t critically ill. (I totally get why) In this case I planned ahead, went online and secured a time. Once there, staff was so friendly and accommodating, very informative and knowledgeable. I was in, seen, and discharged in less than a half hour. By the time I had left, I was still way ahead of my “secured time”. Time is our most valuable thing, right? There was absolutely no wasting time here.
Because I presented symptomatic, I was immediately covid tested and any other option was ignored. Test wasn’t labeled when sent out so it was rejected. They said they tried calling me ( which never happened!) for a retest. I called them because I felt worse. After arguing about being billed TWICE for same issues, they recanted and didn’t. That’s the highlights.The nurses were wonderful! The PA’s? Lacking greatly. Treat,street and bill. I understood it’s a UCclinic but try and actually care for the patient, especially during this pandemic. As a healthcare worker myself, it was totally unacceptable. Now I’m off to ANOTHER UC to actually get a diagnosis.
The doctor that saw my son was absolutely amazing! They got him in so fast and we were out the door and home with the correct medication he needed to get better they really have an awesome atmosphere and their set up is perfect I would absolutely recommend using this place

False advertising for Covid rapid test. It is a three day test so you cannot use this facility to get out of travel quarantine. I only found out after showing up for my test appointment. It was a frustrating waste of time for me since I could have been looking for a place that really does perform a rapid test.
I went in without an appointment. Just saying. They were welcoming and fast. Such a nice group of people. I totally recommend that you go out and get hurt so you can see them soon.
Scheduling ahead online was awesome. I wud recommend it for everyone. It give u 20 min notice then a 10 min you shud arrive notice. When u walk in your basically 1st in line, they also have a slushies machine. My daughter was so thrilled. I went my self recently got the same Dr as my daughter had on our last visit. PRO: No appointment available. Thought I would have wait hours to be seen. Was in and out in less than an hour.at least 10 people in line insude and out, when I exited building.CON: no communication for 3-5 day result. No mention of you call us or we will call you. So Ive been calling day 3, phone just rings and rings and rings when I chose test result extension. So how do I find out results.
This was my second visit @ well now in Auburn.Well lit, Clean, & friendly people. I was seen , diagnosed & script sent in & I was on my way about an hour .T.V. & remote in room to help pass time.You can enjoy a complementary slushie or coffee while you wait or when you leave.

After the dr.s office rescheduled twice and we showed up once to get a school physical only to find after a year of being scheduled the doc was on vacation and no one notified us. WellNow did a great job with my kid we was in and out and all set for school and sports now.

When we were in a bind for a sports physical, and my son was going to miss basketball tryouts (24th-27th) because his physical wasnt until the 29th and there was nothing I could do about it, amd he was devastated. Late in the evening when he informed me, a friend recommended WellNow Urgent Care so I gave them a call. The staff informed me that not only do they do sports physicals for an extremely low out of pocket fee, but also they they do them on a walk in basis and no appointment was necessary. I brought him in first thing the next morning. He was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. She picked out a Rubixs Cube, but they also had stuffed animals.My kids are usually SUPER anxious at doctor appointments and this makes getting them there and providing treatment, doing exams difficult. But all these smart little bits put her at ease and made it such an EASY trip. She would not be afraid to return next time, which will greatly simplify our lives during the next illness.I also really liked the doctor, who was very thorough, great with kids, and explained things to us very well. I showed up distraught from being sick for months and Lydia Cooper and team were AMAZING to me. Lydia took the time to listen to my concerns, and quickly devised a plan of action to prescribe the best Rx for me and it worked! You can tell when someones really passionate about helping others. I certainly didnt feel like another patient. We joked about how I was an emotional vampress(it was Halloween). I usually go to a different location and this was the first time I have ever been to Auburn and now I wish I always went there to begin with. Ill be sure to correct that going forward. Auburn hospital, never. Wellnow, Best place to be treated. If they can help, go here before anything else. Friendly environment, kids free slushy, ice crisp cold water cooler. I could be here all day, just for fun! They get you in, then out and home asap. Auburn hospital, good luck there. Fyi, no free slushy at the hospital. They do give you water in the ER, from a sink.
Great place. ONLY PROBLEM is that I just cant comprehend why there isnt a shield in place to protect the secretaries, who are checking everyone in, including patients who are there because theyre exhibiting symptoms of COVID.
Recently I called Well Now to ask if they are allowed to read a PPD test for a client I had who needed it and if there was a fee. The gentleman I was forwarded to told me there would be no charge to do so. My client went in the next day and was told there was a $15 dollar fee to look at her arm and sign a paper. I have no idea why we were told one thing and then another but if this is how they do business, I would not recommend them.
I went to well now for my first time and I was well cared for and the staff and doctors were excellent very good customer service I was treated quickly if you are sick and need some were to go if you cant get to your doctor I recommend going to well now you will be treated and well cared for
10 I have never been to a quicker and more organized health center ever my primary doctor has never even been as quick as you all you really should clean the rooms before each patient there was crumbs on the cot when I went in the room
What is the whole point of putting a number on your website when you don’t even get an answer but from an atomic response for a fake person I have been calling and calling all morning just to get results read that I don’t understand about my son but yet NO answer

If I could rate lower I would, some of the staff are truly nice while others are absolutely rude and dismissive. I went in and wasn’t given any results until a week later when I called.
My daughter had a fever and was in alot of pain, they wasted no time getting us in and seen, the staff was beyond friendly and very sweet, they all just doted on my little girl 🤩😍🤗 . The facility was very clean and presentable.
Was in and out within 45 minutes- Triaged, treated and discharged. The staff were wonderful considering I walked in close to closing time. I will definitely go there for my next urgent issue!!

2022-06-21I have never been treated with such respect and dignity at a while now. I came in because I needed a Covid test for a surgery and they were able to get me in immediately and everybody was just super pleasant and very hospitable. Definitely recommend coming here if you need any services.

2022-05-05Registration took a bit of time but after that there’s was very little wait time. The nurse and PA were both very cheerful and competent. They listened to my concerns and the PA asked what I’d already tried before making recommendations. She asked if I wanted a doctor’s note for work but I didn’t need one, as I was still working. Quick. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Competent. Definitely would return to this WellNow in Auburn, NY. I’d rate an extra ⭐️ if I could!!

2022-05-31Needed rapid CoVid test on Sunday evening of Memorial Day Weekend. Got an appointment very easily on-line. Receptionist, doctor and nurse were all professional and very helpful! Got my results first thing next morning (NEG) even though they thought it might take until lunchtime or the full 24 hours. Worked with my insurance, didnt have to pay up front :)

2022-02-18WellNow got me right in and had the ability to do xrays. They got me a wheelchair so I didnt have to walk on my hurt foot, got it x-rayed, reviewed the x-ray and had me out of there quick. Every person from the receptionist to the nurse, PA, radiologist all were so pleasant and they introduced themselves. Cooper was the main person that took time with me to explain what might happen depending on the results of the x-ray then was the one to wrap my foot. He gave me options to get crutches if I felt I needed them. I also left feeling optimistic that my injury would be doing much better within 5-7 days, but he also gave me the info for specialists if, for any reason, I didnt heal as expected.My 19 yr. old son had to drive me there and pick me up due to injuring my driving foot. I had him come in to help me out to the car. WellNow has a Slurpee machine and it was a real treat for him to get a Slurpee. He really liked that and said that it seemed really nice inside. I agree! Everything is new and spotless! I highly recommend anyone needing quick or urgent care to try WellNow on Grant Ave in Auburn, NY. It was such a pleasant experience! I will be going there every time I may need to.

2022-02-28I needed a preop Covid test five days before my operation. I was able to easily get the test. No appointment was necessary, paperwork was minimal, wait time was very short. WellNow Urgent Care texted me the results in less than twelve hours and sent a FAX the next day to my physician. I certainly can recommend WellNow Urgent Care. Jon Ryan.

2022-05-01I went to WellCare in Auburn NY with multiple lacerations in my lip. I was immediately checked in, escorted into a room and attended by a nurse who took the vital info. Everyone was so pleasant and efficient from start to finish. There was only one PA on duty snd she was very nice and put in multiple stitches. Even though she was very busy with many patients I could overhear her when she greeted every one and she was so upbeat. I would have preferred to not need to go to Urgent Care, but I had an excellent overall experience.

2021-12-31The staff was incredibly kind, patient and professional! I know these heroes are absolutely exhausted, yet, they did not skip a beat or provide diminished care! Exceptional! I wish I had captured all the names! I do want to “shout out” that Lindsey was one of the most gifted practitioners I’ve met in a long time! Y’all are a great team! I would give 20 ⭐️ Stars!

2022-01-30First I would like to say the staff here is amazing! They are friendly and very attentive. Took my son here and the girls at the front were absolutely awesome and super friendly. McKenzie and Chassidy made my sons visit a calming and fun experience for him. Chassidy gave him stickers and let him pick a toy out of their toy box. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back!
